The rooms are well lit, clean and fresh scennt. Continetal breakfast at 6am nice, I had to get up early the 2 days I stayed so it was nice to have some coffee and danish before I left. When I returned my rroom was clean and fresh, the maids did a great job. I slept really good I was very comfortable more so than when I stay at Holiday Inn. I really enjoyed my time here.

It's a motel so it's pretty much like any motel. A duck came up to our room, that was cool. Not enough electrical outlets though. And I'm guessing there were some fishermen in the room before us because I found a Coney Island Whitefish under my bed.

I'm giving it one star because no stars is not an option. This institution discriminates and is dirty. Don't go here!

For the price you pay it is what you would expect. Nothing fancy. Building appears to have been built in the early ‘50s and really hasn’t been upgraded. The room was clean and the water hot. Be aware that this is budget hotel so if creaky floors and sagging beds don’t bother you you’ll like it just fine.

Paid for two weeks during a time of transition. Kept a good attitude with all staff. Always cleaned my own room and treated the place like an apartment. Then one evening it was cold in the room so I called down stairs respectfully and I was hung up on. I called right back and asked the gentleman his name which I later found out was ed. He called me a lot of protein words and hung up on me again. I then went down and told him he had no right to speak to a paying customer that way or anyone else for that matter. And that I would be contacting the owner. I inquired the next day and still have not heard a word back… definitely not the place for Saratoga race track clientele.

Been staying here for awhile. The prices are affordable and place is clean.

It's a okay spot no pool breakfast isn't great but cheap and no bugs.

Great Motor Court. One of the originals in the area. Early 1950's period decor and racing memorabilia. Just blocks from everything. Priced right for the budget minded and very clean.

For a $69/night stay, you get exactly what you expect: clean and no frills. That said, the staff were all friendly and helpful, and we had no problems. For almost half the price of anywhere else in town, I'd say it's well worth the money!

Stay away! Disgusting! Walk in to the room smells like an ashtray mixed with years worth of mold! the beds are broken, the drawers have dead bugs and cobwebs with old moldy pizza boxes! The bathroom toilet is broken, and bugs all over the windowsills, the window ac is in parts and not turning on. When advised the people that work there about the horrible conditions, they did not want to do anything about it, as we then asked for the money back so we can go somewhere else since the smell and over all condition is making us sick they said they could not refund our money for all 3 days only the last day! But we could not go back to the room as they will have to rent it out… So they won't refund me for the next 2 days just the last 3rd day but I also can't go back to the room as they will rent it out to someone else! (which I don't want to go back anyways but it's just the principal that I should be able to hold on to the key if i'm still paying for the next 2 days) This is absurd! I'm sorry but you the place should be shut down! How is it even possible to be serving to the public in such disguisting conditions! Definitely would not let my family stay there especially my puppy! If you're looking to stay anywhere there look into the Holiday Inn across the street! It's animal friendly, clean, staff is very courteous!

The Cc is a home away from home. Each room and stay is different from the last. The go to spot for any night downtowndowntown, and you will find it to be a cozy little spot.

Not quite the worst place I've stayed but close. Dirty rooms, a years worth of dead bugs in the overhead light, broken fixtures, uncomfortable beds, only one available power socket. Cheaper than any other place in town that would take pets, and in a good location.

Bathroom was in serious need of CLOROX. We got this hotel because of location — walk to SPAC, walk downtown. Next time I will spring for holiday inn. Room itself wasn't bad but the bathroom was gross.

Very nice staff, great location, good price, and the rooms were what you would expect for the price.

They tried to use my card to make a fraudulent charge of 105 dollars on Amazon prime. STAY AWAY! These people are straight scumbags. Horrible. Once I walked into this room I instantly started to gag because it literally smells like the inside of a barn. The sink was falling off the walls. The smoke detector was broken. The beds were noisy. The blinds over the windows were all discolored and broken. The front desk staff are extremely creepy and rude. The stairs going to the second floor outside are loose and rotting. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! I promise you will not wake up refreshed in the morning… you will wake up wanting to take a shower … But you can't use their shower because … suprise suprise… that's filthy as well.

The motel is good and very quite.

This place SUCKS! WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED! First off the staff is extremely rude and treats there paying customers like they are a burden! Secondly, the room smelt like cow dung and I am 100% I saw a rat inside my room. This place should be shutdown indefinately! PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS MOTEL! Remember you get what you pay for! Stay at any of the other 20 hotels on the same strip and avoid the terrible experience that I had!

I gave it a 4 in comparison with other motels of a similar standing. This is a great place if you have dogs. There no fee for them and there is plenty of place real close to walk them. The room was nice and warm when I arrived, which was great. The decor was a mixture of antiques and art deco. Nothing fancy but it was clean and tidy. The bed was good, and though the walls are little thin, got a good nights sleep. the NEGATIVES would be: no block out curtains, so if you are light sensitive make sure you get a room on the back side and the Continental Breakfast was pretty sad so have a plan B. When I was there is was so so coffee, donuts holes and green bananas. The staff were friendly: I know some people have reviewed their credit cards have been misused after their stay, I was just there, so I will keep an eye out, but over all I would stay there again if I am just in town for a night or so.

Gre at location. Here for regatta with small group. A-1 location in heart of town. Walk to everything. Good continental breakfast. Clean older rooms, very helpful staff. Great tvs.

The person I made the reservation with was rather rude to me and would not let me cancel the room with ample notice. Cheap rates but definitely cheap for a reason. I would steer clear from this place unless absolutely necessary.

Don't stay here! Besides this place being the biggest dump I've ever seen, this place used my credit card to make fraudulent charges two days later. In fact, if you read the other reviews you'll see the same thing happened to another individual. To sum it up, don't stay here. You'll likely go home with bed bugs in your bag and wake up to fraudulent charges. Unbelievable.

BED BUGS! Steer clear of this place. My boyfriend and I stayed overnight when we were in town for a wedding (sept 2013) — we woke up the next day covered with at least 30 bites each, some of them severe. We researched the motel a little more after we found the bites, and it turns out people have been complaining about bed bugs here for years (guess we missed those reviews the first time around. ) I'm not sure if the staff is dealing with it or not but it sounds like they are aware of the problem — according to reviews, other people have reported the bed bugs to them as well as to the department of health. Either way, don't risk it. If one room is infested, the bugs can spread to any other room, and even worse, they may come home with you in your luggage and infest your home. Considering the costs of ridding your home of bed bugs, it's probably a much better deal to just shell out the extra cash and stay at a nicer hotel in town (but check for bed bugs first! ).

I have been going to this motel during racing season for over 15 years. That in itself should tell you something. Sure, the rooms may be dated, but the rooms I have stayed in have always been CLEAN. I have never had a negative issues with the staff, as they have always been pleasant and helpful. And one of the biggest advantages for me, is that everything, except a resteraunt or two, and including the track is within walking distance. There are plenty of other choices in town, but I find myself not looking to stay elsewhere.
