When we got into the elevator we noticed the funky smell. We checked the sheets in the bedroom the mattress cover and sheets had old blood and urine stains on them. The comforters had cigarette burns all over them and we were in a non smoking room. We went to the front desk to get a refund but since we were there over 30 minutes she wouldn't give us our money back and said we would have to call the manager in the morining and discuss the matter with her. The desk clerk told me we were lucky that they give you 30 minutes to check out the room, most hotels give you only 15 mins to get a refund and I told her all other hotels I stayed in didnt have blood and urine on the sheets. We left and will not be back. Don't stay here. Save yourself the time and aggravation. This place is a shithole and should be condemned.
