Excellent care toilet spotless.

My daughters and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and found all of the staff to be very friendly and helpful especially as we were leaving, we were given help with our huge pile of luggage to our Uber by management. It was a great price and location was also good, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

No room service. You have to go pick your food up at the bar. Not ideal when you are sick.

Room size is pathetic. Having paid so much is really not worth it. Room is considered clean. Staff are friendly. Location not that fantastic.

It’s a nice hotel in a very convenient location. It’s in walking distance of Port authority terminal and subway train station. The room was small but very clean. Some times they have last-minute member deal, and the price is low. I also like their breakfast (severed from 7 — 11 am). Overall, it’s recommended by me.

I loved this place. It doesn’t have a grand foyer but it’s decorated with charm and NYC style. Hudson river theme. The rooms were quality, clean, very comfortable with beautiful views and nautical decor. Luxury bathroom and amenities. Great bedside electronics station including white noise machine.
Didn’t eat at the restaurant but it was nicely designed with a quaintness.
The staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly – they made it extra memorable.

Great addition to the Starwood collection in NYC. New clean rooms, though full not queen beds, cool little bar and efficient lobby. On 10th so a little out if the way, will be great for Hudson Yards when it opens and is handy for MSG at the moment.

This hotel is newly built, and it's AMAIZING. I gave it 4 stars because the "king" bed wasn't a true king and the room was super small. But if your a couple or don't plan on being in the room much it's fine. The bathrooms are gorgeous. Nice flat screen tv's hung inside the wall. I had some issues with the AC shutting itself off. They have complementary bottled watter. Your room comes with 2 but don't be afraid to ask for more. My room didn't come with a mini fridge or microwave. That's something they could add to improve on. It's aggrovating to have to go on the elevator to get ice all the time. But I loved the robe and slipper sets the rooms come with and the staff is all very friendly.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. I had a horrible experience at the Four Points by Sheraton Midtown hotel. My mom is a Starwood Preferred Guest and booked a room for three adults with two beds. We were given a room with one queen sized bed. The manager was rude and claimed the hotel was sold out. He was unwilling to resolve the matter. We called the Starwood Preferred Guest customer service line and spoke with Nicholas (the supervisor) who was also not helpful in resolving the matter. He asked us to pay more to relocate when the error was on the part of the hotel. He ended the conversation with, "What else do you want me to do? ". Extremely poor customer service.

Absolutely horrible. We arrived at 11pm in a group of four. Had to cart our own luggage upstairs which was about 6 big suitcases with no help and to top it off they had booked single rooms for us instead of doubles. When confronted the answer was "we have more rooms and will book you for the morning". If rooms were available why would they wait till morning? Smh abysmal.

Very smooth check in. It's walking distance to Hudson Yards which is nice. There is a restaurant which is open for breakfast and dinner which other hotels in the area don't necessarily have. The bar is open in the evenings. Rooms are smaller but quite nice and have everything you need.

Very good sized rooms with the comfiest bed I've ever slept in. Bathroom is very modern too and water pressure in the shower is spot on. The front desk staff are amazing and went above and beyond for us during our stay. The hotel is a short walk from times square and the high line but would recommend using uber.

I love this hotel. I've stayed here once before, and the staff is accommodating and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and affordable, and its located conveniently in midtown. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking.

Great hotel, really impressed with the layout and the decor. It's close to the Javitz Centre and a 24 pharmacy. Air Conditioning is icy cold if you like. I sure did. Staff was fabulous. There's a small restaurant and tuck shop in the lobby too. Not crowded like some hotels closer to midtown. Smart choice.

Great staff, very clean and well appointed rooms for the price. No bells and whistles but I didn't expect any — I stayed because its near my office. That said, the bed was super comfortable and the TV and bathroom were excellent. There is a lot of construction going on and it goes on into the night. My first room was too noisy as a result (it appears to be 24 hours) but I have not deducted points because the staff found me a room on the other side of the hotel as soon as I asked to be moved.

Great hotel! Conveniently located: a 5 minute walk to the Javitz Center (where a lot of Bolt and Megabus drop off/pick up), and a 10 minute walk to Penn Station/many subway connections. There were a few good, reasonably priced restaurants nearby, like Fresh & Co. I am a super light sleeper and never heard a peep from neighbors or the street traffic. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, and they offer nice amenities like water bottles and fresh brewed coffee in the lobby. The staff was friendly and accommodating of early check-in and late check-out. I would stay here again!

Great hotel and very convenient to the convention center. Friendly staff. Parking not so great as it's street parking only or overnight parking lots that can charge between 35 to $60. Walking distance too many cool places.

Four points is great. The hotel is next to the Javits Center… a block away to be exact. Amazing staff❤

Everything was great, except for the 25 monies it took to get a toothbrush in the morning. They gave me breakfast for the inconvenience. Good place to stay.

Only a year old this hotel hits it right on the money. Trifty rates, and a top notch small though very nicely appointed room. There's a lot to be said for a newly built hotel. There's that pride the staff clearly has for the place. Location is great within this burgeoning west midtown neighborhood. It's one block from Javits! Two blocks from Madison Square Garden. I'll be back. PS, street parking after 6pm till 8am & all day Sunday is free, no meters, and on the night I was here spaces available.

Nice room and cafe. Loud labor picketers at 6 am. Very loud construction noise from across the street at 1 am. Excellent rates. Just bring earplugs.

I generally like this hotel. It's decorated nicely, and in particular the front desk staff is extremely courteous. Somehow after just 1 visit, when I returned 2 months later or so, they had remembered my name (or they did their homework regarding guests that would be checking in that day — either way commendable). The gym is nice as well, and the Wi-Fi is relatively quick & reliable. It's a 2 block walk to the metro, so that's not a problem either. I don't like the oddly shaped bar (with normal-height chairs). It's midtown Manhattan so it almost goes without saying, but the rooms here are particularly small.

Awesome location close to Penn Station, fair price for four friends to spend a Friday night in the city. Room didn't have a fridge so they quickly sent one up! Checkout was convenient and will definitely stay there again.

Great views, great concierge service, vallet parking is A+, food choices were few and not all that great in taste, otherwise great location, spectacular atmosphere a great choice if in town for local convention.

Brand new, very clean, modern hotel two blocks from the Javits Center. Great walking access to restaurants and trade shows. Bathrooms visually beautiful but functionally terrible. No safety bars in the shower. No handshower provided. No place to hang a washcloth and no shelf for toiletries in the shower. Bathroom design very poor. Very comfortable bed with an armoire for clothes but no chest of drawers. Use this hotel for its location, but it's all about minimalistic appearance, not functionality and real convenience. Staff very friendly and helpful, and lobby restaurant really quite good for breakfast.

The hotel room is absolutely tiny. I've stayed in many New York hotels that are tiny but this was by far the smallest. The bathroom seemed to be the same size as the room. Very small for the price.

At the hotel right now. I am having the worst experience ever since continuous 3 nights. Air conditioner doesn't work and non stop construction noises all three nights. And the problem is even after a complaint they care less about fixing the issue or moving my room to accommodate my complain. I am Sheraton hotels member and returned thinking my stay will be fabulous. If I didn't pay in advance I would have left. Glad to be out of this place in one hr can't wait for the clock to tick.

The hotel is clean and the hospitality and staff are great. However, I stayed for 5 days and had the worst sleep of my life. I stayed on the 5th fl with my window facing a demoliton/construction site. The windows had horrible barrier against sounds. I heard everything outside. Each morning construction would start at 6:30am. Worst of all 2, nights the demolition was overnight like past 2am. Ridiculous. Now while I don't fault the hotel for there being construction, I think they have horrible windows and walls. Everything is sensitive. And they have the worst thinnest pillows.

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Beautiful lobby, lovely room, extraordinary service from friendly employees. Easy walk from PA and Penn Station. Definitely will return.

Service is good. Rooms are modern and quality is on par with the brand level. Only complaint is the lack of water pressure in sink/shower and the lack of soundproofing from sounds in the hallway and through the walls can make sleep disruptive.

Our stay here was amazing. Had a great view and it was a very elegant place. Staff is impeccable and on point. I would stay here every time. Close to to the subway too. Such a beautiful place without any pretentiousness.

My wife and I were in town for her job, and this is where we stayed. Found the rooms to be clean, and they do a great job arranging a room to make it feel big despite being small. Amenities worked very well from the Wi-Fi to the weight room—which is as good as hotel weight room can get—plus complimentary water in the afternoon and coffee in the morning. I should mention that we're kind of coffee snobs, and we found the coffee in the lobby to be some of the best coffee we've had outside of a coffee shop. Their restaurant serves pretty good pancakes as well—splurge and ask for chocolate chips.

Great friendly staff. Nice room a little small but it's NY. Restaurant downstairs had great service and food. & I really needed the fitness center while on vacation so I was glad it was there. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent property overall. This four points is modern, comfortable, has an amazing staff and a great restaurant/bar on site. Best in the area for price/value.

The staff was very courteous and professional. The hallways and rooms were spotless. This was one of the best hotels I've been to!

It is a bit far from Times Square but a 15 minute walk should get you there. There are two convenient metro stations nearby which allow you to move all around. The rooms are on the small side but very well kept. The staff is very friendly and willing to help.

I stayed here recently for one night on a work trip. The rooms are a little small. However the hotel is very well priced, breakfast was good, staff were friendly and the location was great. Just south of all the tourists spots in Manhattan and an easy walk through Times Square or up 5th Avenue to Central Park.

A breakfast oasis in a desert! My wife and I were taking the bus from the Port Authority but unfortunately missed our early morning bus at 0630, leaving us 2, 5 hrs to wait until the next bus. It was very cold and blustery outside and all we wanted to do was get indoors and have a cup of coffee and possibly some breakfast while passing the time. The Four Points Sheraton was the perfect place, free Wi-Fi, excellent coffee, bagels and pancakes at a reasonable price.

I had a similar experience to one of the other guests. The light and light switch by the door stopped working the second night. That was more amusing than anything. I assumed a fuse or breaker popped. I also wasn't sure the heater was working but this was when it was in the 70s during the day so not really a problem. The location is a couple of blocks from the 7 subway line and not a huge distance from the north/south lines so that was very convenient. Room would have been good for the disabled since it had a walk in shower with a seat and removable shower head.

Great midtown getaway location. Convenient to subway, Javier Center, and Friedman's across the street for one of the best weekend brunches around. Cool decor, supremely comfy beds, and charging points galore for gadgets. The place isn't set up particularly well for a work trip (working IN the room), but for leisure visits to NYC, it's perfect.

The hotel is very cool but it took them more than two hours to have our room reservation time before.

A very unpleasant one we got with the flight delayed to 4 am and we had to wait until 8 in the morning to give us the room that had been sold 2 times and we had to pay. The next day I went to pay for water with cash, and the lord himself told me that they did not accept cash and to pay with the card and charge me 98 dollars without Desirme nothing and claim, I said that what I had done to have that money in warranty, when my husband booked over the internet with your card master, there was no way that I reversara the charge, nor speaking with the manager Patrick Dadie Was very unpleasant not I did the room when we arrived in the night etc, without commenting on the room of my sister-in-law next door had a tremendous leak, room 1207. And I was in 1208 we had to move to another hotel.

First, please don't go to the other four points by Sheraton only a few blocks away like I did. This is the newer one in Midtown West, a bit further from the action, but newly renovated. The neighborhood has a ton of construction, but it can be a bit dark at night for NYC. The front desk service was a bit slow the day I went, one of the hotel staff spent forever with one guest checking in, the other was on the phone for another good 5 to 10 minutes. Was able to get checked in, cursory comment on being a platinum customer, and was told I got upgraded. Yippee! Short trip up the elevator to my upgraded room, realized I was only on floor 8 out of 20 or so… didn't seem like much of an upgrade. Room seemed normal NYC side (basically hallway with bathroom, then small room with bed that takes up the whole space). Also right next to the elevator which was… fun… However, the room was comfortable, view was ok, and everything worked so I had a great night stay. Would come back for the rate I got, but there are also plenty of other great options in NYC.

This hotel is new. So it still has a few kinks to work out. A few tips: Check your room to see if the heat is working as soon as you arrive. If it's not, request a new room immediately. This may probably only be an issue during the Winter months. But if you come during the Summer, consider checking the A/C unit. Also, check the electrical sockets. Most of the ones in my room didn't work. Call for your car at least an hour before you need it. Otherwise, you will be late to wherever you are trying to go. And finally, the rooms are tiny. So if you have to share a room with someone, make sure it is with someone you like. Otherwise, your visit could get pretty unbearable.
