Ideal location near the sea and all cafes, on the streets with splendid architecture of the colonial heritage. Apartments are very well maintained and cleaned by a nice woman. We were on the top floor and had a super cool interior inside—loft roof with beams. From our balcony, we had a view to the sea, live streets, and tile rooftops. The suites have several Wi-Fi spots, so for better connection you just need to reconnect to a different one when you move.

Good location and apartment. Dysfunctional check in-out system and nobody in charge on the premises.

Centrally located. Clean.

Un lugar muy limpio, seguro, cama muy cómoda. Muy recomendable ya que además cuenta con refrigerador y una pequeña cocina.

No concierge. The free Wi-Fi sucks and barely works but the rooms were nice. The bed was stiff and creaked a lot. Overall, it was worth it for the price.

The only good thing about this hotel is the spatial room. However, the bad aspects are countless. First, I stayed there for a week but there was no Wi-Fi except the first day. They said they tried to fix it but it was never been fixed before I left. Second, the room is smelly. That's may due to the lack of windows facing outsides. There are plenty of windows in the room, but all of them are facing directly to the other room. It is awkward to see other people walking by. Third, there is no reception in the building, every time you need anything, you have to find the cleaning lady who is only there from noon until 6pm. The worst part of this hotel is lacking of security facilities. Admittedly, they have a front door which needs password. However, it seems that many people already know the password and they can come and go whenever they want. I was robbed one night in my room and the robber took all my cash and my Fitbit. It is not only upsetting that I lost several hundred US dollars, but the crazy part is that the robber chucked me and cut my wrist with his knife. There was blood everywhere and I was frightened by the incident. Luckily I am still alive. But unfortunately, no one from the hotel showed up and apologized for the incident and helped with the case which I already reported to the policy. The insecure environment and the attitude of the hotel after the incident make me bitterly disappointed.

The price was good and so was the location. It is on a busy street but the bedroom is at back and street noise was not a problem. The bed was comfortable but other Mexican furniture was uncomfortable but that is common. TV was up to date with hi def cable box. Wi-Fi reasonable. This suite is fine for stays of up to two weeks.

Very clean and the housekeeping staff are helpful and friendly. Michel, the owner is a very gracious man, his attention to detail is remarkable and my stay for 12 days has far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend his hotel and his beach resort restaurant, Sapphire.

Great place to stay. Nothing fancy but the location is great. Right in the Romantica Zona. 2 blocks from the beach and all those good restaurants.
