I spent the last 2 nights with my fiance. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast. The staff was extremely pleasant and attentive. The rooms were very nice and the breakfast that was served was delicious.

Love this place! Breakfasts were amazing, rooms very clean and lovely! Overall aesthetic was very picturesque with a clear historic feel inside and out. As well as the easy walking to downtown SS, we had a great time spending time around the B&B, playing games on the porch, and making use of the billiards. Also were very happily surprised to realize that it was literally across the street from and a block away from both horse tracks, so we enjoyed watching the horses exercise in the mornings! It's also directly next door to the National Racing Museum, so got to enjoy our full course breakfast (including dessert) within view of the Seabiscuit statue! Lovely weekend stay, and much appreciated the very kind and accommodating hosts!
