Great Hotel Large rooms, the staff is extremely helpful and kind rooms are clean. But housekeeping only comes once a week from what I hear "honestly I never had anyone come. " My first time staying here my room had a funky odor, not matter what I did it stunk. But being back my second time this room does not stink and is also clean. Overall good hotel with good prices. If I was rolling through Rockford this is definitely a good budget hotel to stop at.

My husband and I have been guests here since December 15th due to water damage and extensive repairs taking place at our home. We couldn't be happier with the accommodations, the service, the hospitality and concern shown to us during this difficult time by Judy and her wonderful staff. We highly recommend this hotel — very clean and user friendly!

I do a lot of working out of town and I will have to say this extended stays very nice The rooms are clean and up-to-date. And the staff is very friendly and kind and helpful. That’s why I have stayed five month at this extended stay.

Horrible hotel! Horrible staff. Stay far away. I booked a two night stay. For some stupid reason they entered my stay as a one night stay. As a result, they went into my room while I was gone. Went through my things. Took my things out of my room and they claimed that they notified me about this but they didnt. I come back to the hotel room around 6 oclock pm and found this out. After being on the phone with customer service for hours they realized they made a mistake. Nobody apologized. Nobody offered me a free night stay. Long story short I will never stay at Extended Stay again. They dont even deserve one star.

Great staff. Clean rooms. But No snow cleaning during winters. Find your way out of inches of snow. Really bad and risky.

Very nice! Full kitchen. I like softer pillows though.

Check in/out was easy and rooms were clean. No coffee pot in room, though. That was unusual but it was available upon request.

Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchens are great but kind of small. They have a small variety of cooking utensils available but not enough cookware to cook large home cooked meals. They have a very small workout room with only 3 machines in it. There are no smoking rooms available but there is a small fenced in area where you can sit outside. They have a gazebo with a table and two lawn chairs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is very quiet usually.

The rooms here are always very clean and we'll furnished. I'm always happy to stay here, and there are lots of good restaraunts around.

Always stay here when I am in Rockford area. Always friendly and easy to get in and out of. Never had any problems and rooms are quiet and clean. Great staff and relaxing. Because of location, there are a decent amount of places to eat that are close and within reasonable driving distance.

Nice clean hotel with everything you need. Gym is meh. And unless you pay 4$/night for the upgraded internet, you'll have to deal with 0.86 Mbps internet…

Room is not large, or comfortable. Free Wi-Fi, sure, but it's so slow it's not functional. Bathroom is so small, u have to get in the tub to open the bathroom door, that's if u can get it closed. Tried to use an ethernet cable to connect to the Internet, to avoid the slow-fi. But they don't have ethernet for direct connection to their network. So be prepared to extra for less… no countertop space in the bathroom. No dishwasher for the free kitchen essentials, exfoliating towels. Staying in this place while working out of town, isn't as bad as the meth inn (days inn), but Internet is essential. Coffee 24hrs is too much to ask?

The hotel was nice and clean. The employees were friendly. The room was spacious and served our needs well.

Great room for the price. Location is easy to get too and close to resturants and highway. Room is average hotel fare. Room was clean and staff friendly and helpful.

The rooms are fairly nice. The beds are clean, and firm. The kitchens are a tad dated but functional. The free internet has a speed of 125kb/sec (extreamly slow). The workout room is a few cardio machines. The free breakfast is coffee, a muffin, and a breath of stale hotel air. Quite the let down for the price.

I enjoyed my recent stay. The room was very nice and cozy. The staff on duty were very accommodating and helpful.

There room is great no pool but me and my 12 year old child had a fun time there the breakfast was nice but my daughter was looking forward into getting in the pool but the room was great she wasn't Mad we really liked it and we are for sure coming back again!

Nice clean room. Breakfast was no more than coffee, granola bars, muffins, apples and oranges. Also instant oatmeal packets. But over all stay was good.

I'm giving 3 stars because of broken chair and wood chips on carpet. I didn't complain but cleaned it up. I left room as clean as it was when I walked in door.

This is the nicest Extended Stay I have seen.

First of all they wouldn't take my credit card that I used in order to reserve the room over the phone because it was my payroll check card so we had to drive across town to my atm to pay cash instead and also a $100 deposit. When I went on the website it said they had an indoor heated pool, so my kids were excited and found out later that they haven't had one in 5 years. The 3 of us are staying for 2 days in a suite that provided us with nothing but 2 plastic cups. The Wi-Fi is extremely weak. We had to call tech support to manually log us in, so my sons could use their PS4. Then at 11pm my sons pulled out the sleeper sofa to find no bedding at all. Instead there were stains and candy wrappers. So I called the front desk and she offered to move us to another room. At 11pm. We said we didn't really feel like packing everything up at this hour. The poor girl was all by herself in the hotel. So my sons kept watch while she brought up sheets and a blanket for the sofa sleeper. I felt sorry for her. We won't be staying here again.

The lady at the front desk was really nice & helpful. I had a family member with me who hadn't booked ahead of time & also needed a room. It was a very nice room — absolutely SPOTLESS from the sleeping area to the kitchen that even had a dishwasher. Yes, the carpeting was a little worn, but there were no holes in anything & nothing was damaged. Sheets, pillows & bedspread all looked fairly new as well as the shower. I don't understand the low ratings — at least give it 4 stars.

The room is a nice size full kitchen and the staff is great. I would recommend this place as a great stay.

I came here for business during 4 weeks and wasn't expecting anything in particular but the attention and the service, plus the size of the room and the tranquility were more than enough to make me happy. For the price is a very good place.
