Great hotel! Nice people and front desk workers.

Very good location, very quiet and spacious, optimal service.

I love the little kitchen in the Urban studio King suite it has everything you need, the salt water pool is fabulous (reserve when you check in), and the staff was attentive and awesome. Location is great as it’s just right behind the Denver Pavilions.

Very, very kind and diligent staff. It is a clean Hotel with affordable rates, pets friendly, and the suite in which I am with my husband is so beautiful. It is an excellent one at the downtown, "home, sweet home" in one word. I won't think twice to come back during summer because it is great!. But
It is a parking valet, ask for information first about it if you are not sure about this service.

Wow. Garbage do not stay here. 2 beds doesn't mean a soda sleeper. I booked with Hampton Inn room, and they gave me this saying it counts as 2 beds, and they are booked and the room is not refundable. The "bed and breakfast" option is just their normal continental breakfast. Walked down 9 flights of starts because the elevators don't work. 50 bucks for Valet parking or go find your own parking. Oh and mold in the showers! Never EVER stay here.

My husband and I are here on business and pleasure. Our power went out at noon today and 12 hours later we have no answer as to what time it’ll be back on. We were forced to eat out after having leftovers spoil in a fridge that has no electricity. Checked with the front desk tonight and they don’t even have flashlights. Sitting in an expensive hotel room with no power, our phone flashlights on low battery mode, and our door open wide to the hallway for some breath of fresh air. Do better Hilton… lower flowers had power restored earlier today. When we book hotels we make sure to book something in the Hilton family, this incident makes me second guess this decision.

I left the house this morning at 3:30a to come see my husband in Denver for a few days. As a business owner I feel it is very important to rave about amazing customer service. Our hotel has been beyond amazing! I arrived early this morning, at the front desk Alvaro was kind enough to provide me with above & beyond customer service. He served me breakfast, held my bags, and give me access to Wi-Fi. If that wasn’t enough, he listened when I told him how early I was up to travel here. Alvaro went out of his way to provide early check in. Thank you Alvaro to being so kind and helpful this morning. I have already called and raved about you & Homewood Suites to my friends and family. Keep up the amazing customer service!

Honesty, we could not have stayed at a better place! The staff was super friendly! Made my family feel at home. Ross, Hollie, Mackenzie and Kara, thank you for everything. I gave 3 stars because our suite is beautiful! Steven at the front desk is professional and very hospitable. My fiance and I visit Hilton hotels frequently and this hotel has the worst service. Club 505, the hotel bar, has inhospitable, incompetent, rude staff. When we confronted Heather about our disappointment with her service she laughed. This is our second stay at this hotel and will be our last. There are other Hilton hotels in the area, with better service.

My husband and I only got to spend 3 nights here but enjoyed our stay. Our room was great, it was a corner room so we had views of the mountains as well as over the city. The room was huge and we loved the seperate shower/toilet area to the basin and mirror. It was great to have a table and chairs, lounge, desk and kitchen. The microwave came in very handy. Staff were lovely and we were able to have a late 4pm checkout. Would definitely choose to stay here again.
