Very enjoyable preflight stay.

Nice I really enjoy being there hospitality excellent.

The air conditioner in the room does not work. Thermostat is set at 65 and it is still 81 in the room. No maintenance to call, no fans to help. They offered another room, but based on feedback from the crew we have here, they have the same issue.

Great hotel. I have stayed here few years ago. Very east check in. We where able to get a room close to our friends. We came up here this weekend to spend time with our friends.

I stay at Milwaukee hotels weekly, generally whatever hotel gives the best price that day. I've stayed in almost every airport hotel at least once. That being said, this one is a "one and done" for me. The people in the room next to me were extremely LOUD, banging doors, running in the hall. It sounded like a wrestling match was going on from 1145pm to 1230am when I called front desk. The staff person was RUDE, sighed audibly at my complaint, and said she would "try to do something". Clearly, she did not as the noise continued until about 2am. This morning, upon checkout, I voiced my concerns to front desk, along with the fact the AC was not working correctly, and was informed he could not assist me as I paid 3rd party.
I guess I will contact Priceline, whom I use every week.

Nice experience for 1 night stay. TV channels mostly were not available. Recommend.

Park at your own risk. My window was smashed out of my vehicle during a recent stay in an attempt to steal my vehicle.
Management was only able to offer an apology.

EVERYTHING! friendly customer service, CLEANLINESS EVERYWHERE! GREAT HOT breakfast buffet. Convenient location, the pool and jacuzzi were clean and warm and indoors. Allowed early check-in. Comfortable beds and pillows. Zippered mattresses and extra pillows to prevent any bedbug issue. IF I had to pick a minus, Our room only had a shower and not a bath tub.

Affordable, clean, comfy beds, friendly staff, and nice breakfast. Only negative is that the dryer wasn't working properly so it took me about 7 hours to dry two loads of laundry.

My room was clean and spacious. You will hear people on the third floor if you're on the second. I could hear people walking around in the room above me and people yelling during an argument. They set out breakfast as early as 04:00 which is fantastic for feeding people heading for an early flight. The breakfast itself is standard hotel breakfast fare and nothing special. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Hotel rooms have AC units with motion sensor. When it senses you aren't in room, AC shuts off. Had to keep waking up during the night to wave my hand in front of it to keep AC running to cool off room. Needless to say, I got very little sleep.

Stayed 7 nights while my husband was in St Lukes having bypass surgery. Was very pleased with everything. It was very clean and quiet. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff were cheerful and polite. The morning breakfast availability was so appreciated… everything from eggs and waffles to cereals, bagels, fruit, toast and juices were available. The in-room coffee pot, refrigerator and microwave also helped to save on the cost of eating away from home. I was amazed at how comfortable the bed was. It was a most welcoming place to come to after long days at the hospital, and I thank everyone whose efforts made it that way. You are all very much appreciated.

Good place near the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are pretty quiet, beds are comfortable.

For a sleep in it was pretty good. My only real complaint would be the ac/heater, regardless of switch position it still comes on. And its loud! I hate that!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here. This place is impeccably clean, in perfect repair, and was extremely quiet. Every staff member was courteous and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and filling. I highly recommend this place.

Stayed here for one night. The beds were very confortable. I had a very good experience. Will take it to concideration for a next time. The is also a very cute Paint and Sip Bar at walk distance from it.

We utilized the Park Stay and Fly for the first time and had an outstanding experience. My husband uses a walker or wheelchair and we were dropped off right at our terminal and picked up at our baggage claim without any waiting whatsoever. I would recommend this service to anyone looking to park their vehicle while going out of town for any amount of time.

Had a pretty nice time. The airport shuttle was prompt and the driver friendly, and there were plenty of good restaurants close by. Rooms were comfy. A great airport hotel.

Friendly staff. Mostly clean rooms. A couple of food choices within walking distance and convenient to the MKE airport. Maids clearly don't pay attention to detail as hair was on the floor and in the shower. The water pressure at 5:10 am on the third floor was poor and the temperature would oscillate from nice and warm to very hot to Luke warm. A ten minute shower took 20 minutes!

Very nice hotel and staff. Room was clean and very near to airport. Breakfast was out super early for the people that had early flights. Excellent, will return.

My wife and I stayed there with our two dogs over Christmas. I have to say that the staff that we interacted with were delightful. The room was the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The bed was as comfortable as mine at home and there were plenty of comfortable pillows. I did not feel like we were crawling into a blacklight nightmare of a bed. Everything was washed and smelled of fresh detergent. During a better cold snap over the vacation the room stayed nice and toasty. I would honestly say the only fault that I can see is it snowed and that's not the hotels fault LOL. I think that's mine. I wanted snow for Christmas.

Clean rooms, polite staff, good location. The breakfast is nothing to write home about, but it is free and plentiful. We had a dog with us and the rate was a flat $50 for all four nights instead of per night, which was nice. The walls could be a little thicker, that was maybe the one downside. You could hear a bit of other guests' business. Overall, for the rate, location, and the cleanliness of the rooms, we will definitely stay here again when we visit. Side note; incredibly comfortable beds.

Very convenient to airport. Clean and has nice hot breakfast. Only negative is there is no way to turn off air/heat unit and it cycles on every 15 to 20 minutes and runs for about one minute. If you are a light sleeper it may keep you awake.

I didn't have a good travel day, I was stuck in Milwaukee for an additional day. I called the Hotel, Sam answered was so very helpful with getting me checked in. She sent the shuttle to come pick me up from the airport within 10 minutes. The rooms are very nice and Sam, Clarence and Lee were so very warm, friendly and hospitable! I was very impressed and would recommend this hotel to everyone! Thank you Sleep Inn Staff I look forward to staying with you the next time I'm in town.

Nothing special, but clean and quiet. They have breakfast out early. Beds are firm but comfortable.

Stayed 1 night for an early AM flight. The hotel is conveniently close the airport. This hotel lost a couple stars because I was locked out of my room because the room key card failed to work. I had to go to the front desk on multiple occasions. Furthermore, the AC was frozen and dripping water. 1/3 of carpet was wet.

Overall my stay was what I expected. We were staying for a single night before heading to the airport. I was surprised some breakfast was available even at 4:30 am. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

We went to see Pink, at Summerfest… this hotel was not the closest but the BEST value for the money… booked online, great price… it is a very clean hotel, the staff are all very nice and accommodating… the pool area is small but clean and offered a jacuzzi as a plus… the breakfast was great, nice and hot and well stocked… The room itself was clean especially the bathroom which is so important… The King size bed was comfortable… I definitely recommend and I will return…

Friendly yet professional receptionist. Rooms are clean. Van driver is on time and very entertaining. Breakfast in the morning is ok… typical items like egg beaters eggs and waffles. Close to good restaurants.

Staff was very friendly. The room was very nice and clean! Bed was a bit hard but the six nice pillows made up for it. Would stay here again if we come across them in our travels.

Very satisfying experience during my stay there… Great service from the staff. The pool and hot tub area had a comforting vibe as soon as you stepped in either one, and my room was pretty much grade A especially the bath tub area… Housekeeper should be happy with the tip I left! Why not it was New Years Eve.

Best nights sleep I have had in a very long time! The bed was so comfortable and the pillow… Omg the pillow was exceptional. Sorry but I have a hard time sleeping in my iwn bed because of my pillow not being just right so this was a treat for me! The room was great and we will definitely be staying again soon! Great breakfast in the morning!

We had an amazing time, very friendly staff… we where able to bring our little dog with us… the kids loved the pool area. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be staying there again.

My family stayed at this great Choice property this past Friday & Saturday nights. More than satisfied isn't enough praise. Beds & pillows are very comfortable. From front desk personnel to cleanliness of room to quality of breakfast, this Sleep Inn is a great value!

The stay was convienent and at the right price with parking and shuttle to the air port. Room could have been quieter, could easily hear traffic outside.

The Worst Experience Ever I have been A diamond choice member for 3 years now. This hotel was the worst out of all those three years. The customer service lacked, and Rene and her side kick treated me with no respect or dignity. I flew in from chicago and caught the train to Milwaukee. Tired and exausted I requested A late checkout. At 9-10 AM Rene and her staff come banging at the door rudely awaking me. I told her I requested A late checkout and even if that wasn't possible, Its not even 11 AM yet. They continued to disturb me and call my room. I took the receiver off the hook and contacted Choice hotels. As I was doing so Rene came back banging at the door yelling and screaming. I opened the door and asked why was she being so kaotic. She said because I took the receiver off the phone and she couldn't call, and A late checkout she wouldn't agee to. Not because the hotel was full, or they had a full day of guest that day, but because it was her personal choice. As I spoke with the lady in choice, she said diamond members usually get late checkout based on availablity, and the hotel was not sold out on either day, Rene just didn't want to give it to me. I hurried and packed and called an Uber to take me to another hotel for the rest of my stay. They were rude and disrespectful for no reason at all. I could only come up with one reason why I was treated the way I was. There is also A deep hollow smell throughout the hotel, that reminds me of A basement.
