I was in room 439, near the end of the hall. Nice and quiet. The Hilton Garden Inns I have stayed at, are consistent throughout the US, and I like that. The breakfast buffet is convenient, especially on weekends when you would have to fight the crowds. The pool is excellent, there are meeting rooms for businesses, a place to use the computer, and convenient social areas to sit with family or guests. I enjoy my stays at Hilton.

Great hotel for staying in Rockford. Price is high, but probably appropriate for the Greater Chicago area. Staff was cheerful and helpful. They were able to supply me with free shaving cream when I forgot. The room and bed were comfortable, with good TV options. They have a good pantry with reasonably priced snacks. The restaurant provides great breakfast options in the morning, with a waitress that provides great service and speed.

Honestly I think it is way overpriced. The rooms are very small. The staff was very nice and the room was clean so no complaints there. No free breakfast and the one they served was overpriced. I didn't order it so can't give opinion if it was worth the price. The pool is the best part it is like a mini water park for smaller kids. The thing that really got me was they charge you for Wi-Fi at $199 a night Really? Next time I'm in Rockford I wouldn't go back for the price they charge not worth it.

Great place to stay, they have an indoor pool with a resort like feel to it, great place to relax and unwind, stayed here for about 3 days and never had any issues. The staff was always friendly and ready to help when they needed to.

Great hotel in the Rockford area. Awesome pool and cool pool facilities for children. Decent food. Could use pay per view for the tv, but overall not a bad hotel for Rockford.

Awesome kids oriented pool, but the property seems to have an issue with riffraff partiers and general late night noise disturbances. Had to complain no less than 4 times in 2 nights. Once the first night and 3 times on Saturday night, IIRC.

Wedding reception. Food was great, service of food was good. The drink prices were ridiculous. $11.00 for a dirty martini. $12.00 for a long island icetea. We had a good time with great family and friends.

Great location, with easy access to restaurant, highways, and stores. Room was clean. Service was great; front desk was quick and helpful.

The hotel is nice… But the manager at the front desk she overcharged me by telling me that my room costs $179 whenever my friend who is staying in the same hotel with the same exact room on the same exact night only paid 119 so I had to go to the front desk the next morning and have the gentleman running it refund my money and fix my bill. She did this intentionally I told her that they told me a hundred nineteen over the phone and she insisted that I paid 179. I would also like to point out that the pool area even though it is nice, they had the chlorine turned up so high my children were all coughing could barely open their eyes and had headaches for the next 3 days because of it and no it wasn't after prolonged exposure this was after 10-15 minutes. Sorry to say I probably will not be visiting this hotel ever again.

Very nice friendly customer service. Clean and the rooms in the pool area looked very nice. I would definitely recommend this place.

The room is nice, plenty of space, comfy bed. I was impressed with Neutrogena bath products. Friendly staff. Very nice pool area, cozy fireplace in lobby, a bar and small restaurant. Downside, for the price, there is no free breakfast.

The hotel was beautiful, front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was perfect, clean, and comfy. The lounge was relaxing and enjoyable. The bartender went out of her way to ensure I had a good experience, probably my favorite interaction over the 4 days. The bad, housekeeping. I stayed 3 nights and had to hunt down housekeeping to empty my trash or get supplies. The only day they knocked on my door was check out day. I am not a snob by no means but when I'm staying at hotels, I enjoy the full service because it is something I never get at home so I look forward to that. For this reason, I'm out. : ( My conclusion, Hilton puts the time and energy in hiring wonderful people that are the face (front desk, lounge) of Hilton. If they did the same for the back of the house (housekeeping) I would go back in a heart beat.

This hotel is in a very convenient location just off the highway. I've stayed here a few times and I've always been comfortable.

Nice location. Rooms are nice, if a bit small. Hotel seems well maintained and in great condition. They go a bit heavy on the pool chlorine though, couldn't stay in the room more than about ten minutes before my eyes started burning.

This is an absolutely awesome place for a wedding and reception! Is extremely romantic, I did not stay there but I got a look at the poo… There was coffee in the lobby, and romantic dining in the lobby as well! l.

It's kept well. Our room was clean. We stayed on the third floor.

This is one of the best run hotels I've been to in a while. Check in was a breeze. The staff are efficient and professional. Everything is clean, well maintained and well stocked (i. E. There were always towels in the pool). We spent hours in the pool area and the kids had a blast. The only thing I could possibly complain about is that the Wi-Fi was a little spotty.

It was a beautiful room with nice amenities. The breakfast buffet was very good with tasty omelettes. I am at another hotel as I'm writing this review while I am traveling for work and I miss the Hilton Garden Inn.

Great hotel! Staff is super nice and friendly, the rooms are cleaned and renovated. They have Keurigs in every room, so I will recommend to bring your favorite coffee. The pool area is the best, My kids loved the pool.

Better with more to offer than the Inn at St. Mary's next door. Food was good but overpriced. Nice kid meal offerings and plenty of food. Huge bar.

I can't speak highly enough about this hotel! Especially the staff… They are the BEST and they treat you like family! Lourdes and Louis are the best! The food is really good, the rooms are always clean, the beds and pillows are super comfy and the I love the water pressure in the shower! I miss it every time I go home! lol The pool is awesome as well as the exercise room. It has everything you need for a great workout! Stay here, you will NOT be disappointed!

This is one of the nicest motels I've ever experienced. Very clean and well maintained with a friendly professional staff. Most notably the restaurant was most of excellent and even the towels were soft and plush. Mike's top recommendation!

The lobby was nicely decorated and the front desk personnel were knowledgeable and very friendly. The elevators were quick and efficient. My room was spacious and nicely appointed. Overall, I enjoyed our time and would recommend this property for business or leisure.

The Hilton Garden Inn was a great place for our family to stay for a wedding. The location is secure and requires a key card to enter after 11pm. The pool is clean and has long open hours. The hotel was quite, clean, and the staff was friendly.

The hotel offered a warm reception despite not having our room ready when we arrived 45 minutes past the scheduled check in time. The room was great and the hotel staff were very friendly.

Nothing outstandingly bad or good about this place. Staff was nice and rooms were clean. However the bathroom shower backed up and I was standing in a pool of soup suds 2 minutes after I showered.

Amazing staff. So accommodating and professional. Their event planner, Tara Page is also easily the best In the area. What an eye for detail. We love HGI.

Had a great time at the Hilton Garden Inn. Our children (bith under 5) loved the zero depth pool inside. Had breakfast that was FANTASTIC as well. The staff was very kind and attentive.

The most expensive hotel around and they can't throw in a free breakfast! Screaming kids in the pool at 9 at night made a relaxing sit in the hot tub an ear piercing experience. Not staying here again.

Stayed for just 1 night in Rockford for usbc state tournament. The room was clean. Loved the little outside sitting area that was accesable from the sliding door of our first floor room. Also had an awesome kiddie pool area for the little ones with fun things like a slide and waterfall.

Always a pleasant stay. Kids love the pool and the prices are reasonable. Rooms are clean and has all the amenities my family needs.

This hotel was really nice inside. I was at the hotel for a meeting. All the workers were really nice.

We were there for an awards ceremony. The establishment looked very well kept and the staff was extremely helpful when asking directions to where to go.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous! The staff is so awesome and very accommodating! Our only complaint is the chlorine content was so high several kids got sick and actually threw up. I overheard another parent say she had to leave because it was so bad! My daughter was very upset so it kinda blew our mini holiday! Otherwise it's great!

Great hotel, new, clean, good breakfast, although it had to be paid for. Pool was awesome for kids. Could be a little warmer for young ones. Staff was great.

We went for the Christmas themed event they had. The kids really enjoyed it, but I was expecting more from the food provided. Overall good experience.

I recently booked a block of rooms for my wedding weekend with Hilton Garden Inn in Rockford. They were nothing but gracious and accommodating, even setting up a welcome table for our guests. Several were traveling from across the country to be here, and they worked with scheduling, luggage, and everything. There was a bit of confusion as to how many rooms we could book at a time, so some guests booked separately and ended up in a different section of the hotel. However, I would say it was a great experience overall and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice stay or block of rooms for an event in the Rockford area.

The hotel was very nice. Every staff member we met always had a smile on their face and were very courteous. Although pizza is not on the menu the kitchen makes an excellent pie at a fair price. The breakfast was nice and I enjoyed the omlettes. We travel a lot and this is one of the best ran hotels we've stayed in I honestly couldn't say enough nice things about it.

Floors were gross. They left my kids feet black. After a shower.

Clen non descript hotel. Breakfast is pretty bad but convenient (they cook omlettes to death). I stayed at nice hilton gardens but this is what our corporate uses so have to stay here. Rooms are clean though and spacious. Wifi is free. There are a few restaurants around that you can walk to if you are tired of hotel restaurant.

I like it but the pool was the only problem. It smelled bad. When you enter the pool, your eyes start to hurt. I liked the rest.
