Maintenance at this place is absolutely nonexistent! The whole place is dilapidated including the rooms. We were moved from one room to a 1 bedroom suite because we complained about the noisy AC. The suite was no better with its noisy pipes and front door knob that had to be turned upward to open the door. The balcony screen door was off track and there are holes through the railings. Again, nonexistent maintenance! To get extra towels, etc, you need to go to the office and get them yourself! The staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. I wouldn't stay here again nor would I recommend this place.

The rooms are clean and affordable. There's a lot of really good places to eat in walking distance of the hotel. They have a decent sized pool with a rather small hottub. The breakfasts are good, as well as some snack events they sometimes have.

Loved the Inn, the free pass to the Genesis Health Club sealed the deal for me!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and helpful staff! We needed a 2 bedroom suite and got a lot more! We loved our stay and definitely will be booking the next time we stay in Wichita.

Very nice apartment style hotel. Clean, convenient, & private. This hotel is extremely nice for the price. I will make this home away from home whenever in Wichita from now on.

Extremely friendly staff. Rooms need updated, but are by far uncomfortable. Had a couple issues, but staff were very quick to fix them. I would stay there again for sure.

Great place, rooms are big and the fireplace was great. Feels much more like an apartment than a hotel. The only knock I'd give it is that the appliances were a bit dated, but everything worked and the kitchen was stocked with plates, cups, silverware, etc. Everything was clean, Cox Cable and flat screens in the living room and bedroom. Definitely would stay here again. Walking distance to Dillon's, Twin Peaks, McDonalds, very close to Bradley Fair and many food & shopping places. The Genesis pass (gym) was handy too.

Awesome place to stay. This place feels like home and Inn. The service was friendly from the front desk to housekeeping. Great service, clean, and quite.

The rooms are fairly Spartan but they have Pergo type floors. Unfortunately you can't take a bath because there's no stopper or valve in the bathtub which is just set up for showers. If you're going to do that why not just make it a shower instead of a tub. There is a refrigerator and a sink with a bar area where you could do some light food prep. There is a toaster and coffee maker. They do serve breakfast to everyone in the main building. The room has a nice large round table but there's only two chairs. The queen bed is adequate.

This place is gorgeous, quiet, and absolutely perfect. Breakfast was even above average.

The Inn is a wonderful hotel with fantastic staff and a great vibe. The cocktail hour is very down to earth and inviting, the facilities are top notch, and the location is great. Very homey feel with all the amenities you could ask for. Third time here, and I am a lifelong guest anytime I'm in the Wichita area.

Super different hotel. It seems to be renovated from an apartment complex to a hotel. The rooms included a full size fridge, sink, dishwasher, fireplace, balcony and its own dedicated water heater. Super cool and the staff is nice and the breakfast wasnt the best I've ever had at a hotel, but still very good.

I enjoyed the stay. There was free food and drink at dinner and breakfast. They served beer and wine with dinner. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable.

NOT for family reunions, we communicated our needs and they were happy on the front end to take our money. When it came time they let us know that they did not like us using the "clubhouse" (which is just an extension of the lobby, but the only meeting or common space available). In fairness, they honored our original understanding, but were not cordial about it. We cleaned up during & after each day. When I asked the manager for a trash bag he denied my request, he said they were out and proceeded to use the interaction to express his displeasure with our group. Ever hear of a hotel being out of trash bags? NO ice machine on campus.

We stayed in a studio room which had a microwave, fridge, sink and cabinets. Besides the sink and cabinets there are nicer places in Wichita to stay for the price. Free breakfast was nice, but very limited. Wi-Fi worked great for video streaming!

Staff was really nice. Rooms are pretty basic. I slept on the pull out couch. It didn't have sheets or pillows though, so if you're planning to use it I'd bring your own. Pool was pretty small and there was a big family using the whole thing for volleyball so I didn't get to swim much.

I was there to get my sister from swim. They have a very nice outdoor pool. It has always looked nice and neat when I've been there. Overall a pretty good place.

Stayed here while we were in town for treatment at the Hansa Center and we were treated fantastically! The Inn shuttled us back and forth and all the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home! Shout out to our drivers Kim and Derrick you guys are the best and all the front desk girls rock!

Smaller rooms than expected. The staff was friendly and everything was up to date.

Highly Recommend this Hotel! Had family coming in for a graduation last month, needed 2 rooms. Booked with them even though I've never stayed there before myself. Staff who helped set up bookings were very pleasant and helpful (which you don't always get with customer service). My family members stayed 3 days each, 1 Bedroom Suites were very nice, overall property was nice as well. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable, my family commented they felt very comfortable and at home during their stay. Said the staff they came in contact with were very pleasant. Area where hotel is located has plenty of shopping, restaurants, and you can get to highways / main roads quickly to go to other parts of town. I would also recommend if you're a business traveler who would be staying for extended time. Full Kitchens and Living Rooms are very nice. Overall a great experience from the day we booked until the day of the departure. Highly recommend!

Service was great. Food was okay at best. Venue and atmosphere were nice.

Room was servicable. After wedding so was already exhausted and needed sleep.

When I have family and friends in town, I always have them stay at The INN at Tallgrass. They have spacious apartments with all the amenities of a luxury resort. It is the absolute ideal location for the best shopping in Wichita a short two minute walk away. Simply comfortable and private… a nice stay when your away from home. Locally owned, this is where you should stay when in Wichita for business or pleasure.

A good hotel and the staff are good and smile to their faces. Only Atfariq needs food meals and be more div.

I stayed here for 20 days when I had my training with Beechcraft. Nice Rooms and clean. They do housekeeping every day. Good value. Walking distance to shopping malls and many restaurants. I liked the happy hrs 4 days a week. The staff r friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for a few weeks as part of a corporate relocation. All in all I'd say it's a good but not great option. Key takeaways below: Positive: absolutely wonderful staff, great weekday happy hours, convenient location. Negative: generally unappealing breakfast buffet, slightly older facilities, nonrefundable pet deposit significantly higher than competition.
