BLU33 is the ONLY place to enjoy cocktails and food in NYC! The staff, decor, food and drinks, and the ARTWORK is absolutely TOP SHELF! If you are new to the Big Apple, this is a great place to get an unobstructed as well as infinite view, in an upscale chill environment! 👍🏽💯❤️

Lovely hotel in am amazing area. Everything is on the doorstep-Penn station, Maddison square garden, the edge and Times Square. The rooms are a great size, nice decor, lovely breakfast and friendly staff. The roof top bar is a must I would definitely recommend this hotel and I’ll definitely be back.

The rooftop bar was not open, even though it was advertised. And, I contacted the hotel several times about items I left behind, and there has been NO follow up or reply from the hotel. Very disappointing!

Stayed last week for 4 days. Loved our stay, lobby beautiful, hotel clean, so quiet for a good nights sleep, no faults with room, everything we needed even a mini ironing board, genius. We stayed on 23rd floor, wow factor with view of New York at night! Breakfast buffet we loved it, everything was always stocked up and food was very good. Staff so friendly and helpful, very professional. It was our second stay, that’s how fabulous Fairfield’s is.

Enjoyed our stay. Room not huge but king bed was comfortable, bathroom enormous and the breakfast was very good with lots of healthy options! All day tea and coffee in the lobby also was a plus and they rounded up some soy milk for me upon request as I am dairy free. So close to Penn station and was a great center spot for us.

Excellent stay in such a great location! Querube was super helpful when we checked in, and the front desk got our bags for us when the airline delivered them. There is a family friendly rooftop bar with a snack menu of sliders, hummus, and other items, and the view is absolutely overlooking One World Tower and the rest of the skyline. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and there's a good free breakfast, and Best Bagels is only a block or 2 away. Easy walk to Madison Square Garden, Penn Station, Times Square, Rockefeller Center… So many things. The staff answered all questions and were extremely helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel or location for our first visit to NY!

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. Very well located to visit. The metro mouth is 150m away… The double rooms are spacious and very clean… Ideal and the breakfasts are excellent… The kids loved the fresh waffles to make yourself. The terrace overlooks Madison Square Garden… Calm and staff available. I'll be back there the 3rd time!

Noisy elevators squeak up/down all night. Walls are so thin I actually heard person in next room sneeze. Breakfast was simply gross. Good location but horrible property.

Great hotel! Because sky deck and very clean room. Breakfast included was a plus. Friendly staff — the woman by the name of Querube was very helpful! Would defiantly recommend this hotel!

I stayed here one night when seemingly every hotel in NYC was either booked solid or $1000/night. It's very convenient to Penn Station but on a block that faces the USPS building so you have to walk a few blocks for restaurants and sundries. The hotel itself is in great shape. My room was a good size by NYC and well equipped. The view was over 33rd street and while nothing spectacular I've had worse. There was a bit of noise from other rooms and some construction nearby was a bit loud, but I slept great. Free breakfast was nice with something for everybody. A solid tourist hotel and good for business travel in a pinch since transport isn't too far away.

Convenient bus just a stone's throw from Pennsylvania Station. Room and decent breakfast.

Simple, clean, and recently renovated. Close to Penn station and very easy to get up or down town. I would recommend if you are not looking for anything too trendy.

Fairfield Inn provides a comfortable spacious room well appointed. I am disappointed however in the lack of a room guide. It was a seek and find facilities, work out how things works and so on. One critism is the lack of fresh air flow. We had to open the window, but then suffer the building noise from across the road. Overall, very good.

The rooms we're very nice an clean, staff was very friendly and helpful our stsy here was very enjoyable. Forgot to mention we parked our car an were ever we wanted to go we just walked. Everything was within walking distance.

If I go back to New York someday… I hope to return to this magnificent hotel…

Great location. Easy access to stores and restaurants. The concierge/check in was a great and peaceful and welcoming being. The housemaid are truly kind and helpful. The rooms are clean. The shower heads need serious attention. Overall the Fairfield Inn & Suites are great.

The check in and check out process was smooth. No delays. The room was clean and neat. Very nice view! Also, they sent you a text message to see if you need anything.

I always enjoy my stay at the Fairfield Inn. When I lost my keys to my suitcase, maintenance was kind enough to cut my lock. Mind you, I was in a rush and the maintenance guy cut his break short to help me. I've stayed here on 3 occasions and some of the hotel workers remember me (thanks Tyrone! ). I can't wait for my next visit to NYC because I'll definitely be staying here! Thanks!

This is a nice hotel. The complimentary breakfast is good. The location is good. I like how they have an area in the lobby where you can get coffee or tea at no charge. The lobby is comfortable. The king room wasn't big but it was suitable for 2 and comfortable. The bathroom is a nice size and had a nice big shower that could fit more than one person if need be.

Incredible breakfast, room-view, room, service and location! Only 10 minutes walking to times square, and 5 minutes to the empire state! The breakfast is very well. Free coffee 24/7. Rooms are nice, with an incredible view of world trade center and all the Lower-Manhattan towers! Not all rooms have that view. If I came to new york again, with out-thinking i'll choose this hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean comfortable beds, decent included serve-yourself American style breakfast and great location! My travel mate would have used the guest laundry if she had known about it, since it was convenient and economical. ($2.50 a load) The fitness room was well appointed, too, though we didn't get that far.

Our rooms were nice, not as cramped as a lot of NYC hotel rooms. The beds were comfy and had great down-feeling comforters on them. They let you keep your. Luggage in a secure room all day if you want to walk around after checking out. And the lobby is very welcoming, with lots of seating and bright lighting. We ended up sitting in there for about an hour while we waited for our bus, and there's complimentary coffee.

Room was just fine. Good size shower. Was clean and comfortable. Only irritation is the air conditioning unit was very noisy. We were extremely happy with our weekend stay here to see a concert. We were given a complementary early check in at 12:30 after driving 3 1/2 hours to NYC. This was nice and we were able to relax and freshen up before sightseeing. We had booked a city view room and was then upgraded to Queen beds and I have to say we loved how roomy the room was and it had everything you would need like a fridge, microwave and coffee pot. The staff was very friendly and the beds were very comfortable along with the feather pillows. We will definitely be staying again. The best thing of all was the roof top bar and view we just wished they stayed open past 11pm which a lot of people were bummed about.

Staff we really helpful and breakfast was good. We had a city view room and the view was amazing. Only complaints are (1) we were told that they would provide us with an adaptor, but it turned out we actually had to buy one for $14 and (2) our room was right opposite the elevator and so we were woken up most nights when people came back in the early hours of the morning.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites Midtown/Penn Station was the best choice we made for our NYC vacation. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious (for NYC! ). The bathroom was modern and beautiful. Located just steps from the Penn Station subway platform, this hotel is ideal for cost-conscious travelers looking for a great location in Manhattan.

Great modern and clean hotel. The amenities were great. The rooftop bar was small but has a great view. The price was right for my last minute purchase and it was a stone's throw from Penn station. I will definitely be using this location again for any NYC trips in the future.

I am a returning guest and was pleased previously. As a guest, I also overlook some small things that others might not and did not complain as not everyone is "perfect". However, this trip I was greatly disappointed by the dishonestly of the housekeeping staff and the lack of empathy received from the front desk staff. I unintentionally left my prescription eye glasses in my room. The only time I wore them this visit was Sunday morning for a brief time until I put in my contacts. I somehow left without packing them. There was no other time I could have lost them, nor did I wear them. I had taken them off and put them on the desk/table area as I was packing other things. I did not realize that I had left them until the morning of 7/17. When I called the hotel, the front desk staff said that she would check with the housekeeping manager as the person was not yet in. She called back promptly to report that there was no record of anything being left behind in my room, and I believe she indicated that the room was "checked" again. And with that, it was a "sorry, goodbye" ending. I did call back to speak to the manager to express my concern but was informed that she was "off" and that I could leave a message. I did that and asked for her to return my call. I have not yet heard back at this point, however if she was truly off, quite possibly she might call today. I realize that the company is not liable for my loss.

Nice hotel, great location, close to everything! Went on family vacation, stayed with two kids on the 17th floor with view of the city! Great room! Clean! Good breakfast gets you started! Helpful staff! Amazing view on the roof top bar!

Not the best compared to the hotel I stayed in Washington DC. The room are small so are the wash rooms. The breakfast area gets crowded easily and there is not much choice for the things to eat. The lift are small. But the hotel is very well situated and if we need help the employes are always here to help. I recomend this hotel if you are a familly of four.

My stay here was ok however the construction on the street wasn't the best thing to wake up to every day. However this hotel has mediocre customer service: mainly the housekeeping supervisor Steven Rodriguez who is long due for a boot. My mother left some clothing during our stay one month ago and the hotel did not bother to call and inform her. Regardless, I called the hotel after we realized that she left them here. After speaking with Steven on Monday of this week, he told me that he would email me with a form to fill out and get my address. Once I filled the shipment form, he used the FedEx shipping calculator and emailed me options that were $34-135 to ship from NY to ATL using an 8lb box. In my response email, I asked Steven if he could possibly use a lighter box/evelope since my moms clothes weighed less than 1lb. Steven did not respond to the email and after 3 days I called the hotel to speak with him and he sent me to his answering machine. I also left a voicemail but my call was never returned. At this point my mom was annoyed by the way he handled this and wanted to call him to ship her clothes using any method possible. My mother called Steven this morning and I'm guessing since he didn't recognize the number he went ahead and picked up. As my mom introduced herself and started to explain the situation, Steven hung up on her. Unprofessional, uncalled for, and absolutely disrespectly.

The hotel in general was nice, the customer service was great but their linens were not clean … I don't believe our bed had clean sheets and I know the comforter was not it has stains on it that were very questionable. And you could tell that it hadn't been washed. I called the front desk told them and all we got was a blanket throw and when I went to put it on the bed to replace the comforter there was long black hairs all over it. So I called again and then I get an even smaller blanket that had hair on it as well so we just slept with the sheet. The bathroom was clean and great but I would not doubt it if the bed wasn't made with fresh sheets before we came in which was disappointing. We definatley wouldn't go back to this hotel because of the issue with the linens.

Great location near Penn Station. Fit a family of 6, 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa. Nice and clean. Hot breakfast although it can get crowded. We had a great view of lower Manhattan's skyline and the Freedom Tower. Friendly staff.

Convenient location from Penn Station and MSG. The room was clean and decently comfortable. Nothing especially good or bad about the place. A little overpriced for a nights stay but not terrible.

Staff is always top notch. Check-in is seamless and the front desk is always looking to make your stay great. The lobby, and entire hotel for that matter, is pristine and up to date. As for the rooms, the only thing I wish is there was a little more room like other Marriott hotels in NYC. Other than that, beds are comfortable, shower is awesome, and many rooms have an amazing view of the World Trade Center. There is also free full breakfast in the morning.

Great location, next to Madison Square garden, Empire state building and 2 metro lines. The rooms are great, comfy beds, big washrooms. Very good housekeeping service, friendly staff. Worth to pay an extra to get a room with a view over the city. There is a bar on the rooftop terrace on evenings. On the down sides, there is no mini fridge in the room (you need to pay an extra to get one). The breakfast: it is a buffet with warm and cold meals, with cardboard plates and plastic cups. Very not impressive. Coffee is really bad (only filter coffee available). Free Wi-Fi is slow (you can pay an extra, 4.99$ a day, to get high speed Wi-Fi). I would recommend this hotel for its location and nice rooms.

Rooms were clean and the hotel was in a great location. Only downside is that when its busy with people coming and going or cleaning, the 3 elevators were very hard to actually get to your floor.

Location is just a couple hundred feet from Penn Station, easy access to the city! Room was very nice, and clean. Hotel appears newly built. Breakfast was free and similar to other Marriott properties. Many local restaurants deliver free to your room.

Conveniently located near Penn Station and close enough to Times Square and subways which allowed easy access across the city. The staff was some of the best hotel staff I have ever dealt with. The entire stay was perfect.

The location is conveniently located near the subway. The bathroom is spacious, and the bed is comfy. While the view is lacking, I'm not choosing a place to stay at for a few days based on what's outside the window, only on what's inside.

Great hotel, within a block of MSG. Near subway. Rooftop terrace with great views and bar (in season). Check in (with Britni) was fast and efficient. Room was clean and new, one the smaller side, but perfect for what we needed. Would return anytime.

I don't often take the time to write reviews but in this case I think it's important to recognize this particular hotel and especially the staff. I spend an inordinate amount of time traveling and for me it's a great convenience and comfort to know that I can check into a hotel knowing that my room will be ready, clean, quiet and in general, set up the way I have requested and come to expect. This is the case with the Fairfield Inn near Penn Station in New York City. Michael Gibbons, the desk supervisor has taken the time and effort to understand my expectations and communicate that to the staff. He and the staff always greet me personally, have my room key ready, offer up any news or changes that may be of interest to me, and in general make my stay as pleasant and productive as possible. Hats off to Michael and the team here! As far as the hotel facilities in general go, it is clean, well appointed for what it is, reliable in its amenities and services; I have never been disappointed in this regard. In short, I highly recommend this hotel for the business traveler.
