Decently nice hotel but stay was ruined when both elevators went down and we were on floor 6. Walking up and down some crummy staircase that many times, my girlfriend in heels dressed for a wedding, it was not good. Won't stay there again.

Have stayed here 4 times and will come back again. Spacious and clean, a pleasant surprise when you walk in. Very modern and the nicest staff, they’re so helpful. They also have Chupa Chups, which takes me back to the carefree days of childhood.

Stayed here to go visit the Harley Davidson Museum a half mile away. Great place, awesome staff… extremely accommodating to my needs with my car, trailer and motorcycle. Would stay here again. Area is ok but at night some strange homeless folks wander around from the other side of the bridge. Very modern mini suite I was given and enjoyed it. Breakfast was nothing special and the powdered eggs were not good.

Another great stay at SpringHill Suites. Room was super spacious with working area, lounge and sleeping area. Very clean, great bathroom. Good breakfast again, looks like they have a standard display as it was almost identical to the selection at Green Bay. Porridge was great with plenty of add — ons such as walnuts, dried cranberries, raisins, sliced almonds, honey and agave syrup. I am a tea drinker and was pleasantly surprised by the good quality tea filters. Breakfast area staff is extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Big shout out to them. Highly recommended — it is well located, walking distance to lake front with great restaurants nearby for a good deal.

Really nice, clean and spacious rooms. Free breakfast is always a bonus! Our check in was flawless and all the staff we encountered were very friendly :)

Nice clean rooms with a mini fridge and microwave that is well hidden. The valet staff and check in staff were very friendly and professional. They have a good variety for breakfast.

Many rooms smell of smoke because of smokehouse below. AC is very loud and cannot be turned off. Parking is $30 per night plus tip. No late check-out or upgrade based on status was offered. I guess bed was comfortable. Disappointing Marriot.

Great place to stay in the city especially if you have a big dog to bring with you. Nice grassy area across the street. Everyone accepted our happy GSD with open hands for petting.

Hotel was fantastic. The staff was friendly and they even allowed us to bring our dog. Room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying there if you are spending the night in Milwaukee.

From arrival to departure staff was great and accommodating. Check in and check out was a breeze. Valet service was excellent. Rooms are big and spacious. Very clean. Decor and setup is very modern. Very comfortable bed. Extremely close to Bradley Center. Free breakfast! Definitely staying here again.

Horrible experience! Customer service was extremely poor and lazy. Coffee area was always missing something. Either cups weren't stocked or the coffee was empty. Breakfast staff broke down early several times and gave attitude when our group requested items. I was charged for purchases I didn't make and the receptionist was rude and gave me attitude. He refused to remove the charges when I checked out. I was awakened at a very early hour by other guest whom were harassing me to come to their room and give their bachelor friend a favor. They called my room 6 times back to back. As our company request our recommendation to return to this hotel for the following year, all 16 of us agree that we would rather book another hotel die to the unprofessional, inconvience, and laziness of the staff at this location.

I was in Milwaukee for business for about a year, and we consistently stayed at the SpringHill. The staff was always extremely friendly and the rooms are wonderful. In addition, it's only a short walk away from various dinner locations and a quick drive over to Third Ward.

Fantastic staff. Amenities as promised. Very rooms rooms. Easy check in. Would definitely stay here again.

The SpringHill Suites is conveniently connected to the Wisconsin convention center, the Grand Avenue Mall, and the other large hotels via skywalk. The rooms are large and clean and the hotel staff are courteous. I had a great stay at the SpringHill Suites.

I'm a platinum member with Marriott Rewards. I had never expierenced a bad Marriott until this one. I had problems right from the start. We were not greeted by the front desk attendant. We were not warned on the site when we booked that parking would be $30 per night. I found mold in our bathroom. When I told the desk about it, I was told "Its probably not mold" and there was no follow up. As a side note to even all of that, I called their customer service after our stay and was further disappointed.

My first day stay at Springhill: I will rate a three star. I will mention the negatives first to end with the positives. The shower temp fluctuates, the heater is very loud, making hard for light sleepers. The staff is very friendly and informative. The rooms are spacious. The valet is quick at bringing your car.

Stayed two nights while attending a conference. Beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. Only negative was that the attached BBQ restaurant made most of the hotel smell like it was on fire constantly.

The hotel was clean and convenient to everything downtown. The room was nice and spacious with a pull out couch and room divider. The hotel is conmected to the Wisconsin Center and a parking garage. However, there was no validated parking so it will cost you a pretty penny and prohibit you from taking your car anywhere unless you want to spend top dollar. The credit card machine to the connected parking lot was broken also so I sat there for 30 minutes trying to figure out how to pay to get out.

Was a fine night's stay. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was standard fare, but ended earlier than we were told by front desk.

Nice spacious room. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Valet parking which is nice when weather is below 0 and if you don't mind the $30.00 fee. Room could have been vacuumed a bit more.

Stay @ SpringHill Suites, Downtown Milwaukee was excellent. Great walking location for Bradley Center events, Art Museum, & Lake Michigan. Arrived @ 2am exhausted. Valet Attendant greeted me with a smile and walked with me into the hotel. The Front Desk Clerk (Amanda? ) also greeted me with a smile & offered fresh coffee before starting the registration process. Thoughtful, kind, & smiling staff members were a ongoing theme at this hotel during my 7 day stay. The room was clean & modern with lots of USB changing stations & mini refrigerator. The desk / work area & separate couch / living space was a nice touch. Decent size TV & super comfortable beds. Will definitely stay here again! ***Planned & booked this trip through Travelocity & wasn’t informed this hotel charges a Additional DAILY $30 Valet Parking Fee*** $0.00 amount of the parking fee is given to the Valet Attendants and there’s no option for tipping the Valet Staff @ checkout*** The former bartender in me mandates tipping — lol’s.

A great place to stay in downtown Milwaukee, within walking distance of many attractions and eateries. Modern rooms with comfy beds at a reasonable rate. Free breakfast buffet and a mini market on site with a good selection of local craft beers at decent prices always a plus. Skywalk to the Wisconsin center across the street. Definitely recommend!

Nice place, well kept, excellent service. My only issue is that 2 of our rooms had a structural support column taking up space in the rooms.

The room was great. Wonderful staff. Was only here one night but really enjoyed the place. Some negatives: breakfast wasn't that great with subpar fruit; shower can leak if not careful; and the smokehouse smell! I mostly smelt it when I got in but it's way strong. Room was super comfortable tho.

Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants. Since the last time I was here there is a new restaurant attached to the lobby, delicious BBQ place with a ton of beers on tap.

I really like this hotel, but it smells like BBQ in the lobby and hallways and the rooms are dark. Other than that, the rooms are update, clean, and spacious. Water is always hot. Netflix TVs are a plus!

Right across from the convention Center, this is a brand-new hotel. There is no swimming pool, but the staff are really friendly. Breakfast was fresh and adequate. Rooms are well-appointed, clean and modern. My room had a patch of carpet that smelled like vomit, but other than disappointment it was fine.

Nice hotel. Nice associated BBQ restaurant to eat and drink at. Great rooms. Comfortable needs. Super courteous and helpful staff. Only negative point. The smell of smoke from the barbecue restaurant is is everywhere. In the halls in the rooms. It smells great at first and then it is just disgusting and overwhelming. I would have given this hotel 5 Stars if it weren't for that.

Great service and staff! One of the nicer hotels in downtown Milwaukee with fun events nearby. I really loved how the night time summer festival/fair was right around the corner of this place. Unfortunately, a little further from more trendy restaurants than I would like, but you can always take a cab.

Excellent hotel. Worth your while if you're staying in the area. I stayed in late March during a robotics competition. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The rooms are updated and modern. The standard Wi-Fi is quick enough for most uses, tested at ~9Mbp/s. I cannot comment on the breakfast other than from what I saw, it was of good quality.

Busy weekend with the Cubs in town, but they did not have a room ready for us at 5 when we had first checked in at noon. Had to get ready for the game in the lobby. Rooms were very nice. Don't understand the trend for hotels to have bathroom doors that don't lock or even fully close.

We had reservations at another hotel and they gave our room away as we checked in late. They sent us to SpringHill suites on their behalf. Hotel has modern, clean, spacious rooms. Breakfast was decent (Standard free hotel buffet with eggs, waffles, cereal, pastries etc. ) Staff was helpful and friendly to us in a situation that wasn't ideal. I accidentally forgot some clothing at the hotel and didn't realize it until 2 weeks later. They still had it in lost and found and shipped it to me. Only reasons I can't give 5 stars is our unexpected stay due to overflow from the other hotel and the staff could have kept a little better attention to the breakfast area when it became in disarray due to heavy use. That being said. Next time we go to Milwaukee, we will be giving SpringHill our business rather than ALoft. Cheaper, closer to downtown activities, easier street access and rooms are bigger and styled the same.

Very courteous staff. I had allergy issues with the breakfast and the lady noticed that I was just walking past all the food and she approached me and asked what the issue was. I told her I couldn't eat any of it and she went and got food I could eat. I didn't ask but she cared enough to ask me and take care of me. The people seem new and don't necessarily know everything so it took a while to check in but from that moment forward, they took care of everything.

Came to check-in 2.5 hours after the 3:00 PM standard check in, still didn't have a room ready for our group after asked for early check in. They offered us to stay at the hotel next to us. Declined after waiting for already 2.5 hours. Awful service and can't cater to busy weekends. Do not recommend this place. For the price you're paying, you'd expect your purchase to be prepared after giving them plenty of time. Pay extra for other places if you want proper service. Definitely won't be staying here again. (And I'm not the only party sitting in the lobby, waiting for the rooms to be prepped. This is pathetic)
