Great vibe! Grown atmosphere.

We stayed at this hotel this weekend while visiting Milwaukee for a gymnastics meet. We ended up here because all of the host hotels were full by the time we decided to come. I’m glad we did because this hotel was excellent. It is clearly an old building that has been refurbished and it was done so well! The room was impeccably clean, the towels were full size bath sheets and super thick, the bed was comfortable and the staff was superb. We visited the restaurant (Ash) downstairs twice. Again, superb staff, clean and delicious food! If we ever find ourselves back in Milwaukee, this will definitely be our choice!

Date night and a stay is an absolute! A stop over to Shakers for a cigar and after dinner drink and tour is a must. Then head back for an amazing hotel stay in the hotel room. Make sure you sit in the sun on the patio and enjoy a cocktail or 5. It’s 5 o’clock somewhere Enjoy! Told ya so.

Everything was wonderful. Love that it’s dog friendly. Everyone working is so accommodating. The disco Sunday brunch made my life. Phenomenal DJ.

Looking for a great place to Staycation. Iron horse is the place. 5th Ward neighborhood is vibrant, walkable. Lots of brunch places. The hotel had a good vibe, fun bar and lobby area. Staff is friendly.

Had a terrible experience at the Iron Horse. Reserved (4) rooms 7-months in advance to coincide with a WI golf trip that were booked at a premium price. Went to check-in on a late Saturday afternoon and none of the rooms were available and provided with no expectation on when a room would be available. After 45 minutes of waiting and discussing, one of the four rooms was available. Moments after getting into the room another random couple walked into the room after being assigned the same room. After returning to the rooms later that evening after dinner, none of the room keys worked for any of the 4 rooms. All new keys had to be issued. The next day we attempted to sit down for a drink in The Yard, and the music was obnoxiously loud despite only being 12 people on the patio area. Not possible to have a conversation with each other. We waited over 20 minutes for a server to approach us before we finally got up and went to a different establishment. The General Manager was very unsympathetic and not very accommodating, blaming all of the challenges on staffing… rather than accepting responsibility. The rooms are small but nice, however the premium price for the rooms does not deliver the experience that you would expect at this level of a hotel. As a Milwaukee native, I've held the Iron Horse as one of the premiere hotels in the city.

Simply an amazing hotel. The beauty of the decor in the rooms is so romantic. The rooms are very quiet and the beds are very comfortable with a ton of pillows. Well worth the price for a night away from home.

We love the dog friendly patio. The ambiance and decor are fantastic. In addition, the quality of service and food does not suffer simply because we are on a patio. We always enjoy our time in the Yard and so do our pups. The servers are always attentive & even cater to our pups a bit by bring iced water bowls and special treats.

Awesome clean friendly staff and accommodating we had a great family brunch there today.

Definitely gone downhill since we used to come here. Food is terrible. Staff are not nearly as cool as they used to be and The Yard has a very limited menu to offer. Such a shame.

We booked a room through Groupon, a corner alcove room, and we were given a studio room. Not only was it not what we booked, it was dirty and the carpet was coming up. So extremely disappointed. The dinner we had at the restaurant, Ash, was also horrible… Again, so disappointed. The only upside was the bartender, I believe his name is Matt/Seether dude… he made up for most of everything else.

I never post bad reviews, mainly because I think everyone deserves multiple chances. However this hotel and the customer service staff have made our stay awful. We came to visit and have a wonderful weekend and are leaving with a terrible taste in our mouth. Paid for parking and then was informed that once we left for dinner, nothing could be done and to park on the street. Awesome, don’t worry about the money we paid for the weekend to park in a unit the hotel suggested. Will not be staying here again.

The food in the Ash was sub par in my opinion. I had the bone in ribeye and my wife had the chicken. My ribeye was not chard on the outside like you would expect at a fire cooking station. The steak was a little under done with ok flavor. My wife’s chicken was ok but didn’t have that fire cooked look or taste. The sides. The sides where way over sauced and spiced. I had the Brussels sprouts that were way over cooked and the potato fingerlings done good too much sauce. The drinks were awesome and staff was helpful. I our opinion the price of eating here and the quality just didn’t impress us. We did ask about the brunch and the waitress told us to look online.

The Iron Horse is a beautiful hotel. It is dog friendly which is fine, but if you have allergies please be aware! Walk in showers are wonderful. Views are amazing. I personally recommend eating at the bar over the restaurant. Gym and spa are clean and easily accessible. Arrival drink was delicious and much appreciated! We did have a few issues that I will probably be emailing them about.

Drop dead material selections, staff was amazing, food at ASH was sensational, and the live music in lobby was the icing on cake. ❤

I just love this place. We try to stay at least one weekend a year (more if we can). Comfortable, cozy space but most important they have the best staff. Friendly, helpful, courteous — everyone from the front desk to engineering. I can’t say enough about The Iron Horse.

Awesome service in "The Yard". Lights that went on as dusk arrived flickered A lot at first but settled down after 10 minutes or so. Excellent bloody Mary, good organic Riesling and yummy appetizer of corn fritters. Hubs loved his burger and my chicken with spaetzle was delish. I would rather have had a cabbage salad than the salad they served on top of the dinner… waaaaay too much dressing. We will return.

In town for a Cubs-Brewers game, and had a chance to stay at this very cool and very unique hotel. Has a ton of charm with absolutely great staff, from the bellmen/valet to the house cleaning staff. Loved everything about it, right down to the awesome Kohler fixtures in the very luxurious bathrooms. Will stay here again… and again!

This was by far one of our best vacations. This hotel was second to none. The staff were amazing, the building was extraordinary and the room was beyond comfortable. Plus you can bring your dog, what’s not to love.

This is a 4 star hotel with valet parking and no detail is missed. Beautiful rooms, excellent customer service and overall wonderful experience.

A historic but modern, highly unique casual hotel, the Iron Horse Hotel offers awesome views of the Milwaukee skyline, rivers and bridges and has edgy, modern rooms and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Located next to the Harley Davidson Museum and a local brewpub, it's just outside the 3rd Ward and in an old industrial area that is being redeveloped. Hotel parking is valet only with in/out privileges though there are other nearby third-party options (valet is recommended). I did not have a chance to try the restaurant or bar — the bar was very busy and lobby was always bustling with activity. Awesome place, friendly staff and clientele — I'd easily stay again and recommend a high floor for the view.

Lady server wasn't t attentive at the bar at all. It was just me and one other person. I had to keep asking for things for my food. The food was good at the bar. I wanted to have dinner at restaurant but there wasn't h much of a variety. I will try the other restaurant next time expected better service consider in a fact it was the Iron Horse. My stars are base on the food and the fact that it was clean. Service needs to improve.

The Iron Horse is a great, modern hotel. The interior is beautiful. The rooms have an industrial modern style complete with exposed duct work, a wood table and bench, a hide bench, and a photo mural on the wall. The Egyptian cotton sheets are ridiculously soft. Combined with the pillow top mattress and feather pillows it's easy to get a great night's sleep. The shower has translucent glass and is exposed into the room. It was an oversized tiled shower complete with a rainfall head and a hand held shower head. Overall the Iron Horse is a great hotel in a great location with a great view of the river and city.

Went for drinks on Sunday with 3 others. We sat outdoor on the patio, and there was live music. Entertaining, but WAAAAY too loud. We had to scream and point at the menus to place our order! Other than that, it was good. Get the fries and mussels. They were the best mussels I have had in AGES! Will return with people I don't like talking to for live music… maybe when the in-laws are in town. ;)

The Iron Horse was everything that I expected, excellence! I booked a 3 day/2 night weekend getaway and my bf and I, both bikers, absolutely were taken back by the great service and beauty of this fine hotel! They were even so kind to book us in earlier than expected check-in time, as we arrived into town early looking to settle our bags. Our room was amazing making us not even want to leave it haha and the outside garden for food and drinks was fun and also relaxing. A block away from the HD museum! Perfect weekend. Thanks for hosting us Iron Horse! We will be back!

After visiting several potential venues around Milwaukee for our small wedding, we quickly decided on The Iron Horse. The space is stunning. Even better, the staff is incredible. Jessica, the event coordinator is one of the most accommodating and amazing event professionals that I've worked with. She's patient and thorough. I'm so excited for our upcoming event at Iron Horse!

Nice central location. Spacious rooms. Getting reservations correct was a bit of challenge, but got everything worked out. Very clean.

Staying at this hotel was a surprise from my wife on our way to Sturgis for Bike Week. It was beautiful inside and the rooms were incredible. It definitely had the smell and wood factory look and felt biker but was too yuppie/hipster for me. I am old school and miss the days of real bikers and the true understanding of wha trading is all about. It wasn't here. Although the food in the restaurant was delicious and top notch it too was hipster, modern, and too gourmet. No real food, good old American fare or anything that a real biker would eat. Breakfast was the same. Menu, hotel, entire place is not for anyone who really rides their bikes and lives the lifestyle. Front desk people was excellent and super accommodating. Restaurant staff were also excellent, perfect. Valet staff when I arrived were great, when I was leaving the guy I dealt with had an attitude problem. That's it.

It would be 5 star if not for housekeeping failing to clean our room. Everything else was excellent. Highly recommend the farm to table package. Our chef Alex made our 10 th anniversary the most memorable and amazing dinner experience we’ve ever had. I’ll add that this isn’t the first fine dining we’ve ever done. Immigrant room at the American Club watch out Chef Alex has outdone you!

We use to love the Iron Horse Hotel, especially the patio. However, on our previous visit last May 2017, the quality and service was awful. Based on that experience, we had not returned up until this past Sunday when we decided to give it a second try with our family. When we arrived late morning, the patio was not busy and there were several open places to sit. However, like the previous times, we waited 15 — 20 minutes before being acknowledged as bartenders/waitstaff sat behind the bar. We then waited another 30 minutes before receiving our two $14 watered down cocktails {which we questioned if the strawberry mix was expired as the waitress said the wait was they couldn’t find it — it tasted awful! } and two $12 beers — that were warm and expired. To make the experience more interesting, there happened to be an open sewer in the middle of where we were sitting. The waitress broke glass and as we attempted to keep our dogs away from it, my husband’s wallet fell down the sewer. The manager and waitress walked by our table several times after knowing what happened without ever acknowledging us. For the price, quality and arrogant service, don’t waste your time or your money.

When you first arrive you will realize how amazing this place is. This was my first stay here and I will be back with my wife and two kids. The staff (Cash) was amazing and was more than helpful. All the girls at the front desk were very friendly always smiling and very helpful. Loved the Thursday night bike night. We sat outside listened to the band and watched bikes come in and out. The decor on the interior of the iron horse was breathtaking. Valet was perfect.

Such a unique atmosphere and really friendly staff. We really enjoyed exploring the neighborhood around the hotel as well. It is pet friendly but didn't notice a trace of pets in our room. We didnt eat here but lounge seemed cool as well. Would definitely stay here again. It was convenient to walk from the train station too!

Rooms: spacious, comfortable beds, great views. Restaurants: 2 great restaurants/ bars. Valet: quick, friendly, easy. Awesome stay! Highly recommended.

Very cool ambiance at this hotel. It was a great location for coming in on the Lake Express and staying for a few days. The room was very comfortable. The train that runs right past the building is a bit loud at night. Super friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant at the bar was a bit slow for our group of 18, even though they knew we were coming. Nice meeting space available. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This place is amazing. From the staff, to the interior decor (A++), to the rooms, and the food. Absolutely put Iron Horse on the top of your list of places to stay in Milwaukee. Very very attractive place to stay.

Enjoyed our visit, great atmosphere, easy check in, valet parking a benefit, enjoyed our stay with the exception of having to ask for freah towels as we stayed 2 nights, no price list or information in room, orange juice in fridge was expired so we requested to have it refreshed, just needed a little attention to detail on room upkeep. Not sure on restaurants no info I room, and it seemed when we got back to pack up on Sunday they might have had brunch set up but once again didn't see or wasn't informed of this and didn't see it on website when we booked. You could get room service, however in asking Information about places the valet parking guys were more informative than the front desk. We would stay again, but would hope for a little more attention to detail on the smaller aspects. Close to many places within walking distance.

Sometimes they have live soft music entering the venue. Don’t be intimidated the staff is friendly and will guide you to the bar, dinner table, or room.

No words except AMAZING! My boyfriend and I are from Syracuse, Ny, he works for Harley Davidson, no better hotel to stay at! The staff blew us away with how courteous, friendly, outgoing they were! The decor is outstanding! We went to the restaurant there, Smyth, for breakfast before we got our room, and I do have to say that our waitress, Shonda, was nothing but outstanding! She totally went above and beyond for us. If you go to the Smyth restaurant (for like breakfast or lunch, don’t think she works dinner hours), I highly recommend that you ask for Shonda, you won’t be disappointed!

The best hotel around the Milwaukee area. Great service from all staff, wonderful food, and even better cocktails. The food and drinks are a little expensive for my taste along with the parking costs. Hotel is located in a good spot too. Easy to jump on the highway regardless of direction. All in all it is a fantastic hotel. I always stay here when I need a hotel around Mileaukee. The staff alone makes it worth stay at.

Stayed here for a single night and would definitely come back on our next trip to Milwaukee. Room was comfortable with a modern decor. At check-in we were offered a free drink which started the night off well. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended.

Best Sunday brunch in Milwaukee! Wish I could eat there every week. The price is definitely worth it, considering you get 3 drinks. I've spent more on wings and beer at points east. Unlike most buffets, you can order a few things from the kitchen. Love the local ingredients, and atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly too!

I love the Iron Horse Hotel! We take a side trip to Milwaukee whenever we go to Madison for business, just to stay overnight at the hotel. The style and atmosphere of the hotel is unique and beautiful. The customer service is second to none. We appreciate that they are pet friendly. Come to the Iron Horse to relax, get top notch room service, hang out at the cozy bar… it's perfect.

There's not enough words to explain the phenomenal experience we had here. I had surprised my wife with the corner alcove king room for her birthday. We walked in and they had happy birthday written on the floor, a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for us to share along with chocolates. We had a great view of the city, the bathroom is awesome, bed was extremely comfortable. Put it this way, we never wanted to leave. We have never had such amazing service coming from such genuine people. Don't second guess yourself with choosing this place, it's beyond worth it.

I did the big New Years dinner here with my family. For 70 dollars per person I really thought we were set. Unfortunately I was really disappointed. It took 3.5 hours for us to get through the four courses. This was not because it was extravagant or good portions. In fact we waited almost an hour between each course which came out as a small sampling. When I asked if they had bread, I was told by the waitress that they did not. However about an hour later I saw a larger table with bread baskets. The waitress never acknowledged the drawn out waiting and no drinks were included. For our bill to total over 700 dollars I would think at least bread or a complimentary glass of champagne wouldn’t have been too much to provide. The surf and turf was good but not worth the wait. We were not allowed to request temperatures on the steak either. The tip was included at the end which explained to me the servers lack of concern or effort. Sorry to say I wouldn’t do this again.

This is a great place to stay. It's an old historic factory building that's been converted into a beautiful hotel. The room and beds were very comfortable and clean. Nice bathroom as well. The hotel bar has very good bartenders. I recommend trying the Old Fashioned. The hotel restaurant was also very good. They have free parking if you're on motorcycles.

Spectacular stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the staff are exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, they listened attentively, and worked hard to make the stay pleasant! The room was stunning. Immaculate cleanliness, the bed was incredibly comfortable. They had heavy curtains over the window that you can close and completely block out the light. The shower was so nice, big and with a wonderful showerhead. I have allergies so I was worried about a pet-friendly hotel, but you can't smell anything in the rooms, and I never once saw an animal hair! The restaurant and bar are pricey, but excellent. And for the atmosphere, well worth the price. Try the bouillabaisse at Smyth; you won't regret it.

Out of town guest here. Was informed of ridiculous $30 a night fee after I drove 5 hours to get here. How does a hotel not even have a parking lot? I was not even allowed to check in or drop by bags in my room without the valet and hotel staff hounding me for money. I talked to the general manager who straight up lied to me about the parking and didn't care one bit to fix my situation. Definitely avoid this hotel unless you are one of those people that like to waste money to make you feel good about yourself.

Great hotel! Personnel was really friendly and helpful. Clean and spacious room. Delicious breakfast which unfortunately is not included in the price of the room. There is a small fitness on the 4th floor with quality equipment. Spend there 2 weeks and it was great! The drawback is there is no food store nearby and I was warned that walking out after dark is not recommended. Had to get a taxi to go to the nearest food store.

I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel a few years ago and the service and warmth they provided was delightful. The hotel is beautifully built and the decor is well thought. I also had the opportunity to enjoy their outdoor patio for drinks on a few occasions. A very classy and relaxing atmosphere that I would recommend.

Great service and cocktails at the Branded bar. Loved the ambient lighting and music selection. Would come there again.

Stopped here with our dogs for a snack and drink on the way North. Awesome dog friendly bar and lobby area. Food was great, very fresh curds. Very accommodating to dogs, bought over water bowls without us asking. Nice place.

Sat at the outside bar. Live music was excellent! Beer was ridiculously warm. When paying $5 for a 12oz can of miller lite, it should be ice cold! There is absolutely no excuse for warm beer on a hot day! I didn't stay at hotel or try the food. I'll try this place again soon. Although I won't be drinking their crappy warm beer.

The hotel is absolutely stunning with its rugged industrial yet classic look. My husband and I had dinner at Smyth which is the restaurant located inside the hotel. Food is the best I've ever had in the whole city of Milwaukee. Hubby had the prime rib, and I had the scallops. Best food I've ever had. Would definitely go again!

Love the venue, but the bathrooms need work. As large as they are (corner unit, best room they have), the water pressure is terrible and the showers simply don't work very well. Also the showers have a translucent window into the bedroom, which is cool, but the website to the outside in the bathroom has no blackout curtains, so the light bleeds into the bedroom and caused you to wake up earlier than you might want to.

Exceptional and therefore quite expensive. But you must have seen it as a biker.

I only went to the bar. I did, however, walk around and view the bikes and other displays. It was pretty cool. Nice, comfortable environment. The drink was expensive, but good. I hope to be able to stay in a room one day.

Stayed for one night, a Saturday. We did a two queen room since a king room wasn't available. Ordered food in for a late dinner (had a late lunch after getting in), which a bad grilled cheese but great cheese curds. Fries were too spicy for my taste. Sour cream pancakes for breakfast were great and she liked the egg sandwich. Service was great both times and on checkout. Room views are okay. Located within walking distance of bars and some food (try The Noble, it was fantastic), but easy driving to Milwaukee attractions. We'll probably stay here again in a couple months for a wedding.

A good friend spoke so well of the hotel and motivated me to come by and I am absolutely thrilled I did! From the customer service, to the general ambiance, drinks and outdoor yard, I couldn’t have asked for a more fun hotel! We liked it so much we stayed there for the entire evening just mingling! They have a great crowd of people staying and on Saturdays its particularly fun to see the wedding parties congregate in the front hall. We didn’t have any pets but they are so pet friendly! We will be coming more often! Rooms are a bit pricey but definitely worth it with their posh design and appliances.

Have stayed several times and will probably stay again. This time we had a pair of dogs in the room next to us yipping constantly. Not cool. If we'd known before bedtime we'd have asked for a new room, but by that time it was too late to uproot everything. Other than that, great as usual. Awesome staff, cool rooms, best patio bar in the city.

Fantastic place to stay in Milwaukee! This old warehouse building has been updated with large comfortable rooms and every other modern comfort you can think of. We walked to the Harley Museum from this hotel and it took us maybe 10 minutes. The complementary lemonade upon check in is delicious but don't drink too much or you might not get up in the morning :-)! Highly recommended!

Beautiful ambiance. … we sat at the bar and the service was fantastic. Thad was our bartender and super friendly, funny and helpful while being professional… I got the buffet and the food was delicious! Definitely will recommend this to others.

Awesome industrial decor, extremely friendly staff, and ultra modern rooms makes this my favorite hotel in Milwaukee. The food is excellent should you hop down to Smyth for a bite to eat, and the proximity to downtown makes it a great location for seeing Milwaukee.

Best hotel in Milwaukee. I feel right at home at this place. My wedding reception was here and I have to say that they went out of their way every chance possible to make our night the best ever. We now go back for our anniversary each year.

We went to The Iron Horse Hotel for brunch and it was fantastic. We had a decent sized group and the accommodated us. The service was quick and she was very attentive. The selection of food was great and everything was delicious. Overall very happy and will make it our new brunch place.

Ate at the bar food was OK, the chicken sandwich was more chicken strip in a bun but the curds were good. Service was good. Great drink special.

Greatest hotel in Milwaukee! Very clean. I recieved a behind the scenes tour of the kitchen and it was as clean as the rooms. I highly recommend this hotel.

I've been here for drinks. Very cool lobby and a good spot to relax and meet up with friends.

Stayed there on my wedding night, great service, modern rooms with great views of the city. Friendly staff. All around great experience.

Very Saloon ish love it! Drinks are good. Decor is very contemporary (wild west). Staff is friendly! All you can eat buffet, food is great down to, prime rib, biscuits and gravy and ribs! Definitely will come back when im in the area. Did not stay overnight only experienced bar and buffet.

Stayed Halloween night in a corner room and had a fantastic time. The restaurants were solid, the bartenders generous, and all the customer service we received was top shelf. The room was romantic, well appointed, and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.

Only stayed for a drink at the hotel bar (Branded? ). The place was hopping and they have an innovate cocktail and drink menu. I highly recommend the Dia del Gallo, a cocktail including black pepper tincture and sriracha!

Just had dinner in the bar. We tried the cheese curds and they are the authentic real deal with batter dipped gooey perfection. We enjoyed the house burger and everything was great! Thanks Iron horse.

Attention to detail: mine. As you approach the hotel, you know you are in a different place. You have become part of the city's past, in an upscale kind of way. I was greeted at the front door, the welcome was warm for a single female traveler, in jeans, ratty leather jacket, old wool scarf and mittens. I should have felt out of place, but I was enveloped by the warmth of the staff who were clearly part of what this old building was all about. Something old and forgotten with a new life breathed into it. Mind you, I don't mean remodeled, I mean lovingly restored to its former dignity. Art and artifacts of its past speak of its former life, how it was part of a growing industrial city, of those that came there everyday of their working life and toiled. Yes, I could relate, and I felt comfort there. As the elevator doors opened, I was greeted by a large pup and his human awaiting their turn. His wagging tail and an approving glance from his human and my welcome was complete. They, too, were guests. My room was large, huge windows along one wall overlooking one of the city's neighborhoods in early stages of revival, rebirth. There were heavy-duty hooks for leather coats and a bench that emerged from the rough brick wall, inviting one to sit and take off your boots. Oh, this makes sense, the city's heritage is rich in Harley Motor Cycles. It is a welcoming touch. The bathroom is heavy duty gorgeous. Not foo-foo pretty, but a place where washing off the day feels comfortable.

We stayed here once and have drank here many times. The rooms are very nicely done and feel like a high-end SOHO loft. But with a tough Harley rider edge to it. The hotel is industrial-sheik, if that's a thing. Very beautiful timber and iron. The bar is a similar story. Very cool decor and a great variety of drinks. The specialty drinks will mostly run you in the $9 to $14 range, but they are indeed a treat. Speaking of treats, they also have a nice menu of food for a bar, or for anywhere for that matter. Beyond that, they have a nice restaurant with full menu and amazing service. I recommend this hotel to everyone that comes to town. And even if you're not staying there, the bar and food are worth a visit.

I absolutely love that you can enter in preferences for the rooms after booking! The option to request a check in time and then receive a text message when the room is available is amazing. 5 stars without hesitation.

I love everything about this place! It is well thought out and a beautiful historic establishment. I have only had the pleasure of staying here once, and it was such a memorable experience. However, now that I live in Milwaukee, I have the ability to stop by and indulge in a delicious cocktail or two. Such a thoughtful and creative cocktail menu. Oh and their Mac 'n Cheese is worth a visit in and of itself.

My husband and I stayed at The Iron Horse Hotel for two nights and we cannot even express how wonderful our stay was. From the second we got there we were welcomed by Juve at the front desk who gave the best recommendations for dinner, drinks and entertainment! The Hotel itself is clean, welcoming, and staff was 100% friendly and professional. The bar and restaurants were great with wonderful food options and even better drinks with a great atmosphere! Service was fast and everyone we came into contact with was just wonderful. We without a doubt will be staying with The Iron Horse Hotel for any of our Milwaukee trips in the future! — To Juve, You made our trip so great! A little while ago I spoke with XXX in reservations. I tried to book our valentine stay over night with the in room candlelight dinner package but your website did not work. I entered all the information. So I called reservations, where customer service was not the best. I was being asked to call different numbers to add the package. There was no attempt to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I was trying to make our anniversary arrangements and had heard a lot of good things about your hotel. The conversation was not at all professional and had a lot of rough edges to it. I expected a little more polish. None the less — it was disappointing. Will not be calling on you again.

Loved the place itself, loved the hotel staff, but the wait staff left a lot to be desired. A lot. Don't expect to be paid much attention to, regardless of how much you're spending.

We had an absolutely fabulous experience. The generous staff ensured that our stay as newly weds was in a beautiful suit with every careful special accommodation to make our time memorable! We were immediately given a beautiful room, even though we had no reservations, and the staff was incredible! The hotel was beautiful, and had so many options we did not even leave the premises during our stay.

FABULOUS place to stay. For business or pleasure! The decor is hip and chic in both the lobby and the rooms! The restaurant and bar are wonderful — great bar patio and the restaurant menu is sophisticated and the food is tasty! The staff is welcoming and very accommodating too — I lost a bracelet in my room — only to discover this post check out. The general manager and front desk staff searched my previous room, found it and shipped it back immediately. I was staying here for business, but would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience for leisure travel as well! I would never stay anywhere else in Milwaukee.

This is without a doubt the nicest hotel in Milwaukee. Rooms are a little pricey compared to local hotels, but you're in walking distance to the Harley Davidson Museum and they have a great little patio bar that is perfect for summer evening drinks. We did not use their valet service because street parking was available, but their parking staff was super helpful in getting us information to register our car with the city for the night to ensure it didn't get towed. Overall we were very impressed with their level of care and the aesthetics of the hotel.

Stayed here February 2014. Awsome awesome awesome. As a motorcycle enthusiast this hotel is worth more than just 5 stars. Soon as we walked in we were given complimentary drinks while our luggage was brought to our room. The room was very clean and comfortable. The service was exceptional at every location in the facility. The food in both their bar and restaurants are great! Had the Fish Tacos for lunch at the bar, they are definitely in the top 2 for best fish tacos I have had. I had a steak dinner in the restaurant for later that night and it was prepared perfectly. They have a great drink selections and their bartenders know how to make a great drink. We will be back here on the Motorcycle very soon.
