My stay wasn't horrible, but I wouldn't stay again or recommend to others. The beds are hard and the bathroom floor was sticky. They have shampoo/conditioner/body wash hanging on the shower wall, but the body wash was empty. I prefer to use my own stuff anyway, but there's nowhere in the shower to sit your own products. On my first night, people had incredibly loud music playing at the pool into the late hours. Employees were nice; no complaints.

Very good everything wonderful my children had a great 😃 time.

Overall stay was good. Only disappointment was they would give a medical discount because I booked on website and didn't call to book.

Was a very great design, comfy bed, and inviting atmosphere.

Great meeting space for events.

Lovely experience at the pool. Snack bar was convenient and hot breakfast was yummy. Heads up bar is closed on Sunday’s.

A few miscommunications about my stay, but they were quickly resolved. I stopped in Wichita for the night during my drive from Fargo, ND to San Antonio, TX. Thank you, Aloft and staff for taking care of my puppy and I!

We had our wedding here and it was perfect, the staff went above and beyond our expectations even during the Covid 19 stuff.

I had my mother's 80th birthday party here and the venue is beautiful. Riley and a few other staff really went above and beyond to help. Riley is excellent at what he does and I will never forget how he helped me. I recommend this place for events. As well as the rooms. The place is beautiful and extremely clean. Great job staff at Aloft they picked the best to work here.

Rooms were nice and bed was comfortable. I loved the pillows and would like to know what brand they are. Love that they are pet friendly.

It was loud. They double charged. Cleaning service would not come until 5 or later in the afternoon. Even charge for breakfast. Water sprayed all over floor when you flushed the toilet. Coffee was always empty and when ask to refill it would not get done then told oh I forgot.

This review is from a business traveler with 100 nights a year in hotels. First, there was no one at the check in desk. Second, my request for a room location specified in the reservation was not honored. Excuse offered. No offer of an amenity to cover this failure. First floor off the bar is NOT a quiet room. Rooms are too dark. Plenty of room for more lighting. Then, there was the bar! Hot mess. Slow service. No wine list. Canned wine (I’ve tried it) is not an option. No bottle of Chardonnay? Really? Even a bad one? Scotch is a good back up, right? Oh the Macallan 12 is priced wrong and is about the same as a reserve… $55 dollars… a shot. No thanks, I’m not buying the bottle. Folks, it’s Wichita, Kansas, not Manhattan… the New York one. Have a merged Marriott/SPG account. Not returning to this location. Percent sure of it.

Bright open spaces, modern design and friendly staff made this a pleasant overnight stay. Room was supper quiet. Amenities were great. Shower was a walk in. Full handicap wheel chair accessible with hard carpet for easy maneuverability.

Attended a conference at this hotel. It's new and looks nice. There were some A/V issues. It would have been nice if they had coffee in the conference rooms. And they had individual water glasses at each seat, but no way to refill until after lunch. I would have appreciated having plenty of coffee and water available.

Staying at a Aloft in Dallas, to see one in Wichita is great. Everyone needs a weekend from home. Staying is like I never left the one in Dallas. Spacious rooms, very well decorated, staff great. If your coming to Wichita and want something out the Norm the Aloft is the spot to stay. Close to the highway and not far from stores, gas station and eateries.

It's right across the street from the Koch Industries Corporate office. We go over for a beer after work sometimes and it's always fun. They have a nice little small plates menu. Cold and delicious beer on tap.

Nice hotel. All the way out in the middle of nothing. Would have liked to saunter my silly booty on down to the local watering hole to strut my stuff in front of the indigenous women, but this hotel was so far from anything like that, that I had no choice but to loiter in WXYZ. I see what you did there, Aloft. Real clever. Clean place though. Pool was nice. Staff was courteous. Nice enough stay.

From it's modern architecture to it's amenities it's really a nice place. The rooms are somewhat smaller then expected, but there's no wasted space. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom very nice. There's a fridge but no microwave all in all I enjoyed my stay.

Has potential to be a very nice place to stay. Staff is very nice and helpful. However, music from the bar downstairs rattled my room into the night on the second floor. Fridge barely got cool. Locked out of my room for 45 minutes because the had to reset the door intself with a laptop while the staff complained about how the hotel is a year and half old and now they're having problems with things. All of that said the room was nice, bed was comfortable but if I stay again I'll ask for a room on a higher floor away from the noise at the bar.

We enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were nice, and everything was modern. The lobby was trendy and fun, and the bartender did a good job. The morning coffee was free and tasted great. The cons to staying here are specifically: — There is only one bartender. It can take a while to get a drink or food (but the drinks are good sized for the price). — The TVs did not work well in our room. — The pool is a tad on the small side.

Found the hotel via web search. Was pleasantly surprised with the amenities vs the price. Staff was friendly and accommodations more than adequate. Bed was very comfortable. The only caveat was the volume of the toilet flushing that is loud enough to wake another party in the room.

Excellente! The hotel was hipster looking. Board games and pool table next to the bar in the lobby. Room was clean and, well, … roomy for a good price. We were pleased perhaps because the hotel had a new feel to it. The sink needed the cold water valve underneath turned in which we fixed on our own easily. One lamp in the desk was missing a bulb, but since the room was well lit enough to write on, we didn’t get round to telling the front desk to fix it. Staff were friendly and eager to assist. The other guests mostly seemed to hang out by the pool ‍♀️ or pool table. The board games + the chic furniture were a gorgeous touch… even the outdoor furniture looked something you’d find at a hip tech start up in the bay.

My wife and I stayed here recently. She checked in while I was preparing our belongings. The staff member that evening was only aware she was staying (as we were told it didn't matter as long as there was documentation for one person). She told me that evening that the staff member made her uncomfortable. At 5:30 AM, with the door locked, a staff member managed to enter the room. My wife's belongings were in plain view, and there was no mistaking that the room was occupied. Nonetheless they didn't stop until they found that I was also there. I immediately woke to the intrusion. There was no good reasoning for entering. They left shocked without a word upon seeing me. The excuse they gave over the phone was that they entered the wrong room (but continued into ours anyway when it was obviously occupied). There was no one I felt comfortable filing a complaint with while there. They believed my wife was alone in that room. They had her information. I don't know what would have happened had I not been there. Writing this review is about the best I can do in reporting this. If you do stay here I suggest you be very careful.

We absolutely loved this Hotel very nice and relaxing! Jason at the front desk was very professional, the bartender was also super friendly. The room was super clean and had lots of room. I would highly recommend.

Excellent hotel! I love the SPG Brand and the staff provided great service! The kids loved the modern decor and fireplace that was on an exterior wall backing the patio area you could feel the heat from both inside and outside! Even though it was a windy day they enjoyed the heated pool as well!

The room was nice and contemporary but small and somewhat cramped, probably overpriced. The service was very friendly and prompt. Every staff member we met delivered excellent service. My wife and I had dinner from the bar. We got the chicken tender meals. We weren't impressed with the food it was bland without even salt and spent just under 40$ for a total of 8 tenders, a large amount of tater tots, and an order of Mac and cheese bites between the two of us. If you're hungry definitely go somewhere else. Breakfast was also not complimentary and expensive.

Went for the Thursday night music. Was a great time. No servers, but bar staff very attentive. Music was very good, but somewhat difficult to hear due to crowd noise. There was seating closer to the music, but no tables suitable for sharing appetizers. Once we finished those and had just beverages we went closer and were able to hear better. Drinks were well made / delicious, and the appetizers were a nice size and tasty. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.

If you have the opportunity to stay at this aloft, I highly recommend you do. They have pretty much everything you need for a great day at a hotel. There is a pool, an amazing bar (called the wxyz bar), games and they are dog friendly! The staff was so kind! They even put a couple candles in the room to make it a bit more romantic. Will go again and again.

I loved walking into this hotel. I felt like I was in Seattle Washington. The staff was very laid back and friendly. Very young business vibe. Loved the live music. Very new feeling to it. Wish I had been told about the free items we would receive though. If I would have known, I would have checked the bar out. They have games for you to play. A pool table as well. The artwork is from people with disabilities, though that was a great idea. Great job guys! Keep up the great work!

Great hotel! I've always known this brand is always nice but this is the first time actually staying in one. We have a 4 month old puppy and were delightfully surprised dogs are allowed here. They had water and treats for the dogs at the entrance. The staff was incredibly friendly and so excited to pet Zoe. The hotel was very clean and amenities were great. Only complaint (a minor one) is that the toilets are super loud when they flush.

Lovely property close to the freeway, with a contemporary vibe. There's a pool, and a nice lobby. A corporate event was happening when I checked in, and everyone seemed to be having fun. The rooms were clean, the a/c worked great! I got an Uber to the Eisenhower airport for $21. They have a shuttle for the closer airport. Malaysia, at check-in, was professional and courteous.

Rooms are clean, modern, and beds are comfortable. Hotel has many amenities. Great stay for a great price. Will stay here next visit to Wichita!

Great space for a little social meeting. They were nice and left us be. Only complaint is that the food was mediocre for a high price. But otherwise a good experience.

After losing my online reservation, Aloft Wichita ended up double charging me for four nights instead of two the two I originally reserved. They even canceled one night so I had to return to the front desk multiple times during my two day stay because they canceled my room, turned off my key after day one, even after spending an hour with them at check in my first evening there. Ling story short, Don't book online through their website. The two nights I was there, I tried multiple times to relax by the pool but there were literally a dozen or more children in a very small pool, not being watched by adults, playing with safety equipment and even when I informed the hotel staff, nothing was done. It seemed like there were multiple kids birthday parties happening at the small hotel pool and I'm not sure all of these kids were even guests of the hotel. It took forever for a manager to get back to me regarding my duplicate charges and even then they did not compensate me for my entire stay as I requested due to multiple frustrating encounters with the management. The managers never apologized when I talked to them, they seemed to not know what was happening and it was always a long wait before I could talk to someone. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating but could not fix the issues with my reservation or the charges. Also, a blanket and my bed sheets had brown stains.

I stayed at the hotel from 08/24-08/27. I would say that the hotel is nice but they need help with customer service. During my time period there my room was never cleaned upon checking out and advising the staff nothing was really done. For Wichita it's reasonably priced and brand new but customer service is not something they know well.

Not a bad hotel for the price. Rooms were long and narrow, but I had an excellent view of the pool and the pond. Also got a great rate.

I love stopping by the bar in the evening for a cocktail. Occasionally I get lucky and they are having a bark-aid event so I can enjoy a beverage and some adorable puppies. Their pool & patio also view out over a beautiful pond.

Great new hotel in somewhat of an odd location. Not much around from a commercial standpoint, but hotel is well worth staying at if your nearby. Everything is clean and well appointed. All staff were super friendly and front desk was especially welcoming of my four year old daughter. Pool is just big enough to have a little fun. Nice little bar with some quality apps. Board games and pool table are nice touch.

Reception was so friendly. Staff really makes you feel right at home. There's lots of amenities, and, this is a pet friendly hotel!

My stay here was very comfortable except for the sheets, which were stiff and scratchy. The issue with the sheets was unusual because I've stayed at Alofts often when traveling, and I almost always love their bedding. The shower was nice and the staff was very friendly. The grab-and-go foods offered here are very expensive and nothing special. Aloft is one of Starwood's hotel chains, and if you sign up to be a preferred guest at www. Spg. Com, which is free, you get better prices on rooms, extra points you can use for free nights and perks like late checkout. I'm thrilled Starwood has come to Wichita! Welcome, Aloft!

Good location, great service at bar, decent pool area, and the beds were a 7 outta 10 on comfort. Staff was great.

Very nice rooms at this Aloft. The lobby has a bar open to the public and has reasonably priced drinks during happy hour. The wasabi peas were a nice touch.

The design and layout of the room really maximize their space. The staff is friendly and helpful, and it was great winding down my night with a few drinks at the xyz bar.

Great hotel. Staff was super friendly. Love the rooms. They are small and efficient. We live down the street from it but had to be one of the first couples to stay in it. We paid $104 for the room and that came with 2 drink vouchers for each one of us.
