Excellent breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff.

I like the complimentary newspaper and coffee, breakfast was cool they had a few vegetarian options with breakfast rolls and oatmeal, plus peanut and jelly. The location was good for me right by 94 west and 41 exit, the room was spacious and the king size bed was comfortable for my tall height. I enjoy the workout room with treadmills and bike plus weight machines.

This place is beautiful! Nice pool/hot tub and the rooms r huge. Beds r comfortable and it’s right off the highway. Staff and friendly and continental bfast is awesome!

The location is good, near the airport and there are places to eat nearby. The staff was friendly and professional. These hotels always look more modern on the outside and old like they are built from older hotels they have remodeled on the inside. It's odd. That being said, the bed was comfy and so we're the pillows and the linens we're clean.

I should state up front this is a good hotel. Its 3 stars for the same reason all hotels irritate me. The pillows are to small and to fluffy. My neck need support not air.

Very clean and comfortable. Pet friendly. Limited breakfast but was good and hot. No sugar free options available. Otherwise 100% recommendation, will stay here again. Close to so much!

I love Country Inn and Suites. This hotel on the other hand I will NEVER book again. We checked in to our suite and the staff we very friendly. When we got to our room is when it went all down hill. Gum was on the curtains, our bathroom had mold on the shower, several light bulbs were burned out, the lamp shade was gross, the cord had some brown stuff on it, the red relaxing chair had black stains and a huge rip in it, Our bed sheets were not put on the bed all the way, I had taken my shoes off and I literally stuck to the floor it was so sticky. I called down to the front desk and I was told they did not have any other rooms available. The front desk lady cam up and was apologetic and looked around and when she came back she had light bulbs to change. She did find another room for us to move to, upon inspection the room had tooth paste in the sink, she promptly cleaned the sink. This room also had several burned out light bulbs, she replaced one and order the maintenance person to come fix the other the following morning. That person arrived at 9am when were were all getting dress and asked to come in I told him we were still getting ready for the day and asked if he could come back, because we had people getting dressed in the room he would not take come back for an answer asked to come in, I refused and eventually just took the light bulb form him and changed it my self and letting him know that was the correct light bulb. This was just so off putting.

An OK stay… Had better… Had worse. Room 213 was nice, spacious, and clean… But AC had hard time keeping entire space cool… Only bedroom was cool, the living room was too warm. Living room had occasional clicking or thumping sound in wall at the study desk… Luckily closing bedroom door kept it from bothering my sleep. Multi pattern shower head was nice and easy to adjust from pattern to pattern (many such heads require 2 hands and a lot of force). Bathroom had night light which was a welcome touch. Indoor pool was just the right temperature but hot tub was too hot by about 5F. Breakfast was nice but nothing special… Typical hotel breakfast but was well prepared and plentiful… Coffee could be a bit better but typical of hotel coffee… I've had worse. Overall a good stay but could have been a little better.

Didn't even sleep on their sheets purchased my own blankets to lay on the bad amd cover myself. Room smelled rancid & moldy. Room had not been cleaned when assigned. Staff needs training on client service as they just have the impression of being bothered anytime we asked for help. The hotel definitely needs a cleaning in all of it as spider webs and dust everywhere. Gym smelled of sweat and equipment had stains from sweat and not being cleaned off. Grounds are clean and maintained but not sufficent enough parking spaces for clients.

Good price, clean, and safe. Great place for family reunion. Central location in Milwaukee.

Do Not Book at the Country Inn & Suites Radisson in Milwaukee. They wont work with you on unforeseen cancellations and no one answers the phone. This place is a joke! I will make sure that none of my friends or family use this hotel and will spread the word.

Anastasia and Lyndsey should NEVER have a job in customer service! Ryan (the general manager) is a liar! I’m just happy I was Able to get my money back! And I suggest Booking through a 3rd party instead of straight through the hotel!

Got locked out of our room for over an hour because the door sensor broke. I understand it's not their fault, but the fact that there wasn't anyone there who knew how to solve this IS their fault. Great service though. Very clean and nice people.

Hotel was alright except we got locked out if our room for 2 hours and the manager just wanted us to stay in a different room til they could open our original room. Just waited 2 hours in the hall. Absurd.

I am a premier gold member who stays at this hotel quite often. We really enjoyed the service we received and the friendly staff. Unfortunately the last few times my family has stayed here, we stay normally 2 or 3 nights at a time, we have requested room service and have not been given it. We normally only ask after the 2nd night. When coming back from a long day on the town to a room that isnt cleaned for me it becomes very frustrating. Especially when I spend thousands of dollars a year to stay here and they cant even change out my towels and sheets. We will be leaving raddison rewards to become members of a different hotel chain that will take pride in taking care of their customers and will change linens upon request when theres 4 housekeepers on the same story as your room was. I recommend going elsewhere if you plan on staying longer than 1 night and dont want to be woken up at 8am for room service.

So, let me start off by saying I was perfectly fine with the stay. I wasn't here that long, really just needed a place to sleep. So in regards to that, it got the job done. However, there were some things that make me rate this low. The first is the elevator situation. The elevator had a sign on it that there were some power issues and to ride at your own risk. The sign looked like it had been there for a while. It's not the most confident inspiring thing in the world to see. I think if there was the potential that a customer would get locked in an elevator, that would be a priority to fix. Personally, I was fine. But just seemed off. Then I was surprised as I took a shower to find that the shower had not been cleaned well. The shower had long hair all over the back of it. That set me off a little bit and caught me by surprise. Breakfast was fine. I didn't have the hot options, but the other assortments there were good. Like I said, just needed a place to sleep and it got the job done.

I cancelled my reservation the hotel front desk told me I would get my money back. I never got my money back. I called back 4 days later to see what the problem was they then told me my money was with a 3rd party website I didn’t book through and hung up in my face. I will never stay here. The worst customer service I ever experienced in my life.

Nice place, clean and quiet. Adequate breakfast. Would stay again. Only two minor complaint s, one TV remote did not work and curtains did not close. I was single woman staying on first floor and this freaked me out. I had to rig so. Ething up so I could sleep soundly.

Great service. My whole family stay there. I when last minut to reserve a room nothing available was my wedding night but the front desk lady find us a room and We love it.!

Not what I thought as far as looks but aside from that this hotel made my week stay very comfortable. Employees are nice. Bed was made everyday and roomed cleaned. Breakfast was great! Hot tub and pool was awesome!

If I could give 0 stars — — I would. Do not stay here. Definitely DO NOT park and ride here. Our truck was broken into, while sitting right in front under a street light. Sounds like it's a normal occurrence from the police officer. I have never given a bad review, I feel there is always some understanding of a situation. However, after hearing this was an ongoing problem there and the receiving the most terrible customer service in a time of need from the gal at the front desk, I felt it deemed necessary. Find another hotel.

Stayed in one bedroom whirlpool room here a couple years ago and it was seemed nice then, at least nice enough to come back. Something must have happened in the past year or two, because this time around it was bad. First thing to notice is the whirlpool in the room wasn't clean. Second thing to notice was the overwhelming smell of "fresh linen, " strong enough to be an air freshener, not the actual bed. Paint on the walls in both the bedroom and bathroom was peeling, phone in the room did not work at all, weird stains on one of the chairs in the room, and there was almost no water pressure coming out of the shower, when we were located on the first floor. Kind of wonder what it's like on the second and third floors. Then housekeeping tried coming in the room while we were still in bed, something I have never experienced at a hotel before. This hotel is located close to houses, and there is no fence around it, and since we were on the first floor, we wanted to close the curtains. Well the only curtains they have are decorative ones, which cant be moved to cover the windows, and these extremely thin white ones that you can see right through if you are looking from outside (I tried it myself). The thin curtains are the ones that open and close to give you "privacy. " we took one of the blankets off the bed and wedged it in on top of the window so we could have actual privacy. Obviously, we will never go back to this hotel again.

Over all nice. Our shower didn't have a liner and most of the TV stations were not converted to digital so 2/3 of them were not avalible.

The parking lot was completely full. Absolutely no where to park. The night time front desk guy was crabby and rude. Called for extra pillows and he says he doesn't want to bring them up. We go down to get them and he tells us we don't need them because there are extras in the closet, but someone in the room already was using them. The pool was very small and there were lots of children unsupervised in the pool. The breakfast area was too small and we had to take our food up the the rooms. The enterances on the side of the building don't work. Our key cards didn't work to start off. The refrigerator in our room wasn't even plugged in and one of the people staying with us needed to be able to refrigerate their medication. We asked the night time front desk guy for place to eat at 11pm and he gave us brochures for places that were already closed. It was a place to stay for the weekend, but overall they don't try to make your experience nice or easy. Not to mention the water dripping from the ceiling onto the main stair case. Ceiling even had cracks and water damage. Also the television was fuzzy and terrible quality. They give you a sheet with channel listings but it's not even correct. To top it all off the sheet on the pull out couch was all ripped up.

Had multiple charges for three nights and I only stayed one night. The manager had a poor attitude and after talking to him several times in one day he was totally lost and confused and had know idea what I was talking about each time I spoke with him. I would have to explain from the very beginning Everytime. Then here it is over a week later and only one charge has been returned. Called the corporate office and customer service there was very poor also. I'll not stay with country inn anymore. And I do a lot of traveling.

Currently in room now & just got reprimanded for our kids being to loud because of another guest is below us is trying to sleep & it's a weekend! Will never recommend this place for anyone with or without children!

Vey rude and I would never go there!. Very poor service. They need a whole new staff. Very very unsatisfied… if I could I wouldn't give it a star but they won't let me post without at least one.

Close to airport and only a 15 minute drive to downtown. Recently updated and a nice pool for the kids.

My husband and I truly enjoyed ourselves. We rented out one of the rooms that has a french door, sorry don't remember the name of it. The room is a quaint, smaller sized room. It is clean enough to feel comfortable in and the only thing I would complain about is the size of the bathroom and minor updates needed in that bathroom. Housekeeping was friendly and the staff was pretty friendly, even though we had a slight problem with a guy who works there. My husband and I were bringing our belongings, suitcases, etc in through a side door and one of the workers told us we couldn't prop the door open. He seemed to demonstrate a slight attitude when I removed the prop we had in the door and held the door for my husband. I get it's a security issue, but he saw my husband struggling to get all of our belongings into the door which was closer to our room. The breakfast is free and decent. We ate breakfast twice and both days there were some different items. Things were clean and refreshed in the dining area. While this hotel doesn't have a restaurant, they will give you menus for nearby restaurants and delivery. The halls of the hotel were clean and they actually smelled like it. There is a washer and dryer for guests to use which is a big plus for me. So, even though it is a 2 star hotel, it's not a bad 2 stars. I think th rating is more because they don't have all the amenities such as an attached restaurant, but you really won't miss that part because there are some nearby.

Good location. Breakfast was delicious. Suite we got was amazing. Bed very comfortable. Spa in room nice & big. Cool wet bar. Opened the windows for nice Wisconsin breeze. Cleaning staff did a great job. Met the girl who did our room in passing, very friendly.

Very dirty. Unfriendly staff. Shower head was broken. But, the lady working the night shift was very nice.

My husband and I had a horrible experience. We were put in the wrong room and after we upgraded to another room and settled in, we were told the room they put us in was overbooked. Even though we were going to be there the rest of the week, they made us move out of the room after the first night for the other customer and then move us back into the room for the rest of the week! Unbelievable! The worst part was the way the manager acted towards us, like it was our problem that THEY overbooked the room. The room we stayed in had dead bugs in the tub, the pool looked dirty and the coffee maker didn't work in our room. The staff seemed unprofessional and we have nothing good to say about the manager we interacted with. Stay somewhere else if possible.

Me and my wife and our little dog have stayed here several times and now we don't even look any where else this is a really nice hotel you couldn't ask for better we are looking forward to staying there again soon.

Very nice and inexpensive near the airport. You can park your car there for up to a week for just $15 in addition to your room fee. Free shuttle to the airport too. I have had several nice stays with Country Inn And Suites. Will definitely stay again.

Nice clean large rooms, pleasant staff. The heat wouldn't go off so I spent the night in an 80 deg room.
