The check-in lady that "helped" me just handed me a key and said, "Have a good day". Luckily I overheard her co-worker telling the couple next to me where everything was located and when breakfast was served. The room was nice and clean. My only complaint with the room was that the thermostat was really hard to find. If I had received better service I would have given the hotel a better rating.

A well maintained H. I. On the expanding northeast side of Wichita. Many restaurants and some shopping within walking distance of the hotel. Also, this hotel is situated for quick access to and from highway K-96.

Stayed here several times. Stays have been good. Firehouse subs in the parking lot across the street. Parking is abundant. Rooms are clean and I stay on the top floor away from the elevators. The breakfast is decent, and normally hot. This is a good place to stay.

Newly renovated. Room was very nice. Staff friendly. Had good breakfast each day.

Beautiful accommodations and incredible customer service when we needed to extend our stay. The breakfast is very good with a wide variety of hot and cold foods and fresh fruit. Quiet and convenient shopping for last minute needs. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance.

Decent place. Beds were very comfortable. However the super loud people on the darn 3rd floor disrupted my sleep with their talking like they were outside at a family picnic & kids running up & down the hallway at 7 a. M nonetheless.

First I will say this hotel was very clean, very modern, breakfast was pretty good. Nice big shower, etc. I do prefer an ac where the fan stays on… My big gripe is the beds. They are hard as a rock and not comfortable for me. People who like very firm mattresses will be happy. Anyway 2 stars may seem harsh, but to me the sole reason for staying in a hotel is for the sleep.

Comfortable rooms. We held our event here — meeting room accommodations were nice… Cody was great to work with!

Very nice and spacious new hotel. I was there with a youth hockey team and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and great location for grabbing dinner or early morning coffee. Would definitely stay here again. For dinner I recommend Oak & Pie which is a great pizza joint just across the street.

Amazing free breakfast and customer service. No refrigerators in the rooms, but the ladies at the front desk said I could use theirs if needed. Also, they have free toiletries at the front desk if you have forgotten anything. Very thoughtful!

Very clean, nice area, and great staff. Breakfast has a few changes every morning so you have a variety. I would recommend staying here.

Really can't ask for more! The front desk was super helpful. The room was fantastic. Very spacious and the furniture was really comfortable. There was a nice little kitchenette with a sink and everything that came in super handy! Everything was very clean, the bed was just right for me and the breakfast had all the essentials, including a waffle bar. It's also right in the middle of a bunch of shopping areas and nice places to eat. Will definitely stay there again next time I'm passing through.

I stay at this hotel almost every month. Despite multiple Hilton property options, I choose Hampton Inn Wichita Northeast because of the clean, updated facilities but most of all the friendly, attentive staff. Always great service!

It is a Hampton Inn so pretty much as aspected. Floors seemed noisier than usual but possibly just some heavier guests wearing clogs? Had to rinse out the dirty AC filter and remote batteries were dead.

Not the best stay we've ever had here. Sub par rooms, no refrigerator in the room, and a cleaning staff even failed to take out dirty food from the room. But luckily the front-end staff was amazing and made everything correct so we may stay here again in the future.

Stayed here for five day for work. Nice rooms, good breakfast, and free cookies in the afternoon. The rooms are nice, modern, and clean. The business center has two computer and a printer and easy to use and access. The hotel is close to lots of eating places, I walked to most of them or it was a quick drive.

This part of town is nice. The room is clean and adequate. I was disappointed to learn no refrigerator could be provided. The fitness room is well equipped, other than one tread mill whose belt slips without warning. To name a few items, breakfast items so far ranged from good (fruit and sausage) to okay (eggs).

Location was great, not to far off the interstate but quite still. Plenty of stores and restaurants within a short distance.

We stayed there because it was close to the work location we were going too. Overall, it was clean and modern. The breakfast was great and bed was very comfortable. Exactly what I would expect from a Hampton Inn!

I've enjoyed ask the Hampton Inn and suites I've stayed at. Very clean, free breakfast, free coffee with creamers all day and night, it's just a nice place to stay for a good price.

Great place, great price. Breakfast was nice. Housekeeping got started a bit early, but not too bad.

It's pretty good, not remarkable. They have a good fitness room with dbs. Disappointed that there was no fridge or microwave in the room. Cabelas and Target in the same parking lot. Safe area to stay.
