I arrived, checked in, and went upstairs to find there were two queen beds, when I had booked and paid in advance for a king bed. When I called the front desk, they blamed hotels. Com and said I couldn’t switch because they didn’t have any kings left because they were overbooked. I was told to deal with hotels. Com, so I did call them. They confirmed what I already knew, That I booked a king. Hotels. Com then called manager and manager called me. Basically was told two beds are better than one. Nothing they could do. I asked about the price difference and was told there wasn’t one. When I booked through hotels. Com, king was more expensive than two queens. Manager said the rooms had an equal rate if I booked through the hotel, but I checked the hotel’s website and that was not true. I will not stay here again due to the dishonesty of the the front desk staff for saying I booked a 2 queen room, and manager for saying the rates were the same.

The best cleanest place with some scrumptiously delicious breakfast.

Stayed at this place Friday, Saturday, and will leave tomorrow. When we booked this room, it said it had an outdoor pool. That was one of the main things we was looking for since we have 4 children with us and was looking forward to swimming all weekend. When we get ready to go to the pool, all we got was an empty pool and excuses from the front desk. We wouldve never booked this room if they wouldve told us the pool wasnt operational. Not very friendly at the front desk.

Very clean! Would highly recommend. I am here because my brother was in hospice. When staff heard of his passing their condolences were extremely sincere and much appreciated! Highly recommend!

Have stayed at the New Fairfield by Marriott in East Wichita several times. The first time we stayed here our room was not cleaned between the nights of stay. We mentioned it to the front desk and they apologized. Stayed there for 2 nights again this weekend and came back to our room at 3 in the afternoon and it had not been cleaned. I told the front desk and they said they would get on it right away. Came back late that evening and it still had not been cleaned. I asked to speak with management and they said they were not in on the weekend. Since this was the second time this had happened and I had reminded them and they still didn't do it I felt I was justified in asking for some compensation. They offered me $10 off on my room. I was insulted. Probably should stay at a Hilton where they have 100% satisfaction guaranteed. De.

Like the place, but OMG the breakfast is so nasty…! Extremely awful. Sorry but that is a big issue for me.

Pool was nice and the hotel was clean. I have never had an issue staying at the Fairfield inn. The staff is always friendly too.
