Great hotel! Very nice ppl and great service!

Close to a lot of good places to eat. Easy to find.

The location is good there are restaurants near by, the bad I would say is the internet it's slow not the best I got 5 mbps when I was there. Room was a bit smelly and breakfast was ok, fake eggs is not my prefer choice but o well.

Stay away! I have stayed her a number of times but this is the last time. I am a Choice hotels elite customer and have stayed at many of their locations but this location is a failure. Unclean room, unfriendly staff, and the breakfast was the WORST BREAKFAST ever! Waffle machine broken I can accept, but spoiled oranges, unwashed apples, watered down oatmeal, NO scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs disgusting, and no gravy for the biscuits. What were they thinking? I asked for the room to be cleaned and it still did not get done. Well, I'm done!

Place is nice. Middle of the heat wave and the had the air conditioning running. Very nice compared to the hotel from previous night. Breakfast was typical fast microwave style. Pillows were less then desirable and didn't sleep very well at all. I think I'd go again if I had my own pillow.

Fairly poor experience. The room we were in must've been near a transformer of some sort. HUM all through the night. Beds were not queen beds. Seemed to be more of a 'full' size. Shower head was broken. Stuck on the extreme high pressure blow off your face setting.

Staff was nice. Bathroom wasn't clean and previous user hadn't flushed the toilet, so I'm assuming the cleaning staff didn't clean the bathroom. The hotel is about what you'd expect for a 2.5-star hotel.

Nice clean room. Good breakfast. Noisy kids by pool but not bad once pool closed at 11.

The room was nice and clean. The amenities were good, pool and hottube. There was an issue with the reservation that caused a rather large headache, and turned what was a great night.

5/1/18 The desk clerk was very nice the place was clean very nice hotel staff however it was a real trick to get into the place do to the highway construction thank you.

Was there for a bb tourney and room was very nice! Not a bunch of noise either! Def would stay there again and management was very nice!

I went to the Women Walking With God conference in Wichita. We stayed the night in this hotel. It was really great. Two big beds, a television, microwave, a nice bathroom. They also had swimming pool and hot tub. Which I enjoyed a great deal. And a complimentary breakfast.

Front desk staff was very nice. Room was clean. Close to highway but I hardly heard the road. Nice pool but I didn't use it. There was construction at the time I was there so getting to the hotel was a bit difficult but not impossible. I had to do a few U turns. A lot of restaurant choices close by. I chose the Olive Garden.

Very friendly staff. My friend came down and needed a place to stay last minute and they were very accommodating. The prices are very competitive and the room looked very nice. There were no issues my friend found with this establishment. Would highly recommend.

Location was great for the things we did just off of 400/54/Kellogg. Clean. Nice staff.

I wrote a review the other day that I meant for a Comfort Inn in Overland Park, KS. This hotel was fine — I had no issues at all. My apologies for giving them a review they didn't deserve. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Wichita!

This is a very nice place. Clean, comfortable on the upper floor. Less noise on the upper floors as they always seem to put Elephant walkers on the floor above you, but that is not their fault. Breakfasts have gotten hotter over our several stays. Nice pool and friendly staff.

Great stay. Employees are friendly and always looking out for you. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

It was a very nice stay, everything was clean and in working order. We had a family member in the Hospital so it was a great close stay in case we needed to get back to the hospital in a hurry. Also the breakfast was very hot and very delicious. The price was also a perfect fit for the budget we had.

This is a garbage company that cuts loose loyal employees as scapegoats for poor managerial decisions. They fire people based on ridiculous customer complaints from horrible people who won't be satisfied no matter how hard the associate tries to make it right. They don't even offer their associates a chance to tell their side before unceremoniously terminating them. I will NEVER stay in a Choice Hotel ever again.

This place disgusts me. Loyal employees get ousted on the strength of a completely one-sided and unverified customer complaint. Apparently Comfort Inn believes that it's ok for guest to treat employees like dirt as long as they pay up! I will NEVER stay at a Choice Hotel again as long as I live. This is an absolute travesty.

‪Nice hotel at a nice price. There’s a ton of construction in the area and this can be a tricky place to get to, but it’s worth it. Even with all of the construction, I, fortunately, couldn’t hear any of it in my room. The room itself was nice, clean, quiet, and comfortable with plenty of pillow options. I missed the breakfast, but other travelers seemed to be enjoying it. ‬

We stayed 11/2/17 the room was pleasant, but we flew in from Ca. The time was 2 hours earlier so we were very tired after traveling. The maid service was banging loud and early up and down the hall. We felt like they were definitely letting us know we were in their way. I forgot a red dress in the room. I know without a doubt I left it in the room. When I called they could not locate it. I called the following day still no dress. Hope the maid service enjoys it. I won't be staying there again.

Friendly and great staff! Very good breakfast buffet. Rooms could use a little updating; our room smelled like an old smokers room.

The young lady at front desk was helpful but later in the night they said they had problem with my credit card the master and vise both complete cards my son card is the same account no problem. The front desk lady wasn't nice at all. But when we went to the room the cleaning staff had the T. V. To Spanish the front desk came up to fix. Have cleaning room switch from Spanish to English.

Quiet, clean, excellent breakfast fare, and most surprising of all, for Dr. Who fans, the elevator doors opening and closing SOUND LIKE THE TARTUS!

My wife and I are in town for a day. The hotel is in a nice area with lots of shopping and dining all around. The front desk was very polite and helpful. Pros: — Our room was very clean — The landscape appeared to be well maintained — Helpful front desk — USB charging station in the room — Indoor pool, clean — Indoor hot tub, clean — Workout room, just a few machines but clean — handicap help button in the hallway. Cons: (for me, very minor) — Microwave had a few spots that needed cleaned on the inside of the door — Ice buildup in the fridge — Dead bugs in the stairwell close to our room All in all, I would recommend this as a nice and clean place to stay.

We stay here everytime we visit. We feel so welcome here and are treated as if this was the Ritz. Breakfast is always hot and fresh. The maid service can't be beat. It's worth working your way through the construction zone.

Great clean place all the employees were very friendly and polite. The hot breakfast was good. Not much to complain about. Great stay overall would go again!

The management of this hotel is terrible. All the rooms in the city were full due to a conference. We got a room but the prices were doubled and our room didn't have AC. Management didn't do anything to fix it and didn't even have a fan available. I asked for a refund and they only gave me 50% off which would be the normal room rate. Do not stay at this hotel.

Was decent enough place. Would stay there again. We had 2 rooms; 1 air conditioner worked great, the other was so-so. Rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was standard. Is definitely better than the Hawthorn Suites right next door, since we have stayed in both places. Would stay at Comfort again.

Great value! Room very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, front desk was friendly. To top it off, breakfast was awesome! Literally the best hotel scrambled eggs I've ever had! Definitely will make this a future stop when passing through!

The desk staff was so friendly and thoughtful. I mentioned that many of my family stayed there in Aug when we were all home to celebrate my mom and dad's 70th wedding anniversary. She remembered that we were also celebrating my dad's 92nd birthday and asked how my mom and dad were doing.

I was very pleased with this hotel. I had to check in earlier then they normally would like guests to and they did not have a room ready for me so they upgraded me to a sweet at no additional charge. The room was beautiful. My son loved the salt water pool. I will absoutley stay at this hotel any chance I get. Very family friendly, and pets are welcome too. A+ choice for any stay away from home.

Clean, comfortable beds. Mark had everything set for us before our arrival and check inn was fast and easy. Good Breakfast and also Breakfast lady Lisa was polite, courteous.

Amazing stay. Room was very clean. Clerk was friendly and fast on getting me checked in. Only hassle is the construction but that isn't their fault.

Fromt desk workee was very kind. Very patient and helpful willing to help find the room my company booked. The morning breakfast was nice and filling.

Gotta love Comfort Inn. It's sparkling clean, beds are comfortable, it's pet friendly, good breakfast, exceptional customer service, nice pool, and super easy to get to off the highway. Will definitely stay here again.

The price was great. The rooms were clean. Housekeeping came daily to restock on towels. Breakfast was great and fresh. Had a good time would recommend staying here.

Well to begin with I am very upset that management spent little or no time with a racist customer staying in this hotel "comfort inn" I was in a elevator and a man called my wife daughter an I midget farmer "Mexicans" and said he wish he could buy of us. I told the employees and I know if it was up to them they would have kicked him out in no time. I am against racism and can't believe how ignorant and how management can't do anything it's the same as the guy starting confrontation with another customer… will never stay at another comfort again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! I usually prefer the Comfort Suites over the Comfort Inn & Suites. The former tends to be much nicer; but, they are renovating this one and the new rooms are fantastic. The staff was great to us. And the location… it's hard to beat being so close to Kellogg and Rock Road because more than half of what's worth visiting in Wichita is less than 15 minutes from this hotel.

This hotel is in a great location, close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Only thing is the walls are paper thin, so better pray for quiet neighbors cause you'll be able to hear everything they do!
