Old, not updated. Should not have the Marriott brand behind it. Limited menu, old carpet, furnishings, etc. Rating should be 2 stars. Front desk gentleman was wonderful.

Our pre-paid room was given away to someone else so we had to drive home in the middle of the night. We were not offered any assistance, and the person at the front desk refused to apologize. My daughter has epilepsy and her particular type is tied to sleep. It's critical that she gets enough sleep. Instead of sleeping, we had to get back in the car. My main beef here is the lack of an apology. If I treated people that way at my job, I would expect to be unemployed.

Horrible! It is 1:00 in the morning and the party below us is so loud that no one can sleep. After numerous attempts to ask the front desk for help, we were told they have as much rights to be here as we do. Stay ANYWHERE but here! We are considering going to sleep in the car.

Regarding the Parkin: The Seagull poop on my car was so solid and thick I spent $25 on multiple carwashes (two high end automatic and then two manual ones where I let the car soak and then brushed with a wand) and still had to scrub spots one by one at home. I would have saved money paying more to park somewhere else.

Unless you want to come back from your trip to find seagull poop ALLLLLL over your car, DONOT park in the parking lot. They are only 6.50$ a day for a reason! Never again!

Horrible. Bar service was poor. Took forever for the bartender to wait on us, and then acted like it was a huge inconvenience for him to actually do his job. Parked for 7 nights while on vacation and came back to a busted out vehicle window. No cameras in their lot, not plowed, glare ice everywhere. (We were not the only vehicle that was broken into at this time). And we PAID for parking. Go at your own risk, we never will again.

My flight had maintenance issues and there was very little availability at hotels near MKE. I did find a room at Four Points by Sheraton and was able to use my SPG points for my reservation. I would give the staff — especially a young woman named Brandie at the front desk — a full 5-star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They were so friendly and helpful. The property, on the other hand, lies somewhere in the outer reaches of the Starwood family. My room was certainly clean and quiet, but the property seems old and a little tired. Still, you can’t beat free and I was only 5 minutes from the airport. The hotel has an airport shuttle and nice drivers, and that was very helpful.

It used to be a Clarion. Now it’s a Four Points with all the deessings of the brand. Unfortunately, at the the end of the day it remains at or below Clarion level service. The staff is so slow you feel like doing things yourself rather than wait for them. The food is ok and the rooms are small but comfortable.

I was so disappointed. I am local to the hotel and went for a conference we had special needs people with us and none of our requests were met. Broken lamp, no working tv, down graded from a king suite to two double beds. We needed to be close to the elevator, we were the farthest on the floor. Rude front desk people.
