It's a great hotel with a lot of perks like the pool, weight room, room service and much more!

Gym was great, and rooms were clean.

Very nice place and very nice rooms. Service was helpful. Only downfall is no spanish channel's.

Very good hotel clean and friendly.

Reserved a room with a king bed and a couch. Get to my room and it has two queen beds. Went back to desk and she said the king beds were sold out. I asked if there would be a discount for not getting what I reserved. She said no. Asked if there was a military discount. She said not tonight. Only on slow nights and they were almost sold out.

Customer is treated respectfully and nicely. Employees are personal and nice just love it.

When you book a room 8 months before you arrive you expect to get what you reserved but nope not here.
apparently they will only guarantee your reservation not what type of room. WHO DOES THAT… we needed a room with 2 queen beds and they told us all they had was 1 king
how do 4 people make that work.
then the toilet wouldn't flush so they moved us to a handicapped room.
I will never stay or reccomend a Marriot hotel to anyone. Worst customer service. The only good thing I can say is GOODBYE.

Nice friendly staff. My room was clean but in need of an update. No refrigerator or microwave and the corner sofa was worn. The food was very good.

We spent a night in their suite and were pleased with our stay. The staff was accommodating and incredibly polite/friendly. The suite and facilities were well kept, comfortable and safe. My only complaint is that they don't serve a free breakfast (they should given the slightly elevated pricing).

Very welcoming hotel. The room was clean and we'e laid out. Staff was helpful and gracious when needed. Enjoyed the restaurant: food was good, but a little expensive. They serve Starbucks coffee. The restaurant staff were friendly.

This hotel meets all the requirements of a hotel in Wichita… Good location, great service, and ok rooms. The hotel is a bit dated, but everything works just fine. The only issue I had was I had ants on my desk in my room :/.

The rooms were great. Very Clean and very modern. And the service here is great. The front desk lady was very nice. And to top it off I forgot some stuff. When leaving in a rush, for a basketball camp I was in town for, they shipped it Monday and it's already here on Wednesday. This place is amazing in the service category. But there is a couple down sides, the A. C. Wasn't strong enuf. And the prices on stuff in the lobby is way to high and we didn't have a fridge… But the service was just amazing and saved me atleast 60 dollars by shipping my shoes and such back to me 7 hours away to Colorado Spring. This place rocks. And the manager that shipped my stuff rocks. Thank you guys so much! A+++. Will totally stay here every time in the future.

This place was very nice. I only suggest they consider having some type of continental breakfast.

It is located in a nice area. Rooms are small but nice. Housekeeping pocketed $0.50 I had on the desk. I guess they thought it was a tip. I will watch my things more closely now.

I was in town for business. The hotel is clean and house keeping is doing a great job. The air conditioning is poor and that keeps the room a little warm for my taste. It has a bistro thats has steep prices.

Avery good experience. Clean quiet, very nice employees. Wasn't mine but acouple cars were broken into.

Room very clean, Starbucks in lobby was great. Service was great. Tv in room mounted too low for comfortable viewing in bed. Lady at front desk pushed a button to open front doors for us coming and going, very nice touch.

We used a suite for a graduation party, it was a great space with easy access for everyone to get to the location. The room was big enough for everyone and thanks to fridge and counter space we could easily celebrate. The staff I interacted with we're friendly and helpful.

Everything about it was great EXCEPT they didnt have a free breakfast. Apparently they no longer do free breakfast. One of the things I always look forward to when staying at a hotel is the breakfast. I will no linger choose to stay at these locations.

My fiancé travels for his job so we stay in marriotts often. Normally the hotels we have stayed in offer free breakfasts, when I was asked if someone could help me I said “I thought you guys served breakfast” the person behind the counter made it really clear “no mam you have to PAY for breakfast”. So I walked over to the front desk — it’s about 7:04am at the time l. I asked about doing a late check out since my fiancé is not out of his meetings until 1:30pm and the two girls looked at each other (as if they were saying no, no matter what) one girl asked my room number — and then told me no.? If you can’t give out anymore rooms why did you need to know my room number? She didn’t say it with any care or smile. The lady who checked us in early yesterday was very sweet and accommodating. The early check in was zero issue due to the hotel not being full. I feel there is a lot of room to grow customer service wise for this young “manager” and honestly feel like there were options they just didn’t want to help me out. I’ve never not been able to check out late — whether we switched rooms or they had the people who We’re coming in after us just switch. So many things could have been done. I work in customer service AND it’s very early in the morning (4am) so I think that’s why I am so put off by the morning staff.

Rooms definitely need microwaves and refrigerators in them. The restaurant is over priced and the snack center is also. If your lookin for complimentary breakfast, this is not the place to stay.

There is a bank right in front of it to get money and a coffee shop attached which is very convenient right next to the highway.

Where we got a balcony rool upon check in there were many things missing from the room. A fridge A Microwave… Trashcans in the rooms are extremely small and were overly full on the first night… Marriott also didnt have any spare chairs for the balcony… Great room on points but ill head to the Aloft next time. Their grab and go breakfast makes more sense…

No free breakfast. Get it together. Room was very nice. But kids want cereal and OJ. Even Broadway feed you.

Called for a last minute reservation and was given a very nice room with a king size bed. Clean room at a great price. We were staying overnight so we could be in close proximity to the surgicare center for procedure the next morning. Would stay again.

Not bad. Got in late. Front desk was funny. That was entertaining. I appreciated his humor. Everything was great, but the room smelled weird. Not disgusting though. Just odd. So… four stars. Whichever couple parenting those kids running down the hallway at 10pm… one star. I don't like you at all.

We arrived and were promptly greeted and checked in without delay. We were offered something to eat and drink. The rooms were incredibly clean and the beds were comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Check-in was good. Rooms are typical. Location is good for what I'm doing. Third floor smelled a bit musty. My room was too warm so they moved me. Keys are very flaky in some rooms. Stripe readers need replacement. It's pretty dead here on a Friday night.

Very nice and clean hotel! We were able to easily book over the phone as we were winding down a tiring 500 mile drive. My cousin requested a well air-conditioned room and we walked into a wonderfully cool room. The beds were comfortable and the staff were amazing. Seth delivered hairspray to our room and Judy at the bistro made the tastiest breakfast we've had in a long time. Highly recommend this location!

Very nice hotel comfortable beds, nice gym, and swimming pool. Would've been nice to have a cup of coffee before I left so I think the Bistro needs to open earlier for people who's family is having surgery.

Hotel was very clean and in good repair. Indoor pool and exercise room were nice. What kept this from five stars: No refrigerator in my room. The smoke detector was not attached to the wall, it was hanging from the wall by it's wires. I turned the A/C as high as it would go and it never got the room cooled off, it did not seem to be blowing cold enough air to work effectively.

Easy to get to from highway. Neat and close to medical specialists, good looking property with updated rooms.

Very clean and updated hotel. The room was great, the food from the restaurant was great, and every employee that I came across was very friendly! I wasn't too happy about the lobby being overrun by a family reunion. They had brought in their own food… to the restaurant/lobby area, and most of the attendees weren't even guests. There were no tables, chairs, or seating anywhere for guests of the hotel. There should have been a conference room I think at least for that kind of event. The staff said they couldn't do anything because it is an open area and free for anyone to use. But I felt it should be for guests only… But oh well, other than that, loved the hotel.

Standard hotel, next to a highway (which fortunately is not very driven on). Rooms are adequate in size and beds are ok. The entire place is a bit rundown, windows with broken panes and difficult to move. Bathroom was reasonably clean. Staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast rather expensive, with a small selection; what they have is tasty. Portions are large (for European standards). Pool is small and looks a bit rundown.

A clean, quite hotel located right off of 96. Located minutes away from shopping and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. A very nice outdoor space.

I have stay a few times here and the facilities are always nice. However the staff is not component. I just made reservations and the girl was not even polite! She said she sent the comfomation # to my email and hung up on me! If this place was not conveniently located for me I would not stay again.

When I arrived the young lady behind the counter seemed annoyed that I was there. Not friendly at all. When I went to my room the hallway smelled like cat piss on the second floor. At least the room was clean and it is a quiet area. No complaints about the room.

Was there for the state track meet. Excellent service, beds were nicely made.

Rooms are hella nice, not much to complain about. Quite roomy and loved the porch, 10/10 would recommend.

I will not stay here again. I was here for two nights on business. The room was incredibly outdated, the bed was uncomfortable, the bathrooms were not clean and the front desk staff make no attempts to be courteous or friendly. The walls are also very thin, or the people next-door were very loud. Maybe a combination of both but it wasn't pleasant. The breakfast was fine and the Wi-Fi was fast enough.

Needs better cleaning, understaffed.
