ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Worst service we’ve ever gotten! We had to call another hotel and book rooms there. Marriott should be ashamed of this hotel! We had rooms booked 6 months ago for a wedding and called to confirm 3 times the week of the wedding and the day we came to check in about our rooms and when we arrived they did not have rooms for us! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! The lady at the desk couldn’t even attempt to call her manager because she “didn’t know her phone number” we have stayed at many hotels and always make reservations in advance and never have issues, this is why you make reservations in advance so you have the rooms you need and they had none for us! This made for what should have been a stress free part of a wedding extremely stressful and frustrating!

Enjoy staying there. Wish it would had have a hot tub. Water very cold in swimming pool. Elevator had a very bad smell Service people were very nice.

The people staying in the room above us were up all night jumping up and down and we didn't get any sleep. We called the front desk several times and that didn't do any good. Remote for the television didn't work.

This has been our go-to hotel in Jackson for years until tonight. They took our reservation. They confirmed our reservation. The manager even still saw our reservation as she told us the hotel is sold out and she didn’t have a room for us. She sent us across town to a lesser room in a lesser hotel with fewer amenities and much farther away from where we need to be in the morning.

Every thing was the best clean rooms nice workers good night sleep and the best breakfast. 5 stars.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great location and the room was spacious and clean. The beds slept well (nice pillows). Also, one of the staff members, Judy Dunlap, informed us about the delicious breakfast. I am glad she kindly told us because we usually sleep in and go out for breakfast. However, the breakfast was good with a variety of options. We will stay here again.

The hotel itself is quite nice and new. The 1 Star is for the customer service. I had originally booked a 2 night stay and my work required me to stay another night. After checking online to see if my original rate was still available, I rang the front desk to see if they’d extend my stay. He asked if I wanted to use points or pay, and I said “I would like to pay the same rate I paid before”. He said okay and extended my stay. I get my bill at check out and the rate is significantly higher than what I was originally paying. And not even a decent rate but probably the highest rate they’re allowed to charge. Spoke to management and they said policy is that rate is only available if booked online. I get that, but their front desk staff should have warned me. I would have happily made another reservation online. Here’s a clear and simple policy… If a guest wants to stay longer at your property and the new rate will be even $0.01 different, you should tell them. Period.

The room was nice. The temperature was set low, so it was comfortable when we walked in the door. The shower was handicap accessible. The room included a mini fridge and microwave. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly. I will be staying at this location going forward when I'm in the area.

Fairfield Inn was perfect for our girls getaway! The rooms were spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great for dining and shopping. We will return!

Our stay was just overnight. The room was excellent. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was definitely a plus.

Our stay at this location has been phenomenal. We accidentally made our reservation for the night before, and they didn't charge us again. The room was absolutely spotless. And the location was great. I especially loved chatting with the 2 lovely ladies that checked us in. One was Brittany and I am not sure of the other lady's name. Great great great stay!

I came to town on business and was very pleased with my stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites. Brittany at the front desk was super friendly, made my check-in easy, and even suggested a great local restaurant to try out. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection that could work with all diet preferences, from vegans to meat lovers, and the chef was constantly making sure everyone had all the food they needed. The pool was quaint, but relaxing, and watching the sunset at the outdoor patio and fire pit was a great end to my evenings. All in all, I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Stayed here for a weekend. Clean rooms, great breakfast. Good internet. Plenty of parking space.

A person rarely finds perfect customer service like it is here! Of course the facilities were top notch also!

Staff was VERY helpful, especially Jermain! Rooms were clean, beds were pretty comfy. My only issue was with the air conditioning. Set the thermostat to 70, and it was blowing Hot air. Room never really cooled off.

Chose this hotel based on other good reviews. Had a great experience — everything was clean and up to date. Staff were friendly and breakfast was included with room price. A couple of the other hotels nearby in this price range did not include breakfast. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Spent the night here heading home from FL. Will say this is the nicest hotel we've ever stayed in and we've stayed in many places! The staff was extra friendly and helpful! The room was nice and very clean. Would recommend staying here!

Finally after the 3rd room I guess it wasn't horrible. Got there and the first room smelled awful. Go down to the desk and he gives me a key for another room, it doesn't work. Go back and he gives us another room, the ac/ heater doesn't work. It's stuck on heat and won't even turn off. Finally we get to another room that works for what we needed. Other than that the free breakfast was by far the worst hotel breakfast I've ever had. The Cheerios and fruit loops were the only edible things up there. Overall I would not stay here again, if stay scripts the street which costs more money than stay here again.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Convenient location. Clean and up to date. A huge "thankyou" to Stronda who was very helpful to our family. We were there for a funeral and she went above and beyond.

They room was excellent! Family came over to visit, and there was room for them. The place was so clean, and the breakfast excellent!

Very nice lobby and rooms. Easy check in. Just 5 minutes away from several restaurants. We drive from Texas to Ohio once a year and we will definitely look to stay here again.

Pretty new when we visited. Great location and very clean.

Only positives were a comfortable bed and bacon on the breakfast buffet. Night clerk was horrible. Started out not getting the type room we reserved only about 10 minutes before we arrived; then, the clerk refused any accommodation, despite the hotel's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee-said it did not apply to me; then the clerk refused to give my oldest son 2 extra towels and wash rags (only 3 towels in the room for 4 people). The morning clerk asked how the stay was. I told her and her only response was sorry, you have to take up the issues with Expedia. We will NEVER go to this hotel again.

Great stay. I stay in hotels often, normally Hampton inn or Hyatt's, but this stay surpassed my normal visits. I've had poor Fairfield inn stays and never heard back after I reported the short black hairs on the sheets and the AC didn't work at Collierville. I also was told that 10 mins after I checked in I couldn't cancel and reschedule a stay somewhere else. This experience was light years ahead of my other Fairfield inn experiences.

I was in the Casey Jones room at the Fairfield Inn and Suites today for a training class. The hotel lobby was beautiful and modern. The staff was very friendly. And the restrooms were immaculate. I would definitely stay there based on what I saw today.

We had a group booking here at the Fairfield Inn, Jackson in which the hotel manager was so wonderful to work with. Beth was always responsive, friendly, and helpful in making our reservation and accommodations work for our group. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future! Customer service is excellent!

Fantastic location in newly built part of Jackson, The Columns. Plenty of restaurants, some shopping. Hotel staff and room were nice as could be. Highly recommend if you're staying in Jackson, TN.

Great newer hotel with a fantastic Queen Suite which is roomy & well designed. Rhonda at the front desk is helpful & pleasant, (not to mention very pretty) and will make you feel welcome. Large, safe parking lot.

VERY nice place. The staff is friendly. The room was modern and spacious. Loved the big bathroom. Very conveniently located for shopping and eating. EXCELLENT breakfast. I will stay here again and would recommend to friends.
