Hilton has done a good job of making all the Garden Inns look and feel the same. Only bad thing is the parking.

Just don't do it. Most of the rooms the aircontion didn't work! not enough towels, pillows, I called three times and 3 hours later finally got them. No bathrobes. Let a picture say a This and words. The smoke detectors were cover the whole 3 days my family stayed there. Good thing there wasn't a fire. When I inquired — nobody knew Why! OMG. Wanted to leave and check in some where else. Every where was sold out.

This hotel is accustomed to having wedding parties from all over, and did a great job keeping us all on time and where we needed to be.

It's hilton. No-brainer great place. Clean.

Breakfast is fantastic. Rooms comfy and reasonably sized. Wi-Fi & Wired internet options fast and reliable. Throughly enjoyed my stay.

Centrally located in Saratoga and in walking distance to good restaurants and the state park. Rooms were very clean with great customer service.

Spent 2 weeks at the Garden Inn. Room was very clean. Staff very friendly and courteous. The made to order breakfast was a definite plus.

Not happy with their service and will not go back again to that particular Hilton, as I have stayed at many. Was part of 10 whom made reservations for a surprise birthday, and no breakfast was included. Was told it wasn't in our package, which we paid $228.00 ×10. Which that's fine, but then when we called to inform them that we had left our North Face jackets in the closet there, the women I was talking to was very short and acted like she couldn't be bothered. I told her what we had left and she said well let me check the log to see if it was written there, mind u this was just a few hours after we left, and not even a second later" nope nothing there" … not a gee I'm so sorry but there is nothing there. So I asked, well can someone atleast go look to see if it's still in the closet she said Nope we really don't have anyone here right now that can go do that but give me ur number and I will have the manager of house keeping call you TOMORROW. So I gave her my number and pretty sure she didn't even write it down cause when I asked should I call back tomorrow, she said yes why don't ya do that! My point is we paid $228.00 and there were 10 of us that booked so we spent some money there. Not at all happy that that I was made to feel like I was bothering her. We had stayed at a Hilton in Syracuse, that was absolutely gorgeous and was $100.

Very clean hotel, rooms spotless, salt water pool and hot tub also spotless, very friendly staff and breakfast very satisfying. Will definitely go back.

Reasonable business hotel. Location on Broadway to the south, something outside. Service friendly and competent. Rooms conform to the usual standard, are clean and have current equipment such as USB charging points.

The room was very clean and comfortable, but there is no seating in your room. Just sit on the couch and one computer for watching TV or any other things you have to do. Other wise it was a very nice stay.

It is a very nice location with a very quick elevator. Is it is not too far away from Caroline Street or any local store. The staff were very friendly but unfortunately when I visit was New Year's so the guests were not as generous. Overall for an affordable price I enjoyed myself.

Very nice hotel, reasonable rates for Saratoga. Had a mix up with my room the first night but the asst Mgr went above and beyond to fix it. I'll stay there each time I visit Saratoga. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We had breakfast with family and it was delicious. Great service!

I try to stay at this Hotel whenever I am in the region for multiple reasons: * Super-friendly and helpful staff * Easy to access without the many traffic lights that decorate downtown Saratoga * It is conveniently located to downtown Saratoga if you don't mind a walk (it is abut 15 minutes — on SIDEWALKS — to the restaurant area around Broadway) * It has nice rooms with enough space * It has an affiliation with the local YMCA — so you can use their facilities without any extra pay While the breakfast buffet is well adequate, the only little thing I am missing during longer stays is a little more variety on the breakfast buffet — just a few slices of cheese and salami would be perfect.

Rooms appear recently renovated and the staff was helpful and friendly. Don't listen to COURTNEY D, she dont know the first thing about hotels neither does SEAN W. These two clearly enjoy insulting good hotels in order to get comped rooms. They are a scam. Also Henry at reception was so accommodating and useful.

The location is awesome. Takes less than 5min to get anywhere downtown from here. Rooms were clean and cozy. Staff is also very nice.

Standard HGI. Big bright clean rooms. Was there during the big race weekend so the rooms were expensive but it was a great hotel. Front desk staff wasn't too friendly but they were quite busy that weekend.

I stayed at the Saratoga Springs Hilton hotel on June 29th with my retired mother during a trip. I was shocked by the cost online, but became impressed by the website. I figured I would spoil my mom with a fancy hotel for a night. I reserved a room with 2 double beds and paid ahead for 2 breakfast meals in their restaurant, totaling $182 for 1 night. The breakfast was very reasonable, unlike the severely overpriced room. I was not able to open the door to the 1st room we were given. After going to the front desk and waiting a long while, someone came to the room and said I have to hit it with my hip or shoulder to open it. That is pathetic. Guests should not have to do that to open the door to a Hilton hotel. I requested a different room. Both rooms were small and confined, very basic, no larger, no more impressive, and no more ammenities than the $60 motel room we stayed at the night before. The affordable motel was nicer and more comfortable than Hilton's $182. With rooms and standards like these, I didn't dare use the pool.

The hotel staff are very friendly and very accommodating. The staff member at the front desk even called to check to make sure everything was in order and to check if I needed anything. My room was clean and very nice. I was traveling alone but my room could accommodate my family of 4 quite nicely. There was plenty of room with a nice desk to work at and a couch to relax on. There was a nice TV and free internet service. The bathroom was very large and stocked with plenty of towels and free soap and shampoo.

Nice place to visit. We live close and stayed here for the night during a recent trip to Saratoga. Staff pleasant. As a driver that visits this place for delivery. The loading area is a mess. The dumpster is in the way. The button to ring for service is like something from Radio Shack from the 80 's and the dock is falling apart due to the dumpster being in the way and trucks hitting it crooked. Needs a major renovation for deliveries.

This hotel was very clean and rooms were nice. We had some issues at check-in but they were quickly resolved.

The room was clean, but had an odd odor to it when I arrived. The hotel in general was very clean. The staff I encountered was courteous and helpful. However, I discovered that a previous guest meat have smoked in the room. There was a bag from the ice bucket wrapped around the smoke alarm in the room, and I found four ash trays in a cupboard. Whether notified the next morning the front desk was very apologetic. Overall I was satisfied with my stay.

Had a business meeting in the main lobby. Hotel was very clean and the staff was pleasant.

I have stayed here multiple times now and have had consistent courteous staff, clean and quiet rooms. The only small issue I had was their Mobley burger was a little tasteless. Not enough spices or something. Otherwise I would recommend staying here again.

Very nice hotel, with friendly staff. The facilities inside/outside was clean and well maintained, the staff were helpful and courteous, rates were as cheap or cheaper than the Super 8 hotel — altogether, easy to get in and out of.

The rooms were clean and very spacious. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Great stay with no hassle.

Over the weeekend, my family and went to chowder fest and Stayed in room 229. It was very clean and well kept throughout the stay. The receptions and service was exceptions. Thank you for a great stay.

Seems like I am with most of the people here. I was happy with the beds, very comfortable, and it was clean, but something was just missing to make it 5 stars? But I would certainly stay here again.

Excellent hotel for visiting the Saratoga Springs area. Super close to the park, golf course and SPAC. 10 minute walk to Caroline Street and some good places to eat. Great staff and very comfortable lobby and breakfast area. Highly recommended.

I expect much more from the Hilton brand. The staff at this hotel did nothing to meet our needs during our stay. We requested a non-smoking room and instead were placed on the smoking floor. The staff explained that the room had been aired out and that they had sprayed an air freshener. How does spraying an air freshener remove the seeped in smell of years of guests smoking in every room on that floor? We also requested a room with one bed and were given two small doubles. Why would a couple looking to get away for the weekend want two double beds? In addition in the middle of the night the air conditioning stopped working. When brought to the attention of the clerk when we checked out they told us oh a tech could have come by. I'm sorry, but I do not want to get out of bed and get dressed at 3am for a tech to spend who knows how long puttering around in our room. When we asked the manager if there was anything they could do for us to entice us to want to come back to their hotel, she basically told us no, there was nothing she could do. How is this customer service.
