It was a beautiful place to celebrate my 60th birthday for 4 days! The staff is attentive and friendly. We wil be back.

We had a great time on New Years. Our stay was great and the party was fun. The GM went out of his way for me at the end of the night… you know he was busy and didn’t have too. He did and made it all simple. 🤗 Chris Brumitt — Gwen Moreland.

Fantastic room with a wonderful view of Denver’s downtown area. Really comfy bed! The valet guys were so nice, and any time I went to go somewhere, even just walking, they came right over to me and provided directions and made sure I knew where which direction I needed to go. Really great service from the entire staff, but the valet guys really set the standard for everyone else to live up to.

This was the best Hyatt Experience thus until I was discriminated against my religion sexuality I had to pay a $500 deductible out my hard earned finances to pay for a deductible that told me they didn't discriminate against sexuality and religion on my spiritual journey I was missed unstood so I had to walk this streets until daylight and found a cheaper rate I really would recommend this hotel for anyone that would like a peace of mind and would love to enjoy the hotel watching the rasing sun was such a beautiful experience easing my mind for better days I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a dope experience I would give this five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the only issues I had was the customer service that wasn't so understanding to my religion but I will be back.

Staff goes above and beyond even while not doing room service. They facilitated our door dash delivery offered to deliver it to our room and when we were short utensils they made it a point to run some up for us. Also the valet team was super welcoming as well as front desk!

The views are amazing! Especially the higher your room is.

My husband and I stayed here over the weekend. They have valet parking but it’s $42 a night. Fourty two. We parked around the corner and walked to the hotel every night. Ridiculous. After our stay we headed home and the next day we had a charge on our bank card. We got charged for parking. If I were someone who didn’t religiously check our account it would have slid right by. When I called to ask what the charge was for (which I was informed for parking with them) I voiced concerns of how this could have happened with many others and all they said was “oh well when you checked in, someone may have misunderstood you and thought you wanted parking. ” Oh yeah? Because you all didn’t give me a pass or anything to get in the garage or to put in my window. Good try. I would not recommend this scheming hotel. Wi-Fi sucks and doesn’t work half the time. Gym closed. Pool closed. Spa closed. No breakfast. All packaged foods at front are crazy expensive. $3.00 for a bottled water. Save your time and money and headache.

Great experience! I loved our city view — especially at night! The overall environment was great.

Unfortunately COVID has closed the hotels much needed extras like spa room service and dinning on site pool and hot tub.

They changed $500 in “damages” for vacuuming up confetti after our bachelorette party. They were going to vacuum anyways and took the over $20 tip we left, and then charged me $500 in “damages” for excessive confetti. And they would have to vacuum anyways. Disgusting.

The people who work here from the ground up are amazing. They always have a smile and will out of their way to make you fell completely comfort. I can’t put into words how much I recommend this hotel! Unfortunately for them they’ll have to see me again lol. Before you check out any other hotels. Take the chance and spend the money and come here!

Fabulous hotel, the reception staff were really helpful. The gym and spa facilities are excellent. I really enjoyed the bar on the 27th floor, it has great views.

Accidentally double booked and they could clearly see the mistake however refused to refund my money. The staff in the cafe were rude I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The amount of money I paid In so annoyed.

I stayed for three nights on business and found the Hyatt to be an exceptional experience. My check in was very pleasant despite the very late hour of my arrival. The auditor did a great job explaining the hotel, including parking and all. My room was spacious and clean. I had very few interactions with the staff outside of my chekc in but housekeeping did a fine job remaking the room each day.

Consistently the best place to stay in Denver, and one of my favorite Hyatt hotels. Excellent service, amenities, and rooms. I really recommend their club room. Excellent views, as well. The location is very convenient to many destinations downtown in the convention center area.

I stayed at this hotel during a dance convention at the Colorado Convention Center. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff there was so nice and helped my mom and I take my dance rack out of the car and opened the doors to the lobby. They parked the car and my mom and I proceed into the lobby. The lobby is beautiful and everyone at the the desk was nice and helped my mom and I with our bags. I felt very comfortable and safe considering this hotel is in the heart of Denver. The rooms are no nice and everyone always greeted us and cared about us as guests. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an alluring hotel with a wonderful staff. It's also nicely priced. A 5-Star hotel indeed!

Very reasonably priced and a fantastic downtown location. We loved being within walking distance of most of the things that we wanted to do. Our room was very clean and the hotel staff were great to work with. The only minor frustration we had was with parking. They overbooked the garage so we had to circle around multiple times before being able to park. That was it though… everything else was great!

Decent upscale hotel, clean environment, spacious meeting rooms that easily accommodated 1000+ person conference. Food services we also at or above average. Coffee was predictably horrible. Guest rooms are well appointed with comfortable mattresses and moderate to good bed linens.

The only reason that I would enter this hotel is to walk up to the highest floor and look out to the many hotels nearby, and choose another. There are many options right around the conference center, I just wish that I had known. I was really looking forward to this trip. The hotel had good reviews so I thought that we would enjoy a really nice stay at a seemingly nice hotel. We arrived late to the hotel, and the immediate greeting by the front desk attendant was not warm at all. She immediately told me that they would be charging me $50 a day for some deposit, as if the nearly $300 a night that I was already paying with no breakfast, and no parking included wasn't enough… The first night we were there, the toilet was flushed and then it ran all night, so I told the front desk the next day. Someone apparently came to fix it, but did nothing to the toilet as it was still running after one use. So, I called again, and another person came. This time, we even had to tell them that a specific part needed to be replaced. The part was replaced, but alas, it was still running. So, we called again. Another person came to fix it, and apparently the part had been put on incorrectly. However, it was finally replaced and I was finally able to use the toilet after three days… They gave us a $10 credit to be used in their cafe as a courtesy. I went to use the $10 and again, an oddly unfriendly hassle even to get coffee.

Peaks lounge is phenomenal. It's on the 27th floor and has a Wonderful view of the city and mountains. You don't need to be a guest out need a key to visit peaks lounge. It is A little pricey but worth the ambiance and view. The lobby is comfortable as well.

We were here for comicon. Rooms were clean and very convenient. Saw a few of the guests appearing at Con so that was cool. My biggest draw back was getting the notice about having to pay for parking the morning of our stay. Our fridge also was not very good. But that was typical wear and tear. The health club was really nice especially considering it was a hotel gym. The pool was pretty cold but again, not abnormally so.

Ill start with the bad because most of it is petty. Shower didn't drain so I basically took a bath while I was showering. Ironing board cover was filthy (stained, wrinkled, ripped). Toilet paper was as thin as possible. Room was dated as well. The good stuff is great. The conference rooms were very nice, very comfortable. Some of the best I've been in. Location was fantastic. Located in the heart of downtown Denver, your close to the convention center, the college, 16th Street Mall, food, breweries, you name it. Views were great, I could see mile high stadium from the room. Overall a very pleasant stay. I'd definitely visit again if I have the chance.

Great check in, I got there early and was able to get in my room 3 hours early without additional charge. Room looked great with a view of mountains and the giant blue bear, AC worked great, hot water never ran out. Room was cleaned daily and bathroom accouterments restocked. The shower head was high quality. There was a small window that opened to hear the sounds of the city. Security was enhanced with the guest having to scan the room card in the elevator to reach the upper floors, gym etc. I would have liked to have had a microwave in the room, though there are microwaves available in the lobby.

An excellent property brilliantly located. We loved the rock climbers wall art, the Strata Bar and the handy cafe in the ground floor area. The Peak Lounge on the 27th floor was a favourite place for a quiet drink at the end of a busy night and the overall highlight was the friendliness of the staff. Every single one of them went out of their way to help.

Staying here for a convention. Location is great and close to a lot of things. A bit pricey, but I figured that's norm for around here plus the name brand. You have to pay for parking, which I will always disagree with, but you can't change that. I haven't tried the in-house restaurants say can't say much about that. Depending on what room you get, the view is nice of the mountains.

The amenities are great. The beds are a little firm for my liking. Pillows were fluffy and soft. The staff here is amazing and cater to the guests. The spa is amazing and gave great massaging really relaxing. This hotel was a great jumping off spot to explore the whole city. Really wonderful place to experience denver!

The location can't be best if you are in town for anything at the Convention Center / downtown. Good service from what I experienced. Lobby bar was OK, cocktails we're much sweeter than they should have been, but not terrible.

The hotel is located in downtown Denver a block away from 16th Street and attached to the Convention center. The services offered by the hotel are excellent, starting from the car vallet that makes you find the car ready in 5 minutes from your call, the swimming pool with outdoor hot tube and the beautiful gym. The lobby of the hotel is very large and from a sense of ' luxury ' to the property. The rooms are very large and well kept with two large queen beds for a great rest. During our 3 night stay everything went beautifully.

It is a hotel with several bars and restaurants, on the lobby level you have an impressive lounge with very nice music to have a few drinks and nibble something fast. The restaurants are exceptional the view of the terrace gives you the possibility to see the whole city while enjoying an unbeatable cocktail.

A truly wonderful hotel! It’s very walkable, the staff is great, and the interior is beautiful. I stayed for over a week and the staff was consistently friendly throughout my entire stay and the common areas were always immaculate. I really enjoyed their top floor lounge — such gorgeous views — and their Regency Club as well. The Regency Club has little snacks at different times throughout the day and they were always very yummy. It’s great to have such wonderful amenities at your fingertips! It’s also right next door to the convention center — doesn’t get more convenient than that!

This is the second time I have stayed at this location in the past couple of months. The location is great for the area and to the convention center. The staff is very friendly. The view from the room was great on the 36th floor. When I arrived the room itself was clean, but not the bathroom. The shower walls were dirty and there was large amounts of black hair all over the wall. The beds are comfortable, but the sheets feel like your sleeping on tissue paper.

Bad service all day without electricity 5 times we warn of the preoblema and took a whole day to fix it, the toilet is spilled urine under the cup carpet Super Dirty Room 2012 bad experience, I stay on the 30th and 31st of March to The day 1 of April 2018 leave room not recommended if you touch this room.

Had a great first few days. My credit card got locked because I’m out of town and apparently the hotel has been trying to charge my card like crazy rather than letting me sort it out first. (Afterall, I prepaid for my entire stay, so we are just talking about minor incidentals, right? ) wrong. Turns out, the sign they have in the lobby advertising 5 days or more parking for $35 as if it’s some type of bargain is actually for $35 a day. What person in their right mind would pay $35 a day for parking at a hotel that they’ve already paid almost $1000 to stay at as is? I’m completely turned off by this, don’t waste you’re time with the Hyatt Regency Denver, go to a nicer hotel where they charge a little more per night but don’t shake you down for $35 a night parking. Unbelievable.

Asked for a room with big bath for hubby and I to relax. Tub was the smallest I have ever seen. Bed felt hard as a rock. This was suppose to be a relaxing get away. It would have been better to pay for my kids to spend the night somewhere. Food was expensive. Cocktail drinks $12. Ridiculous!

I couldn’t love this hotel more! I’ve traveled the US visiting doctors in hopes of finding the right transplant team. I stayed here on visits to the hospital in Denver and each trip was amazing. But when the insurance company denied my transplant and I was on the other side of the country with my daughter they went to amazing lengths to make us feel welcomed, comfortable and cared about. Our favorite room service host rounded up an amazing tray of goodies and the staff signed a card and sent my daughter up a Colorado stuff animal. It was the most amazing gesture imaginable. We plan to stay for the month after my surgery that I need to be in town and feel fortunate to know we will be here with such an amazing and caring staff! Besides that the rooms are great, the views are amazing, the hot tub area has a great view and the bar views are amazing! The store downstairs has a good selection and open late but the location is amazing and everything you would need is close by! Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I traveled for work before getting sick!

We stay here quite often when we are in Denver because of the Peak bar upstairs… it allows us to feel like we are out while our kids hang out in the room and watch movies. Have never had problems but our last visit wasn't great. We had dinner downstairs at the bar area. The bartender was inattentive, we ordered an appetizer and got told 20 mins later that he forgot to put it in but it would be out with our food. Well, food arrives and still no queso. When it did come, it was cold and quite frankly terrible. Our bill was $73.00 for my husband and I… for that price I expect to have good quality food in a timely manner. Pretty disappointed… and had to wait another 15 mins to close out our bill. I'm in the service industry so I get it… but we will dine outside of the hotel from now on.

The cocktails were amazing! Food brilliant! Rene' the host was not so nice for the morning breakfast and seated us by the door when it was snowing and then told us we; my group could not be seated at another table so… we stayed by the cold door and tried to enjoy our breakfast… I think she loved it that we were not comfortable.

This is my hotel of choice when staying downtown. Always comfortable and quiet. Nice relaxing stay! This last time we paid extra to have access to the Regency Lounge. A quiet place to hang out, have a small bit to eat, a drink or cocktail, if you like. Made it there the evening of our stay and the following morning for breakfast. Great selection of eats and service there was great! Worth the extra money for my husband and I.

Everyone I encountered was warm and friendly. They even dress the part. For my group they had formal seating and dressed in business attire. After we left, they replaced the furniture with more fun seating and dressed in ski vests and were casual. Excellent location next to the convention center. I had experienced numerous issues with the room, which they were quick to fix.

Great staff! They have gone above and beyond expectations. Will never choose any other hotel chain. The rooms are super clean and child friendly. Food was amazing. The Regency is located with a perfect view of the mountains and very close to shopping.

Spent between $5-6k on rooms and drinks only to receive poor service and rude staff. Only thing good was the view. Appetizers were the equivalent of totinos pizza rolls. Event coordinator was mediocre at best. Problems with link to book nearly 20 rooms. Management should re-evaluate staff immediately in my opinion.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a night. I felt like it was a good value for the quality of the hotel. There were tons of really great amenities included in the price which we loved! The hot tub was really full so we did not get a chance to use it but other than everything else was pretty perfect. I would stay here again.

Was visiting Denver from NC… stayed here for 2 days and it was AWESOME and cheap. The room was only $109 a night with a BEAUTIFUL view of the city! GO TO THE BAR ON THE 27TH floor for the panoramic REAL view of Denver. Its centrally located and everything you need or want to do is within a short walk. Or you can get a peddy cab for a little quicker transportation… I HIGHLY recommend this Hotel!

I went to take some vebidas with friends and I liked the place and the view of the bar.

I have enjoyed the Christmas Day brunch here for five years. The food is delicious and the service is very good. The selection is great. Although the price was raised in 2016 it is still worth it. It is hard to find a place open on Christmas and this is a consistently superb meal every year.

Great place to spend the night, but you pay for it. Rooms are always clean. Staff is usually friendly. If you like to spend more money to ensure a great hotel this is a good option. If you are on a budget, the lower level Hyatt's are just as clean and convenient. The Hyatt Place is a block away and also goes by the Hyatt House. Same building and staff, but 2 brands under same roof. Stay there to save some money. Stay at Regency if you want better room options or a better suite. Either way there is also a lot to do in the area.

This hotel is great for business travel, and romantic getaways. Very trendy location with a large bar in the lobby. A very large restaurant with ample seating and a great wait staff. This is conveniently located in the downtown area and very near major attractions. The rates are reasonable and you can even order a breakfast plan which gives you a $50 amount to spend on breakfast for two. Well worth the visit to this hotel.

Great food, great workers, good place for a conference, except when they book another one, same timeframe, and squeeze you both (or all three) in! Not fun in that regard. Went there for business so didn't use pool/hot tub/exercise suite though I wanted to! I did not get the pre-requested high floor, and my assigned room was the bedroom part of a connecting suite, with people from the other event holding meetings on the other side of the door (locked). I hated that. Otherwise lovely room.

Excellent hotel in all aspects with easy access to the Colorado Convention Center. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and clean. The baked chicken and Thai Shrimp Salad at the Altitude restaurant were both very good. The staff at the Regency Club are exceptional and the breakfast offering is far superior to that at either the Sheraton or Westin. The common areas are large with ample seating and the entire facility is spotless. I hope to be attending more conferences in Denver to be able to avail myself of the Hyatt Regency again!

Amazing experience! Excellent food. All meals! Even better service! Especially would like to mention Adrian from club room regency! He demonstrated superb professionalism and courtesy! Hotel is very clean and organized. All staff was helpful at all times. The fitness club is also very top notch. Rooms/beddings are comfortable! To top it all off the hotel is at a perfect location! Very friendly staff. The room was comfortable. We had the king mountain view. It was decent. Would have liked a corner room, but it was still nice to look out. Room service was also good and a fair price. Location was on point and very close to transportation and sites.

Great hotel with great staff, and tons of rooms. I don't think I've stayed at many hotels which can match the Hyatt Regency's attention to detail, care for their guests, and overall awesomeness in customer satisfaction. All the Hyatt properties in Denver are amazing, and this one is no exception. Stay here over the others if you want a more luxury-oriented stay, with an outstanding club (complete with impeccably capable concierge), great views, and pristine rooms. My only slight detractor is that the beds could be a tad bit softer, and the A/C more frigid (though they do let you set it quite low).

One of the best services experienced in all our years of traveling. Regency Center staff was amazing. Special shout out to Jodi and Staci (Sp? )! They made our stay over the top amazing! Rooms are nicely decorated, super clean, well maintained, but on the smaller side. Workout facility is one of the best we have experienced. The Regency Center ladies were what made this stay most memorable! Thanks!

HYATT is very nice! Food and beverage are overpriced for the amount of items offered. Coffee shop had raw oatmeal and some old food. Should be kept up better. The name HYATT means very elegant, but the food does not match. Cleanliness of the room was great! Though I had do not disturb on the door, the maids still went to my room and cleaned. I also understand that the HYATT is one of the better hotels in downtown Denver.

Excellent hotel! Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Room service — in room dining was delicious. I had the Buffalo burger & sweet potato fries. Professional, helpful, friendly & very courteous staff. Wonderful views of downtown & the mountains. Conveniently located to dining, shopping & entertainment. Traveled for business conference & all of my meetings were in the hotel's conference area. Very nice accommodations.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, right next to the very crowded 16th Street. Service was great, they had forgotten one set of towels but fixed the issue immediately. The lobby and environment was very nice, and there is a 24/7 coffee shop downstairs if you ever need a beverage or a snack. The room is what you would typically expect of a hotel of this caliber, however the rest of the experience was fantastic.

Took my family on an overnight stay. We stayed on the 36th floor. View was amazing. Room was nice. Loved the shower. Free breakfast in the Regency Lounge was good. Overall we all enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again.

It was a great stay overall. Clean, friendly and professional. I thought 30+ for the parking garage was outrageous for paying customers. Also our last morning there the maids were so LOUD and banging things around next door we obviously didn't get to sleep in what so ever. Our fridge couldn't hold left overs and we had No microwave for $200 a night I expected better. I would have to say I rather would have stayed in a LaQuinta Inn. They have more for less.

I visited the Hyatt Regency to return a rental car at the Enterprise drop off location. The lobby is really spectacular and a big wide open space. The Enterprise office is at the far left of the main lobby. There was just one attendant on duty who was setting someone else up with a rental car so I had to wait a while to get cleared with the drop off. The attendant was very courteous but it turns out that even though it's an enterprise location, the branch doesn't operate on the same system as the airport location which is where I picked up the car. This was frustrating (but not attendant's fault) as I was charged an additional drop off fee that was not on my original estimate and the attendant was only relaying information from the call center. It'd be a better experience if it were an integrated system.

In town for ISTE and they were great. The service staff was nice and the room was great. I overlooked the city which was beautiful.

Good location in downtown with public transportation nearby. It was right across from the convention center where I was attending an event and getting there was easy with very little street traffic. The rooms were nice but the lobby at night was very noisy due to bad acoustics.

Awesome service through and through. The staff were all pleasant and made our "pride" weekend exceptional. The buffet was amazing, we admittedly talked about the peach glazed short ribs the next two days. Special kudos to Däan in Altitude he started our night/dinner off in the right way and even taught us some Dutch ;) Thank you again, we will definitely be back.

Go to the bar on the 27th floor — it's an amazing view of the mountains and the city. The only downside is they don't have any draft beers, just bottles and cans, which is a little on the pricey side, but it's worth it to enjoy at least one drink looking out the windows.

Me and my family decided to stay here. The rooms are so small for it felt very crammed. We did not have enough towels for three adults and one child as promised. There were no soap are trash bags… Where did they expect me to throw away feminine products, trash or diapers like seriously? We bought McDonald's because to be honest the food was crazy high! Almost 20 for one plate. The menu was limited. It took forever to get a refrigerator. We had too call twice for room serviceThe rooftop was closed off for some some weird reason so we couldn't star gaze. The pool and Gym closed before midnight along with the bar so there was nothing to do at night. However; the staff was very nice and knowledgeable, we met cool people and had a great time. I hated paid parking too but Atleast we had nice elevators too take us down to our car in a quickly manner. Our hotel was next to everything. If we were hungry are bored we could easily get to a fast food joint are go to their amazing park. The bathrooms was very small but had good hot water. Everything was clean too. My 7 month horse old enjoyed his stay especially liked their cool t. V. With unlimited channels. I'd like to come back but we experience many issues. I still wouldn't mind it though. The hotel was very beautiful. The rooms had a lovely decore too. Cool painting in the walls. It was my first time in Denver but it was worth it. Housekeeping though was awesome though. The ladies did a good job cleaning our rooms.

I just spent 4 nights at the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Convention center and had a wonderful stay. From the time I arrived, until I left everyone was very helpful and nice. A special shout out goes to Katie, the server in the lounge. She was awesome, fun, and made me want to come back! I also have to acknowledge the awesome ladies in Starbucks! They were all cheerful and positive, even when the line was very long. My room was very clean and comfortable, and the food was good. Overall a great experience and I will stay there again if I am ever in Denver again.

The Hyatt Regency Denver is a nicely appointed hotel that is right next door to the Denver Colorado Convention Center and what seems like the heart of downtown Denver. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The noise level is low. I would recommend.

Love this hotel. I've stayed here twice, once for a convention, and once during a move, and both times they were stellar. The last time I stayed, the staff was great, particularly Brittany, the hostess at Altitude. Everyone was very helpful, even though we had an issue with the 3rd party booking company I used. The food is great (we ordered room service several times) and the staff in every area was very pleasant. Five stars.

We came here to enjoy a romantic evening and I was a little worried because it seems more like a business travel hotel but I was absolutely blown away! From the moment I checked in I was given excellent service! Michael at the front desk was super helpful! I requested a room with an excellent view and he gave me just that. The room was super clean with a modern feel. The only thing I would change is having the Jacuzzi and pool open to midnight to be enjoyed after dinner. But all in all we received EXCELLENT service in this amazing environment! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone! And thank you for making my experience so special!

I had planned a valentine 1 night stay for a week thought they was very helpful till the night before we I left I had a bad feeling so I called them, they lost everything 2 hours into the phone call found out they did not relay info from concierge to house keeping. I got nothing I was promised the room sucked the view was not what was advertise I was told that we would have a panoramic view of the mountain from our room I had a view of a Crain, the bed was nice. On the 27th floor the bar ha bar my ass over priced bad bad bad drinks crown and coke tasted like ass and coke the bar tender was a dick. The spa was really outdated, run down, and not the cleanest. The staff at the spa were awesome, Lucky gave the best massage I have ever had. Altitude restaurant more like attitude restaurant not sure how you can screw up biscuits and gravy but they did it the Danish was the best thing there was about the breakfast. Let's just say I was not impress with the food at all. Room service was rude acted like we were in there way its sad that TGI Fridays has better food overall this place was NOT worth the price or Valentine's day if this place cares to know more they can call me any time.

Horrible experience. Unprofessional staff that instigates fighting. As a paying customer they treated my guests and I as if we didn't have money. Evicted us from the room, mind you, forcing me to wake up from my sleep. Keeping the door to the room wide open as I got dressed. Worst customer service in my life.

We stayed for one night while we visited in July 15. Stayed in one of the executive rooms which gives you access to the lounge for free tea/coffee and snacks. I was quiet underwhelmed by the room for what was suppose to be an "executive room" however when I spoke to reception they stated that the "executive" means the lounge access. All in all the hotel is nice, speedy check in and out, pleasant staff and clean rooms. I would stay again but think a bit more about my room choice.

It is the little things that you really appreciate: humidifier upon request, WSJ down the hall, bath tub with arm rests, and of course stunning views of the city and its surroundings. The downstairs area has the busy feel of a railway station waiting area, great meeting place options.

Comfy rooms and helpful people. Parking can get super expensive though.

I stayed here for a conference. They room was very very clean and quiet. The front desk staff was very friendly and always had a smile. My room had a king size bed and a high definition TV (which was nice). There is also a 24 hour convenience store located just around the corner from the front desk. They make really good cookies. The air conditioning when placed on low, could hardly be heard. The hotel is located one block over from 16th street. 16th street has a lot of restaurants and sidewalk activities. If you do walk around, there are homeless in the area — so be cautious and generous were appropriate. I like the hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

Super friendly staff right from the start. I am normally annoyed by themed hotels but this one did it just right. I checked every time the elevator opened to a new floor and heard the theme. It wasn't over done. Room was always clean and comfortable. Plus the restaurant connected, the corner office, is amazing! Try it! The only down side was the paper thin walls. Seemed worse than other hotels.

I intended to write this a while ago, but I loved this hotel. After we screwed up the dates (not the hotel's fault), they worked with us to rebook us a new room that same night at a lower cost, upgraded us to a suite, upgraded us to having club access, and they were incredibly nice through the whole process. They even worked with a third party booking site to help refund the cost of the original room. The manager, Brittany, who was on duty was so helpful and patient. The room was beautiful, and all the staff were nice. We attended a show at the Buell theater and were able to walk to it. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful Place! Loved the location, food, the front desk was exceptional! I accidentally left my iPad on the desk in my room. I called as soon as I realized (several hours later) and the housekeeping dept. Didn't find it? Very Dissapointed! Not much help from the Lost and Found. The iPad can be replaced but the grand children's pictures can't.

Stayed at this hotel on Saturday 06/06/15. My wife and I were celebrating our Anniversary and a Birthday. I have to commend Jessica at the front desk for her great effort. She went above and beyond to give us one of the very best hotel experiences we have ever enjoyed. Perfectly located, clean and classy. I highly recommend this place to everyone. This is the only hotel I will choose when in Denver.

My WONDERFUL boyfriend decided to book us a two night stay here for my Mother's Day/Birthday Celebration and it was the WORST experience we've EVER had, and we like to stay at different hotels so I have PLENTY to compare it to. For as much money as we had to pay to stay there, I will NEVER stay there again and will NOT EVER recommend this place to anyone either. Our ENTIRE weekend was ruined. First of all upon arriving, we find out we have to PAY to PARK AT THE HOTEL… an ADDITIONAL $27 per night… WTF, FINE we get up to our room, and we decide to take the kiddos swimming in their 2 lane pool… deciding to go and TRY to enjoy the jacuzzi, and the stupid thing BARELY WORKS. Sure the water was… WARM, but it just didn't work. Saturday morning, I decide I'm going to brew some coffee… like other hotels, the coffee brewer is in the cabinet with the whole set up, however, I just have to fine a place to put the coffee maker and plug it in. I decide the SAFEST place to put it is on the desk located next to the television, so I brew a SINGLE CUP of coffee. My 20 month old daughter was able to reach up and grab the cup of coffee and she spilled it all over her chest and arms, she suffered 2nd degree burns and we spent the majority of the Saturday in the ER. Upon returning to the hotel, I asked the manager how could I have possibly avoided this HORRIBLE ACCIDENT. I asked him, "Where do your guests normally brew the coffee? " "How could this have been avoided?

We love this hotel! It has everything you need, the skybar is awesome with an amazing view of the mountains yet you are walking distance to all the fun in Denver. We loved our stay and we will be back.

Staff is very helpful and the site boasts a ton of amenties. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet at Altitude, yum-o! One thing I would change would be the comforter. I get that white really communicates cleniness which is a must for patrons. However, it would be nice if the comforter had some color and/or pattern. I felt like I was sleeping in a hospital bed which took away from the comfort of the room.

Love the large size and beautiful lobby! Helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms and great views. Love that their restaurant Altitude offers healthy and delicious food choices! Will definitely return.

Best hotel ever. What I loved mostly was the pool, Pub17, and the Free Wi-Fi.

I cannot give this hotel enough accolades. The room and view were beautiful, the price was reasonable and the service was absolutely outstanding.

My boyfriend and I wanted a nice night away together on valentines day. We got into the room, I touched the counter in the bathroom it felt dirt like some sort of film on it, when I slid m hand across it I had lint all down my finger. At 5 am we were woken up by someone which sounded like in the hall but I'm guessing next door having sex, which seemed not last for a while, while we were trying to sleep. The beds are not comfortable at all, very firm. Then in the am wen were getting ready to leave my boyfriend asked if the socks he found on the floor were mine — no they were not. We threw them in the trash, seriously I felt like that was the last straw will never stay here again. Was the room ever cleaned — was the bed even changed. The guy asked how the stay was all I could do was just give him a look and say ok I guess, wasn't in the mood to go into it. I highly suggest a manager going behind every house keeper and checking the cleanliness of the rooms.

I worked here for 2 1/2 years so I can vouch that the customer service is pretty amazing. If you're just looking for somewhere to stay, then this place is amazing. They do what they can to please the guests that are staying there and will go out of their way to make the experience as memorable as possible The view from the 27th floor lounge is unbeatable and you cannot find anything with a better view. HOWEVER having been an employee there I HATED working here. Management is beyond terrible and it just kept getting worse as time went on. I worked in the same department during my time there and I watched management and my happiness slowly deteriorating. Inconsistent disciplinary actions. Double standard for everything they said and did, and they seemed to care more about the customers than their employees. HR directors are useless. Managers refuse to make changes even though they hold department meetings every two months to go over the things they need to work on to make it better for those working for them. This is a union, so employees schedules are based off of who has been there the longest as well as full time/part time, which causes laziness in a lot of people because they can slack off and since they're full time they still get their hours. They walk over you if you are the one that is always going out of your way to help out, and then it goes unnoticed and they treat you like you're disposable.

We were staying at The Hyatt for a week, my husband attending an International Convention. We could not have been treated better! EVERYONE was nice and respectable to us. We had access to the Regency Club which was a nice plus. Adrian, Vanessa, Cody, Crystal and Jodi treated us like Royalty and took great care of us and any thing we might have needed. We were at the Hyatt several years ago for the same conference and the service was superior then.

Please never use Enterprise Rental car at the Hyatt, they increased my bill by 90%. The hotel is nice and comfortable, it is very conveniently located close to everything. The breakfast is delicious but the dinner is not worth it. The dinner price is expensive and it is not fresh. I had prime rib worth over $32 and it was an old piece of meat. So, if you need location and convenience, I would highly recommend the Hyatt hotel. Dont use the Hyatt hotel enterprise disloyal company.

If they didn't have an automated reply when calling to set up reservations, I would have given more stars. Plan on holding a loooooooong time just to make reservations. This makes for a terrible first impression of a hotel. Also the first person that answered the phone mumbled something and told me to hold again. For anther 15 minutes. If I didn't have to attend a conference being held at this hotel, I would NOT have given them another minute of my time or money.

This hotel is perfect if you are there to attend the convention center. I've never seen a hotel so close to a convention center. Loved not having to plan for a 15 minute walk in the morning. Very nice hotel. Which is super clean with nice modern decor. I had a great view of the city and mountains. It's walking distance to numerous restaurants and shopping in 16th St mall. Peaks Lounge has gorgeous view. Service was good.
