Poor Customer Service. Not very concerned about dealing with customer issues.

Clean and bed was decent, but they overcharged on the price that was quoted on online booking and rooms on the side of the interstate are INCREDIBLY noisy. It made it extremely difficult to sleep. Way too expensive for what it is… $220 for a room for less than 12 hours is ridiculous.

Would like to thank Antarrius Johnson and the staff at Hilton Garden Inn for their hospitality and impeccable customer service. My husband and I truly appreciate all you did. You will not be disappointed if you book a room with this establishment. They are extremely professional and helpful. Always asking if there and willing to meet the need to make your stay an enjoyable one. We will definitely book this establishment again! Thank you, Keith and Lachesha Hendrix.

Hotel is bright and clean, feels brand new even though it’s a few years old. Staff was superior, went out of their way to provide excellent customer service at breakfast. Zephaniah makes the best omelets and French toast. Perfect stop for our family. Thanks!

Our room was given away last night and we didn’t get a suite. Then they tried to charge us for a suite today.
Our room was standard, nothing great and a bit dirty.
Not to the Hilton standard we are use to at all!

5 Stars! I can’t say enough abt this Hotel, it’s beautiful, quiet, employees who went out of their way to help. Our travels weren’t for pleasure, we had to travel 3 hours there due to 2 of my family members passing away in a house fire. During some of the worst times of my life the employees here were aware of situation, went out of their way to assist, comfort us, making sure we had anything, everything we may need. Brian Armstrong, front desk clerk during evening shift was amazing. Hilton is so very lucky to have him, we were blessed to have had him. More than once, he checked on us when we were leaving/coming back in for the night. He did everything in his power to help us get thru such a devastating time. First time I called abt possible reservation, told the lady our situation, she immediately stepped up to assist, remove that worry from my mind. They are more than bare bones basic employees, they sincerely cared. When I’m back in West Tn, I will also be a guest at this hotel again.

Good stay! We stayed two night and we loved it! The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable! My husband loves the tall shower heads as he is a tall man! The staff was wonderful! Very good clean hotel in a wonderful location…

The decor here is absolutely gorgeous, updated and modern. Also, everything was very clean. I was very comfortable here. And our room had double blackout curtains, which is something I appreciate. However, the staff was a little cold. Also, our a/c was broken, but they had a repairman up there right away, and he was super friendly. I would definitely return here.

Hilton Garden is located on Vann Drive surrounded with a plethora of restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and the service is top notch. Even being at the pool feels like you are secluded despite traffic in the area.

Lobby is lovely! Room is old school, but this is a historic hotel. Every person here, business travelers mostly, seem quite happy… even hugging the valets and a lot know their names. My only negative is the homeless people living on benches across the street… I really want to walk to the Mayflower Cafe, but will I be safe?

I really love staying here when I travel to Jackson. Great location which captures modern convenience with a classic look. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. They are simply outstanding. Friendly and professional and they quickly resolve any concerns. Hotel has a restaurant, a bar and a coffee house that are great. I recommend this hotel for business or personal. You will love it.

It is a perfectly fine hotel and I enjoyed my 4-5 weeks there quite a bit. Mark, who helps with breakfast in the mornings, is the absolute best. Very professional while also personable. He has a wonderful memory for what you like in the morning and is quick to facilitate. Most all of the staff is friendly and helpful, but I wanted to bring particular attention to Mark and the AM chef on Thursday mornings, whose name I cannot recall. I recommend trying to get one of the "22" rooms, 522, 622, 722, 822. They are corner rooms and look over the train tracks. The trains that do roll by at night are usually very quiet. I also recommend walking to the Iron Horse Grill for dinner. A seat at the bar is likely your best option. My only issue with the Hilton Garden Inn is that the gym isn't always in proper working order in terms of TVs, etc. Some people complain of the proximity to the bus station and train tracks given the presence of some vagrants. I never had a single issue. Look, Downtown Jackson is not the finest city in the world. It's not the finest city in Mississippi. It is what it is and it's likely not going to change much. So if you find yourself needing to be in Jackson, this hotel should more than suffice.

This was my first visit to Jackson. The hotel itself is really lovely, with great employees and clean, comfortable rooms. The location leaves a little to be desired, I'd give it a 3 of 10 walkability scale. Not much to do nearby if you like to explore the city at no if but instead of sit in the hotel room.

Great hotel! The staff is pleasant and attentive. The room is really nice and modern, but most of all it's CLEAN! The bed is comfortable and cozy with fresh linen. This is my second night in Jackson. I wish I would have known about this hotel yesterday. I will definitely return! To the staff, thanks for all that you do.

We stayed here this past weekend 07/27/2018. For a hotel that is brand new, I give 4 stars for the room but the breakfast buffet wasn't all that great for the price. Food was cold, bacon was over cooked, and there wasn't anyone there to make omelets. If you are going to make your guest pay for their breakfast you need to have someone working the buffet at all times. So I give the breakfast a 1/2 star. We are planning another trip this weekend to the Smokey Mountains and planning on staying at another Hilton. I hope we won't be disappointed, again.

Loved this hotel. The decor is great. We felt like we were in Montana. The breakfast was delicious. The omelette chef did a great job and the service was excellent. Definitely will return when traveling thru Jackson, Tn.

What an amazing experience! This HGI looks brand new with a inviting rustic theme. We had an easy check in process despite coming in pretty late in the evening (~10pm). The room was clean and spacious. We wanted to grab a bite but in room dining was closed. I went downstairs and the lovely waitress who was cleaning up stopped what she was doing to pour me a beer and grab me some silverware for some take out I had ordered. Parking is free and wraps around the outside of the hotel making luggage transport easy. We had breakfast included in our stay and had a freshly made omelet along with a breakfast buffet complete with fruit, eggs, bacon and oatmeal as options. I would definitely stay here again. Especially given the savings over the increasingly expensive hotel prices in Nashville.

As for the stay — the room was nice and seemed very clean. Lobby was well appointed and front desk was fairly friendly. Both times in visiting the Seattle's Best coffee shop (off of the lobby) the individuals working there were most unfriendly. The valet attendants out front were great. I wasn't thrilled about paying for the required $15.95 valet parking, but the only other parking option would be on the street (at your own risk). The only drawback to this hotel is the area. There was a homeless person sleeping on a bench across the street (during two separate stays). If you are staying overnight and not leaving the hotel this is a good place to stay.

The hotel was great, clean, love the space in disabilities bathroom. The only bad thing the Directv workers left the main door to our room open and joining door open — when we arrived — worried about privacy.

Easily one of the prettiest hotels I've ever been to. The staff made everything easy, and breakfast was delicious.

Room was great… be prepared to pay for breakfast. We typically ask if breakfast is included, but didn't ask when booking at this hotel. We were finishing up breakfast and got served a bill for $20. It was quite a surprise. Why didn't they let us know? Every hotel we stay at includes breakfast.

I don't understand why you have to pay $179 for ONE night and breakfast isn't included in the stay! That's crazy. Other hotels offer a free breakfast. But you have to pay for theirs? Room was good, the pool area was closed because water was on the floor. But our stay was Ok!

The hotel and room was well kept, neat and clean. The room was very cozy and comfortable. The valet service was very professional and courteous. The buffet breakfast, some was prepared made per request behind a counter. There is hot food that is kept on the floor in warmers. Get your drink or juice 1st while you wait for your special order to be ready, before getting your other food out of the warmers. This ensures eating a hot (warm) meal at the same time.

Nice hotel, bar and restaurant are handy and pretty good. Room was comfortable and clean and plenty of space. Bed was top notch!

The room and building we're very nice! Very elegant look to the lobby. The person at the desk was not friendly at all. He barely said 5 words the whole check in process. Maybe this was because we booked the room through Priceline and not the hotel directly. The people at checkout were not friendly either and promised me an emailed receipt, the printer was not working, which never came. It would definitely be 5 stars if the staff was friendly.

This is a fully remodeled and fully functional historic building. It was and is still named the King Edward Hotel but it is now. A mixed use hotel and apartment building. It has valet parking and restaurants also along with many other amenities.

This hotel is in the historic and yet restored section of downtown Jackson. The interior belies it's rich heritage and southern charm. Staff are helpful and generally responsive. The hotel is relatively quiet. Parking downtown is at a premium and the hotel offers a fee-based valet parking service. Several really good restaurants are within walking distance priced moderately to expensively. Waitstaff in the hotel restaurant during breakfast are very helpful and pleasant. My room did not meet standards, though. I've uploaded photographs showing a previous occupant's great toe nail on the carpet. Obviously, housekeeping missed this room. Another photo shows a wrecked, off-track sliding mirrored closet door in my room. Another miss by housekeeping. Finally, the windows appear to not have been cleaned since the commencement if the War Between the States. Lastly, when the television wouldn't come on, I had to move wires and plug it into the wall outlet. I gave the hotel 3 stars based on the staff for their efforts to demonstrate customer focused.

Rooms are great. Very comfortable. Staff is warm and friendly no one stood out as memorable but they were friendly and helpful.

If you want to feel at home look no further than the Hilton Garden Inn in Jackson. I’ve stayed at many of Hilton brand’s hotels, but this was my first time staying at a Hilton Garden Inn. I did not know what to expect but I was extremely impressed with this location. The room was clean and included nice touches such as a Keurig machine. The bathroom was spacious and there was plenty of storage for my clothing. The staff was friendly and courteous and made me feel welcomed. I was also impressed by the Fitness Center. At many other hotels this amenity is overlooked by the fitness center was surprisingly spacious and provided many machines and treadmills to keep in shape while you are on the road. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying at this location in the future whenever I am in Jackson.

The area of town is very sketchy. Heard multiple gunshots nearby. Lots of miscreant type people hanging around at night. Bums asking for money as soon as I got out of my car. $16 valet parking is required. The hotel itself has a pretty nice historical lobby and rooms were fine. I would not stay here again though because of the high crime nearby.

This place was a Joke, they lady staff was RUDE, and they charged my card an extra $20 dollars for some kind of convenience fee and it just doesn't make any sense for the charge. Jackson MS is also know as the worst city of Murders, robberies in the U. S so if I were you I wouldn't ever look that way and book this Hilton which is possibly privately owned.

Horrible service. During a two week stay I had housekeeping skip my room 3 days in a row! THEN, because I’m staying in Jackson for 7 months I had the hotel store my suitcase over this past weekend from Friday to Monday morning. When I received my bag, the staff WENT THROUGH IT and STOLE $400 worth of stuff out of my bag before returning it with a smile. A police report has been filed but the GM Scott and front desk manager Jeff seemed like it wasn’t a big deal and tried to blame valet. The valet attendant also tried to make it seem as if I had left the bag never to return. To make matters worse, the area that my bag was stored in was NOT LOCKED and NOT UNDER CAMERA SURVEILLANCE. This is the worst hotel ever, they still have not reimbursed me for my items and though they claim they are conducting and investigation, I’d be surprised if I ever hear anything. As a Hilton honors member I’ve never been more disappointed. Don’t ever stay here, ever.

This location is in a beautiful building in downtown Jackson. The historic elements of the building are stunning. The staff is kind, welcoming and efficient. Parking is difficult, due to the downtown location.

Stopped here for the night on the way to New Orleans, LA. First of all the lobby and the hotel itself are beautiful. However, the room was just meh and although we showed up late I understand people are tired and all that. However, when we called the front desk in order to see where we could get some food we had the rudest reception and barking of "Dominos" that could have been experienced for a place intended for hospitality. This is definitely one you pass through on one night.

Great hotel. Right in the middle of downtown. If you book here, you would need to valet your car or park on metered parking. Rooms are nice. Staff is wonderful. Even had an ethernet port in the room. Would definitely return again.

We stopped at this hotel around midnight one evening on our way to Florida with our four children. The hotel is very nice and it is also very pretty. It was dark and our GPS seemed to take us in the wrong direction, but we eventually found the valet and we were able to get inside. The surrounding area seemed to be a bit sketchy. Looking out the windows we watched a lot of people on the streets coming and going at all hours. BUT, the hotel it self was nice. We had a suite, which was perfect for us and the 4 kids. The pull out couch slept 3 10 year old boys semi-comfortably, and the bed was perfect for 2 adults and a toddler. The bedroom was separate from the living area, which was great for the noisy boys. The only thing I didn't like was that the only entrance to the bathroom was through the bedroom!

Absolutely incredible stay in downtown Jackson! All parking is valet. The valets were great! Super friendly, helpful, and fast! Everything inside was wonderful from checking in and out, to room cleanliness, to amenities. The 8th floor view was awesome! Spectacular view of the sunset over Jackson! Would recommend and stay again.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The lady at the front desk was rude. The room we stayed in needs a good carpet cleaning. The bathroom was disgusting! It smelled like a dirty mop/ rags. The toilet seat had crusted urine on it. The shower walls and floor need a good scrubbing. There was a red stain (blood? ) on the bed sheets. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Will NEVER stay there again. If I could give it 0 (zero) stars, I would.

Beautiful hotel right downtown. Front desk staff was amazingly helpful as was the manager on duty. When I made a mistake in my reservation they were quick to help me sort it out and get me situated where I needed to be. Great hotel with great friendly staff.

Nice and clean rooms, valet was super nice and told a bum to step off when he was bugging us. Breakfast place that's connected to the hotel isn't the best though. Stopped there at 7 am and took them 25 minutes to make a breakfast sandwich.

The venue is very nice the restroom was clean the food was delicious and your staff members that worked the Blackmon reception were very friendly and resourceful. The only one thing that I found may need some revamping is the parking and if you've already booked an event those guests should not have to pay for parking you may want to include a discount amount for parking in your venue rental package, and maybe give tickets to that person to give to their guest but just know that those have been pre-paid by the party renting the space Otherwiseand do plan to attend other events here.

So, we stayed here for weeks on end. Got a full view of the place. Mandatory valet, but the guys are reliable and never had an issue. Excellent desk staff, especially Jasmine. Bar has great and personable staff as well. Clearly a usual haunt for many locals. Room service was prompt with quality food. Did charge for "rocks" in drinks, which is a bit insulting. Like the "clear coat" in the car business. This charge is in addition to the two or three usual "fees" associated with room service. Overall, you can't beat the quality and price for Jackson. Clean, compentent staff, quality breakfast, bar and coffee shop in-house, etc. Walking distance to 3 or 4 excellent eateries. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Awesome place to stay. Had very clean rooms, that were cooled to a nice temperature when we arrived. The only real downside is that there isn't any free parking. Breakfast was delicious in the morning and had a huge variety of cooked and fresh items.

I liked this hotel better than the others in Jackson. I was disappointed that the King Edward did not keep the original stair case design it had before closing over 30 years ago. It was one on the grandest old hotels in the pass life I've seen including some of the finest hotels in Europe. However I maybe just remembering things I thought was real. I was a very young girl when I stay there all those years ago. Not only is the tax to high but the cost of parking is riculous! This is not New York for G — sake. I got bedbug bites on my right foot that I'm still dealing with. To be fair, My granddaughter did NOT get any bites from sleeping on her bed next to mine.

I've seen better roads in Afghanistan. If you can get past that, good luck finding parking, especially since the valet is another $16. This once 4 star hotel earns it's 3 stars by modernizing something old in a forgotten side of town. I'll do better next time getting something closer to the highway.

This place is spectacular. Where to start. Well the grand staircase looks like the titanic stairway the lobby is beautiful the bed had brand new mattresses maid service was amazing the bar has very friendly staff the valet guys are very helpful and friendly and Wendell… I can't say enough good things about Wendell. He's amazing. Very helpful and super friendly. Would definitely recommend and return here again.

The hotel is historic and beautiful! The staff from the valet to the front desk were the absolute best! Now that food at the restaurant was the absolute best! OMG you can't go wrong with brunch or dinner! Check them out you won't be disappointed! There is a train near by but it wasn't loud enough for me to notice or become a distraction! Great service and food!

My interactions were mostly in regards to the partnership between the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) and the hotel. This setup was managed nicely and I was pleased that the partnership was with such a nice hotel with great amenities.

Very beautiful hotel on the inside, while still maintaining the look of an older building from the outside. Completely modern and clean. Nice amount of conference spaces if you plan to host a small event. Parking could be better considering valet is the only option for onsite parking however it is something to be expected when choosing a nice hotel in Downtown. Would definitely come back again if visiting.

Very elegant lobby. Customer service was phenomenal. Exceptionally friendly staff. My only complaint is breakfast. Compared to my overall experience, breakfast was subpart. Breakfast choices seemed rather meek and the food was just OK, nothing spectacular.

Food and service was great for the wedding reception I was attending. The hotel bar was OK. No very concerned with customers or speed.

My family (7 rooms) is here for a wedding weekend, I noticed we were missing a clock in our room, I called guest services and was told none of the rooms had clocks. Of course I checked my family rooms and all of them had a clock. After I informed guest services of this I was asked how long I was I staying and they would check with housekeeping. Never have I stayed at any hotel without an alarm clock and then told that was the standard and while this is minor, it speaks to the details. We have a iron that leaks, a ironing board that is leaning and the constant noise from the train.

Terrible stay at this Hilton Garden Inn location in Jackson MS. Noisy & disrespectful guests (a debate team from the Mississippi University for Women) in the room next to us two nights in a row. There was banging against the wall, drinking and slamming of doors constantly all night until well after 2AM. Valet parking was terrible and management was unprofessional at every level. Called the front desk… spoke with Sherita (Night Audit Clerk) and tried to explain what was happening. She replied… what do you want me to do… send security upstairs all night long? Specifically General Manager BRIAN BERRY at the Jackson MS location left a horrible taste in my mouth about this hotel brand altogether. Upon complaining to him at checkout about our experience he was not interested, he was unprofessional by being sarcastic in his responses to us and lastly, he displayed real signs of incompetences when it came to being knowledgeable about his job and the Hilton brand that he's being paid to represent. It's clear that he doesn't know the definition of hospitality or customer service. Because Ive always loved this city and this particular hotel location I am deeply saddened by the display of behavior from management. BRIAN BERRY as General Manager at this location or any other Hilton location is a grave MISTAKE!

This hotel may have been a historical building at one point but you can't tell due to the modern interiors. Stayed on the 8th floor. My room was clean and updated. I enjoyed my stay. I also enjoyed the food and drinks at the restaurant. The only thing I would fix is the hot tub. The hot tub was cold and disappointing. This would have made my hotel experience perfect. The food at the King Edward grill is phenomenal. My team and I started with lemon pepper wings and fried okra. So, I'm not a fan of fried okra, but the okra eaters gave it a 5 star rating. Wings were great, no breading, just good old deep fried with skin. Entrées were fish tacos and roasted half chicken. Fish tacos were tasty and great for a light dinner, just what the diner was looking for. My roasted chicken… coated with a fine fig, jalapeño and rosemary syrup… on a bed of mashed potatoes. The dish has such a unique sweetness that you just can't stop eating it. Great suggestions thanks to Jonathan in the bar. The kitchen at this restaurant is so great at what they do. Do not pass up on trying the hot water corn bread with molasses butter. It's like a pancake, but equally delicious. I love cornbread. I now love hot water cornbread thanks to this place.

I had a decent stay, but I was there with a work group, and some of the other rooms had slightly broken doors, and cobwebs in the windows.

Lobby was noisy, bed was adjustable, but the adjustable part was broken. So it was rich on the most firm setting. HDTV was getting a weak signal so the picture was snowy. Shower had no water pressure to speak of. And I feel like it was overpriced for the quality of the room and overall stay. The staff was attentive and efficient the only merit this place has is the employees. Location was nice, but overpriced.

We booked a different hotel in Jackson and when got there left cause it was so dirty. We went here and they were all booked but gave us a handicap accessible room so that was appreciated. Our room was perfectly clean and up to date. They staff was professional and responsive. The pool was small but clean. There was no hot tub like tripadvisor said but that was okay. Highly recommend this place.

I stay in Hilton/Hampton properties weekly and I have to say this is the nicest Hilton Garden Inn property I've ever experienced. Staff overly friendly, building extremely well maintained. Breakfast was a huge step up from the typical HGI, clearly a staff driven effort. Downtown Jackson doesn't seem to have much to offer but you can't fault the hotel for that. There are a few cool places within walking distance the front desk staff suggested to me which I really enjoyed.

The lobby is a really nice space, and the room is relatively clean with an ok view of downtown Jackson at night, when you can't really see the area too well. However, that's where the nice attributes end. The bathroom seemed a little rundown, both it and the hall smelled weird to me, and there was a bag on the door that the previous guests had left. The elevators were very smudgy with fingerprints, and the flatbread I had at the restaurant gave me severe stomach issues, so watch out for that. The cleaning staff was very friendly, but the front desk people and bar staff were condescending and short with me. They were very nice to my dad, so I can only assume they thought it was okay to be rude to me because I was younger, female, and not paying for the room itself. For example, I ordered a glass of wine at the restaurant (in WI — where I'm from — you can drink in public with your parents' permission if you're underage) and before I could even finish the word "moscato" the waiter asked if she could see my ID. When I tried to explain my mistake (because dad was there) she interrupted me again, very harshly, and in a condescending tone. Later on, I asked the front desk for ear plugs (because my dad snores) and AGAIN I was interrupted by a different woman. She didn't even try to help me out, just basically said "no that's not possible" and hung up. I just don't understand why the staff treat older people so well and younger people so poorly. Maybe it's a southern thing?

Kevin Saved my Stay. I drove 8 hours to attend an event locally and chose to stay at Hilton Garden Inn because of it's close proximity to the event. I should have inquired about parking but after booking I saw parking was available for a fee. When I showed up I pulled up to the gate but the arm didn't go up and I was confused. I drove around the block to find only a few close street spots but required I would need to parallel park and sadly… I do not have this skill. I called the hotel and asked how I would be able to self park and the gentleman explained they only have valet except for the meter street spots. A couple more trips around the block and I decided $15 for valet was worth it. Let me also say that my car does not have A/C and after 8 hours without A/C in 97 degree weather… I was ready to check in and visit the pool! I pulled up to valet and 6 guys seemed to be running around literally doing nothing. 1 guy ran 3 times to where cars were and back but never came back with a car or took a car. A vehicle was parked with no one in it and workers kept getting in it and not moving it. My information was taken quickly and I was given a valet slip but I couldn't leave my car because I was in the middle of the street until they moved some cars. 20 minutes passed and not a single car in front of me moved. However there was a void space where new cars drove in and their cars were taken and off they went! I kept trying to flag down a guy but none responded.

I booked my daughters rooms there for her wedding and signed a credit card authorization form stating for my card to be charged room and taxes only. They charged my card for valet parking when they should of charged the guest when they brought their car back to them. I am furious that the management would let something like this happen. I work for a Hilton Garden Inn myself and I would be very disappointed if my management company could let something like this happen. Loved the hotel but hate that the staff dropped the ball on credit card authorizations.

I normally do not post reviews, but wanted to pass my experience along. I would honestly just stay at a La Quinta Inn or something off the interstate: at least it will be cleaner, not filled with unreasonable waiting times, etc. The staff was extremely friendly, and the front patio is pretty on point for some afternoon cocktails, but that is about it. We waited for around two hours without any keys to our room because the machine was down, and they had no one competent to fix it; the sink was so clogged up it was basically useless; the wait times for any services were beyond unreasonable. I have actually had a better experience at a Days Inn, and that was when I was taking the most stressful test in my life, the bar exam. Pretty gorgeous hotel inside, so this was all extremely disappointing.

Not Hilton quality at all. I could have booked a super cheap hotel and get more for my money. I am here for a wedding and my room is missing many things such as my iron and ironing board, coffee maker, my beds mattress topper is coming apart and the bed setting for soft to firm is broken on both beds, the pillows are awful. I'm not 100% sure why this place is as expensive as it is. Wish I could switch to another hotel but I guess I have no choice but to tough it out until Sunday.

If you are getting married in Jackson MS, please look elsewhere for rooms for you and your guests. I am getting married in 8 days. I booked ours and our family rooms here Almost a year ago. We also have several guests from out of town who have booked rooms here (or tried to). Some were being told that the block was full and they couldn't get in. I've been trying to contact the director of sales regarding this and some questions I've had, but have not heard back. I left messages and emails to no avail. I then called the 800 customer service line, who said they need to give the specific hotel 72 hours to respond. 90 plus hours later I called them back to check the status since I had not heard back. I was informed that the complaint was sent to the wrong hotel and the customer service never called me to verify the information again. Basically nothing was going to be done if I had not called. I got a customer service agent who was not sympathetic and defended the hotel and their own department. I reiterated that my wedding is in 8 days. I need information now and I've been waiting for over a month. It is too late to get my guests to cancel the rooms, but I'm definitely canceling my reservation along with any family that can. The 800 service line had the opportunity to make up for the mistake of one facility. But they just made things a lot worse. I will never be spending any money at any Hilton if I can help it.

Just wanted to give kudos the customer service of this property. Without going in to all of the details, I had a glitch with my reservation and they went above and beyond to fix the problem.

The staff is top notch and so is the hotel, room, bathroom the feeling of being safe in an area you don't know is quite reassuring. I guess it is one of the main reasons we travel with the Hilton name as our gone away from home. Don't miss the breakfast. Yes you can go somewhere else for it but I say support fine establishments like this so we don't lose them.

Very nice hotel. Staff is fantastic. As others state, downtown is abismal. This gem needs a revitailized downtown.

This hotel is beautiful and historic located in Downtown Jackson. The bad news about this beauty is the location. Downtown Jackson is lacking in night life and needs a serious economic boost. The hotel is surrounded by vacant buildings, I woukdnt want my wife walking around down there at night. As for the hotel, the property is very clean and safe. The restaurant and bar is very nice too. You will definitely enjoy a cocktail on the patio if you can stand the delta heat and humidity.

Nice ans clean. The interior is very welcoming and the service is excellent.

Stayed here for two nights at the end of February. The hotel lobby was extremely nice. Our room was ready on time and also very clean. I was not happy about the price of the parking ($14) at first, but I will have to say it was well worth it. The valet service was very fast and all of the employees were courteous and helpful. If we go back to jackson in the future, we will stay here again.
