Hotel front desk staff is wonderful!

The front desk staff gets an A+! Gyselle Bera was my favorite! She works the 3-11 shift. She was so caring and personable! When we were coming and going she always asked us if we had a good time, where we were going, if we enjoyed ourselves and if we were ok or needed anything. She even took a picture with me! Just a professional sweetheart! The room was on the small side but accommodated us just fine because we didn’t come to stay in the room. It was very clean! The bathroom was sparkling clean! Shout out to the housekeepers! The bar drinks were extremely high, wont make that mistake again. Hotels location was great to walk places and not too expensive to Uber. We would definitely stay here again when visiting NY.

Right by Penn station and walk to 42nd without the craziness of rime square.

Checked our bags prior to room being available which was very convenient so we wouldn’t have to carry our bags around while waiting on room. Check in is not a minute before 4pm! Excellent customer service and very friendly staff that always greeted us with a warm welcome and smile! Our room had a perfect window side view! Room was small but perfect for a couple! Bed and pillow was super comfy! Bathrooms were not small! Excellent space to get ready for your day or evening! I would recommend this hotel! It’s a block behind time square and very convenient to other locations! Only recommendation is have a list of places you want to eat because that was the only downfall to the trip not knowing where to go eat.

Location is a short easy walk to times square. Clean rooms and very nice staff.

This is a wonderful hotel and very convenient for business travelers. I want to share a very special thanks to one of the doormen that helped me on Thursday, June 6 around 4:15 pm. I had just arrived back to the hotel from a work meeting that ran late, and I was in desperate need of getting to La Guardia on time to catch my flight. Once I got to the hotel lobby, the doorman quickly got my luggage. I was in a panic to find a taxi, and this doorman acted swiftly to find me great transportation to the airport. I am so thankful and grateful for his help! Unfortunately, in my rush to the taxi, I didn’t catch the doorman’s name to share it here. I’m hoping he will some day see this message and remember me, as he helped me get home and not miss my flight. His quick response gave me just enough time to board a flight before it closed. Thank you so very much for doing such a great job!

I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and have experienced many but along with many other hotels like, it has very small rooms.

We have stayed here at least ten times and have never been disappointed. The staff is first rate. The rooms are very well designed and accommodating. We will continue to return and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the heart of the greatest city on the planet.

Perfect from room, food and especially the staff all are a credit to the hotel, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

This hotel was very nice and the staff were all outstanding. Being from North Carolina it was interesting that Carolina checked us in upon arrival. What a pleasant young lady she is.
They were all very friendly and the place was super clean. The bed was so comfortable, the bathtub was spotless. We had the city view and it was spectacular. I couldn't have asked for any better service from check in to check out. They gave us some recommendations for breakfast which was Tick Tock and Andrews Coffee Shop along with Joe's Pizza for lunch and hands down all of them were great!
It was also convenient to everything.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was totally unclean the shopkeepers brought me towels used by other guests with dirty stools on it and the reception was so look stupid in his replies.

Very nice room and you can walk to Times Square and most any show. Great place to stay if you want to be downtown!

The location is perfect. Walk to anywhere if you are up to it. We are absolutely satisfied with our room, the staff, cleanliness, and being on the 18the floor. No street noise whatsoever.

Just here for the night but it was great, got in a little early and the staff were friendly and got me checked in early. The room was nice and clean. The location was just perfect for all the places I need to go out to. Would stay here again in a heart beat.
