My daughter stayed there with her VB team and brought bed bugs home. I have called and called, emailed and emailed to get some sort of response out of them but no one has called me. This happened in Mid October and still haven’t heard from there. Do not recommend staying there. Very poor service!

The Hotel was was very clean had nice benches outside to enjoy the evening. The lady at front desk this afternoon had an attitude that I could-have done without.

Waste of money. Online the stay is listed for 100$, When I talked to the lady upfront she said that she charged me 115$. Now I'm up and I had my bill under my door. I'm charged 130$ The sheets didn't seem clean, they were horendioisly itchy. And with the combination of their music that plays out in the lobby, well I heard it all night. So much for sleep. And when I asked the people upfront this morning if I can get a discount because this hotel is NOT worth the money, he told me he doesnt know how, and to wait until the next person gets here. After she hot here, I tried to explain the situation to her but she cut me off and told me that it wasn't grounds for reinburment. I explained I wanted a discount, to which she told me to wait 2hours. Save your money And go somewhere else!

This hotel was awesome! They allow smoking, which almost scared us off to not stay here, but glad we did. Best Hampton Inn in Wichita (we stayed at all of them directly in a row night after night to compare). Well sound proofed rooms, no smoke smell, clean, no bugs and well maintained. Staff was exceptional and worked to success to resolve any issue or get answers to any questions they may not have know themselves. Very impressed, definitely would recommend and will stay again. Had extras and very kid friendly. Had fresh baked cookies at check-in and coloring sheets with packaged crayons for the kids. Above and beyond small items set them, in combination, well above other Wichita Hampton Inn hotels (North and Airport). Breakfast was great and much above in quality. Entire men's basketball team came in right after we sat down and the attendant kept up with the demand 100%, excellent job! Breakfast items were awesome and I especially enjoyed the steak and eggs scramble (skillet without a skillet). Keep up the great work!

Bed was horrible. Pillows are horrible. Don't waste your money on this hotel.

The rooms were very nice. The AC was a very effective and went down to cold temperatures. The bath rooms were very nice and they have a very nice pool and hot tub. Overall it was a very good experience.

Front desk staff was exceptional. Breakfast was tasty and had food that both me and my kids liked. Very clean. Very comfortable. I can't say enough good things.

I made a reservation online for a single room non smoking. I was driving from Texas on my way to Nebraska and it was 9pm when I got there to check in and that when they told me the only room they had left was a smoking room. So I had to go upstairs to smell it. It was acceptable and I had nowhere else to stay so I took it just because I needed to sleep in a bed. They serve breakfast in the morning which is free. It was nice having some bacon and a waffle before getting back on the road.

Really nice clean rooms. Great service. Beds were very comfortable also. Wed definitely stay here again.

The hotel is your typical Hampton but what this Hampton better than most was Heather, at the front desk and Melanie. They made our stay exceptional when we stayed there in February. They went above and beyond ensuring an excellent weekend of rest for my daughter during an exhausting sports weekend. Thank you to both of you! We look forward to seeing you again this weekend!

The staff was friendly and helpful our room was beautifully appointed, media, furniture, great mattress, lovely areas to walk our dog but the best part was the breakfast. Love this place!

The rooms are very up to date and adequately sized. The hotel still offered a continental breakfast with the price of your room and it was good. You get a lot for the price of your stay here.

Breakfast was basic, but filling. Staff was friendly, but did nothing to make my stay extraordinary. Just meh.

This is when I wish Google had a 10 star rating system. I'd give this Hampton a 7.5 So, I'll give this a 3.5 star rating with Google. Pros: Reception — brilliant upon arrival! Very pleasant. Was greeted and thanked as a Hilton Honors Gold Member. Room — clean and pleasant. It was a Suite, and as such had a refrigerator and microwave. Parking lot — clean, but small. Price — Excellent! Pool Area — great although I never use this amenity. Greeted very friendly by morning receptionist. Breakfast was fresh, full, well presented, and particularly appreciated the nut breads! Cons: Convenience Shop — Very small. No dinner items except for snacks. Breakfast area — small, cramped, and a bit untidy. Floors needed mopping, tables hadn't been wiped. The breakfast area is very small. It's crowded and Impossible to meet or conduct conversations with associates. It was so crowded this morning, I just grabbed and left. Single small elevator and narrow hallways.

Reasonable rates. Nice hotel in heart of downtown wichita.

Our room was very clean and the location was perfect for our cross country trip. The service staff was extremely helpful whenever we had a question or concern. Overall a wonderful experience!

The hotel staff was friendly they offered good breakfast options. The room could have been cleaned better as there was a bottle cap left on the floor residue on the couch.

I liked not having to go up stairs to get to my room and the breakfast was good. The workers were all very nice as well.

Clean spacious rooms. Pool and hot tub are nice, however they were often broken. Rooms a little dated. Overall a solid hotel for a longer stay (we were at a course at Flight Safety).

I've stayed at the Hampton Inn Wichita-East about a dozen times for work over the past year. The staff is very friendly. The hot breakfast bar provides plenty of comfy seating and good varoety of food. Rooms are clean. Beds are super comfortable. Location around hotel is under construction. Would recommend this hotel.

The staff here are always pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean and updated. There is a nice variety of breakfast options. This is where we stay everytime we are in town.

Came to check in, was immediately greeted by front desk staff, who was giving others recommendations for dining. Check in was simple, room was clean, workout facilities were simple, but clean and continent. Lots of choices around for dinner and drinks. Breakfast was good, and checkout was easy. Would stay again on next time through!

I have stayed in hotels twice a month for 10 years for work. Both nights I was there recently I was bit by some kind of insect multiple times. I've never posted a review like this before, but after being left feeling blown off by the management regarding my complaint, I fear they may be covering up a bedbug issue.

The A/C works, there is a bed and shower. Comfortable enough if not staying long. No fridge or microwave in the room. Both treadmills were out of order so only opinions are elliptical or swim. Continental breakfast was ok.

They got clean rooms and great breakfast. Reasonable prices too! I didn't like the woman at the reception because she acted like she didn't care if we checked ourselves. Good employees will get more business!

This Hampton seems recently renovated. Clean, presentable rooms with new heavyweight doors which do a great job of keeping hallway noise out. I really wish, however, that Hampton Inns in general would improve the quality of the food they serve at breakfast, but if you have stayed at one previously you know what to (and not to) expect. At least the coffee is OK.

Great facility and the staff was very friendly. We had a very good time on our stay! And the kids enjoyed making their own waffles in the breakfast area the next morning.

It's a fantastic hotel! No problems what so ever! Beds are comfy, food is great, pillows are nice, always so clean! Everyone is super nice. The elevator made me confused because you don't see it right away haha. But it's a nice stay! (:

Yet another amazing stay. The staff is awesome, breakfast is good, and the hotel is clean. My only complaint is they have horrible toilet paper. We learned to bring our own, haha! The kids wished the pool was deeper, but this way I don't have to worry about one of them drowning. Salt water pools are great! Carrie is fabulous like always. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

No problems with the room, but the pool had way too much chlorine. The pool is one of the reasons we decided to stay here. My kids started coughing and my eyes started watering. Others in the pool area were complaining about it as well. We only stayed about 10 minutes before deciding to head back to the room.
