Excellent Service and Hospitality, excellent location and great breakfast, thanks for everything.
In the 11 days spent in this hotel: — we were charged a large amount more than expected on the credit card used to pay and we are still awaiting a response from the structure and the return of the extra money (18 days have already passed since that moment) ; — one night at 4.00am the fire alarm went off erroneously throughout the hotel resulting in fright & co. ; — on the last day we found the door of our room open because, apparently, the cleaning lady had closed it badly after having finished reorganizing the room; — unfortunately for the structure, the area around is full of drug addicts and homeless people who certainly do not make you go out quietly, especially when the sun goes down … At least for the first three points above, no one has been able to tell us anything. Horrible experience, we await answers and the amount "wrongly" withdrawn in addition.

Hotel stay was nice but sadly when I returned home although the trip had been paid in advance as part of a business trip, my credit card was charged the full stay again. There is no email address to contact them so I have had to ring internationally, costing me more money. Spoke with someone on Friday who took my email and said he would raise with his manager. Have heard nothing. Called again today and the associate put me on an automated response system without trying to deal with my issue. This is shocking customer service, I just need to talk to someone who can resolve!
