The rooms are very neat and clean. I enjoyed the patio in the back. My stay here has been a great experience.

Looks like bed bug city. Rented a room but didn't go back to use it because everything is so filthy. Carpets, elevators, everything looks downtrodden, including the bedding and mattresses. Traffic from interstate is so loud it sounds like it's in the room with you. No soundproofing whatsoever. Rented a room there but didn't go back to use it because the place was so filthy. Foyer is fine, but don't be fooled, guest rooms are nasty, carpets in hallways, elevator, beaten up, nasty. Staff is argumentative and unprofessional when you try to tell them there are issues, especially one woman at the front desk who would not let me speak, but talked over me. I guess that's how they keep the guests money even when the guest doesn't want the room. Apparently the staff is not concerned that guests are unhappy with the condition of the hotel.

Very clean! Staff was awesome. Beds were so comfy! Convenient to the interstate. And the restaurant in the hotel had good food. It was nice to be able to eat at the hotel. And not have to go back out after a long day on the road.

We stayed over the Memorial Day weekend, the pool was great and hot tub. The room was good. The complaint I have is the head HOUSEKEEPING supervisor was the manager for the day, I think the power went to ms HOUSEKEEPER head. She was RUDE to my grandchildren in the lobby and then followed us outside, I felt like I was being stalked. Just be aware of the foul mouthed woman who wants to be in charge.

We had such a wonderful visit. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I appreciate the southern hospitality.

Our stay was great! We were greeted with a smiling face as soon as we walked in, which was nice after a long day of traveling! We decided to eat at there bistro. It was okay I got the chicken BLT, it was good without the chicken the chicken was to cold but just took it off and it was good. Our room was very nice we had two adults and two children perfect size for us. Had a little nice courtyard in the back where the kids could play and stretch their legs! All around great stay!

Beds and rooms are ok. People are pleasant however that's the end of the good. Mold all over in the bathroom. Food stuck on the walls. Pubic hair in the corners and on the bathroom floor. Fridge that doesn't work. Door keys that don't work. Ice machine doesn't work. The list is growing! Seriously for the money charged, I was expecting a clean mold free stay! Can't even get that…

A/C wasn't working in room. Hot tub was colder than pool. Rooms were very nice.

Omg! When I say I LOVE THIS HOTEL and how clean the rooms and everything was! The staff at this place are so nice and friendly they make sure you are taking care of until you check out. The restaurant food was good wish it was just more. The only problem I had was it didn’t have snack machines but it had a market down store which was okay but a little to pricey, other than that I love this hotel and will be back!

I travel 100% with my company so I stay at hotels often. The rooms are clean and beds are comfy. I decided to order take out and failed to get silverware so I went to the bar and asked could I use the silverware. The bartender made a snarky comment "as long as I don't take it with me. " He could have kept the comment to himself. 3 stars.

I'll work in my work at night, and the layout was great to do just that. Good lighting in bathroom and more than adequate space in the room. The lobby features a 'mini Starbucks' atmosphere, which I'm not a fan of, but I made the best of it.

The courtyard Marriott is a little tucked away, but on the inside of the hotel was a very lovely setting. The lobby wasn't over the top with it's decoration and it gave it a more cozy feel. The receptionist was very warm and inviting and willing to help all of the guests that stepped through the door with a smile. The meeting room we booked was fairly small for the baby shower, but would be perfect for a more intimate business meeting.

The staff is very friendly and helpful at all hours. The breakfast is delicious. The decor is all updated and the room is clean. I stayed here on a recommendation and will definitely stay again.

This facility is wonderful. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and I have been staying here due to inclement weather. They have been extremely accommodating to me as I work the night shift so I'm on an opposite schedule to what their normal business needs call for. It's very clean and nice, the staff is wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel!

If you've ever stayed at a Marriott Courtyard you can expect the same experience here. Friendly staff, clean room, and super comfortable bed. The only gripe about my stay is that the TV has special software that forces the volume from 0 to 3 to 8 (or louder). No in between. It's very quiet or too loud. Everything else was great.

Never write reviews but feel compelled to do one. Room size for us and our 2 teens… amazing. Requested when booking extra towels, extra pillows and a cot because there are 4 of us. When we arrived we were told there was not a cot placed but they would get us one. We had to go downstairs and ask for supplies because room only had 2 towels and 3/4 of a roll of TP. We only had 5 pillows in the whole room. No extra toiletries in room. Water is luke warm at best. Guests in my elevator r inquiring with each other about it. My whole family cannot shower. For the price… very disappointed. I thought courtyard Marriott was supposed to be nice… we had never stayed in one before. Will steer clear in the future. Front desk people are very kind and said they will discount the room and helped us when we needed items.

It was great every thing was but I wish the pool was deeper than 5 feet and every one is nice.

Hosted a huge high school football program that was very loud. This is the second time in a row I've had Courtyards heavily filled with large groups of disruptive young people. Starting to wonder if the Courtyard chain is courting them.

My sister stayed here while visiting us. We joined her for an impromptu picnic on the back patio one evening. The hotel was very clean, the staff was kind and helpful. My sister loved her room and said it was quite comfortable. Based on our limited experience, we'll certainly recommend to other friends or family when staying in Jackson!

Made my and my fellow Evacuees time waiting for Hurricane Irma to recede pleasant and comfortable. I plan to travel back to Jackson, Tennessee for my own personal enjoyment. As many know, it not what people say or how they treat you but how they "make you feel" — this is what you never forget. Excellent place to stay. Parking for my big truck. Hotel is very clean and nice inside and out. Front desk people were very nice and very perky. Rooms are nice and big. Easily accessible right off the highway.

The room smells like it has been smoked it even though it's non smoking. The blankets and sheets smell like feet. I can hear every thing the people above us do, stomping around at all hours of the night. Very disappointed.

My family and I stayed one night, the room was clean big and the staff were friendly. Our poor experience was not with the room it was with the bistro in the lobby, we went down to have breakfast at around 7 am and ordered a breakfast sandwich fried eggs over hard with a sweet tea $20.58. Thirty minutes later the eggs came over easy and a unsweetened tea with no silverware napkins or condiments. Our experience with breakfast was unpleasant and I would suggest going somewhere else to get food, the bistro might be a good place for a beer but that would be it.

Hotel was nice. Rooms were nice. Service was absolutely terrible at their Bistro. Had to wait 26 mins for a breakfast sandwich. Talked to the staff on duty and they just giggled. Not very professional.

I was visiting a friend who was getting ready for her wedding. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is extremely nice too.

Was in town for a family reunion. The room was great with plenty of space… the kids enjoyed the pool. Price was reasonable. Fire pit was cool. Why 3 stars… no free breakfast, and the cafe is way way over priced and they didn't open when they said they would be open. And the cafe tables were constantly sticky… icky. I would only stay of you don't mind going out for breakfast, snack, whatever everyday. If I am in Jackson again, I will select somewhere else to stay.

We stay here a few times a year when visiting family. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Easy access location. The rooms need lampshades replaced, minimal decorations, no microwave in room and worst of all no complimentary continental breakfast. They have a bistro with food alla carte. Box of cereal was over $3.50. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I wouldn't give it one, but I had to choose. We had to wait 21/2 he's upon arriving to be checked in because our rooms weren't ready even though we made reservations. We we're never told we needed a credit card on file until after I payed with cash and then refused to give me s refund so I could go somewhere else. They whirlpool/hot tub had a gumball sized Hairball floating in it, our coffee pot didn't work and there was no complimentary breakfast like I had read online. I would Never suggest or recommend this hotel to anyone!

Upon check in front desk clerk and coffee bar barista were talking on cell phones to each other laughing making a guest wait. Does not offer free coffee or breakfast. Towels were still wet on inside. Will not stay at another Courtyard very dissatisfied.

Rooms were very nice and big. Looked brand new with great bedding and hot showers.

Amazing! Great customer service, clean big elegant rooms, bistro in lobby that serves drinks at 5, indoor pool and whirlpool, gym, outside fir pit! This place was a life saver! We left the LaQuinta hotel and came to the courtyard due to waking up to a bug in our sheets then expected us to pay for that night! Do not go to the LaQuinta! The Courtyard ended up being cheaper than them in the end!

Was a great place to stay. Very clean, very helpful. We liked the indoor pool and hot tub. We used the bar for a evening drink and would have eaten at the restaurant, time permitting. We spent our evening out on the patio by the gorgeous fire pit. They have coined laundry for guests, a snack bar, business center, fitness center, social areas. I will definitely book there again. Our room was spacious and inviting; it did not need any repairs or cosmetic work done. I would recommend it.

Tried to make a reservation with this Hotel — the person I talked to was incapable of taking a reservation.

Very friendly staff. We got too tired before our planned stay in Memphis and decided to stop in Jackson. Calling places as we neared a couple of them had no vacancies. The man on the phone for this hotel gave me a great price so we stopped. The lady at the front desk gave me a different price and when I told her about the phone call she matched the price! And was very polite about it. The room was nice, quiet, CLEAN, and cold. Great overall stay.

Pet-owner's Dream. I'm a lifetime Silver Elite member with Marriott, nearing lifetime Gold status. My family and I stopped at this Courtyard because I'm a Marriott fan and we needed a pet-friendly hotel. There was no pet fee charged here. You have to sign a waiver stating that you will pay for any damage caused by your pet, including lost revenue associated with the damages. Standard fare, really. This hotel is very clean. There is a large, grassy area beside the property for dogs to be walked. Check-in was a breeze. The staff was pleasant. We did not experience any noise while we were there, but it may have just been the folks that were staying there during our stay. There is almost nothing else around this hotel, except another hotel. However, there are lots of services one exit closer to Memphis (west). We will stay here again.

Very friendly staff, room was quite nice. Not walking distance to any food or entertainment but otherwise would highly recommend.

Very nice facility and very friendly staff. The only thing that was a bummer was that the whirlpool was broke and the pool water temp was chilly, would have been nice to sit in a hot tub. They were very apologetic about it and explained that the replacement part was on order but that it was a holiday weekend (Thanksgiving) and they didn't think it was going to be there for our stay. We travel to Jackson to visit family every couple years and it's the best place I've stayed at and will definitely stay there again.
