Stayed at this hotel because it was the best of the WORST in Jackson (the nice hotel was filled. ) As soon as we walked into our room we noticed it was filthy and the tub was dripping and was filled up. The floors were disgusting and sticky so we wiped some of it (the photo is of the towel we used. ) The mirrors had hand prints all over them. There were white stains all over the floor, we hope it was milk.

Recently renovated and very clean. Staff was also very helpful and pleasant. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a nice touch. What made the stay so negative were the beds. Both made noise whenever you moved and the mattresses were lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. We all slept poorly. Replace the beds and it would then be a good place to stay, especially considering the price we paid (very reasonable).

We stayed in the John Quincy Adams executive suite. It was clean and well lit. Everything in the room worked, esp the coffee maker. This was my second time to stay there. They have made many improvements since the last time I was there over a year ago. I liked it then and love it now. The only thing is the rear exit door was not locked after dark. Everything else was exceptional!

My husband and I stayed 2 nights there and the front dest guy was so nice and very patient. Our rooms were comfortable… only thing the breakfast was NOT good at all.

My mom and I stayed here and it was by far the worst experience of my life. We had to fight for towels and the cleaning staff were drinking in the parking lot. So unprofessional! They were leaning on my moms brand new car and when we asked them to move, they got an attitude with my mom. We had to beg the guy to call an ambulance for my mom but he refused. Thank God a friend came or else she would die. The hotel charged my mom three times and she is a single mom. Thanks for taking food out of my mouth. I would give zero stars but I can't.

The desk clerk was friendly upon checking in. I had asked for a non-smoking room but it had definitely been smoked in. Breakfast was good. The hotel was nice. I didn't use the pool, but it looked nice from what I could see. They had good Wi-Fi, clean beds, and a cool running a/c, which is all that matters to me!

We went and it had a bad smell. That's the only bad part. Other than that the food was good the beds were comfortable. The beds are a little smaller than normal.

Comfortable bed, clean room, and decent breakfast. The staff could be a little more friendly, but other than that it's a good hotel for the cost.

I have stayed at nicer Baymonts. The hotel was clean, but the room needed better upkeep. The tub drained so slowly that the water was up to my ankles while showering. There was also a lightbulb out. These are both things housekeeping should have caught while cleaning the room.

Pool was great. Staff was excellent. Hotel being upgraded, looking great.

Cleaning staff should be replaced. Checked in and back out in 20 min. First room had blood on the sheets, the second room had no sheets. First time with poor quality from baymont. Desk clerk was kind, and apologetic. 5 stars to the desk clerk. One star for the hotel.

This is one great place to stay had a wonderful breakfast quiet peaceful super clean everything you'd want in a good night stay!

Was very surprised for the price how nice Baymont is. The night clerk Tom is exstremely nice and helpful both in the hotel and about the area bussiness's. It is very clean and has a nice free breakfast offered. We have stayed here twice and plan on staying on our future trips!

Good service great pool price and location. Beds weren't the best but serviceable. Would definitely recommend.

Upon arrival, took about a hour to check in. Get to room and find floors are dirty. Bedding has cigarette burns in it. Fridge door is open and inside is dirty. Pool has chemicals floating on top. Pool is so cloudy you can't see the bottom at 3 ft. Complain to front desk and they tell us to wait for manager to come in. Wait and ask for refund only for them to tell us no, we were there too long. A half hour is too long? After over an hour, finally get refund. Thanks Brad. You're a condescending a-hole. Will never go back. Only giving one star because zero isn't an option.

Asked for vacuum and they did not. Sheets were not changed from my first night. Hallways need, vacuuming desperately. Pool looked dirty. Outside doors were not secure locks are not working so anyone can enter. Will not stay again. Brandon at front desk was the only good thing here he was very nice and helpful.

We stayed 3/2018, the woman Bobbie, at the front desk was WONDERFUL! The pool and hot tub were very nice. They accommodated our needs without hesitation. Look forward to coming back.

Terrible! Had to change our own sheets as soon as we entered the room. Sheets were full of hair, still had body impression from the last guest, and makeup smeared all over the pillows. Nasty, sticky floors. Lamps weren't plugged and half of the plugs didn't work. Sit on the mattress and your ass practically hits the floor. You could write your name in the dust. No elevator. Back door wouldnt lock. Told us on the phone that we'd get a discount because of the company we work for then were told when we checked in that there was no such discount. It was so nasty that in the morning, we got dressed and left without showering for fear of catching something. Will NEVER stay there again and wouldn't have stayed this time if we hadn't been too sleepy to drive.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. The first room we were put in was not clean at all and smelled disgusting! They put us in another room that smelled better but wasn't much better as far as being clean. The rooms are tiny and the hallway looks like they don't own a vacuum… They need to get housekeepers who care…

This is a fun hotel to stay at because they have several jacuzzi rooms, smoking and non smoking avaliable plus an indoor swimming pool and hot tub. The rooms are clean and the price isn't bad. The breakfast didn't seem all that fresh though and I have not seen an elevator, only stairs.

You would think for 85 a night the room would be good, but the room wasn't it had a roach crawling around the bathroom floor was sticky and the beds had hair all over the sheets and the floor was dirty and haven't been swept. And then they switched me rooms three doors down and the bathroom floor still sticky hair and pillows stained up it was crazy and I know now never to go back. I don't think it good at all.

The rooms was dirty. The sheets was dirty. It had a bad smell to it. And the toilet messed upp 3 times. I will never go back. I would not go back for nothing. If I could give it a 0 I would. Very nasty and I smell smoke in the hallways. It’s was so nasty. Even my kids said it’s nasty.

We called before making or reservations to make sure pool and everything was open, yes was the answer. The first morning we go to use it to just find it closed, the hot tub closed, the gym closed, and when we asked for a manner he said he was but couldn't help. Asked for a refund and was rudely told he couldn't do anything about it had to talk to another guy, which wasn't there and couldn't be reached because he doesn't have a phone. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! I wouldn't let my dog stay in this place!

We had two rooms, one had the toilet off cause the waterline leaked, the other room had not been cleaned. When we changed rooms, they were better, but one was missing part of the towels, i. E. The floor towel for the bathroom and the bath bar soap. The tub in the other room wasn't draining. Housekeeping needs more attention to detail. If rooms are not fully functioning, the management should have notes of the rooms with issues.

Room was extremely small and maintenance needed to be done. Bathroom mirror was missing/not attached and over-the-sink light did not work. Furniture was askew and some of the lamps did not work or were not even plugged in. The walls and floors did not appear clean. The shower was not clean and the shower head leaked along the connections. Air conditioning did work.

First of all the counter person was very nice and accommodating and not foreign. We lifted our luggage through the window of our room because we could. Opened it from inside and the parking lot was right there. Checked for bugs and could find any traces of any. The comforter had a hole in it. The furniture was dated and needed replacing including the MATTRESSES! OLD OLD and worn, here's the best part of the room! The shower was OUTSTANDING! GOOD PRESSURE! And a heat lamp in there! So we stayed! Breakfast was lame next morning but the cost was $57.00 so we struggled through somehow. Hope this helped!

Would not stay here again. Was the last resort late at night one room left. Bathroom wasn't clean burn marks in the hot tub. If I could give zero stars I would.

Staff was friendly. I would give the cleanliness 8 out of 10. Pool was little but very clean. I would most definitely stay here again!

Friendly enough staff, TV didn't work but I'm here for just one night so I'm not switching rooms. Tile loose in the bathroom and the toilet teeters. I got a double because they were out of single kings. The other bed covers look dirty. I mean come on. I know they could do better.

The room was incredibly dingy. Walking barefoot, my feet turned black with dirt. The tile in the bathroom was sticky and the bathtub was stained. The pool was great though, staff was friendly and breakfast was decent. If it wasn't for those things mentioned, the room itself would've received a lower rating.

Excellent value for the price! Well situated from the Interstate; easy in, easy out. Many good restaurants and services nearby.

Located on a nice strip that seems to be popular for shopping and dining with great options to choose from for both. This hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub with a cabin feel to it. They do have a hot breakfast, and there are usually cookies in the lobby with pink lemonade. My room was well decorated just tacky lol. It was pretty clean though and the staff seems pretty friendly.

First stay in February 2017 hotel pleasant but fitness equipment going down. July 2017 it was closed. Room was clean beds comfortable, but air stopped working. Pool cloudy and no filter. No elevator at all and not mentioned. Too many bags to take up stairs. Very disappointed could not use the amenities I paid for. Forturnately appeared to be making some repairs.

Good for a quick overnight trip. Needs lots of upgrading. AC unit did not cool properly. Pool water looked awful. Bed was partially comfortable but sheets were on inside out and backwards. Shower had good pressure and fairly hot water. Had flat screen TV which was nice. Liked the mini fridge.

This hotel was not clean properly, Dirt on the walls, bad odors, stained towels, and the rooms never provided us with new clean towels and a courtesy cleaning. I give it 1 star due to the hotel being in a convenient location. I don't recommend this hotel even if it's cheaper than others.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. The front desk clerk is a complete B! *ch wants to argue that she dosent get paid enough to deal with a non-working room card. Come in the room from driving 4.5 hours and needed to relieve myself and the toilet was clogged. Took them 12 hours to do anything about it. Horrible horrible experience! Never coming back!

The room smells like either a cat was left here for days without a litter box or someone had a meth lab in this place. I can't believe they haven't done something about how completely nasty this place looks and smells. Need to tear down and rebuild new. Just a suggestion Wyndham Hotels.

Very disappointed in this hotel! First of all there is NO elevator and being physically limited, it would have been nice to know this before hand. The king size bed sank in the middle so could not sleep comfortably at all. It also did not have any blankets, just a duvet cover and a sheet. The commode ran constantly unless you took the lid off the tank and wiggled the chain after every flush. The in-room jacuzzi was nice but at least 3 of the jets didn't work and sometimes the hot water got stuck in the on position. When they picked up our towels in the morning, they said they had to wash the towels first before they could give us any replacement towels! Didn't try the breakfast because it ended at 9 am. The indoor pool was a little outdated but still nice to swim in. The hot tub in the pool area on the other hand was disgusting. It had a bad odor and what looked like bath scum on top of the bubbles. All in all definitely not worth the $300 dollars we paid for two nights. Would not go back and would not recommend to anybody. Only reason I gave two stars is because the guy at check-in was extremely nice and very willing to try and please.

Beds were nice, people that worked there were friendly, but breakfast didn't have too many choices. Thank you for the visit.

Staff very friendly, rooms clean but felt linen needed to get changed before I used bed. Stain on the outer cover. Great breakfast and pool.

When you call the 800 number shown to make a reservation I don't have a problem with anyone of foreign decent but come on if you can't understand English find another job. If you say I need to see if you have a handicap double that is a big hint. You wouldn't put them in a room, now here is the kicker "no elevator at this particular hotel " so I got put on the second floor! so baymont reservation when you hire someone from this day forward test them for comprehension of english speaking guests, I mean really second floor when I specifically announced that I needed a handicapped room.

This is the worst hotel. When you walk in the room smelled like fresh urine. There was hair in the tub (not a strand or two) toilets weren't clean and food in the microwave. This is the first and last baymont hotel I will ever stay in. Thank you Comfort inn Suites for saving the night.

Paid for the presidential suite it had a used tampon in the jacuzzi with hair coming out the holes. GROSS! Ruined my nite and first date $150, I give u 3 stars down! — 3
