Clean comfortable quick check in.

No real big complaints. Staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast was nice. Wish they had eggs, maybe some buiscuts and gravy… But the shower head in the room I stayed in needs an upgrade. Water didn't come out very hard.

Bed clumsily made. Room smaller than expected. TV was 19 in (surprise, most have 32). Breakfast wasn't a bit less than anticipated (eggs, waffle, cereal and potatoes, but no sausage or bacon). On bright note, quiet, clean and convenient to shopping and restaurants.

The most horrible bed we've ever slept on. After 12+ hours of driving and a late dinner we just needed a good night of sleep. I think the bed was actually broken, we rolled to the middle and it made creaky noises. We were too exhausted to ask for another room. We reported it to the front desk, the young woman was nice and said they would check it out but that was it.

I love this place. It is very clean, conveniently located and I feel safe staying there when traveling alone. The warm cookies in the lobby and delicious breakfast are a major bonus.

Basic hotel. Clean rooms and facility. Great, friendly customer service. No pool/hot tub available. Close to dining and shopping with many delivery and takeout options, including several late night options. Free parking. Free Wi-Fi. Continental breakfast. Extra blanket/pillow in room. Mini fridge in room. No bed bugs. Non-smoking facility. No balcony rooms. Close to I-40. Some noise from traffic, but not too bad from room. Child-friendly. Overall good place to stay.

Jessica the General Manager went above & beyond to help get our booking fixed even though I was the one who made the mistake. The room was clean and air was on (which in my opinion is awesome in the summer). Nice bed. Every employee was nice! I signed up for Radisson Rewards and hope all the other hotels are this good!

Our actual hotel ROOM was nice but it was the bathroom that had some issues. When we first went into the bathroom we found a wet washcloth on the toilet. Some of the towels had stains on them and the water smelled weird. Also a lot of the grout was peeling, which let water leak out when taking a shower. As for the hallway, it smelled old and musty. And the staircase was messy and kind of creepy. But overall it was an ok place to stay overnight.

One of the queen beds had a fresh stain (feces or blood) on the fitted sheet. I reported it to the desk clerk (there were no other rooms available). I asked to have a Manager call me. I have yet to receive a phone call and it's been four days. The sheets on that bed were wrinkled, hair was visibly present and they were dingy. I will never stay there again. Nor should you.

Newer hotel, but the whole place feels like it was built somewhat cheaply. It's hard to explain but you can tell they cut corners on quality. The room itself was clean and the bed very large and comfortable, one of the high points in this visit. The downside overall was the free breakfast. First, they have a small coffee shop downstairs where they sell coffee beverages. While this is ok, they elect to have no free coffee at all anywhere in the lobby, a first for any hotel I've been to. Second, I would avoid anything on the hot breakfast buffet. The bag full of half frozen sausage links was left haphazardly on the counter instead of refrozen, with no attendant in sight to take care of the issue. Over all it was an ok visit, nice rooms, but avoid the breakfast.

Beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff. Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were more comfortable than mine at home. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Will stay here eveytime we come to town. Thanks for a great stay.

Clean rooms. Awesome breakfast. Really fuzzzy TV channels (non-HD).

We used our points for this Inn an were pleasantly surprised when were up graded to a suite. The rooms were very nice. Staff was friendly. Only suggestion is, clean up the outside. Trash and cigarette butts all of outside. It could be a deterrent for many people looking for a place to stay for the night.

Absolutely AMAZING. The staff was friendly, helpful & extremely professional! This is a place where we can stay overnight and feel confident knowing that we will be treated by people that WANT to make sure that my wife and I are safe and comfortable…

Stayed here while working for just over 3 weeks. First of all the staff is truely amazing some of the kindest people I’ve encountered. The rooms are spacious and the layout is perfect. The cleaning staff is right on top of there game keeping me supplied and stocked up on all the needed things. Fresh hot food in the mornings and different everyday. In closing even if it’s a few miles out of the way STAY here you won’t be let down thanks again to the great employees.

Everything about the place was fantastic. The rooms were very clean, the people friendly & the breakfast was great. Will be visiting again!

Rooms were decorated very tasteful, with modern furnishings. Internet would not log on, mobile. Had issue with first room on bottom floor not having hot water and was quickly moved to third floor. Customer service was quick and efficient.

As far as the stay in room goes it was very adequate for my needs for an overnight one night stay. Did not interact with the staff that much so no feedback for them. The breakfast was just something very decent cereal yogurt what not something to get you up and going. Overall very great stay would highly recommend.

This was a nice clean hotel that was located close to a large mall and some if the tourist attractions and restaurants. Check in service was very friendly. No pool which was a little disappointing for the price, but would otherwise visit again.

The staff besides a few were very unfriendly. There is no pool. Also there was nothing for my todler to sleep in like a packnplay. The hotel smelled weird. And I saw many cockroaches by the doors outside and in the laundry room. Would not choose to stay here.

Okay for a night Sheets, towels and carpet were clean. My room (101) was spacious and well laid out. Internet was OK, a little slow. Parking was ample. Motel was quiet. Location was OK, though hard to get to from the highways, even though it’s next to them. Overall the motel is not so clean and looks pretty worn; it’s in need of a freshening. Door hardware old and door didn’t close smoothly. My room had a slightly stale smell. The toilet handle had to be held down to make it flush. No hangers in the closet. Overall 4/5. Value 4/5. If they refurbished the motel, it would be pretty nice.

It's not a bad place, everything appears clean until you pull back the shower curtain and get assaulted by black mold. We didn't realize it until morning after we coughed and sniffled in bed all night.

Room was clean and staff wad friendly. The breakfast staff was friendly however the food was mediocre. Wish they had a pool to dunk my kids in.

Place looks nice but the housekeeping left a lot to be desired. We had 2 rooms. One room had mold/mildew on the comforter and the staff replaced it and the tub was filthy. The other room had hair on the floor and the staff had to vacuum it up.

Was only there for one night on business. My room was gorgeous. I loved how updated and contemporary everything was. Usb ports in the headboard!

Nice and clean. Breakfast was warm not hot. Also discovered that both the windows in our 1st floor room were unlocked. Obviously this is a security concern which when reported to the front desk the clerk was not appreciative or concerned as she gave no response.

The hotel was recently remodeled, they did a decent job. It's still an older hotel. The bed & pillows were great. TV was smallish. Desk, lighting, Internet were sufficient. Hotel was quiet.

When reservation was made an email confirmation was promised, never arrived. When arrived at hotel, first room had recently been bombed for roaches, and several still squirming on the floor when we first entered. Hotel kindly moved us to another room. Breakfast in morning was better than usual.

As a previous employee for only 2 days I was totally appalled to find out the cleaning mechanisms of the rooms. Totally unsanitary. I was told during training that the Same towel is used to clean up the entire room… the restroom living and fridge and microwave. I was criticized for using different towels for the toilet the restroom and other areas. I worked too hard so they said. I wouldn't stay there again though I've spent several nights at their various establishments. I always take lysol with me but dang. I wasn't trained to clean using any water whatsoever. I was disgusted. I chose to leave after being told that I was to detailed. However then it switched to there were too many staff but the next day I could come to work… very unprofessional staff from the front desk down. …

Dirty room! Found a used band-aid in the bath tub drain and the lady at the front desk… said oh well maybe they couldn't see it. You have to be blind not to see it. If I could post a picture I would. I can promise you I will sleep in my car and shower at a truck stop before I stay here again!

I've been here a week for work and I've had an absolute amazing experience! The staff is wonderful the rooms are very clean and the beds are amazing! I definitely recommend this place!

Great room and location. Breakfast was a little lacking and one of our towels had what looked like a mascara stain on it.

I've been staying here at least once a year since it opened. The staff has always been great and the rooms are pretty descent. Like most hotels, they don't pay enough attention to their AC equipment and it could use a good cleaning and some adjustment. The better hotels in Jackson that I know about charge twice as much so this is a good choice for the money.
