A nice place to be… nice room. Pool is clean and workers are wonderful.

Nice pool area and friendly staff.

Bartender Adrian is very knowledgeable and awesome.

Pool area was so disgusting that our guests and I didn’t even go in! Even the bathroom was smelly and flooded! Algee on window sills, hair and gum all over the floor! Dirk build up in the pool so bad the stair was slippery! Upon talking with staff, they argued that the pool area was cleaned that morning and never even came to check! Next morning Steve, the supposedly gen manager was extremely rude and not helpful at all! NEVER AGAIN! RUDE AND VERY DIRTY! NO PRIDE IN THIS HOTEL ANYMORE!

The room was fine, but…
A blessing and a curse: not being able to record smells. I want to warn potential customers about the hallway smell. Indescribable. Maybe musty old coffee grounds crossed with wet dog? Just strong enough to take up residence in your nostrils.

The towel I grabbed to dry off after the shower had feces in it! The customer service at the place is crappier than the towel was! Was only offered 10k points for it not even a free nites stay or a refund!

The staff was awesome! Everyone was friendly. Food and drinks were good!

As a crewmember, the least you could have done on CHRISTMAS morning was to have yogurt and fruit out for the crew!

They told me $126 for a room for the night. They charged me $148 after all said and done. Where is there a $22 tax fee to stay in a hotel. When I stop at the hotel restaurant for breakfast it 940 am. They told me they close in 20 min so they are not taken anymore orders. When I went to check out I had to wait while the lady was on the phone for 20 min. I travel a lot for business and stay in all different types of hotel. I would say this is not the worst place I stayed but dam near is. I think I would of been better sleeping at a motel over this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone. I would try a different hotel like the one down the street.

Nice clean spacious rooms. Air conditioning didn't get very cool although it was on 60. Comfortable beds with firm and soft pillows to choose from.

Good location. Close to the airport. Nice room. Outstanding shuttle driver. Mr. Brewster was fantastic!

Jose at the desk was great. Really helped when our flight was cancelled. Fresh baked cookies yummy. Only one coffee cup in the room and those stupid dry creamer packets. Yuk. Had actual half n half at Crown Plaza Jax airport the week before. Slept well and shuttle service to airport was great.

The pleasent location near by the International Airport of Milwaukee. The facility has a swimming pool and spa. Specially for foodies have lot of options around this area. The location of the facility would add more value to the stay and finally staff are very warm and helpful. Rooms are clean and neat.

A good hotel. Nice breakfast! I was well rested.

Arrived at 230am. The room was neat and spacious. Ruined my dress shirt with the iron however, because the iron had plastic burnt on it. I should have checked it first.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I would describe them as professional, welcoming, and warm. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Easy check in, 24 hour airport shuttle, comfortable beds, in room Keurigs, and very reasonably priced. Great place to stay if you're looking to catch some sleep before an early flight. It's our go to, keep up the good work.

Worst food I’ve ever had at a holiday inn. Ok rooms. Good front desk. Eat anywhere else.

My family stayed here and the staff was very friendly and accommodating! The hotel itself was very clean. We were all very happy!

Nice room, convenient proximity to airport via free shuttle. Shuttle driver was nice to a accommodate a ride to the store.

First I want to start by saying I like the Holiday inn hotel & suites Milwaukee Airport I am a believer in seconds chances. But This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and had muiltable problems. 1. When I arrived they told me they didn't see a reservation for me (witch I booked three day prior. ) 2. One of my rooms was dirty and smelled, I believe this was the same room I stayed in last year because it smelled that way last year. I asked for it to be cleaned. (witch they never came to clean it) my mom was so flustered waited a long time for someone to come she didn't want me to asked again. She took a towel and cleaned it her self. (Rm 255) 3. The keurig was filthy and didn't seem to work. We had no pans or utinsals in ether room. (255/254) 4. The air/heat was loud. The only reason I didn't say anything about it because the staff seem like they didn't want to be bothered. 5. While visiting the pool we had to ask the front desk for towels witch the lady didn't seem to happy to give us some. 6. When it was time to check out they over charged me and told me they could do anything about it I needed to call IHG. I had to stay a extra hour after checking out to call IHG costumer care to get this solved. I would love to visit again but something has to be done. People want to feel comfortable when visiting a hotel. I wish the hotel would try harder to bring the standers of the rooms and the staff attitudes up to part. Thanks in advance.

Big rush of guests showed up to check-in so the line was pretty long. I felt bad for the one guy at the desk that had to deal with the line of frustrated customers. The hotel gave us a parking pass but when we came back to park for the evening, there were no spots. Hotel staff told us we had to park at Culver's and wake up early to move the car so we didn't get towed. I expected that the parking pass would mean we had a spot but it was more like an empty promise :' (

Room is OK. The toilet seat needs to be replaced as it looks like it's been chewed by a dog. The standing water while taking a shower wasn't pleasant. Room service is from the restaurant in which serves trees for broccoli and Texas toast for your burgers making them able to charge $12 for it. It's a one time hotel for me. $87 a night well spent.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Quiet, even on New year's Eve. Small lobby with comfy couch and fireplace with tasteful Dec holiday decorations.

We stay here 2x a year. This past stay was disappointing. The chlorine in the pool was so high and strong. We had rashes and painful skin for 2 days. The room wasn't stocked thoroughly. Not cleaned like in the past either. No towels in pool area this time either. I didn't complain to the staff but should have.

Decent place, the gentlemen working the desk was a bit aggressive and although he said the right things he was very sarcastic I felt. The shuttle drivers are also a but lazy and the whole place was decent but lacked authenticity.

Clean rooms. Room was decient size. Staff very helpful & friendly. Bar on site. Breakfast & dinner on site. Culver's a few steps away. Close to airport for easy access. Shuttle available.

Hotel with restaurants and swimming pool. Close to the airport you can walk. It has a shuttle service. Regular rooms a little outdated the regular cleanliness is economic.

Nice and clean hotel, nice beds and pillows. Very close to airport and quick and easy 24 hour shuttle. Cheaper than airport parking but should be free if you stay the nights before and after your flight.

They left our door open after cleaning it. Not making sure door was closed we got in several hours later an walked rite in. That kinda ruined it for me. Hotel face us a partial refund. But other than that it was s comfy bed.

The stairs are awkwardly located so I have to walk to the far end of the hotel or use the elevator just to get to the second floor. Staff were helpful. The room was nice. The pool was nice. The second floor had construction due to a water leak, but it didn't effect me.

Great quiet and relaxing place to have went to to celebrate our anniversary n get away after the passing of my mother. The staff was friendly and sweet the 2 girls at the front desk were a sweetheart. Great stay…

They have all the amenities that all hotels should have. Tbe fun could be a little better. But over all not bad for what it is.

No free breakfast. Room had strong cleaning product smells. Internet has very fast upload speed. Fitness room is small, but has everything I want, as long as no one else is using the machines, since there's only one of each.

I have stayed here before, my experience this visit was the worse. I should have went to Best Western. Anyway the rooms where not that clean. The beds were very uncomfortable to soft. The pillows also soft. What I really did not like about this stay was we were given a certain price over the phone and when we got there they have us a higher price. Last time we all stay here we had 5 rooms.

I just experience the worst customer service ever. I reserved room at the $80 per night government worker rate and they did a bait and switch on us. We got there to check in and my wife presented her government law enforcement ID from Illinois amd it was not honored. They said in order to get the $80 rate she would have to be a Wisconsin state worker. They turned around and wanted to charge us $159 per night full rate or the best they could do was flat government rate of $119. We said no, they should honor the rate we reserved originally and they wouldn't budge even after speaking with the general manager and telling them that we weren't informed of this policy. They said they could not accommodate us, even though they dropped the ball. So we hotwired it instead and got a room at the Hyatt for $100 per might. I have no loyalty to a hotel that doesn't honor their rates. I am disappointed since we have stayed their for the last three years. No more, good bye Holiday Inn.

The place was very nice but for the money You pay for a nightly rate I would have expected a. Bigger TV and more comfortable beds I had a very hard time sleeping cuz the mattress was not very comfortable I would have expected more from a holiday inn.

Nice hotel, rooms are a little dated. Had a feeling can light falling out, freezer had a couple holes in it (weird), but overall the rooms were good. Hotel was nice, and the food options aren't bad. The gyro place across the street is crazy good. And Culver's in the parking lot is awesome.

Room fire alarm beeping every 2 min or so (contacted mgmt) the beeping stopped for a while but then continued throughout the night. The room also had a broken deadbolt on the door, broken back of TV remote, there where no curtains to block out light when sleeping or for privacy. Kids were running the hallways at night and banging on the wall from room next door and the room had a musty smell. Elevator door had issues and hesitates on floor 1. Cleanliness of the hotel was sub-par with dirty doors/walls. When I checked out the person at the desk was quite rude when I asked for a receipt and suggested I contact whom I booked the room through. Unprofessional and wasnt interested enough to ask how my stay was. Not a pleasant experience at all. I travel often but after this experience chances are slim that I will be staying in another Holiday Inn if this is an example of how all of your hotels are being run.

Rooms were cold on a warm night. Bathrooms were very nice. Full kitchen and comfortable bed.

The bed wasn't very comfy. There was a considerable amount of polite employees. There were a few that seemed not so pleasant, and stand offish. The room was considerably clean. I honestly don't think it was quite worth the price. I don't think I would stay there again but the experience wasn't too bad.

Great service, nice hotel with PLENTY of food options in walking distance! I will be back next time I'm in the Milwaukee area.

Unsatisfied already and checked in moved to another room because first room was nasty went to the 2nd r oom and the heat is on! On a hot day and staff are cussing and rude. Refrigerator dirty and not cold and ice bucket dirty Will not stay here again.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Felt like home away from home. My kids and I had a great time!

The people and the hotel (for the most part) are very nice. I question the wisdom of having only see thru curtains on ground floor Windows. I had to take a bedspread off one of the beds and hanging it over the window for any sort of privacy. I didn't like the idea of making up and possibly having someone starting in my window. Also there is not enough parking for people actually staying at the hotel. I had to park on the street.

Excellent service, manager very charitable. But there are kitchens in all the rooms as it says in the ad.

Clean rooms nice pool easy to get to from hwy.

After a travel day that had me arriving after 2 am due to late flights, I found my rental car GONE! This hotel and its night staff was amazing! they got me a room, picked me up, helped me find food and honestly, this may be the greatest hotel staff I have come across, and I travel often. The room was fantastic, comfortable and super clean, I am so happy I found them.

Overall a decent experience. Rooms are comfortable and the driveways were maintained well. Good location for people traveling via plane. The only negative thing Is I stayed for two nights and needed a new key multiple times because the door wouldn't read it.

Good hotel with nice rooms and pool. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there was no free breakfast.

I arrived late and found cars parked on the lawn, in 'no parking' areas, everywhere there was room for a vehicle. The hotel courtesy vans were parked in the fire lane. The nice lady at the desk suggested I park in the fast-food restaurant lot next door. This hotel has too few parking spaces, or too many paying customers. I can't do anything about the parking, but I will NEVER AGAIN book a room at this hotel. This is a big city and there are many places to stay for a night, there is no reason to stay at this one.

No one comes here ever in your whole LIFE.

Very nice room, clean and comfortable. Fast shuttle service from the airport, and the staff was very friendly. We didn't use any of the amenities, but definitely would recommend it for a night when flying in/out of Milwaukee. Oakland Gyros across the street is a fantastic family-run restaurant, great for a quick bite.
