The staff at the desk is professional and accommodating. The cleaning staff is just *wonderful* and thoughtful. Both teams were very helpful during our stay and went out of their ways to be polite or offer extra assistance to make our stay feel welcoming and convenient. We would return to this location again.

Used Google maps which sent me to the other Extended Stay one block away. Must be a common occurrence because the first thing the FD agent asked was which hotel I booked at and then she gave me directions to the I90 one. Check-in experience was fine, new girl was getting trained in. Was placed in room 316 for one night. Signs in hallway are not properly marked. When getting off the elevator it stated rooms 301-321 were to the left but our room was to the right. This was the first time I have stayed at an Extended Stay hotel. I am a fan of Grandstay Hotels and I thought this would be similar but it is not even close to being as nice as a Grandstay. Room did have a strange smell to it, but was otherwise clean. Noticed quite a few things rusted in kitchen, hotel is in need of a remodel. No pool on property. Breakfast is grab and go consisting of coffee, oatmeal, prepackaged muffins, and nature valley bars. Not much of a selection. Thought there would have been juice or toast atleast available. Nothing terribly wrong with hotel but I think I will spend an extra $20 to stay somewhere else next time.

They don't include shampoo in the showers use your own. Otherwise check in check out and the stay we're all very nice.

Stay somewhere else. We checked in late in the evening. I could smell cigarettes in the hallway. Our room reeked of smoke (this is a non-smoking hotel). We reported it immediately to the front desk so we wouldn't be blamed and charged the cleaning fee. The receptionist offered air freshener. There were chips on the floor which means it had not been vacuumed. This makes me wonder what else wasn't done. More chips were found in the dresser drawers. No hangers in the closet. No hairdryer. This morning, the toilet is plugged, which I have reported to the front desk and they are supposed to fix while we're out. I give this place 2 stars because of location (10 minutes from where we need to be) and the beds are surprisingly comfortable.

There pet friendly. Newly hotel to stay at that is for Extended Stay plus accepts small dogs. Is quite clean. I finally appreciated one of the many hotels that we have stayed in before this by far is one of the better ones for a decent price.

Room infested with BUGS! Picture proof provided. If that's not enough the "extended stay" room had a broken light and recliner. No hangars in wardrobe area. Small scratchy towels. Messed up reservation resulted in twin room instead of queen single. Desk says it happens all the time with 3rd parties so take it up with them! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR A FREQUENT TRAVELER! I've stayed hundreds of nights around the world. This is near the bottom.

It's 3.5 stars and major drawback is there's no breakfast included which is a show stopper for people like me.

Wasn't sure how it worked. Stayed 2 days on business. Bed wasn't made. No soap, etc. I guess they do that once a week. Weird.

Beautiful and comfortable room. Quick and helpful staff. Ample utensils and facilities for self cook kitchen. Close to stores. Enjoyed my stay.

Polite staff and friendly. They are very helpful and makes your stay even more pleasant. Love it.

Rooms are clean and price is good. Walls are thin, so expect to hear everything all day and night.

There are two Extended Stay America properties in the same general location but the have no signage distinguishing which is which. The room was OK. The property was clean. The price was good.

I personally have not stayed here. Was only here to visit relatives that were in town. Everything seemed in the up and up. Rooms were clean. The common areas were well maintained.

Pros: Cheap The stag was perfectly pleasant and helpful, good service. Cons: Unusably slow internet (Netflix was out of the question) Loudest air conditioning unit I've ever heard (difficult to sleep here) Curtain setup in a way that it billows out and blocks most of the cold air from the air conditioner. Bathroom door that closes itself (way more annoying than I would have thought) No utensils plates or cups in the room despite having a stove and fridge. (you have to ask for them) No clothes hangers in closet No counter space in the bathroom. Overall: Lots of little things adding up to the worst place I've stayed in a while even when factoring in the price. All of this through no fault of the staff, they were great, it's just a cheap facility.

This hotel was one of our hotels we reserved rooms at for our wedding. While the other hotel raised no issues, this Extended Stay did not complete bookings for guests, provided an incorrect rate or, without alerting guests, cancelled reservations if a card was not on file, making us worry if our guests would have a place to sleep when they arrived. We wanted this to be a lower cost option for guests, but paid for it in time and frustration.

We stayed here twice in two weeks. The hotel is very clean and provides a quick breakfast to go. I paid less than $50 for the hotel and we got a great deal. I would recommend to anyone. The hotel is also close to great places to eat, stores and night life.

Decent hotel, nothing crazy. Breakfast is just coffee and cereal bars essentially.

Check in was quick, friendly service, room was very nice. Very worth the cost. The location was very convenient as it was just off of I90 and State Street.
