The room was comfortable and clean. The beds and pillows could have been a little softer. Breakfast was good with several options. The staff was super welcoming and very friendly! Fellow customers were a little sketchy and made me feel unsafe, but that really has nothing to do with the hotel or it's staff.

Friendly staff and rooms are clean air filters are clean recommend this place to anybody I will be staying there.

This might be one of the best "low-cost" hotels I've stayed at. Yes, it's external doors, by a busy road, and doesn't have a pool, but I found everything else very nice. I felt very safe there. Yes, you can find better breakfasts, places with pools, or better locations at similar prices. But I trusted this place and found no issues with anything. Nice comfortable and clean rooms with good cable TV and HBO. I can't speak for all rooms and nights, but I would stay again.

The staff was very nice, but their system went down, so she couldn't find my reservation. The sheets and pillow cases were stained and even had holes in them. The hotel itself is gross. I would've walked if the woman hadn't been friendly.

Charles at the front desk was very helpful and kind. There was road work near the motel so it was complicated getting to the Super 8, but I called and he let us know where to go. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Check in and check out was a breeze.

The worker was super nice but the room was HORRIBLE the sheets were dirty they had stains and food crumbs in them and the bathroom was nasty!

Room was clean and nice bur the continental breakfast could of had a little more to offer.

This was an odd and unclean experience! This is a franchise apparently and they do something that no other hotel has ever asked of me. First they ask when you will be checking in. Second, if you are not there by the time you estimated, they call you and ask if you are coming AND your eta! Basically if you're not coming they will bill your card AND rent your room out! Just wow, shame on you Super 8 Jackson! Also the rooms are poorly maintained and the carpet is just gross. Stink stank stunk.

Room was okay. Not the cleanest I've stayed in. Parking lot is well lit which is good because the area is sketchy. Staff was friendly. Hotel was dog-friendly. Breakfast was pretty weak. Very weak. Hotels across the street seemed dangerous — a drifter approached our car so I drove off before he could ask for something — but this hotel was okay.

Nasty hotel! Looked like I went back into 70's the whole room smelled bad and the pillows was like sleeping on a rag. Was so nasty that I definitely wouldn't lay on or in the bed. The parking lot had suspicious activities going on all night. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Place is very small, parking can he a hassle. Don't expect to eat the breakfast without walking up early. Only three tables occupy their breakfast area. And their selection of food is pretty much waffles and cereal. My dad also got a room that was supposed to be two queen sized beds, for us to end up having two smaller beds. They also isolate you when you go to do your paperwork to get the room at night. And the water in the bathrooms the knob felt like it was gunna fall off.

I'm giving 4 stars because the room was what it should be. Clean and comfortable. Stay welcoming. It's what a super 8 should be. Yes it's dated but you can see they are trying to update. Let's face it we stay at Super 8 because that's what we want. If I wanted and expected more I wouldn't choose super 8. I'm traveling and I hope I can expect at least this from the rest of my stays this week at other wyndham hotels. This super 8 set the bar for my next hotels for the next week. This place is an absolute hole. You can tell they have tried to create the illusion of updated rooms, and the mattresses were good. That's about where the good points stop. Main points: Mold on the bathroom ceiling; breakfast was laughable (watered down waffle mix, watered down juice, no bagels, only 3 tables) ; Wi-Fi kept kicking me off in the middle of a work task; carpet was worn to where the sculptured texture was worn away in the walking area; there was hair stuck inside the ice bucket; although they'd put newer shower inserts, the shower head was off-center so you had to stand crooked in the tub to avoid hitting the shelves on the wall; there were cigarette burn holes in the blanket in our non-smoking room. Front desk guy upon check-in was nice and accommodating, but that only goes so far when the rest of the place is such a hole. Guests: me and 5 kids, ages 8-16, one night, double queen room, $66 + tax.

Really great for the price! We got a king size bed — non smoking room. The room & shower were very clean, friendly staff. Absolutely no bugs! Continental breakfast was simple but good.

Best bang for the buck! For students. Cost me $50 USD +tax. Upgraded facility. Good and clean room. Shower was good. Newly updated security cameras around the area for security! Friendly employee. Proximity to tons of restaurant.

We stayed there for one night while driving back to Knoxville. We had to kill 4 bugs in one night: one on towel, one on bathtub, one on the cabinet near sink and one flying in the room. The breakfast was very basic. For $85 per night… This kind of bug issues are unacceptable.

The service was very nice, the room was clean and tidy. It also includes a breakfast that offered a wide variety of foods.

Beds were hard, but other then that not to bad!

I got tore up from bed bugs. I was not the only one, another person in our party was bitten by them in several places also.

Absolutely will never go back and would not advise anyone to stay. Had to go in the middle of the night to get blankets for the beds. Pathetic! The rooms smelled like weed! And dont put the do not disturb sign up, they come in anyway, pray your not naked. The indian owners too scared of confrontation. Will not help you at all. Not to mention the roaches that took a high dive into my coffee. Too many hotels right beside it to go to this ridiculous excuse for an establishment.

Newly remodeled. Rooms decorated nice. Parking lot very well lit. We went to 1st room but had cigarette smell. Attendant gladly changed us to a different room which was fine. Slept in too late to vouch for the breakfast. Great price. Would definitely stay here again.

Dirtiest room I've ever been in. There was debris, lose trash,, all over the carpet. There was stuff smeared into the carpet near the bathroom area. The beds were broken down. Towels were worn thin and had holes. You get what u pay for bit I did EXPECT a clean room regardless. Disgusting and the owner should be ashamed.

I am sales and stay here all the time. Great place to stay and it is clean and the price is right.

Look, what do you want from a Motel 6? The rooms are basic (bed, sheets, blanket, toilet, shower, sink, tv) but the service was good. A few tidbits of info about the basics: UNCLEAN! meaning that neither the floors nor the bathroom nor the blankets were more than the basic definition of "clean. " Frankly, if you're traveling through and only planning on spending 8 hours sleeping in a hotel room, this is the place for you. If you're planning on actually enjoying your stay, go to the Best Western across the street for a few dollars more.
