Clean and comfortable room. Decent value for a no frills hotel. Will stay here again if in Rockport again.

Right next to a great place to hang out at night. Great place for the price too. Clean and comfy beds.

For what they charge for their rooms, combined with great, complimentary service, makes a stay here exemplary. Service here is great and they are willing to flex with your schedule by extending your stay free for no additional charge to make your time the best it can be. Room is up to par with competitors around the area yet their rates are up to $50 cheaper. Altogether this inn rates a rating higher than local motels mainly because of their pricing.

I had a decent experience here, but there were a few flaws. The room was clean, the Wi-Fi worked great, and the staff was helpful and professional. However, there were some issues with the room. The air conditioner didn’t work that well, and there’s no bathtub (only a walk-in shower). Furthermore, the door to that shower didn’t close properly, meaning you had to be careful to not get water everywhere. Also, the door to my room would not close all the way (from the inside) without locking it. It’s a good enough option if you need a place to crash, but there were a few slight issues.

I have stayed at this Sleep Inn for multiple trips and it is always a great experience. The staff has always been very attentive. I would stay here everytime I visit the area.

This hotel was amazing! The customer service is top notch. I traveled with a soccer Academy for a tournament. The management bent over backwards for us, especially when it came to taking less of a deposit on the credit card. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The staff allowed us to use the dining lounge after breakfast hours for some team meals. Even better, they gave us points for the group room rates which no other Sleep Inn has ever given us. We will definitely stay there again!

The entire staff was helpful and friendly. The room was okay for the price we paid and breakfast was pretty good … my only ding is that y’all use too much single-use plastic!

Great hotel to stay at. Clean, good price and mice breakfast. Would have slept better if the fire doors were not proper open. Have been in a high rise fire and I know why they should be closed.

We recently stayed at Sleep Inn and had a very pleasant experience. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping were extremely accommodating. The rooms were slightly small but worked just fine for a two night stay. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

For a budget motel I was pleasantly surprised. The room is small but clean and modern. It seemed very fresh. The heat wasn't workimg at first but staff were very responsive and got it working. I wish they had bigger towels and soap, but tiny soap is pretty standard and at least the towels felt new. Lighting and mirrors were good. Shower was nice and water pressure was good with plenty of hot water. As long as their price stays competitive I will likely be back.

A very nice surprise. I stayed here on business. I usually would not have chosen this brand. The staff and amenities were wonderful. For what I paid it was well worth the price and was quality throughout.

Stay here anytime I come to the area for work I stay here, great hotel, one of the cheaper hotels in the area, beds are comfortable, located on the outside of Rockford but close to anything, right across the parking lot is the tavern on Clark which is great food and the breakfast in the morning is small but all that's needed.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. I have been to better, but it's not the worst. Good places to eat close by, which is a plus!

It's a fantastic value. Our room was small, but very efficient. That staff were friendly and helpful. We'll stay at this property again.

We’ve stayed there quite a few times… as we go from Thunder Bay, Ontario to Daytona Beach… coming and going… we always enjoy staying over… nice, clean and quiet… the beds are awesome… I love the beds!

This place is a very low budget hotel! Should be bulldozed. I guess it's perfect for the people who go to the strip club next door!

I have been staying here 2 days a week for 5 months. Bed is comfortable. Shower is clean. Staff and management always very pleasant and accommodating. Nice and friendly.

We were in town for my late husband's memorial and were having a difficult time finding a suite open in town. We chose this hotel and I was very pleased with the experience. Travelling with three children, 4 and under, is difficult. The staff here were so accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and was replenished regularly during the available hours. Coffee for 24 hours! I would recommend this hotel highly, clean, friendly, and quiet. I thank the staff for making a difficult time more pleasant.

Located near many restaurants. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Nice place for the money. Breakfast was good.

Stayed for five days, had nice clean rooms, very comfortable bed. Even the pull out couch bed was comfortable. Very nice people, and were very understanding when my kids would get wound up. Good breakfast and selection. All in all we had a very nice stay here.

I am from Georgia and traveled to Rockford, IL to escape hurricane Irma I am traveling with a 9 day old new born and my dogs which one is a service dog I book d this room from Friday September 8-Friday September 15 on Sunday the 10 they notified me that they were having complaints about the dogs barking so we have been bringing the dogs with us everywhere to resolve that issue and now they are saying that we have been smoking cigarettes in a non smoking room and I informed them that I have an almost 2 week old newborn why would I smoke around him he is more important to me than getting some cigarette fix and every time me or my husband have smoked we have gone outside no problem because we are right by the back door they are now kicking us out due to the room smelling like smoke and they have no kind of proof what so ever besides the fact that the room smelled like smoke and something that they don't understand is people that smoke their belongings smell like smoke so yes the room is going to somewhat smell like smoke and when I asked them to refund my money for the rest of the nights on my reservation they told me I had to contact the company that I booked with and have them refund it which was Expedia once I called Expedia they told me they had to call the hotel and get it authorized to give the refund and when they did so they told Expedia that they had to talk to the General Manager who's name is CJ Patel and they had to get back to me about the refund I have been here

Great Hotel to stay in Rockford. Loved this place, their rooms, service, delicious hot serving breakfast and fittness room. Overall awesome stay!

Stayed here for 1 night. TINY rooms! The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast in the morning was nice too. It was in a quiet location, safe. It was fine for 1 night but it's just way too small for anything other than sleeping. Overall it was perfect for one night but anything other than that, you'll start to feel claustrophobic.

We stay here all the time because it is inexpensive. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast is edible but not great. Rooms are clean. Beds on the firm side. Pillows are small and soft, great for back/stomach sleepers. There are electrical outlets built into the lamps and wall outlets behind the nightstands (usually). The only thing I really don't like is that there are no exhaust fans in the bathroom. The bathrooms have sliding pocket doors and some of them hang crooked so that the door doesn't close all the way. Sinks and showers are very nice, no tubs.

I booked THE KING WHIRLPOOL SUITE to surprise my husband… and boy this room was fit for A KING for real… 2 bathrooms… shower… hot tub… fireplace… king size bed… clean… soft… exquisite everything in there you name it… he was so grateful and happy to get away for the weekend Julie at the front desk was amazing and helpful she remembered my voice and never even saw me I booked the room via app and called to check on things… at check in she new my voice smh.

In hindsight I would NOT have stayed here. Realistically, we got what we paid for … an okay hotel. I'm not certain but it seemed like it was renovated and the work quality wasn't great. Almost like someone tried to cover their B. O. With cologne. The hallway smelled funny, the beds were cheap, the bathroom door had no handle, and the work in the room was poorly done. I originally booked there cause the pictures looked real nice, reviews pretty good, and the price was inexpensive … but it just disappointed.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the King Suit at Sleep Inn and it was amazing. The bed was comfortable, the hot-tub was great, nice air-conditioning for those hot days, amd super clean. Would really recommend.

One of the best under-$70 hotels I've ever visited. Employees are excellent, rooms seem like they're brand new and feel very clean, breakfast had good options (including waffles which is my gauge of a hotel breakfast quality).

Stayed on Valentine day. The room was great with new decor. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was really nice with price we paid. Breakfast includes Sausage, Egg patties, boiled egg, waffles, lots of pastries option along with other items.

Great value. This place is clean, comfortable, has a good breakfast, and has a super convenient location. My only complaints are that the mattress was very worn out and didn't support two adults very well and they should fire their painter. However they are obviously working on updating decor and such so I am sure mattresses is on the "to-do" list. For a safe and comfortable place to stay under $100, there is nothing to complain about.

It wasn't *quite* what I expected for the price I paid, but in light of the bad reviews of the surrounding hotels, I'm very happy with my stay: the room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were very helpful.

The front desk attendant let us check in early and was very helpful, they have coin op washer and dryer which was nice but the room stank, the bathroom door would NOT close and the whole room was over all unfinished feeling. I understand that they just had a reno but man should they have gotten a different contractor. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Also. Its right next to a strip club. :P.
