Convenient location, easy access to the highway, airport, shopping and nightlife. Relatively quiet and inexpensive. Needs improvement in the room cleanliness and decor. Overall Acceptable accommodations for the value.

The room wasn't fancy but it was clean. Sheets were fresh and clean and no bugs. The bed wasn't the fluffiest but for $52 I was happy with it.

Great rates very friendly staff very nice very clean room!

Ehh, would have stayed some where else if the riverfst didn't have everywhere else booked up.

Tucked away hard to find for the most part, hard beds jucuzzi doesn't work as advertised really only good thing I could tell they had plenty of space.

Love staying here when I need a weekend away.

Stayed here one night with double conjoined room. The doors between the rooms were moisture swollen and had to be rammed open! Plug outlets made cords go across walk ways. The tubs are advertised as jacuzzis but don’t work! (We had 2 rooms and neither worked) Our one room door didn’t open or close with out being slammed or rammed with your body to get in. OTHERWISE… rooms are good sized and decent!

If you have your family and extra cash go somewhere else. You will not feel safe, they have crappy beds old TV and heaters dont work. Suspicious looking people walking around outside. Me and my family left and went over to la Quintan instead… big difference in room and feeling safe!

This hotel was tolerable for the first two months we stayed – paying for each month entirely in advance. Our experience at the beginning of the third month was quite different; in fact it was rude, condescending, indignant, and absolutely baffling. My wife and I notified the front desk two hours prior to checkout that we needed to run an errand or two, but we would return before​ checkout time. In fact, we were 30 min early and I went directly to the office to pay another entire months bill. The manager whom I'm used to dealing with, Leah, was "indisposed in the back room (which was her residence at the time) " and a new employee insisted on "assisting" me. I informed him of our usual arrangement and proffered my MasterCard to charge the balance. He interrupted and told me the owner and manager had "inspected" our room (snooped in my vernacular). Now, I had done all my laundry the night before, therefore six dress shirts were neatly draped over the back of the sofa; the rest of my clothes were packed neatly in a dresser. Otherwise our room was immaculate. This employee stated that the owner and manager "did not like the look of our room" and will not allow us to stay in their motel anymore. I was floored and insulted! My $1000± paid in advance, spotless room, the violation of our privacy, and the audacity to avoid me by sending a poor, innocent, green, clerk to inform me. That's cowardly and immature, not to mention simple bad business.

Was checked in by Nick who also quoted me on phone before I came and stood by his quote. Which is not some thing all place will do. Also he had the best customer service I've gotten around wichita in a long time. Once staying began to very much enjoyed the family vibe I get from all the staff and other people they allow to stay here. Hands down the best hotel to stay in wichita on the cheap.

Some rooms are ok, maintenance is needed in some rooms, tvs old and need replaced,

Rooms are large, staff is friendly. Quieter than most hotels at this price range.

Very clean rooms compared to others nearby. It was a pretty quiet atmosphere. It was a good place to stay for a night or two, the only draw back was the Wi-Fi was not working, but the desk clerk discounted my rate to make up for it.

One of the cheapest motels in the area though there are quite a few problems first room I was given a room with no heat and when I went to the office I was told it would start to work in about 20 minutes (I know these heaters they don't work like that) about 5 minutes later the guy came to the room to check and promptly gave us another room. The new room's heater also did not work though there was a portable heater and the room was nice and warm. The bathtub was cracked and had a sign that said "showers only" and had a lot of marks on the tub so it looked nasty. Other than those issues the rooms are very nice and clean. And have to mention that the staff was very friendly.

Was awful! room smelled heavily of smoke! TV old. No remote! Peices of ceiling cracking! Bed was on a square wooden. Dirty looking stand very very uncomfortable. I got up in the middle of the night and left just could not get comfortable people were knocking on my door. I got cold so I called the front desk and asked if they had any blankets she stated no I could have another bed spread though and to turn my air conditioner down and then she hung up on me! Really has run down bathroom is disgusting I will never spend my money there again!

Would give 4 stars for drugs and prostitution! Tried to give no stars won't let you! Rooms are nasty and ceiling looked like it could fall down! Paid or 50.00 packed our bags and left! As fast as possible!

Choose airbnb or one of the other establishments around town to find comparable price points. Room ceiling looks like a bad acid trip, rooms are not clean, building is dilapidated. Maid service is infrequent. Is close to airport, so are other hotels/motels.

I worked there as a housekeeper for 3 days. Wow they make the housekeepers do all the laundry with all the rooms they have to do and they are short on towels, sheets and so on, was told the owners where too cheap to purchase anything to make this place look nice. The check out time was 11 am but couldn't get in some rooms till after 1 pm. The housekeepers do the best they can with what they have to work with and the maintenance man wow ok he came in and was bugging me for more then an hour I was trying to get him away so I could work but he just wanted to talk and talk. They let people in there that had traffic coming and going for over an hour, and was turning the other cheek when they knew they were dealing drugs out of the room. The starting pay is $8/hr and god forbid if you go over your time to try and get the laundry done, you dont get paid for it. I didnt stay cause I wasnt going to drive across town and do two peoples jobs for $8/hr. They wont let you come in early and do it and they wont let you stay late and do it. And the girl that works part time on sundays does 4 rooms in 6 hrs and then leaves and your stuck cleaning all your rooms and hers that she didnt clean and if they rent to a hooker you have to go back and reclean that room. If I was a customer I wouldnt stay here, find another place to stay it! It looks nice on outside but inside is totally different!

Needed to rest my head for a few hours because a loud Mexican neighbor playing loud obnoxious latin music all night long (thank goodness the sc*mbag finally moved! ) Chose this place because like said, just need somewhere cheap to rest for a few hours, had a big golf match early in the morning. Well, how ironic that in an attempt to get away from one Mexican noise disturbance, I found myself right next to another. Right next to this place, separated by a short parking lot, was a Mexican restaurant club “La Granja Disco”. The loud sh*tty music started around 9ish, couldn’t sleep so I decided to go clubbing for awhile. Came back to try to sleep around 12:30 am, it was impossible to sleep with that loud noise so checked out. (Loud neighbor finally quit around 4am, so was able to get a couple hours of sleep before tee time. ) Now I understand they can’t control being next to that Mexican business, they can at least take care of their “Inn”. They don’t! Just like the other reviews: walls made you feel like you’re in a cave, bed hard and lumpy, blanket smelly, room had that musty smelly odor, and requested non-smoking room but you can definitely smell the smoke permeated throughout everything. Hard to find anything decent under $60/night anymore, but it’s out there, and why I tested this place. Stayed a couple of weeks in Dallas at the Homestead Inn with a deal through priceline at only $29/night, and it was way better than some LaQuinta’s @ $89/night.

Not the ideal place if you like basic ammenities and cleanliness. Room: Poor. Was supposed to be non smoking. Smelled like air freshener with smoke. Bed was rock hard, shower had stains, brick walls and very cave like ceiling. Pillows were tiny. Tv was ancient. Service: Fair/Poor. Check in was simple. Check out was a pain, as I waited 10 minutes and wasn't at the front desk while I could clearly hear someone in the back room with a baby. Unprofessional. Location. Poor. Right next to La Granja club. Unless you like noisy drunks howling at the moon I wouldn't recommend. Also could hear highway noise loud and clear. Value: Decent for 40 bucks but with howard johnson only 15 dollars more the difference was astounding. I felt like this hotel wasn't what it seemed like and will avoid in the future.

The rate was attractive but not the rooms. I understand heavy use but it all felt grimy. The front door wouldn't close right, the dresser was falling apart, stains on the bed covers, carpet and sofa. Lumpy, very lumpy bed. Noisy area. There are other budget hotels nearby. Front desk woman made me verify address on my license a couple of times and was about as unfriendly as they come. The noisiest AC I've ever heard. Not near anything in the way of places to eat etc. Won't stay again.
