Very clean and comfortable. Staff is nice and considerate. Would stay again. A little pricey though.

This HGI has really gone downhill the past year or so. Seems like poor/absentee management. It has not been maintained well and staff is less than helpful. Too bad for Wichita. This WAS one e of the better places to stay in a town without out a lot of good options. Keep looking.

We always stay at this hotel when we visit Wichita. Has several restaurants within walking distance. Also has a decent restaurant in the hotel. Would have given 5 stars, but the cleaning crew always interrupts us early on the day of checkout.

Same as any other Hilton Garden Inn, except the breakfast is more self serve than some of the others. Clean rooms, friendly staff, other guests have always been nice.

Nice hotel, but the internet has an annoying captive portal, and is rate-limited. Make the internet fast and free, and get rid of the dumb captive portal. Nice hotel otherwise.

Bradly fair area. My only complaints about this hotel is that we couldn’t use the hot tub and the beds broke our back. My boyfriend enjoyed the gym as it’s kept up. We loved the coffee bar up front and it had a nice breakfast area with a real cook/chef.

2nd time I've stayed here. Nice rooms and pool, friendly staff, good food in restaurant. Wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

Room was nice enough. Comfortable adjustable bed. Friendly staff. Shock was waking up to a flooded bathroom from the floor above. Unprimed and unpainted drywall repairs on the ceiling was a giveaway that this was a repeat problem. If you get room 200, ask for another room. Also thought $11 for the "breakfast buffet", aka continental breakfast, was a little steep.

Staff here are nothing short of AMAZING… can't wait to go back again.

Nice clean hotel if a bit older. Wi-Fi signal was strong but speed was slow.

I’ve traveled to Witchita a few times, for work, and this was the most centrally located hotel that I’ve stayed in. It was close to several different restaurants, Cabela’s, Target and a short drive to the airport. Your choices (for Hilton brand hotels) are either right at the airport, the location of this Hilton Garden Inn or a little further north. This location was perfect and allowed short drive times to my work site and back. The hotel itself is nice and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay at this location, when I return to Witchita.

Stayed over Christmas. Staff was excellent and the accommodations nice. The only reason I'm not giving this a 5 star rating is the lack of a complementary breakfast. IMO $10+ is a bit steep for the breakfast.

Overall, nice facility. Unfortunately, the man who checked us in when we arrived late was one of the rudest, most condescending service providers I have ever come into contact with. Our first room was 56 degrees when we opened the door as the air conditioning was running. We were unable to engage the heater and asked for another room. The man's demeanor and attitude were unprofessional and disrespectful and did NOT represent the Hilton brand well at all when he huffed up to our room to "help us with the heater. " Turns out the heater was faulty. Even if it would not have been broken the way it was handled was so wrong. Hilton needs to train their front desk members on how to handle themselves in all situations. Sadly, the morning person wasn't great either. HOWEVER, cleaning, maintenance and restaurant crew were exactly the way normally experience the Hilton brand. Until they retrain front desk crew, stay elsewhere.

As always, comfortable beds and clean rooms, friendly staff and good prices.

Great hotel, great staff, great rates, great location! We live in KC and our son attends Wichita State so we are in Wichita a lot. We have never been let-down or disappointed in this hotel!

This room was clean and nice. The staff was very accommodating when we asked for a late checkout and did not charge us extra for the late checkout. Will definitely stay there again!

I went to this location to find out about getting rooms for my family reunion. The manager was very friendly and was willing to accommodate our needs. I look forward to having our event at this location!

Nice place in a great location, however the airconditioners do need some seriously cleaning.

The place is nice and clean I enjoyed the amenities. Staff was nice and friendly. The downsides the pools only three feet. The bed was memory foam so you could basically squish down and felt the bottom of the box spring.

Beautiful hotel next to a beautiful shopping strip. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. But the Wi-Fi is just awful. I'm struggling to post this right now because it keeps going in and out. My tablet can't connect to it. I'm not sure what's going on, if it's the weather, or what. Also there aren't fans in the bathroom, Which is a need when your husband goes in and destroys it. With such a beautiful hotel and higher priced rooms you would hope there was a complimentary breakfast, but there is not. You must pay $10.95 to enjoy that feature. Nice lake view though.

Check in was fast which was great since we were tired. The front desk workers were friendly and the rooms were great!

The facilities there were clean, modern and beautiful. Very nice facilities. Highly recommended.

I think it may be because of moisture, but my room door doesn't close unless I lift it up with the handle. Also, the bathroom door wouldn't open unless I held the bottom with my foot while I pulled. I don't like the adjustable matress, it doesn't seem very good quality. The breakfast didn't taste very good to me. I had issues with the phone, I wasn't able to set my wakeup time on it, I had to call the front desk to set it. However, the staff seemed friendly and the Internet was a decent speed.

I wish they would have told me that there is a $50 fee for incidentals PER NIGHT! Super upset that 100 extra dollars was taken out of my account so now I was not able to spend that money while I was there. After I got back to the hotel room around 11:30PM I pulled back the sheet ready to go to bed and there was a yellow stain on the flat sheet. Luckily I booked a room with two beds so I just slept in the other one which was clean. While in the hot tub I looked at the wall and there were ANTS crawling all over the wall and on the window and also falling on our clothes that we had set on the side table, it looked like they were coming in from the cracks on the wall. Overall the hotel seemed to be cleaned on the regular, the main thing I was most upset about, also the reason I gave it a 2 star, is the Extra $100 being taken out of my account. Sorry if $100 does not seem like it's a lot of money but it is to me. Probably won't stay there again when I come back to Wichita.

I was here for a two week business trip. I never had any issues. Everyone here is so nice and the rooms are very clean. The location is close to shopping and eating as well. I would stay here again.

Very professional and curteous. The atmosphere was just as equal and welcoming, very clean areas. My grand kids did want go swimming but it was temporarily closed and the only inconvenience was no microwave and refrigerator par 4*, but my grandautghter did like using the exercise room. My wife will want to try this place also, and yes, I'll be back again.

A great place to stay, I plan to stay there as much as I can, it was all good.

Pre-checking made this one of the easiest hotel stays I've had. Room was great, all staff very friendly & helpful. Location is convenient with several restaurants, shops & even a nice walking path very nearby.

Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms and nothing but friendly, helpful, and humorous staff. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Wichita.

Great location. Very clean rooms with an always friendly and welcoming staff. Only reason for 4 stars vice higher for this brand is that they don't participate in many of the Hilton Honors points promotion which could be significant if you stay for more than three nights as I often do.

Everything was great, well except that I had to fight with the manager to get a late check out. He finally agreed to "allow" me to have a late check out even though the person that I talked to at the desk told me no problem. The one and only reason that I won't come back to this hotel is the manager. I'm not sure where customer service is going these days, but I wish it would come back.

Nice hotel, wish the TV had versus, missing the stanley cup final.

Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, clean pool, and excellent view of a nice lake. Free cookies and apples, and made to order hot breakfast (with bacon and other meats). We would go out of our way to stay here again. We spent 26 days on the road with a different hotel each night and this was one of the best. Amber M.
