I had a reservation at the hotel. When I checked in I was told “there was NO reservation in their system” and nothing they could do. Spoke to manager who said to sit in lobby. Sat for 3 HOURS! Then sa.

Great location good view and all employees are amazing hospitality service!

Very friendly staff from our entrance, rooms very clean, excellent breakfasts at no extra cost. I recommend it.

Unsafe. Got injured in room due to unsafe condition. There is no functional phone in room. Front desk doesnt answer phone. Called elite desk and even they couldnt get thru. Many better, safer places to stay. After reading other reviews it doesnt seem like my experience is unique. Absolutely shameful.

Not a good stay. From Housekeeping stealing money to a total lack of care or concern for guest. This has been one expensive lesson to learn. Do not disturb means housekeeping can go in and take what they want. It’s a shame that the hotel didn’t even try to make it right. Just a bunch of empty promises and no action at all! Pics are updates of the reply I received three days later. But I still haven’t heard from the insurance company. The spelling makes me wonder if this is even real!

Shame of a hotel, the hotel gives a shuttle service to Jfk and the hotel booked us a taxi that takes advantage and asks for more money (more of what agreed with the hotel) to take the faster road, and if not traveling within the city and made us late for the flight more than an hour, when we talked to the hotel, the hotel did not apologize that they booked us a taxi that was a take advantage and also said that if I want I can talk to the taxi company, and did not take responsibility for booking us a taxi that takes a chance to take advantage of tourists.

The hotel was ok. The service about a refund is TERRIBLE. I’ve been emailing Crystal Estepa, who was supposed to be responsible to follow up on my case, and she doesn’t even reply to my emails. Long story short —> the hotel charged me for 5 days of parking lot and I only asked for it one day. I’ve been trying to get my money back and they just seem to want to keep it, $260 USD overcharge just for parking lot.

The staff are all very nice and helpful.

Close to Times Square and Broadway. Great amenities as they have a full refrigerator, a microwave and wares.

Amazing Staff! They are the best and have a wonderful attitude. Definitely stay here again.

My son and his friends booked a room here while visiting NY from MA check in said after 3pm they showed up around 7pm and was told there was no room for them! I tried to reach out to the hotel to fix the situation only for my 6 phone calls to go unanswered! Unacceptable these kids had to sit around waiting for 2hrs in a city they don’t know to maybe get a room!

Great Service quiet place in the middle of Everything.

We loved our days there. But I would give special thanks to I Ramona. We stayed there for almost a month because of my husband surgery. She was our housekeeper. Ramona was very helpful and treated us nicely and understanding. If we come back to the hotel (we probably do, because we liked there) we would love to be helped by her again. Just wanted you to know how a great employee you have on your housekeeping team.

2012-2013 wonderful hotel. Nice staff team. Close to winery's, and really good food buffets. Comes with full kitchen, shower, studio apartment layout. Quiet. And the view is very pretty. Manhattan has some of the best building fews. If you can afford the living expenses. I recommend this hotel to live at.

There is a kitchen, which is very convenient. Nice staff. The location of the hotel is perfect. Every year we choose Element New York Times Square West.

Love this place! Free happy hour and breakfast. Comfy beds. Awesome showers! Great price, with amazing views. Can't say enough good things about this place. Will def. Stay here anytime I come to NYC.

Arrived Friday 6/22, a bit before our room was ready. We were able to leave our bags with Al, a friendly and accommodating staff member, and head next door to Tir Na Nog for a bite. When we came back, we asked Jeff how best to catch a cab. He walked to the corner and got us one! I have to say that the staff was very friendly and helpful! Our room was lovely and breakfast was delicious. Yes, the elevator situation could be better — but we were also there the weekend of the Pride parade, so I'm guessing they were at capacity. Over all, a great stay!
