No irons in the rooms. I would have given 5 stars but I was late for work because it took 30 minutes to deliver the iron. Otherwise easy check in, nice gym, large bathroom and interesting gym equipment in the rooms. Games room at the front as well.

Hotel Crews are so kind to everyone. Room service is good. Hotel bar/small restaurant is exist. Location of hotel is good to visitors. Metro and Train are near by it. So it is easy to move other hot place in NYC. It is close to the Starbucks and McDonald's.

The staff at the reception was partly friendly and not so friendly. The cleaning personell did a good job, but the hotel should be renovated soon – feels like 2003. Breakfast was pretty disappointing. You get coupons for every day (CAREFUL: only two for a three guest bedroom). And with one coupon you can select one item from the menu. Portions are small and anything else had to be paid extra.

Nice clean hotel near times square. Right next to subway station. In room workout equipments which is a pretty cool concept. Nice gym downstairs too. Stay active on the go.

While not the greatest hotel I've ever stayed at, I didn't have any problems. I had mentioned that we were on our honeymoon but did not appear to get any kind gesture from the staff or even a congratulations. The room was quite and the AC worked great which is usually an issue with newer hotels these days. The gym is really nice as to be expected with an EVEN hotel. The flavored waters were refreshing and a nice touch. I never saw the hotel dog but it was a nice touch.

Great hotel, amazing clean rooms, amazing view (22nd floor) really good spot in Midtown Manhattan (next to Penn Station), top service. Really enjoyed it, if I come back I would definitely stay again. I do fully recommend this for someone who wants to visit NYC. Thanks for everything it was an amazing experience!

Great place. Especially if you like working out. Nice rooms. Great toiletries. Yoga mats and foam roller in the room. If you're a light sleeper, I'd say get a room higher up. I was on the 8th floor and I could still hear the street noise. Beats the Marriott where I was at a few days ago though. I'd stay here again for sure.

Amazing hotel. They make you feel like if you were in a 5 star hotel. Employees are awesome. Location is great. Price is ok for the location. They don't include breakfast (which they could do at least a basic one) so you don't have to leave the hotel and search for a place where to have it. Anyway it's not too expensive. It is $12, 99 + tax.

Very long wait to wake up to jackhammers in the morning! — It took more than an hour to check-in to our room even though we arrived after check-in time. The wait in the lobby (which did not have decent seats) was tough on my wife who is going through chemotherapy. On top of that, since we had to wait so long to check-in our room we missed our train to Ronkonkoma to meet friends for dinner. The room was nice even though we had the pleasure of waking up to construction across the street from the hotel. The price was excellent for the location which is why overall I give this hotel 3 out of 5 stars.

The staff was all very nice and helpful! One the receptionist named Mike helped us make dinner reservations for our anniversary and even bought us champagne. Breakfast was pretty good! Close to times square! Great place to stay, would definitely recommend!

Fantastic location at a great price. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. The staff is remarkably friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and will look for other Even hotels for future accommodations.

Great hotel with good in-room fitness equipment. The staff was very accommodating, and the buffalo chicken sandwich was incredibly good. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I'll definitely go back.

Great employees. Good amenities. I thought it was a little strange how health oriented they were as I wasn't expecting it, but it was amazing. The elevator took forever at night though.

Just love this hotel and its staff! Everyone is happy and it makes you feel good. The bed is amazingly comfortable huge amount of HD TV channels. Everything is well thought out to make your stay happier and better. Kale&cork restaurant has wonderful healthy food and drinks.

Honestly, this hotel is perfect for people who ejoy exercising. However this hotel was booked on priceline and therefore was not what I expected. DO NOT visit with more than two people. The room is very small, our bathroom door was sliding and didnt lock. However we were offered amenities that would be fitting for an exercising person such as a medicine ball, yoga mats etc.

Best hotel ever. It has a "let's be healthy" atmosphere and the staff here is perfectly helpful and friendly. It's located right beside a police station, so it's a secure place to walk and you can find nice places to visit and eat close by. The hotel itself is only 3 months old, so everything is brand new. The beds are awesome and the room is big enough. We were a party of 4 and the room had enough space for us. The bathroom is not enormous, but it's big. I would definitely go back there.

In order to be able to meet with family and friends, I came to New York. This hotel is where Penn Station neighborhood, do not need to take any cross-city transport and expensive taxis to get here. Say "Hello" to start, hotel staff always has a smile on her face, and is the answer. If you are in the heart of Manhattan, I strongly recommend you to go to this hotel. For show and for shopping, the location of the hotel is excellent.

I have stayed in many many hotels all over the world and this is by far one of the best I have ever experienced. I LOOOOVE the fact that they have a mascot at the hotel, a little puppy named Wellington. The staff at the hotel was amazing. Extremely inviting from the day that we got there. I didn't know what I was going to get when I booked this hotel since it is a new IHG brand. The restaurant and bar was absolutely fantastic, The service was fantastic from the knowledgeable bartenders. I have been coming to. New York City for 23 years and I will say again I have never stayed in such a all around great hotel. Kudos to the management.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and a great location near Times Square. I will be staying here again the next time I'm in New York City. The view from the king room was breath taking. Loved it!

Great Hotel! Brings a great concept to the next level. Spacious modern rooms. Fabulous staff. Real wellness and fitness. If anyone ever travels to Manhattan, you must stay in this hotel. You will feel absolutely great and rejuvenated. Will definitely go back for more.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable as sin. The mood lighting is a trip. Although we didn't have a lot of questions, the staff was friendly. It's close to Times Square, so there's lots of good places to eat if you do some research. There's a ton of good eating if you like Korean food. Please keep in mind that the place was only two months old when we went, hopefully they keep it up.
