Clean rooms and always friendly staff!

The staff was very kind and accommodating to my family and I. The breakfast was wonderful and decent amount of options to choose from with my picky eaters. It was truly a wonderful stay.

We always stay at Hilton brand hotels, that being said, this was no different than we expected.
The only 1 issue we came across was that the tub in our room did not drain. Hopefully after alerting them, it gets fixed.

Nicely remodeled. Nothing too fancy but clean, quiet and decent prices.

Great rates for park and fly — courteous and friendly staff with quick drop off and pickup from MKE Mitchell Field.

Great staff. Was a bit disappointed with Sunday am stay where they ran out of waffles before 8 am. Stayed Saturday night then came back Monday night. Great staff again!

The beds were surprisingly comfortable—softer than most hotel beds I've come across. The complimentary breakfast was not particularly good, but very par for the course. Service was excellent. The room was clean, although it was oddly very humid and had that faint stale smell of old cigarette smoke, although this was a non-smoking room. Even so, all in all my experience was a positive one.

An older Hampton, still nice and clean though. Breakfast service was a bit behind when we came down, but they caught up as the crowd thinned. Room was comfortable and quiet at night.

Very nice! Good coffee, good breakfast, items quickly refilled. Room very nice, but furnishings a little too modern for this baby boomer. Towels get a B+, shower head a D! Enjoyed overnight stay.

A group of 10 arrived for a long weekend in Milwaukee. We were greeted at the front desk by Judy. She was very personable, spending time with us recommending places to see, where to eat and giving us directions. She did a great job. She greeted us each time we came and went; and had a surprise snack bag for us to go to the ball game. Kevin greeted us for breakfast and was so kind and helpful. All of the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, nice selection of fresh hot and cold food. Rooms were nice and newly refurbished. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Great location. We were very impressed with our stay, especially with the staff who went above and beyond. We will be back. Thank you again Judy for being such a kind and thoughtful person.

Welcoming, not to pleasant. Check in was horrible. I booked through Expedia and it says that my reservation was not popping up. Ok, will I know not to use them again. But the fact that the front desk agent was not to concern about it anyways after he couldn’t find my reservation and I had my confirmation information. So he then just re-did a reservation for me. I book for two nights May 31st-June 1. He only book me for one night! How I knew because I check my account and I’m like wait, I’m here for two nights not one. He just gave me the feeling he did not know what he was doing in first place to begin with. So I call down to the front desk. That guy was long gone. It was another front desk agent that then said I had to check out my room at noon and recheck back into the hotel? So now I’m like huh? I’ve worked in a hotel for 5years from housekeeping, lobby, and supervisor! Long story short. I was getting the run around. Mary then resolved the issue after approaching her the *second time I went down there. Kevin was helpful. Kitchen manager guy wasn’t to pleasant nor had a care to get a tray for me as I didn’t know they were in the rooms! Until Kevin seen me struggling carrying food to elevator and he went and got me a tray that wasn’t to far away from the breakfast area. Kitchen guy, do better next time! You seen I needed a tray you did nothing to help. But the odd thing is the next morning their were trays in the breakfast area.

Great friendly service. Clean and updated rooms with modern look. Love the open closet concept.

Stayed here for Marquette graduation, pool is nice and hot tub is better. Breakfast is a hotel breakfast, nothing special. Rooms were nice and clean, overall excellent experience.

Like all Hampton Inns, lobby is well lit, clean and fairly spacious. Check-in was quick and easy. Only hitch in this particular stay was that we asked for a sofa bed room and did not receive one and although first floor room was requested we were on the 3rd floor. Can't have everything but the sofa bed was a paid for item. Breakfast was standard eggs + meat, juices, coffee, cereals, waffles are always the star of the morning fare. Free coffee throughout the day and night is nice feature, water cooler for refilling bottles was nice also. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Shower didn't have the best pressure but was good enough. All said the Hampton chain has always been serviceable and reliable. Fitness center was very small in this location but never saw anyone else there in my visits over 2 days.

It was a very nice stay at the Hampton Inn in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Very friendly staff! Close to restaurants and shopping. And of course the General Mitchell Airport!

Recent remodel has made the place look beautiful. Very friendly and attentive staff. Will return!

Service with check in was terrible. We used this hotel as it is next to airport and we fly out in the morning. We are Gold level and should have been greeted as such by them saying “thank you for being Gold with Hilton Honors” but that was not as bad as the attitude of the person itself. She did not welcome us or ask if we wanted our complimentary snack as Hilton Gold Member. Did not tell us about breakfast or give us any info for our stay. I told her we are leaving early for airport and will not be charging to room (this hotel does not offer room service and does not have onsight restaurant anyway) and she said well we hold $50 on CC no matter what, so. She then handed me one key (even though the reservation is for 2 adults and my husband was standing right next to me). The attitude and lack of kindness is just very disappointing. I almost just left and went to another Hilton but we used points for this room so there is no charge for the room and I would not get my points back, so no point in leaving. On a bright note the room is very nice! King bed and good use of space. Attitude goes a long way to making guests feel good about their stay and vacation! And I don’t mean to sound snotty by them not acknowledging us as Hilton Honors but we spend a lot of money and travel a lot. Also outside in the hotel parking lot has reserved parking for Diamond Hilton Honors so they are aware. Sad really.

Do not have hot water in the drawer in my room.

Nice clean place. Newly remodeled. Would recommend highly. Front desk people at arrival were very nice and helpful.

The hotel was under renovation during stay. The gym is minimal, but there is an effort to keep the facility close to the standard for Hampton. The breakfast was below the standard. While Hampton doesn't give a large variety, the quality is normally very good. The front desk staff was rude due to exhaustion. Understandable, but there's ways to still address people regardless of if it were a phone call or in person. Body language and tone are VERY evident. Van driver was safe and focused on driving. Hopefully when renovation is done, things will feel more comfortable to those who visit in the future.

Location was nice, close to the airport and highway but set back enough from the highway for noise to be fine. Shuttle service at 3:30am was helpful. Room was very comfortable. Beds were awesome. I'd visit again.

Clean well sized rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Mid renovation so e-check in room number may not be actual but overall comfortable to overnight for an early flight. Good price for parking and shuttles every half hour.

Stay was friendly, breakfast provided. Rooms were clean and smelled nice. Very accommodating. Just under construction so you have to walk all the way to the back to get in.

Hotel under renovation. We had a newly renovated room. Thought it was odd that there was no closet. It was clean and quiet and the staff was friendly. We would stay there again.

The room was very comfortable. The beds were very nice. The breakfast was great, especially the waffles.

The newly updated rooms looked good at first glance, but upon further inspection we're very strange. A random coat hanger on the wall, a ironing board simply stood up in the corner (no closets), and the window unit would alternate between hot and cold air making for vast temperature differentials throughout the night. In the morning the food was pathetic. Cold eggs, empty oatmeal container, and they even ran out of waffle batter. This was at 9 a. M. A full hour before breakfast was set to end. And to top it off, the computer system would not let them split the bill between 2 cards. Overall, a most unpleasant experience from a normally dependable hotel line.

I recently stayed at this hotel in one of the newly renovated rooms. They were very nice. The employees are extremely friendly. I really appreciated the 24 hour shuttle schedule. I will definitely return to this property.

It is getting renovated. But the room lay out is weird. No closets so the ironing board is setting out. Desk is next the ac unit so dress warm if you have work to do.

Building being renovated. Our room should not have been approved for occupancy. The new design is ridiculous and not user friendly. Who wants to look at an ironing board? No hangers. No closet. No extra pillows or blankets. Shoddy workmanship throughout the room.

Don't take for Hampton Inn for granted by thinking they're all the same, as some are in need of renovation. This one by the Milwaukee Airport is a very clean, well-kept hotel. I've stayed there many times and I have no complaints at all. It is within close proximity to the airport and about 20 minutes from downtown and the staff is polite, friendly and keeps the place clean.

The location is fairly close to the airport but far enough away that you don't hear a lot of air traffic noise. The rooms and hotel in general was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was good and offered more selection than expected.

My husband, our 2 friends and I all stayed over memorial weekend! And we loved it! We are motorcyclist and was worried about the rain, without hesitation they let us park our bikes under their over pass! Rooms were clean! Staff was amazingly kind! And the hotel was never more then 10 miles away from where we wanted to be. Every time we go to Milwaukee we will be staying here!

Only stayed for one night, but staff was incredibly friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Noise from the airport was a non issue and it seems to be sound proofed well for that purpose. Would stay again.

Friendliest Hampton Inn I have stayed in! Nice and very clean, staff is beyond awesome. Great shuttle to and from airport… even dropped me off at a local steak house. This will be my first choice next time I am in Milwaukee. John Fullington Diamond Member.

Convenient location just minutes from the airport. Comgortable room and the free hot breakfast was a plus.

There was no parking for us because they rent their parking spaces for up to 2 weeks for vacationers. The guests above us kept us up until 4 am and even after we complained nothing was done. Awful experience.

Went there to pick up my wife. Lobby was nice, friendly staff.

The location is great. Close to the airport and next to gas stations. Service and shuttle to the airport were great as well. The mini fridge in the room was very loud, and the TV kept turning off and on. Other than that an average Hampton Inn.

Overall amazing experience! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning was by far the best I've had out of any other hotel. I'll definitely be booking with them again in the future.

Room was clean, and I would definitely go back. Breakfast was sufficient for a free breakfast.

While our room was clean. We could not sleep because of party in the back parking lot that went on until 4 am with very loud music, yelling and drinking. Calls to the front desk at 3 am did nothing to alleviate the noise or end the party. As we left the hotel as early as we could, the party resumed with beer drinking and public urination at 9 am Sunday morning. I will definitely give this hotel a pass on my next visit to Milwaukee. The front desk staff stated a manager was not on duty, which struck me as odd as this was a very busy weekend at the hotel. Even with the window closed and the air conditioner fan on full it was still too loud to sleep.

Friendly service and has a nice bed comfortable and a good way to relax after a long stressfull work week.

Friendly staff and the clean, comfortable room I expect at a Hampton Inn. Also, after a few inches of wet snow/ice last night, I came out to a freshly-scraped vehicle. That's going above and beyond.

Our two families stayed one night over Memorial weekend. Excellent staff, great breakfast, very clean, nice rooms and bath, and a wonderful heated pool and hot tub with lots of toys for the kids. Highly recommended! We didn't require the shuttle from the airport but it was available.

Stayed here to avoid driving through a winter storm before a flight. This hotel is so clean. Front desk helpful, very friendly and patient. He easily handled phone calls and guests with ease. Nice pool and whirlpool. Especially love the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower. No little farting mini-bottles! Park and fly is an exceptional value as an add-on. Parking lot was cleared of ice. Chamomile tea in the lobby.

The staff at this hotel goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. We were offered cold water as we arrived. After checking us in the staff asked what we were in the area for and were very helpful with directions to the Harley-Davidson Museum that would keep us off the under construction highway and offered us other ideas of things to see that we would probably enjoy as well. We booked the King study with sofa bed because we like to sit on the sofa to relax and watch TV rather than having to sit on the bed. Although they offer the King room with an easy chair and ottoman, there are two of us traveling so we prefer the sofa. The room and bathroom were very clean and smelled nice. The furniture was in excellent condition, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked quietly. This hotel has a pool and whirlpool which we took full advantage of after an early dinner. Both the pool and the whirlpool were clean. The pool was heated to just the right temperature to be very comfortable. The breakfast was good as expected. The breakfast staff went out of their way to provide a candle in a muffin for my husband’s birthday and kept the good humor coming to make it a special treat. We like staying at Hampton Inn when we travel because there is a consistency to the hotels and offerings. This hotel has a staff that is exceptionally friendly even compared to other Hampton Inns.

The employees at Hampton Inn went above and beyond for our visit. It was by far the best hotel experience we've had, as far as guest service is concerned. Thanks for paying attention to the small things and making our stay absolutely great.

Awsome hotel with a great staff. The employees worked hard to accommodate our needs and requests. We came in on motorcycles, and the manager immediately offered us a bottle of water when we walked in. We asked for a good place to park our motorcycles for the night, and they put cones out for our bikes in a spot right near the lobby. They know true customer service! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was recently renovated and the rooms were super clean. The pool and spa were very nice as well. I would absolutley stay here again.
