I’m picky. This place appeared clean great front desk employees but the rooms we were in has so many dirty spots. I could see juice or soda splattered on the wall, the mini fridge and along the side of the counter there were things splattered with dust. The cleaners need to really pay closer attention to cleaning walls and sides of things. The hotel has its areas that are worn out but it happens. For the price we paid they need to do updates and change things out. Otherwise it was a quite relaxing stay.

I always enjoy my stay at this property. The location is perfect for my needs as well as the service and amenities.

Airport. Very clean, shower is great, beds are comfy, lighting is nice, room smells good, has a Starbucks, big tv. Would come back again.

Food is excellent! the staff are super friendly and helpful. There was a wait on our food, but it was well worth it. The housekeeping staff does a good job. I will just stop by to grab a bite to eat whenever im in the area.

Amazing place. Great service we came in from Syracuse NY Kelly let us park are motorcycles under the awning the first night do to a chance of hail storm. The got out a hose and rags the first day we were there to clean are bikes. Eddie was very nice and said if we need anything to just ask for him. Nice breakfast everyday fresh fruit bagels eggs bacon sausage toast potatoes always switched it up and always good. I would give this place 10 stars if possible. They truly went above and beyond on a daily basis. Thank you guys for your hospitality.

Some reviews said the hotel was dated, I disagree. This is a great, nice hotel with all the amenities. The rooms are crisp. The breakfast is better than most. The bar is also fun.

As usual, Hyatt place is a decent hotel, although their weekend fare is unimaginative. During the week, they offer fancy breakfast bowls, such as the 'little Italy' and the 'California dreaming, ' weekday fare also provides for other delights, such as bananas foster and berry compote. Unfortunately, pretty much none of this is offered over the weekend. They only offer sausage, waffles, scrambled eggs, and oatmeal. It's pretty sad when compared to the other offerings. Besides that, the bed sheets were soft, and then room itself was large and comfortable, if mildly dated. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, but not over the weekend.

This was a solid airport hotel, nothing more. The room size was generous but the building is very dated. We also requested a crib for our 1-year-old, instead a "pack and play" was delivered that had broken legs (literally broken metal pipes protruding). The highlight of this hotel was a comfortable bed and a great little bar/social area in the front lobby that is open late. The bar food wasn't great — all made off-site, but it was a great place to unwind after a day of traveling. This was a solid airport hotel.

Staff is always accommodating and helpful. Rooms are well taken care of and clean. Always have had a good experience.

Stayed here 5 days. All the staff were great! Especially Alex! Hard workers, friendly and were so welcoming! Continental breakfast is always good, fresh potatoes, toast, eggs, etc. Not your usual boring continental breakfast! They have a variety of food to order and a 24 hour menu for after hours and rooms are in great condition, always clean! Will definitely stay at this location again!

Really nice place. Somehow you can't hear the airplanes! Breakfast was really good, different for each day. Nice pool, though a hot tub would have been nice. We did have some noisy people above us.

A really nice hotel for the price. The rooms were clean and include a sectional couch. The free breakfast is much nicer than typical free breakfasts. There is not a restaurant but you can order restaurant quality food in the lobby and there is seating. The pool was also nice.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was super comfy. The staff was very friendly. The location was great, and even though it's close to the airport, I didn't hear an airplane once. The breakfast was super basic with a small selection of food. The floors are also creaky and you can hear it in the rooms below, so I was woken up early by the people on the floor above me walking around (they were walking around a little excessively, so this might not be as big of a problem with different neighbors or in a room on the top floor)

Almost perfect! Clean and modern rooms. Great buffet breakfast. Only negative was that the heater did not work in our room. We were given another room.

Very very nice and spacious rooms that felt more like a small apartment than a hotel. Separate dressing area and living room. Front desk staff polite and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Loved it!

Nice quiet bar area and and plenty to do in the surrounding area. Didn't see any of the rooms just the convention area which seemed nice and looked recently renovated. I'd definitely choose this location for an overnight stay and walking distance from the airport. Obviously they provide free shuttle too and from the airport.

The location is conveniently located by the airport. Breakfast was slightly better than an average continental and a nice being that it was free. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent, sometimes working and sometimes not; that was frustrating. The pool was nice but t the lighting was very dark. Overall a good stay.

The hotel is right by the airport. Rooms are spacious and beds ate comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. We enjoyed our overnight stay.

Great place to stay! Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Next to the TV and desk, they have different connections for your electronics. Breakfast is pretty good too. This is a good place to stay and also very quiet.

Great place to spend the night. Staff is helpful and courteous. The building and fixtures are well maintained. The facilities are up to date and clean. Three rooms are comfortable and quiet. Breakfast has a good selection although the seating is limited and the area is easily congested. Best to get a tray and take it back to your room.

Me and my husband celebrate our first marriage anniversary there. It was a pleasant staying at the hotel. As they knew it was our anniversary so they were kind enough to present us really yummy cup cake and a nice bottle of wine. We just loved it. Apart from that anniversary thing, room was nice, modern decoration with all the facilities we could ask for! And they have indoor pool, which was super fun for winter. And lastly I would thank again for making our day special and off course the manager Kelly, you are the best. Really appreciate!

Stayed for 3 nights, beds and pillows where clean and comfortable. Bathroom And the rest of the room where very clean also. Breakfast was good but a little on the simple side serving the same the for all 3 days. Staff was helpful and polite.

Quick check-in even though their computer system was down. Room smelled musty though and only two small pillows on each bed (I thought they usually had 4? ) Overall, I think the rooms could use a refresh. Left too early the next morning to enjoy their usually good breakfast so I can't tell you about that. I would recommend that an airport hotel start breakfast a little earlier for guests with early flights. Also, the gal seemed a little put out that she had to shuttle us to the airport which was literally less than 5 minutes away. Sorry to have bothered you. If you need a place close to the airport, this would be the one.

Large clean room with two queen beds and separate sitting area. There is a cafe and bar onsite. Breakfast is great and free! Less than 1 mile from airport.

Upon landing at the airport we called Hyatt for their shuttle and only had to wait a couple minutes. The service was great! Check-in was easy. We had forgotten toothpaste and the Hyatt provided some free of charge. The front desk attendant at night was willing to meet all of our needs. I would highly recommend staying at this location!

Clean rooms, lobby and hallways. Swimming pool is small but very nice. Staff is friendly and always available. The bar and restaurant in the lobby area is very good and prices are fair. Their complementary breakfast is probably the best they have!

Booking n checking a breeze. Comfortable beds n clean. Breakfast is great just wished it was open longer n wished coffee available all day. However they do have a bar with Starbucks selections available. Staff are excellent n very helpful! Would stay again for sure.

Very nice and clean rooms. I always check everything when I get in the room. This room was excellent. Even though we were so close to the airport we couldn't hear the airplanes. Staff was super nice. And the breakfast was a step above the rest. Only flaw we had was the towels. They are the size of a hand towel. Outside of that, I give 5 thumbs up!

Breakfast was delicious nd service good, but when I book it didnt know we have to leave the room by 12at noon, when I try to paid xtra$$ fr xtra hours fr the room to stay a little big longer nd I was told no, cause room was already book fr somebody else. Really. I wasnt to happy about it. We enjoy the pool but a lot of chlorine on the water hurt my daughter eyes nd face. Ending buying Visine eyes drops nd cream fr her, it was painful fr her.

What a joke. I called this place to make reservations and I was transferred through a number of automated systems and didn't talk to an actual human being for ten minutes, only to deal with a customer service rep who asked me a bunch of questions I had already answered with a robot minutes before. After that, I sat on hold for another fifteen minutes after the reservation assistant took my credit card information and assured me that I could leave my vehicle at the hotel. When I called the hotel, I was told that I COULD NOT park my vehicle there and I canceled my reservation. If this is any reflection of the customer service priorities of this company, spend your money somewhere else. Truly pathetic.

Clean, cheap, and conveniently located. It's nice not to be in downtown Milwaukee, most hotels there charge for parking. The airport is quiet too, never have noise issues.

Location was great — literally right across from airport. Rooms were quiet though, you couldn't hear any planes during the night. The rooms themselves had a nice partially separate area with couches and the TV, making the room feel larger. All in all, it was great for the price.

Rooms and lobby needs a decor update. Breakfast is good but needs variety. They need to use fresh fruits at breakfast. I think they use canned fruit which does not taste good. Custom service is good.

The hotel is very nicely furnished and maintained and the staff all seems quite friendly.

Food is ok not the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had the rooms are a bit loose but very clean.

I splurged (slightly) after my later flight into MKE was delayed over two hours and I was too tired to drive safely. I'm glad I did it was worth the extra $20 over the other hotels to get a comfy bed, clean room and restaurant quality breakfast.

Always polite, quiet, and clean. For the price of the room, they have the best breakfast and consistently clean rooms around MKE. One of the employees actually stopped a break to open a door for my wife and myself as we walked up to the building. He was carrying on a conversation with a coworker and interrupted to help us out. We might be easily impressed, but it really made a positive impression on us.

Great hotel, close to airport. It's very clean and has a great breakfast and all day cafe menu, perfect for the business traveler. Highly recommend.

I ran away from my family for four days and night and this will be my new home away from home. This is the best stay I have ever had, staff was wonderful, the food, reasonly price and good, quiet comfortable clean rooms what I like about the location it away from busy streets love that. See you in the summer.
