Poor poor service. Room just next to elevator, was so loud at night.

Very poor customer service. Rude, unhelpful staff at checkin and check out. Left an expensive coat in the room, contacted the hotel immediately, and they never called us back. Finally called again and was told coat was not found. It was clearly there so it must have been taken by someone. UPDATE: After following up with the hotel and pressing more the coat was found and they were much more responsive and courteous. Maybe will give them another chance. 😉

This is a very delightful hotel. Clean, well appointed with a helpful staff. Checked this on off the bucket list.

Epic view from my room! Bed was amazing, bathroom is luxurious.

Front desk staff great, in person (they don’t pick up) with one exception—a surly twentysomething who unapologetically described how services at the hotel (like room service and regular housekeeping) are not available “at this time”. Had the worst neighbors, too—a family with early-rising rambunctious children and a dog left alone to bark incessantly all day. But no housekeeping? No room service? Nobody answers the phone at the front desk? At this price? No thanks.

Beautiful Hotel, but penthouse had several mechanical issues:
Soaker tub drain didn’t shut
Shower temp. Can’t be changed
Fridge temp not cold and unable to change. No mini bar.
Old TV technology unable to share screens to watch Netflix and Netflix or Hulu not offered along with no premium channels.
Late check out was only extended 1 hour.
Horrible coffee set up in room.
Dated/old room.

Crossroads was cx this week d/t Coronavirus. This hotel would NOT refund any money! Horrible customer service! I understand the majority of hotels in Denver have refunded most, if not all, of people’s money.

The artwork at this hotel is incredible! As an excursion or staycation destination it is wonderful! We visited the Denver Art Museum, dined at FIRE and then stayed at the hotel. Overall, it is a wonderful experience and I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a break from the mundane!

Great cocktails and ambience! Love this place!

I recently held my Bridal Shower at the Art Hotel FIRE restaurant and it was beyond amazing! They moved us at the very last minute from an outdoor space to an indoor space given the heat. The staff was professional, funny, fast, and accommodating. It was everyone's first time going for brunch, some of us had been in for happy hour, and everyone loved their food and the service. The 3 hour free valet parking (when dining in restaurant) was the right amount time we needed for our brunch, and we made sure the valet staff got tipped. I highly recommend stopping in for a meal at the FIRE restaurant and hosting an event at the ART Hotel. Jasmine Luna and Colin Bennett are the dream duo for your events at the ART.

I attended a conference at The Art, a Hotel and LOVED IT! What a great experience. Loved the staff. Loved the cool bar. Excellent food. The artwork… AMAZING. Now I need to get back there for a pleasure trip so that I can take in everything this great hotel has to offer!

Modern chic atmosphere and contemporary art in every space. Loved the brunch at Fire restaurant. All the staff were welcoming and friendly.

Got married in Denver and hosted many guests here with a few events at the bar and patio. The staff was very helpful and communicative throughout the weekend and leading up that made it so nice for us to just enjoy. Really beautiful hotel and we had many guests tell us that it was one of the most beautiful hotels they’d ever stayed in. Would recommend.

Upon arrival to the hotel at 3:00pm our room not ready. The concierge supervisor told us that our room would be ready in 30-45 minutes so we left the hotel and returned after 1 hour — the room still wasn’t ready. To compensate for the inconvenience, the supervisor gave us a voucher for a “Free” drink that we technically paid for (if you go to their website then you will see that each guest gets a complimentary cocktail). An hour and a half after check-in time we finally get put into a room with torn blinds and broken lamp and wet floors. Consequently we requested a different room. The next room was fine except we were placed in a room with a conjoining door. The only issue I had with that is our neighbor was mentally deranged and he screamed all night and day. I requested another room and the supervisor happily obliged. He said he didn’t blame me for not wanting to stay next to him as he is an “interesting character. ” The third room was fine. The staff sent us a cheese and cookie tray and a sweet card for all our troubles. The staff is as nice as can be but housekeeping is terrible. This isn’t a luxury hotel by any means but it’s not terrible either. Shop around. This wouldn’t be my last choice but definitely not my first second or third. Oh by the way, the walls are paper thin and their Uber code for $20 off your first ride is only for $15.

This hotel was stunning and pleasantly stimulating with all the various peaces of art showcased through out it. The location is ideal for exploring the downtown area and to indulge in art. The bar/restaurant serves great food and we enjoyed the wine selection as well.

Excellent service and interactions with all staff. We stayed in a mountain view suite and could not have been more happy with the room. We did not have the opportunity to try the restaurant out for a meal but the barstaff we're all great. Really appreciated Greg's service at the bar, made my wife a refreshing cocktail before checkout. Checkout itself was painless and fast. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Denver looking for luxury and excellent service.

We had drinks and a snack at FIRE Lounge. The hostess/waitress was so awesome! She was friendly and made suggestions. She was observant of all the people coming in and made sure they knew their seat options.

I'm a meditation instructor at The Lotus Meditation, and I led a rooftop hour long meditation at this hotel. The space is truly beautiful, and their choice of art and interior design and very appealing to the eye. The hotel has a great upbeat and welcoming energy and a modern flair! I am excited to actually stay in one of the rooms sometime soon. Would highly recommend!

I love this hotel! At first it felt like booking there was a gamble but it paid off. The staff were friendly and the accommodations were beautiful. If I ever get to visit Denver again I will be sure to stay there again. The location is also convenient. It is walking distance from shopping areas and the capital. Coors Field was about a 30 minute walk if you want to take in a game.

Stayed in this hotel on a recent business trip. Was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. Very clean, comfortable room. Staff is exceptionally attentive to guest's needs. The free in room refreshments are a nice touch vs the standard overpriced " mini bars" you get in competitors hotels. Cozy bathrobes, lighted makeup mirrors, add to the experience. The restaurant is quite nice, though slightly pricey. Still, the food was good, service excellent, and it has great views! The Art is modern, stylish and convenient! Definitely would stay here again!

The moment we arrived at the hotel we were very happy of the installations and friendliness of staff. Check in was quick, and we were informed of the different amenities the hotel offers, and the sights around the hotel. The Patio was amazing we enjoyed seating and having a drink. It was or wedding anniversary and they we had a cheese plater waiting in our room. Nice touch.

We went for drinks and light food. I ordered lamb sliders and ate of the cheese board ordered for the table. Everything tasted delicious. Service was slow, but everyone was friendly. The overall atmosphere was welcoming. They have a great outdoor patio space and are super close to the capitol and art museum.

Loved my stay here. The front desk and the door men were amazing. I guess that’s the kinda service you get when you’re staying at the number one hotel in Colorado l. Thanks for the welcoming stay!

My wife and I had dinner at Fire on the fourth floor of the Ar hotel for valentines day. Get a seat by the window because the views are great! The food was delicious and the Champaign pairings were also very tasty. It is a little on the pricey side but with every penny. Would recommend!

Exceeded our expectations, a must for art lovers. Friendly, knowledgeable, unpretentious staff who showed genuine enthusiasm for the art collection and art-related happenings in the area. Rooms are beautiful, modern, and comfortable. Fantastic drinks and food at the restaurant. Social hour from 3-6 daily.

Beautiful and trendy Boutique hotel! Rooms are stylish, spacious and comfortable. Hotel is THE PLACE to be on the weekends with an upbeat crowd on the lobby/ bar level on the 4th floor. Valet, front desk and employees are all very customer service oriented and helpful! Nice location just outside the Denver downtown area.

I travel weekly for work, so hotels are a part of my normal routine— this has been one of my favorites! Very cool art all over the place, clean, comfortable room, nice staff, great location. It feels more like I am experiencing an exclusive slumber party at a fancy art museum. Definitely will be back!

Fantastic food and drink. Great accommodations — stayed in a Mountain View suite. Drink service at 2 pm was unacceptably slow for time of day and the 3 tables that were filled on a Tuesday. Staff was friendly and hotel was well-kept.

Nothing wrong with this hotel, and nothing spectacular. It is not a 5 star hotel. Would be a good 4 star hotel. Beds are not very comfortable. They aren't great beds, but not bad. Sheets and towels are average quality, I've had better in nice Marriotts. They don't do a very good job cleaning the room (mine had used cups in it my whole stay, ) but the room designs are modern and relatively large. Snacks and sodas are included in the room. Bathroom is nice but again nothing spectacular (although the fish shaped soap was great. ) The art everywhere is great, and the restaurant, while slow, is fantastic. Small details of hotels such as four seasons are missing though. Overall this would get 5 stars if they billed themselves as a 4 star hotel. I'd stay here again, but for the same price, the four seasons is much better.

It is a place that is in Cuendra in downtown Denver with a good uvicasion to go Wings Q bars will encuendran on Market St Street.

My husband and I stayed here for only one night for my Birthday. Right when we checked in we were warmly greeted and the gentlemen provided amazing information to the questions we asked him. He also gave us a complimentary upgrade for my birthday which was really nice. The hotel was quiet, very clean and just beautiful. I will return soon!

This hotel is fantastic. All the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the cleaning people pay stellar attention to detail when cleaning the rooms. Room was comfortable and very quiet — I think the biggest complaint across the board about hotels in general is thin walls. This was definitely not the case. Also, the location is a nice walk to the Colorado Convention Center, and of course it is right by all the museums. If we come back to Denver soon, this will definitely be our first choice. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Really liked this property. Seriously, the in room snacks were such a nice touch, and seems a silly thing to mention, but I travel a lot and that really stuck out. They were good snacks too! Will absolutely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Very cool bar scene with a great balcony and fireplace. Views are very fun. Old Fashion special we're small but tasted good.

Wow they really know customer service here. All the staff went above and beyond during my stay here. They even put complimentary food and drinks in your room — and no it wasn't coffee. Unlimited sodas and snacks in your room, and they bring more upon request!? Yes please. Plus the hotel was decorated really cool, it was super modern with a bunch of great art everywhere. The bed was super comfy and the shower was amazing. Loved my stay here.

Very unique hotel — — nice modern design, clean and great views from the room. We stayed at Mountain View suite and the view was fantastic. The room was specious, clean, nice design, great bathroom. Complementary water and snacks definitely a plus. The check in and check out was seamless. Parking is definitely an issue. $38 for valet parking is definitely overpriced (NYC price for no reason).

My two girlfriends and I do an annual girls night out every year, we pick a different hotel to try. This year we tried The Art Hotel, which was very cool and modern. Paul, who checked us in, was very professional and on top of it. They have a guaranteed 3pm check in, we got there about 3:30 and the room was not ready, so he gave us 2 complimentary drinks while he went to check on the room and then when he realized it was going to take longer than 30 minutes he gave us an additional $25 credit, very good service on his part.
Now is where it gets not so good, we go to sit at the bar while we wait for our room and it takes 10 minutes for us to flag bartender or someone down to come take a drink order and there are several people who look like they just hanging out and what I assume to be a manager of sorts off to the side, at this point its not that busy and we are sitting AT the bar. It takes another 10 min to get the drinks. We order apps at the same time and those come out pretty quick. We have to take plates and napkins/silverwate off a different table since we were almost done with our food before anyone asks how we are doing. Breakfast the next morning was the same thing, super slow. Now, the food and drinks were good, the room was decent, but need to work on their restaurant service. Not sure I'd stay there again.

Best decision of the trip was to stay here. Fantastic service. The valet and shuttle staff were very helpful. The room was super clean and modern. I hope they stay independent. It would be a shame to lose any bit of the character.

Beautiful place, tons if great art. Great bar/dinning room on 4th floor. Parking sucks. $25/day in public parking garage next door or $38/day for valet parking. Beds are super comfy & showers are awesome.

Very nice. Clean. Comfortable. Lovely service. Good location. We stayed at Hotel Teatro last week and did not enjoy it. Art hotel is a far better choice. We will be back.

Kind of in the middle. I was treated great by some staff, and sub-par by others. As far as the actual rooms, not that great… Expecting way nicer rooms… The bathrooms are amazing though. Big tub and personal huge shower with the cool rain water spouts. The bar was okay — — — overpriced… Not really worth the money in my opinion.

Very cool place with unique art everywhere — lived up to its name :) gotta be one of the best rooftop bars in Denver and very walkable from the rest of Baker area. Drinks were really good and unusual-one was made with tumeric! The only downside is it's in a hotel. Somehow that always brings down the value of a bar for me.

The Art, the hotel was very nice. Great central location. There were a ton of vegan restaurants nearby, that was a plus to me. Room service was fast and turn down service with chocolate on the pillow was my favorite. Complimentary drinks and snacks, full size hair dryer and mountain view in the room made it a really special stay.

We stayed in the Capitol Suite, which was excellent. The room had a nice balcony, lounge area, soaking tub & shower, comfortable bed, and complimentary snacks and drinks. We were pleasantly surprised to return from dinner to find the shades closed, fresh towels, ice water, and nighttime chocolates. Overall we had a great stay. The only downside was the expensive overnight parking. We opted to park elsewhere. All staff members were accommodating and friendly.

I loved the decor and space. Our server was super nice, Sonya, but she could have been faster. I will certainly come back! The best place in Denver.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Art. All of the art around the hotel was pretty amazing considering I am art fanatic. The location was perfect as it was right next to the Denver Art Musuem which is a must see The rooms were nice and comfortable. I did have a slight issue with housekeeping cleaning the room. When they did it was either 8 am or as late as 6 pm. One night the housekeeping lady never showed up after I spoke to her in the hallway as well as called the front desk. The food was just okay at the Fire Restaurant in the hotel. It was really hit or miss and lacked flavor. Besides the little issues with housekeeping everyone was very nice and the hotel was lovely. I would totally stay there again when I return to Denver.

Really fun place to stay, especially if you appreciate modern art. Great location next to art and history museums, great views of downtown from room, even nice unique art in each of the rooms. Nice restaurant and convenient shuttle service to places around town. Beautifully decorated for Christmas season. Nice sculptures too.

Greeted immediately upon arrival by valet, check in went perfectly and Mathew at the front desk was very welcoming and even took the time to give a map of the area and the go-to spots near by. Our room was very clean, gorgeous views, and great accommodations. The only reason we're giving a 4☆ is the fact that we did feel a bit ignored and almost even discrinated by our waiter at the Fire Resturant. Other than that we had an amazing experience! We will definitely return! -Lucero's.

The hotel is beautiful. Very modern and chic. The restaurant, The Fire Terrance was nice. The drinks were strong but good. Food was cook perfectly also. I would recommend to friends.

A very sexy and trendy place to stay. Clean… quite & a perfect view of the mountains. Outdoor fireplace in the bar is sweet. The SUV is at the disposal of the Concierge n free within a radius of 1KM. Staff are well trained. And ofcourse the Art is phenomenal. Will definetly get back soon.

Top notch from start to finish. We went for our anniversary. Were greeted by name and wished a happy anniversary upon arrival. We arrived a bit early and were asked to have a seat at the bar on them while we waited. Our suite was amazing. Great location. Great food. Great staff. Felt very safe. Hotel car was available to take us to dinner. One of the greatest stays we have ever had in a hotel!

Swung by on a quick visit to Denver. Came in mid day and enjoyed a few great cocktails at the beautiful bar upstairs. Started out with the still life with apples, very strong apple taste with a solid spirit undercurrent. Second drink was the fire and blood orange margarita. Drink was quite spicy and was similar to a bloody Mary with an orangey twist.

Excellent place for an after work get together. Incredible views, flavorful appetizers and great drink options. Very cool spot.

Only ate at Fire restaurant and viewed the public art. Great food, service; nice view of History Museum, superior art. Plan to stay for a weekend.

Very clean, exceptional hospitality, Lauren, the concierge was extremely helpful. Rooms are nice, not over the top but very clean, fully stocked and again, the hospitality was exceptional. Workout room was about average in size but equipment is all nice, fully functional (unlike many hotels that have at least one piece of equipment not working) and still looks brand new. Parking set up is not so great and it is expensive. Not everything was perfect but it was very good and with hospitality like they offered, it deserves a five star.

The parking is a joke they only offer extremely high priced valet for not that nice of a hotel. All other 4-5 star hotels offer it for free when staying at there hotel. Plan for — $38 a day I travel to different hotels all over the country and never have been dissatisfied from the moment of arriving. Staff was not super happy and inviting. Shower was not completely clean. The room did not feel like a 4 — 5 star hotel.

My husband arranged for a wonderful staycation at the Art for our anniversary. From the moment we arrived we were provided the "white glove" service. The valets and doormen were very friendly and the front desk staff even upgraded our room! When we came back from dinner we found a bottle of wine and a handwritten card from the front desk. The bathrobes are super plush, and the amenities, especially the espresso machine are second to none. It's hard to believe they have only been open a month, every little detail was so perfect! Thanks to the front desk for their kind gesture! It certainly did not go unnoticed!

Friendly, helpful, young and well informed staff. Everyone I spoke to at the hotel (valets, front desk, waitstaff/bartenders, and maintenance personnel) were all quick to smile and greet you. I called in advance of our stay and spoke with the concierge (Marc) about arranging some amenities for the room. He contacted a local florist and had a bouquet ready in the room for my wife, who was checking in before me. The valets were all awesome. With a simple text the car was waiting by the time I got off of the elevator. I also enjoyed talking to Tom, who gets to drive a new Lincoln Navigator around town as the hotel shuttle. Rooms: spacious, clean, and stocked well. Espresso machine, some sweet robes down pillows and a waterfall shower were among some of the highlights. Art: Leo Villareal's entry piece is reminiscent of a Vegas scene on first approach, but as you watch the 22, 000 LEDs splash patterns across the ceiling it becomes something much more subtle and elegant. Claus Oldenburgh has a small sculpture in the entry as well with other artists paintings and sculptures. If you're in the area I'd definitely recommend staying here. Cons: no pool or hot tub. The espresso machine was tough to figure out at first. The lighting in the room is not very intuitive either. But, if these are the kind of things that turn you away, you should probably just stay in the safety of your home.
