Awful, awful, awful. One star because atleast doesn't seem like we've gotten bed bugs. Where to start on me never returning to this location or recommending it. First meeting. Training on friendliness is something this location needs to work on for their front desk, the woman with a way to tight button up shirt and hair that looks like she just got done with a tussle in bed. Setting the stage — the person next to us got to their room to find it smelling terribly like smoke and the fire alarm ripped from the ceiling… good lord… So Next the walk up to the room — I am surprised I didn't see any bugs or mice. The ripped up carpet, the disgusting food on the stairs and dirt. We are now about 10 minutes in the hotel and walking to our room, I look at my Fiance and say what the **** did your friend think recommending this place to us. Get to the room of the door, opened perfect. As we walk in — sticky bathroom floor, disgusting shower curtain — you wont catch me dead showering here. Walk out to examine the bed — 3 pillow on a king size bed, I unzipped and checked everything for bed bugs. Top blanket had a couple of stains on it. The "soft" blanket that should have been retired long ago only a couple cigarette burns in that one. The 1980s chair in the corner had some white marks on it, but hey the air conditioning unit from the 90s still worked. The carpet was absolutely awful, covered in stains, rips, and I refused to take my shoes off. Needless to say DO NOT COME HERE.

Pretty good for the price ($66). Breakfast was good enough — waffle maker was the main attraction. Then there was sausage, yogurt, 2% milk and cereal (frosted flakes or raisin bran). More than satisfactory. The room itself again was nice, absolutely no real complaints. Very comfortable pillows and bed, good temperature control, accessible outlets, what more can you ask for, especially remembering it only cost $66. My only complaint is that the night shift front desk receptionist woman seemed rude/annoyed, like she didn't care about anything, including her job. I asked her for a couple things that night — any ibuprofen/special aid kit that might have asperin or anything? *blank, dumb stare, after giving me the stink eye the whole walk over to the desk* "… nope". Forgot my toothpaste, asked her if they happened to have a any for guests, while she looked at me as if my entire existence is an insult to her. "… No… ". In general, she clearly hates her job, and treats guests like poorly. Not going to judge the hotel based on one bad employee as the others were professional, kind, and accommodating. There is a public hot tub — I didn't get to try it out. Also a public ATM. The location is nice — 24/7 Shell station right down the street. Was able to ask for a late checkout and left at noon. Cheap, comfortable room, full from good breakfast, no issues that impacted the mood/opinion of the place at all.

Pretty let down. Wi-Fi didn't work, room hadn't been vacuumed in awhile and the bathroom counter was dirty. Desk staff was nice but we're not really interested in anything other than herding customers along.

My boyfriend and I had a good stay here. We stayed for one night before catching a flight out of MKE. For what you pay for, it’s just fine. The bed was pretty hard but I slept fine. An outlet my boyfriend used to charge his phone randomly stopped working overnight since we woke up and found his phone didnt charge so that kind of sucked. I can’t review the free breakfast because our flight was early. Very close to the airport. Overall, we were satisfied for what we paid. I recommend this hotel for a short stay before or after a flight at MKE.

I am beyond pleased. I came into town 3 hrs early and Sara at the front desk got me checked into my room no hassle or extra charge. My room was clean and the floor maid Melinda I believe (my apologies if I got the name wrong) went above and beyond and brought me a bucket of ice after hearing about my day & how I needed a hotel due to unforeseen circumstances. I will stay here whenever I'm in need and recommend to all my friends and family! After all isn't a hotel/motel supposed to be a home away from home! Nice job to all the staff at the Milwaukee airport location.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Went here for Memorial Day weekend with my husband who is in the army. I was the one who had made the reservation a week in advance and had driven 5 hours to get to Milwaukee. We were turned away at the door because I am only 20. If this is the hotels policy then I should have been notified before reserving and this should be stated on the website. I called corporate and they couldn't even understand why the hotel wouldn't let us stay. Their policy is 18 and over, they called the hotel and we're greeted on the phone by the same rude woman who helped us at the front desk. The corporate woman said and I quote "she fought like hell for us with the hotel manager". We have stayed at multiple Wyndham hotels before and never had any problems. We will never stay at a Wyndham hotel again.

Booked this place last minute for 50 bucks a night, and at that price I was a little nervous as to what it would be like. While it's not a Ritz or a Trump Tower it's clean, quiet and safe. A little rough around the edges, yes, but come on. It's 50 bucks. There's only so much you can expect. Coffee in the lobby is there 24 hours and it's pretty good, and breakfast was pretty decent as well. Only thing I suggest is checking the apples that are in the lobby in the morning, I grabbed one and there was a large brown rotted spot on it. Oh well. Besides that it's good, if you just need a place to sleep for the night this place is perfectly fine. Again if you expect the Ritz you'll probably be disappointed but if not, go for it.

Service was friendly, location convenient. Bedding was clean and new. Rooms were outdated. My main complaint is that the other guests were rather loud even at 2am.

I only stopped by to park my car and take a shuttle to the airport, but the service at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The shuttle was waiting patiently and left on time.

Had a single bed room, shuttle picked me up quickly and everything was clean. Only issue I had was my door wouldn't close and actually click shut. I had to use the deadbolt anytime I closed it.

Stayed overnight woth my friend. The hotel is extremely close to the airport, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The rooms have aged, but overall, good deal for the amount you pay.

Old and rundown hotel, that could use new housekeeping staff. I've stayed here 3 times over the past year, and every time it has been the same. Front desk clerk missing, and having to wait at least 10 minutes for them to appear. Wake up calls never come. And rooms are filthy. They aren't filthy upon first glance, but a quick look under the mattress or end table changes the story. Three stars for location and price.

I have high blood presure, the room I was given felt like 60° upon entering the room. I tried increasing the heat and it did not increase the room temp by much. The room only had a small radiator unit pictured below. As a customer who had to leave your facility at 6AM because I was close to having a medical emergency. Your Management refused to give me a refund for the booking, if I would have had a heart attack in my sleep would that be grounds for my family to sue Super 8? Completely negligent. Its nice that your Manager also only shows up at 11AM on a Saturday and leaved by 3PM whom also is not on site on a Sunday either. The staff who checked me in was the only cordial individual in this process. When a cold room is close to giving a customer a medical emergency you should almost always respect the customer over profit, especially if I myself was freezing cold in the room at 6AM. Disgusting.

A lovely hotel conveniently located near the airport. Shuttles provided to the airport, even in the early hours of the morning.

I used Super 8 for my airport parking and it was good. My car was safe and had not been harmed when I returned. The staff was polite and helpful. The first driver that I had he was very nice and hospitable. The driver that brought us from the airport was a different story. The cost was reasonable and the service was efficient.

Not great. Not bad. It's a super 8 better than other super 8s I've stayed in but still a cheap hotel.

We have been going to hotel for at least 17 years. It has been nice and clean and very convenient for us to fly out. After our last experience this week we will NOT ever go there again! The breakfast is absolutely ridiculous. Cannot call it a breakfast… the rooms are not kept up at all anymore. We had informed the desk we had a very late flight coming in could we still get our shuttle. Yes no problem just call us. We did call when we were in the airport. They told us to wait till we got our luggage. Called again and they said 10 minutes they will be there… but took longer… if they would have came when we told them we would have not been the last people in the airport! He did not pull up to the door… we had to go find him and when we walked right up to it he never got out to help with the luggage we did it ourselves and when we pulled in my car was running… the only car running and he brings us to the door. AGAIN did not help us with our luggage… yes he did not get a tip and have to say we were not friendly as he was mumbling out loud to himself! We will be going down the street to the Best Western for now on! Super 8 you need either a new owner/management or close down!

This is a convenient hotel if you're just too tired to drive home from the airport or have an early morning flight. Plenty of rooms at reasonable rates and right next to the airport. No real amenities, reasonably clean, good parking. AAA discount.

I stayed here about 5 years ago and the service and rooms were very good. This time not so good our room really needed some updating and some detail cleaning, dirt and debris behind furniture, film in the bathtub. The sink did not drain good and the vanity electric outlet did not work. The staff could be a little more friendly and welcoming. We would stay again though because of airport convenience.

We stayed under a park and fly deal. At the beginning of our trip all was fine. We arrived back at the airport at the end of our trip. Called for ride back to get our vehicle. Were told it would be 20 minutes. This hotel is across the street from the airport. After several phone calls and a 45 minute wait outside in 45 degree temp. Our ride finally arrived. And the driver had the nerve to say we should not be upset about a free ride. We will never stay there again. Every other hotel has been there to pick us up in 5 minutes. Driver told us he was running errands. Ridiculous. Poor service!

I love motels 8 but this one was to much money a room with double beds cost more just cause I said was 3 guess so I left to another hotel.

Friendly staff. Clean and good value motel right by airport. They were just cleaning carpets and painting halls too (non-VOC paint was appreciated! ).

This place is an absolute dump. I literally had blood on my pillow case. The lobby is full if smoke as they allow smoking directly out front. The front desk person was terribly ill and was wiping her snot in her sleeves before handing me a pen to sign the room agreement. Do not stay here. There are much better hotels out there for the same rate.

Worst Super 8! Hotel front desk did not answer the phone when I called for pick-up from the airport. Eventually, after calling the main Super 8 reservation 800 number, the mini-van showed-up one hour later. Driver repeatedly asked for a tip during the short drive. Rooms are old, dirty and smelly. Breakfast is very basic. Ended up having breakfast at the airport instead. Front desk staff and driver were all but helpful. Was wrongly charged for the use of the "safe" in the room. Did not use the safe, didn't even notice there was one. Had to insist and wait about half an hour upon check-out to have that charge reversed. Then, the driver refused to take me to the airport. Ended up walking to the terminal, this short walk in the sun and fresh air was the best part of the stay!

Looks dirty but worst part is I booked a room with the rewards reservation desk for 4 people. On arrival we got a king bed and a pull out with no bedding. No other real double rooms were available so the clerk grabbed me sheets, no blanket. Going back to the room we found there were only 3 pillows for the 4 of us. Again we visited the desk because phone in room didn't work to call him. He said he had no other pillows or bedding. When I asked for an additional single room, he asked us to wait while he went to an empty room and literally stripped a bed and gave us all that bedding and one pillow. After taking it to our room we found the bedding he gave us to smell and look to be used so we just dumped it on a chair and didn't use it. Disgusted!

Super 8 was a good place to stay about 5-10 years ago, not so much now. The room we had was in of repairs or remodeling. Tile grout was loose, mold/mildew around the shower tiles and shower curtain. The door frames need paint and the windows were drafty. Staff was friendly however they need better training or better tools to work with, example wake up call never happened. The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent.

Dirty and outdated. Due to us using 3rd party blind booking sites, we end up at this Super 8. It's not so bad that you would puke, but it needs a lot of cleaning and updating. The bed is uneven, lumpy, and the springs are worn out. In some of the executive rooms, the beds are not as bad, but are very hard. The carpet in the rooms and hallways are filthy and the floors are dirty in the lobby and walkways. We've been here many times and each time the comforter and blanket underneath the comforter smelled old and we could tell they hadn't been washed recently (most hotels/motels don't wash them after each visit). I always wrap the sheet over the top of the blanket, so it doesn't touch my face. I also lay a shirt or something on my pillow since I don't truly trust that housekeeping changes the linens each time. We've had room with mildew in the caulk at the corners of the tub, but have never had a time when the shower appeared dirty. The toilet, on one occasion, had something light yellow on the hard part behind the toilet seat lid. I didn't know if that was pee, so I complained to the front desk. I also had to complain to the front desk because one of the executive rooms had stuck on food in the microwave that had been there since the last time we had the room. I know this because the food stuck on the microwave plate after we used it during a previous visit, so now I know the microwave wasn't cleaned. The furniture is also extremely outdated.

Came during summerfest so you can expect some issues. Our first room wasnt cleaned but they gave us a new one within minutes. Odd room layout but it was nice for the price.

The room looked reasonable with some updated decor but as soon as I lifted up the decorative sheet I was grossed out by the clumpy cheap fleece blanket that had some else's hair over it! I'm not super picky but it was gross. The wall ledges are covered in dust and the old heating and cooling unit make the room smell moldy. Bad for people who has sensitive allergies/asthma. Bed is very comfy, but without the questionable dirty blankets. Wouldn't stay here again. I found a better hotel for only 20$ more and is like a 5 star luxury hotel in comparison.

Absolutely awful, and I know that the owner can do better than that. Just because people are staying there, does not mean that you should continue to make money and not upgrade. I complained about the broken air conditioner the entire weekend, we never did get air. The bed is hard as a brick. The bed sheets are old and dirty, the pillows are bed sheets folded up and tiny, my daughter had used towels hanging in her bathroom. To top that off, the housekeepers arguing and mad at the front desk about not wanting to work, who did not come in and looking for another job. And oh yeah, check your bank statement or credit card statement. I really could not believe it. I checked the reviews before I booked, and they said the same.

It makes me wonder if some of the positive reviews are from people who work for the hotel. 1st I understand that this is a 2 star hotel and certain things may be outdated or old, but a 2 star rating should have nothing to do with the cleanliness. The "blanket" on the bed had white stains, cigarette holes, and general wear and tear. When we brought it to the attention of the manager they stated it was paint stains. Why the heck would you put that back on a bed?! Also there has been an empty bag under the sink for God knows how long. (Thinking of turning it into a "message in the bottle) Not sure how long it's been since they've dusted this room as well. Also it's true about the towels. We had 1 face towel, 2 bath towels and about 3 hand towels. So again a 2 star rating shouldn't mean give up on cleaning, it should only apply to your amenities.

The rooms were very clean and quiet. I loved how they have pictures of nature behind the bed and they didn't use the same stuff other places use. Plenty of room in my room to move around. The check in was quick and simple.

This is by far the worst hotel stay I have had in years, no redeeming qualities at all except the shuttle driver was great. Dirty, old, tired, lousy front desk attitude and the room was horribly unclean. Drink rings on the night stand from some sugary drink, dust all over the desk and lamp there, giant stains on the work chair, torn carpet, frayed furniture and stains on the side chair in the room, not little stains either. Disgusting. Plus the AC is right at the desk such that if the AC is on, you cant work at the desk. Not a great plan. When I went to check out I told the clerk how filthy the room was only to have him look at me with blow you off disgust and lip service at best, he could not have been surprised. I grabbed the room late at night before and early flight or I would have changed rooms or better yet changed hotels. I need to also talk about the purported "continental breakfast" that the Hotel offers, another bad cheap nightmarish joke. Cinnamon rolls premade and ready to go in the microwave one a time in separate baggies, both milk and water in a pitcher in the cooler, not individualized at all, just communal for drinks and cereal in the case of the milk. The place offered hard boiled eggs as part of the breakfast as well, an odd selection to me for sure. Top it off with the vending machines being out of water for sale and the front desk not having any water for sale or even caring, it was the perfect end to a rather inglorious stay.

This was a terrible place to stay! It was dirty, outdated and bad customer service. We stayed over the weekend of the Garth Brooks concert. The hotel itself did not offer a shuttle to downtown and the people working the front desk were not very helpful to any of the guests (there were numerous people staying there that were attending the concert) in providing recommendations or numbers for transportation services. When calling the hotel front desk prior to arrival the phone rang at least 10 times before someone answered (this happened twice) both times the person answering was rude and acted as though I was bothering them. The rooms carpet was full of grass clippings, the desk had smears of something crusty (hopefully food) and the room smelled musty. The blanket on the bed was so old that it felt as though it were going to crumble, as well as the flat sheet being so thin you could see through it. There are holes in the flooring outside of the elevator, the maps are outdated (they indicate there are vending machines on the 2nd floor and there are none) the painting and repairs that have been made are terrible and definitely not quality work. Bottom line, save your money and put it towards staying at a better hotel. This could really be a great place if it were taken care of and the employees took pride in their work. It was a major disappointment compared to other Super 8 Hotels.

The room was adequate for the one night I needed it. Check in and out went smoothly and the staff was friendly. My room was on the 3rd floor and even though this Super 8 was directly across the street from Mitchell Airport, the room was quiet.

The room was very nice and clean. Bed were comfy.

We use this hotel when we leave early or arrive late on a airline flight. It is a no frills hotel, we stay here just to leave or return from a trip. Our only complaint this time was the bed had a very light blanket and it was very cold in the room even with the heat on. Beverly Tipler.

My reservation was last minute, however your wonderful staff gave superb service and understanding for my situation. I received a very warm welcome upon arrival and my room exceeded my expectations.

I did something a little different where I parked and stayed rather than stay and park. I flew out late in the day and flew in at midnight 8 days later and didn't want to drive home. The shuttle service was prompt for a midnight pickup. The hotel staff was professional and accommodating. The room was comfortable and the bed was firm. The morning breakfast was good and selection was normal for a Super 8. I don't think you can go wrong with this Stay and Park hotel.

My wife and I stayed on Tuesday 9/30. Maji who checked us in was great, she was very friendly and accommodating. Loved the breakfast buffet, lots of options and constantly maintained by the staff. Also the driver who picked us up at the airport, I forgot his name but from the minute he picked us up he told us jokes all the way to the hotel. Kudo's to your staff they made our stay a lot more enjoyable.

Very happy with the convenience of location, shuttle to airport and being able to park our vehicle there while we were gone. Staff at front desk very helpful, especially the gentleman that was working at 4am on the 18th and again when we came back at 2am on the 26th. So glad you provide the stay and fly and I do tell friends about it.

Very nice facility, clean and all but one daytime manager were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast area was clean and full at all times. Housekeeping had towels ready for me as I requested because I use the DO NOT DISTURB, so they left them available for when I returned to my room. They accommodated me and my parents rooms to be near each other so we could help them. I would recommend this motel for sure.
