Comfortable and clean. The pillows were nice and comfy. Front desk personnel were all very nice and helpful. I really liked it.

I was looking for a last minute room close to the airport and not sure what if find mid pandemic. The staff has been friendly and helpful! The food was great and the service prompt! They even lit the fire pit for me! I enjoyed a long sit by the fire uninterrupted by the blah ness of life. This place is great for families as well there were several dining alfresco on takeout pizza!

It’s very quiet, clean and accessible. Very ideal for all types of events. We enjoyed our 50th wedding anniversary celebration and definitely will recommend it to our friends.

Great place. Large clean rooms. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The food at the restaurant was terriffic. (The double oink burger gets an AAA+) And Linda the bartender was top notch. Will absolutely stay here again.

The staff is amazing! A snow storm came (of course it’s Milwaukee) I had to cancel a client visit and change my flight. They were able to extend my check out, clean my car off and shovel the snow away from the rental car so I could get out of the space. Thank you front desk staff, restaurant staff and everyone I encountered!

Stayed here after a very weather delayed flight, got in at 2:45 am. Room was extremely clean, temperature set at 68. Adequate Wi-Fi, comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast WAS NOT free as advertised on third party websites. But the breakfast was great. Room price was reasonable.

Waited forever to be seated for Dinner then was advised a cook walked out so they were short staffed. Was advised the meals would be comped to our room (they offered, we didnt ask) but it never was. Other than that it is comfortable and a good location.

Breakfast was great. You can order your omelette to your liking and you'll have it at your table in a few minutes. Coffee was great, juice, fruit, oatmeal, and yogurt. You can also make waffles. We stayed overnight and it was great. The room was impeccably clean. Looking for Milwaukee Wisconsin souvenirs? They have tshirts and other stuff in their cute little shop by the front desk. Front desk was great getting us checked in and out. Thank you so much. Will stay again if they opportunity arises.

We just stayed here this past weekend. The rooms were very nice and clean. We received extra towels when we asked. The pool was clean and well taken care of. The staff was great and very helpful. The only disappointment is that the breakfast was barely okay and the staff that was walking around in that area was not helpful and seemed to not really care what was going on. Other than that it was a great stay.

Highly recommend this location. Staff is wonderful and eager to ensure your stay is pleasant. Accommodations are nothing less than exceptional. We had a minor issue that was resolved with kind of attention you'd expect at only the best Hotels. Clean is an understatement and we never heard any noise at all including any air traffic you'd expect being so close to the airport. We will look forward to coming back!

Room was nice, but changed my rate without discussing with me and wouldn't honor my rate the next time I stayed. I stay in hotels about 1-2mo. Per year. Will not stay here again.

Nice and clean hotel. The staff is great and friendly. My only complaint is the elevator door close buttons seem to be there just for show!

Clean hotel, pick a room that faces the airport, it's a better view. Free coffee only provided in the morning, be sure to grab it as afternoon and night is replaced by water tanks. Breakfast not provided, ensure you are either a gold member or have purchased the breakfast rate!

Although we were there during a time of remodeling, the service and accommodations were still good. Nothing too special or extraordinary. But the shuttle service to the airport was on time and seemed dependable. Overall it was a good stay.

I don't want to complain a lot, but there were several problems. First, there were black stains on two pillows. I don't think they had changed sheets. Second, TV sound from next room was really loud. I stayed in one of adjoining rooms. The door between two rooms was not enough to block the noise. Third, the outlet near bed didn't work well, so I couldn't use my cellphone on the bed while charging my phone. The staff at the front desk was not kind at all when I complained about the noise.

This hotel is great! It is very clean with comfortable beds and very modern. It is close to the airport and about 15-20 minutes from the city. There are lots of great dining options within a couple miles of the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I was recently here for a professional conference, and was very impressed. They served lunch and were constantly refilling the buffet and iced tea so nobody had to wait. They also let us use their restaurant seating so we had more room. Great customer service!

They are super nice! Bob the shuttle driver os very knowledgeable about the area. He told me about cheese curds and I fell in love! The hotel is comfortable although breakfast is not free. Unlimited coffee and a warm fire pit outside.

I have stayed at many Garden Inns over the years for work and must say this one required me to leave a compliment (which I have never done before). The service was great at the bar and restaurant. The manager April was very friendly and gave us 2 great recommendations for dinner in the city. They have a shuttle to drive you to and from the city at no cost. As a comparison I recently stayed at San Fran airport garden inn 2 weeks ago and Milwaukees was on another level at a 3rd of the cost. I would recommend everyone to stay here if they are looking for a close to the airport nice hotel.

Excellent establishment. Went there for a seminar. Very nice place. Bathrooms well kept and nice lounge area. The banquet rooms were a bit cold but they were very accommodating. I'd love to come back and visit again.

The hotel is very nice and luxurious. We attended a wedding reception there and their service was excellent! The food they provided was delicious and the drinks were strong. My main qualm was the drink price. I don't think the drinks are worth $10 a piece…

Really nice property! The staff makes it even better with their friendly and prompt service. It doesn't hurt that the facility is about 1 mile from the airport, a straight shot down the road. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was immaculate with modern upgrades.

This is like other garden inns. Good breakfast options, friendly staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The shower is tall enough for pretty tall people.

The hotel looks really nice and sophisticated, it's well designed giving the room a very warm, comfortable feel. The only thing that is weird about the hotel is how the breakfast is served. It's non-complimentary so you have to pay for this awkward half buffet half service. Its not very good service and the whole thing is just sort of confusing.

Had a business morning social event. This hotel was host and put on a wonderful event. Nice courteous staff, and the breakfast food was amazing. Everything was fresh and wonderful. Would definitely host more events in the future.

High quality accommodation and service. Excellent Wi-Fi, very well maintained rooms and an overall relaxing atmosphere. A great place to stay at. Near the airport, yet quiet.

I stayed here over the Labor Day weekend during the Harley Owner's Group national rally. The hotel rolled out the red carpet for us bikers. They coned off a large chunk of the parking lot for motorcycles and also left a nice supply of quality cleaning products and a hose for us to wash our rides. I thought it was a very nice gesture. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very nice, bed comfortable. My husband and I were very pleased and will stay here again in the future.

Standard (though decent) food at the bar. Standard pricing for drinks. Good rate for king suite but could use a softer bed. Over all: Great for a hotel bit a little under par for What most HGIs have established as a base line.

The staff is amazing and friendly and go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. I forgot my fan for noise and they found one and put it in our room! The fire pit was a great way to relax and chat with friends and family! Thank you!

My family and I loved this hotel. We were able to check in three hours early on Saturday and the staff was very friendly. The pool was a bit on the small side but still a nice pool and clean. The whirlpool was my favorite part of the pool area as it was huge and hot. Our room was spacious and the air conditioning worked great! The hotel was also very clean. The beds were wonderful and we all slept very well in them. I have never been to a hotel with an outdoor firepit. This was lovely. My family and I sat outside by the fire for about an hour at the end of the day. What a great feature to add to a great hotel. The lobby had complimentary coffee in the morning and free watermelon infused water in the afternoon with some free oatmeal bars. My only complaint: the shower curtain was way too short for the shower and you had to be careful and make sure it was in the shower or water would go everywhere. I will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing service. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Good sized rooms and quiet. The hotel restaurant is only average, but it's a hotel restaurant so you cannot expect much.

My room was very nice. King suite, that was very comfortable. I liked the separation from living room to bedroom and the workspace at the desk. Went to restaurant, and the food was beyond expectations! Very good. After dinner went to the bar for nightcap and to watch game and was very happy there as well. I always look for the "all in" place when I travel. When I go back to Milwaukee, this will be my go-to place!

Great place, shuttle driver to an from the airport was super nice along with the staff we met. Free bottles of water nice idea love it. Going back again.

It was a fantastic last minute find!

I booked two rooms through Expedia and when I arrived at the hotel the front desk staff told me I only had one. Luckily after making many phone calls there was a cancellation and we were able to stay there after all. One staff in particular, I believe his name was Jonathon, was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond what was required. His kindness was greatly appreciated. The only reason that I didn't give this review five stars is because my youngest son forgot his wallet in the room. When we realized he had left it behind we called the hotel and they said we had left my husband's hat but they did not find my son's wallet. Why would housekeeping be honest about a finding a wallet with 65 dollars in it? Because that would be the decent and honest thing to do. That was the only thing I was disappointed with.

Room and hot tub were awsome, great friendly staff. Room are hotel in general were very clean. Great prices. Where did you get those awsome pillows for the beds, was sleeping on a cloud.

I love the Hilton here, this is my go-to spot when I'm flying out of Mitchell Field. Very convenient location, the staff, the food, the atmosphere, is very very pleasant.

One of the nicest hotels in Milwaukee. Coffee is available in the lobby in the morning and evenings. Rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, mini refrigerator and K-Cup machine. Full service bar and restaurant in the lobby. Gas fire pit and outdoor seating when the weather is nice.

I felt like this hotel was very new. Everything was clean and smelled nice. We got the family fun package for an extra $15 a night and got breakfast with it. Such a great deal. Food and service were very good. Got a suite for the family and had a good amount of room for the price. I was worried that our young kids would wake up neighbor but after apologizing to him in elevator he said he didn't hear a thing. I'm very happy with my stay here.

I say mostly great staff because the very first woman to greet us was a little snotty, but everyone else was GREAT, very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast in the morning was about $12/person (our little one was free, she's 2, I don't know the cut off though) and well worth it. You get cook to order eggs with a choice of meat (home fries too I think), and then a whole buffet of bagels, cereals, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, and some pastries, and plenty of drink options. Once again not so great coffee (if you've seen my reviews of the other hotels in the mid west bad coffee seems to be a running theme so stick with coffee houses). They also have treats in the lobby throughout the day. It's very close to the airport, but we did not hear any planes, and although it's not right in the city, it's a pretty short drive into Milwaukee and it was free parking which I always appreciate. The hotel itself was clean and spacious, as was our room, and the bed has dual comfort zones so you can adjust the softness/firmness of each side of the bed. They also have a very nice business center. We ordered room service, the french onion soup was very good, but the spinach dip was not. ****Update**** Management reached out to me and was very apologetic about our initial greeting. I also received an apology note from the woman behind the front desk, and incentives to stay again.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service. We used the free coffee in the lobby, each of us received a bottle of water upon check in, wake up call in the morning, free parking for the week while on our trip and shuttle transportation to the airport. Very positive experience. Would love to come back.

We stayed here for an evening before flying out to Florida. The hotel is beautiful, and the beds were comfy. Our wakeup call was right on time. The airport shuttle was very nice — the driver loaded up our luggage, and dropped us off right at check-in. Very good experience.

We were upgraded to a whirlpool suite, free of charge, which was nice. The room was pleasant and spacious, staff was friendly, and overall it was a great stay.

Sat at the bar and had fantastic food and service. My wife and I both had glasses of wine that were filled generously.

I had my wedding and reception here in April 2015 and could not have picked a better place to have it at. The hotel was great with accommodating us and our guests. If we had any questions at all the staff was always there to help us. Having the fire pit outside was a huge hit for our wedding. The food was excellent for the dinner and breakfast the next day. I did not have to worry about anything on my wedding day thanks to the staff of the Hilton Garden Inn. I would highly recommend this place for a wedding or a hotel to stay at. Thank you Hilton Garden staff for everything you did for us that weekend :-)

Nice clean rooms, great hotel for business travelers. Have stayed here many times. Quiet enough you don't hear the flights nearby.

Friendly and courteous! Nice place to stay although the pics of the pool could be a bit more realistic. It's not that big. Rooms are good and beds are nice. The breakfast is great.

Worst hotel to stay! Would rather sleep in my car then go back. Pool had to much chlorine gave us rashes. And will find any way to charge u extra on top of a very high price for a one night stay! We are sorry that we stayed there and don't want anyone else to make the same mistake we made!

Amazing team at this hotel! From the moment you arrive in the shuttle service its 5 star care and customer service! Also, if you are planning any event this team at this HGI will ensure it goes off without a hitch! Our wedding was held here and these folks are angels on earth! Great food, resort style facilities and a peaceful garden atmosphere! NOT your typical airport hotel!

Great location but the beds were like bricks. It has sleep numbers but even on soft it was a rough sleep for me and the pillows were too soft. If that is corrected, the score would be higher.

The staff was beyond excellent! Courteous, kind & friendly! They were accommodating & went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Enjoyed the quiet room for two nights, wine on the patio, wood fired pizza was delicious, breakfast buffet was more than satisfying! Will never stay anywhere else when visiting Milwaukee!

I have stayed here twice, and both times the rooms were nice and the service superior. I am sure even the staff know that there are newer more spacious and luxurious Garden Inns out there, but who really expects the best Garden Inn in America near the airport in Milwaukee? It is by far the best option in that area, and it is reasonably priced to get a spacious suite. Stay here.

Gorgeous new hotel — — only four years old. Pool, hotub, snack shop, restaurant, airport and park and ride shuttle. Just great.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I am not the type of business traveler to complain, but this was bad. Ordered room service, was told I would get it in 30 minutes. 1.5 hours later I had to call to ask where my dinner was. Ticket had not been entered and I had to re-order. They tried to make right by me by offering to pay for my breakfast for the next two days, and to comp me one of my two nights stay. Nice gesture, right? Next morning at breakfast, I put my order in for an omelette. 30 minutes later, TWO waves of guests have come and gone, and my breakfast is nowhere to be seen. Lost that ticket too apparently. Thanks for the free breakfast! THEN, I get my bill for the stay. Of course they charged me for both nights. Utter incompetence flows freely at this hotel.

My husband and I got married downtown Milwaukee on a Summerfest weekend, so affordable accommodation was hard to come by for many of our out-of-town guests. I was initially concerned about choosing a hotel so far from city, but after working with Janine Osborne, I don't think I would have wanted my guests any where else. Janine did all she could to ensure that our guests were comfortable for the weekend. Her availability and understanding throughout the planning process was exceptional; any bride would be lucky to have her assistance! From having welcome signs in the lobby to handing out welcome bags I put together, Janine clearly knows how to be an outstanding hostess. The rooms were clean and comfortable; For guests that needed accommodations outside of the room-the lobby is cozy, the fitness center adequate, and the pool a bonus for kids. We were able to coordinate shuttles to and from the hotel and reception venue, and in the end we didn't feel too far from downtown at all. If you're a bride, or anyone else that requires a large block of rooms, Janine Osborne will help make you happy.

Booked the hotel as home base for our wedding and couldn't be happier. Due to a large convention downtown, we were forced to look further away and got lucky with the Garden Inn Airport. Janine coordinated our rehearsal dinner and post wedding brunch (wedding was offsite). Janine and her staff were amazing and my new husband and I had the best hotel experience. Staff was friendly and remembered we were the newlyweds whenever we went to the front counter. The food was great and the fireplace outside was a very nice gathering place for drinks. Thanks for the great service.

Booked this hotel for my wedding and was very happy with the service. Janine was very helpful in planning for the event, and set us up not only for rooms for our guests but got us the garden suite for the two of us and the conference room for our rehearsal. They even set up the chairs to look like aisles, and posted signs to direct the wedding party in! Very elegant hotel and beautiful rooms for far less then you and your guests would spend downtown, and fairly close to 794 which is a straight shot there. Free Starbucks coffee, champagne, chocolate strawberries and swan shaped towels were just the icing on the cake on our amazing experience. This is a great place to spend your first married night together.
