Very clean and quiet rooms. Even during spring break it was very nice. Close to anything you would want to do. The breakfast was very good and the coffee was absolutely one of the best I've had while traveling. Only con of this hotel was I had to clean the a/c as it was completely full of dust and was not blowing cold. I cleaned quickly and it worked fine.

Great hotel but a little pricey for what you get. The chair and sofa were badly stained.

It’s affordable, accessible to all the major spots in Jackson, Tennessee, and the staff are professional. That’s all!

Lved the room as it was spacious and comfy. Though we didn't have time to stay for breakfast nor use the pool and hot tub or other amenities offered; nonetheless, they were offered and appeared they would have been enjoyable.

This place is great all the way around. Customer service is very important to me and they completely knock it out of the park. Thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The breakfast was very poor quality. The Turkey bacon was so limp and tasted bad. We even like turkey bacon, eggs were awful. Room seemed to not be the greatest. Was handicap room and shower just flows out into bathroom and makes for a slippery floor. Danger waiting to happen.

The room was like a small apartment with out the kitchen.

Just wanted to comment that the gentleman who works evenings at the from desk deserves a raise or atleast a paid lunch by the hotel manager. He stayed polite and very profesional when a guest and her husband were being extremely rude, nasty, and vile. They threw cus words around, reached over the counter, and refused to let the gentleman help the other guest in the lobby because they felt their issue that wasn't really an important thing to adress right away was more privledged than guest trying to check in. The gentleman stayed Profesional even when they had the nerve to tell him he shouldn't be working with customer service after he showed that he can clearly stay level headed when dealing with people who feel privledged and entitled to respect that they don't deserve.

Very nice and classy. Wonderful indoor pool and hot tub. Very large rooms. Everyone is friendly. Highly recommend!

Very clean. King bed was wonderful. Hot breakfast was good. Friendly, efficient front desk person. Wish they accepted pets since we normally travel with our small dog.

Great new hotel in Jackson, TN. Hotel and the entire area is clean and freshly remodeled. Nice location. Close to everything you need when visiting the area. Rooms are spacious with plenty of area to move around. Breakfast was slightly better than than other chains featured biscuits and gravy on Saturday. We were in town for a large family reunion. Team members were a bit overwhelmed at check in but handled things well. Always appreciate fresh cold lemon water. Housekeeping was very friendly and helpful.

Great motel. Friendly staff. Really nice rooms with a living room area. Wi-Fi is free and easy to access.

The only two negative things I can say is our room was to bright to sleep even with the curtains pulled. The other is that our room a/c was warm all night. But very clean and staff was very nice and warm breakfast.

Love this hotel but it can be very pricey… I have stayed here the last 3 times. I love it but wish they would give a discount in returning customers.

Well the room had for the was great. Enjoy having sitting room made feel like I was home. Had good night sleep. If and when I go back there that where I'll stay.

Great size room at a fair price. Breakfast was filling. Staff was awesome! Wish there had been a separate television in the couch area so the kids and I could watch different programs.

The lady was amazing at front. The night was ok but the pullout mattress was really nasty. It was like someone peed from the middle of mattress to one side. Half of the mattress.

Very clean, nice big double bed rooms, pool is AWESOME! Truly a heated pool, all of the kids and myself enjoyed it. It's near some historic sites and nice walking areas. I highly recommend this hotel.

Swam in the indoor pool and spa, and now my eyes are swollen, purple, red, and in tons of pain and I didn’t even put my face into the water. Pool room smelled very strong of chemicals. Definitely needs more ventilation. Other than that it’s a decent hotel. Just stay out of the indoor pool and spa.

This place is just the best! All the employees are more than happy to help. The manager is so sweet! Just love it so much we had to stay 2 nights.

Being that part of what I do is to see that our customers receive excellent service in every facet of our business, I tend to notice the little things. If ever in Jackson TN and need a hotel, stay at the Comfort Suites. Every detail is centered around the customer. The staff is professional and warm. The rooms are clean and inviting. There is no stone left unturned. This is why I choose them over others.

I have been coming to this hotel for years. Every year I spend one week here. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast is always great. They are remodeling right now (February 2018).

I checked on Wednesday for busniess. I had a minor issue on Thursday evening after returning from work. I notified the front desk personnel and she was fabulous. She offered to switch rooms as well as upgraded me before I could even ask! I checked out this morning and the gentleman was very apologetic and then I even got an apology call from the GM! This hotel is very nice, clean and friendly! I will definitely stay again in the future! Great staff great stay!

Comfort suites was a true pleasure to stay at. I was stuck here for 3 almost 4 days and they were very accomodating to me. The breakfasts were the hands-down best hotel breakfasts I have ever had and the beds were very comfy. My only complaint is the heater/air fan didnt turn off ever so it was either doing its job or just blowing unnecessary air. Not a huge deal though because I like it chilly. Fantastic hotel!

The hotel is nice. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The front desk staff is nice and friendly.

Rrooms were decent. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast needs some TLC. Took kids swimming. Pool is in need of a scrub down and there were dead ants floating in the hot tub.

I would rate the place about 4.7 great decor, clean, next to Casey Jones village. I'd consider going again… but the bed was not on a frame yet — laid on the floor (! ) and pretty bad rest experience. Maybe they just opened and will improve.

I had to fix the toilet first thing and the AC didn't work. Definitely not worth the price. Even ignoring those issues, this is a $100/night hotel at best.

I have stayed at this location twice now and have no complaints. Love the mini fridge and microwave. Comfy bed and pillows. Well located with easy access to a variety of restaurants but not too much traffic.

One of the best CS I've been to. Beds are extremely comfortable. Breakfast is top notch as free service goes. Happy hours, hot tub, pool, workout room … all in excellent condition.

This hotel looks like it was just built. Coming into the lobby was refreshing with a modern look and a large area for waiting as well as a large area for breakfast. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was clean and the rooms were large. The breakfast served was adequate for my appetite.

I stopped at the Jackson TN location. Check in was fast with a minor hiccup involving the online reservation. The room was large, pleasant and clean. The AC/Heating was nice although a little slow to respond. Bathroom was clean, water was hot and the pressure was acceptable. The bed and pillow were very comfortable and provided me with a good night's sleep. Breakfast was unimpressive, the same stuff you'd get anywhere that offers it.

It's a great place to stay. My sons love trains so they got a kick out of the train museum and store that is down the hill from the hotel. The beds are very comfy. We got a king size with a fold-out couch and my kids never complained about the couch mattress. Complimentary breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel. This is now our go to hotel for future trips.

Clean room. Pleasant staff aside from cook at breakfast. One hour left for breakfast and no gravy out. She said she did not want to open a new can so they didn't have any.

This hotel was really clean, fresh and welcoming. The lobby was beautiful and the had warm cookies waiting for us. Our bed was the most comfortable a bed could be… we slept great. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. Breakfast each morning had enough options and was really tasty. Would definitely return.
