Great service good breakfast.

Very clean, great customer service, reasonably priced, easy to find, nice, big t. V. Comfy bed. You will not be disappointed.

When we checked in desk clerk (Jason) was very helpful. Jason also gave us good restaurant information. Hotel is clean, rooms are very nice, very pleasant atmosphere. Would most definitely recommend you stay here.

Perfect room size. Biggest TV I have ever seen in any hotels. Front desk staff was great. Manager is so nice and kind. It was a lovely stay there. I would recommend to all and visit again hopefully. Thanks!

Checked in really late after a very long drive. The attendant was extremely nice and asked several questions to determine if I qualified for any discounts. Checkin was simple and quick. Room was spacious and nice, though the air conditioner seemed to be leaking on the floor because the carpet was wet around it which caused a bit of a foul smell, but not overpowering. If I had been staying longer than the 7-8 hours total to sleep, I may have requested a different room. Overall, the outside was a bit dark, but the inside was quite nice. Would stay again if I passed through Jackson, TN again.

Our room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. But there was a certain kind of smell that didn't smell so good. And the guy that checked us in was very nice. Now it's morning and the staff is very rude! Breakfast was a joke! They had NO coffee and the waffle mix was watered down. The staff walks past and not a smile or a hi or good morning or anything.

We went on a, day trip and it rained. But when we got ot to the hotel we were met by Jason. He was very professional and helpful. My family and I felt well taken care of. He knows what it means about customer service.

I travel for work so I’m in and out of many hotels all the time. This is a decent place to stay and clean (it actually had a nice cleaning fragrance to it) comfy bed big TV bigger refrigerator then most hotels and Jason at the front desk is friendly pleasant and very helpful! This hotel will be in my list of decent places to stay when I’m in Jackson Tennessee next time and I will certainly pass the message along to our other drivers of my company so they stop for some good rest too. Thanks again for a nice stay!

The man working the front desk when I checked in (I think his name was jason), was wonderful! Very polite and helpful. I was checking in quite late at night, and hoping there was a pizza delivery place still open. He called around until he found one and got my dinner on my way. That is above and beyond service. The room itself was clean and comfortable. I'm very happy.

Walls are thin, can hear noises easily, even hear toilet flushes from next rooms. Breakfast is free But it's horrible. No taste at all. Linens are very nice, beds are comfortable. A. C. Was so so. Our 1st room fridge was broken but front desk night clerk was very nice & switched our rooms quickly.

We have really enjoyed our stay. No complaints. Thank you all.

The room was very clean. They are currently in the process of doing renovations, with what appeared to be some minor trim work left. My only negative remark would be the surrounding area. There are some old run down buildings in the area. Overall, I would have no issues staying here again. The hotel was very clean and the staff was great!

We were very disappointed in this hotel. They were revonating the lobby so it was a mess. When we entered our room it was smaller than expected. It also had a dirty towel on the bathroom floor and the faucet wasn’t coeaned. These items by themselves were minor in the moment but didn’t sit great. The beds were comfortable however the next morning we heard rustling in a corner. When we turned in the light and found a mouse. It ran from our things to behind the TV. After that we packed up and left quickly — also finding out the fridge didn’t cool our couple items, even after we turned it on after getting into our room. We did look at the morning breakfast but did not stay to eat after the above experience. There is also no gym at this hotel which was disappointing. When we checked out, the front desk showed little concern for the state of our room and that there was a mouse present. This experience is what I’d expect out of a.

We broke down on Wednesday night and they had no rooms available. The desk clerk on the evening shift was very nice helping us find another hotel. On Thursday we again had to stay in a hotel and this time COMFORT INN had a room so we took it. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast is simple but adequate. Pizza and Chinese food delivers both are very good. Because there was no shuttle the manager took us back to kenworth. We will definitely stay again.

Pool was closed for winter. Sept. 9 was our stay. Very poor breakfast. No yogurt. Few apples. 1 dry orange that was all of the fruit. No peanut butter. Rooms very clean and no pets. Just overpriced.

Nice stay, great accommodations and friendly staff. Breakfast ended kind of early. Overall, I enjoyed my short experience.

The desk clerks were very professional. I was greeted by a friendly face when I checked and when I left. While I was getting ready to brush my teeth I had the bathroom door open. The housekeeper opened the front door. I was only in my panties. Nothing else. My room was across from the breakfast area. It had 4 men in it.

Staff is very helpful and friendly, they have the best comforters and pillows. Best place to stay in Jackson Tn.

Very nice and kind staff. Good condition rooms and nice free breakfast. Biggest complaint would be the thin walls. I could hear a fair bit of the neighbors when trying to go to sleep, but nothing too bad that I couldn't ignore it.

Huge TV, nice comfy bed, breakfast was as expected. Staff was awesome. Wish I could remember the guys name but he was great. Work on the night shift and definitely made me feel welcome. Couldn't ask for a better guy to represent your hotel.

The host Jason was very friendly and offered information on places to eat. Our room was not as clean as we had hoped. The pillows smelled like someone's head and there was a stain on the wall. Jason was accommodating and apologetic. Overall it was decent experience.

Came in late, front desk was very nice and quickly set us up with a room. Rooms were great, and breakfast was on time and delicious!

Room was clean and the staff was friendly. My only gripe is that the internet was so slow I literally couldn't use it. Pages time out before they load. Pay attention to the address they tell you to use if you're using GPS to get there since some units won't have the road name in them.

I am a Choice member and stay at the Comfort Inns all over Tennessee. This has been one of the worst and the first for me to review. I checked in and had to change rooms because of the smell. It smelled like someone sprayed something all over the room to cover up something and it was unbearable. The shower was luke warm at best just like the coffee downstairs with breakfast. I really look forward to that morning cup of coffee and I had to pour it out in the parking lot. The staff was nice and helped switch my room.

Really great staff, rooms and lobby are very clean. The location is good if your goal is to be close to gas stations and restaurants. (restaurants are just across the interstate less than 1 mile)

It was a great experience, we came to visit family for Thanksgiving and the staff was very helpful, friendly and made our stay very memorable.
