I give 5 stars for the stellar front desk help. She talked me in over the phone, as I got lost finding the place. The room was also clean, everything worked, and it was nicely remodeled like most of the chain has been in recent years. The microwave and the fridge were also clean and in good repair, and the pillows were fluffy. However, I was in a non-smoking room that adjoined with another room and was only separated from that room by lock. The neighboring people stayed up and smoked and and played music all night (not blaringly loud). Due to the thin door, I could barely sleep a wink and I breathed in a ton of stinky smoke! Due to that, I have to give this one a sub-par rating. I know going with Motel six is sometimes a roll of the dice, and this time I did not pick a total winner. I have to rate it very good, because you have great value for the price AND you allow pets despite the new, cleaner image so I will continue to prefer Motel six for value and great staff! I continue to recommend you to all my friends who want to save a bit of dough and don't need bells and whistles.

Started out rough at the motel 6 on W. Kellogg. Nothing but one problem after another from cleanliness to customer service. Now the Motel 6 in Park City has all but nothing made up for that with there wonderful clean up to date beautiful rooms and there exceptional customer service. Thank you to all the staff at Motel 6 Park City, Ks.

Our room was clean and the air conditioner worked great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We were close to many restaurants and stores.

The room was clean. The staff was easy to work with. I have no complaints and I would come back for sure.

Everything was great with the check in process, and the room was very comfortable. There were a few chips in the shower wall, but other than that everything was great.

Way to expensive for the lack of maid services and don't even have complimentary breakfast! I give motel 6 a 1/2⭐

The clerk idea was to put in a building by myself at the back of the property instead of with my friends. She moved to a room above my friends and the bathroom floor was flooded and I slipped and hit the bathroom sick area, and there was urine in the toilet. So finally she moved to a room next to my friends and thought I should pay for the microwave and refrigerator. I said no, I don't need them I am in the room 8 hours which 6 will be sleep. This was horrible and questionable behavior on the part of Motel 6. This was the first time I ever stayed at a Motel 6, and I think Jeff Bodell should stop doing commercials about how great it is and the light is on. Hummm The rooms are old and the workman ship with the painting was bad.

This used to be one of my favorite places to stay. That is until last night. I pulled the covers back to ay down and there was hair all in the bed My skin started crawling and I started started itching. No bites tho I will never stay here again.

Staff was friendly, room was mostly clean but NO HOT WATER To take a shower, and management wasn't in to talk to or fix it for us. We are traveling health care providers and been on the road for over 2 years and have to say one of the worst maybe because of working the last 4 nights of 12 hr shifts in the PICU and not being able to take a HOT or atleast a warm shower. And once again still no management or even a call back to apologize. My recommendation is to go across the street to laquinta.

This hotel sucks worst I have ever been in. Got here and they f***** up the reservation and the lady at the desk had NO idea what she was doing. We got here was suppose to have two queen beds got two full beds and the room is not even big enough for those. No water pressure. No bathtub. Rooms smells like cigarettes and pot. One of the beds had hair and cigarette burns all over it. Heater is set at 85 and it’s only about 50 degrees. Barely any sleep because everyone around our room is loud as crap and we told the front desk but they wouldn’t do anything about it.

Rooms are small and shower was difficult to set temp. Water temp fluctuates during showering. Extremely hot to ice cold.

I chose this hotel because of the price. Yes, you get what you pay for. That's why the tiny size of the room and the fact that the floors weren't carpet was to be expected. The lack of even a microwave was not expected. I have stayed cheaper places with a microwave AND a fridge, had carpet on the floor AND were bigger. This would still not warrant 1 star. The fact that we had the light on next to the bed an hour tops and when I went to turn it off with the turn button thing it burned me. If my son would have turned it off or touched it it would have done some real damage. I would never recommend this motel and would not choose to stay at it again.

After getting to the room, there was no TV remote. Went back to the office got another, it did not work. Employee had to come and bring another. Shower did not spray, sink did not drain, phone did not work, the toilet tank was held up with a piece of wood. The only good points were that I could bring my cats and there were no bed bugs.

Stopped through on my way back to Texas. First impressions were great! Lady at check-in wad extremely nice and helpful, the room seemed nice and clean for the most part when I first walked in. I unloaded my stuff in the first room I was given and TV didn't work. Got moved to another room. Woke up early next morning to heater blowing 58 and wouldn't change temperature or power off so I had to unplug it. Went to call front desk but hotel room phone didn't work. Luckily I had my cell phone to call. Lady came down said maintenance didn't get in until 9am so I had 2 options, I could stay and deal with it or go ahead and check out since she didn't have any other rooms to move me to and she would give me a refund. I had a couple different issues with this, 1) I was the only car parked in the front of the hotel with all those rooms in the front 2) I needed to get cleaned up a little 3) she said some of the phones in some of the rooms don't work and management knows but since most people have cell phones now days its not a big deal. So the reason for 3 stars I gave is only because she did allow me to shower real quick and the lady at the front desk did refund my money. I wasn't asking for a refund, I would have rather been moved to another room so I could have gotten more comfortable rest before having to get back on the road but seeing as that couldn't happen according to her I had to pick the better of the options cause I couldn't stay there in a freezing room.

I Live In The city and This is my favorite getaway spot. Not this time. Rooms were not clean Enough to any standards. As I run the housekeeping depts of almost All West side hotels per Sub-Contract… All while putting in 180-210 hours every 2 weeks At an Extended stay hotel in town on the South side. And the cleanliness and customer service/relations IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF MY JOB. Also the jobs of EVERYONE That Works under/With Me. As should this hotel. Which I have Applied to more than 10 times since 2002. I was told by staff that the head housekeeper is dating someone and this has been her only job. She 100% needs training immediately. And Should stop hiring people she knows and step outside of the box.

Most Motel 6's are pretty uniform, but I was surprised at how small the rooms were at this particular location. Got a room with 2 doubles and had about 18 floor space between the beds and none on the opposite sides of the beds. At a subsequent visit, had a room with bathroom issues — the toilet didn't flush right, the aerator was missing from the sink causing water to spray all over the counter, and the corner shower unit isn't easy to use. The bed was lumpy and the pillows worse. A cold draft came thru the outside door that was missing an insulation strip. I know its a cheap motel, but seriously they need to pay more attention to the condition of the rooms.

Was there for business and paid a week ahead of time. The room did not have a microwave or a refrigerator. When I asked about switching rooms that did have those amenities, they wanted an additional $53 Per Night. As I stated, the room was already paid for, for a week, I wasn't about to pay an additional amount, especially since I was not warned that my room was not equipped with these appliances. Beware if you book with this hotel, since the front desk staff are also extremely rude. I warned the rest of the crew not to stay there.

Kind and helpful staff. Clean and warm room. The heater and blankets kept us toasty even though it was 0 degrees outside!

Our heat and air did not work. Only heat set on high worked. The bed was comfortable. It took a very long time for hot water to get to the shower. It was clean. But hey what to expect for $50 a night.

My stay at this motel was probably the worst motel experience of my life! The first room I was assigned to had a door that could not be locked from the outside. I didn't discover that until I had fully taken my pet and all my luggage etc, into the room. So I had to go to the front desk and was given a different room, but that meant lugging everything back to my car and unloading again. Then discovered there was no light in the bathroom in the new unit. Another trip to the front desk. The lady there came and replaced the fluorescent light herself. Finally after going out to get some dinner, about 9:00 pm (after a long driving day) I am ready to just relax, watch some TV, and go to bed. Then I discover that there is no TV remote in the room and no way to work the TV manually. Plus, there is no phone in the room, so, again I trek back to the front desk, where the girl gives me a remote for the TV. The girl at the desk was very accommodating, especially since none of these problems were created by her. Your very inadequate cleaning staff should have notified maintenance (or the front desk) about every single problem. The next am I asked to speak to the manager by phone (about 10:00 am). I was told her name was Diana. The front desk staff called her for me, but she refused to speak to me, and told the front desk clerk to take 30% off the price of my room, without even asking what the problem had been. I was definitely NOT impressed with your manager!

We have been there 3 times, we go there BECAUSE YOU CAN HAVE YOUR DOGS THERE. This time I was called after I left the room to visit my 80 year old parents that I had to come back to the room BECAUSE my dog was locked in the room and was barking. Well, yes a dog is going to BARK when all the noise from the room up stairs. They (there maintenance person) was painting and doing what ever else in that room and it sounded like he was coming through the roof. Well of course a dog is going to BARK.

I could have used a bathtub. I feel that I would have been happier if I could soak in a tub. Not everyone is able to stand in an open shower. Also the water pressure is too low in the shower. At least give me a adjustable shower head. I thought everyone was agreeable to our needs. I just wished there was a tub.

Average place. Was not expecting 5 star, but it was clean enough, everything worked like it should and it was quiet enough.

I just wish the room side carpet in them, but really not so bad. But I really really wish that the rooms had refrigerators and microwaves. If they would have just had refrigerators and microwaves I would have definitely give it a five-star.

Will steal from you. Lie about you to the governments cash collectors. Run. Bravely run away. This was a quiet and clean hotel to stay in. Some reason, I had the cops bust down my door tonight evicting me. The manager said she seen two young men running in and out of my room with guns. At least that's what the Wichita Police Department told me. So I was handcuffed, questioned, my sixteen-year-old daughter was taken away from me and was told I had no right to keep her away from the cops as they proceeded to interrogate her. My girlfriend also was trested that way. By the police. Dept. Of Wichita Kansas. Of course they busted in on us while we were eating ice cream and caramel apples. 4 You Motel 6 I would love to talk to you face to face, nothing would make me happier. For all your piece of s*** Maids stole from me and this is how you going to treat a returning customer. Do not come here, Im warning you do not come here. This place will call the police on you lie to lie about you so they can keep an extra few bucks. So I left the light on for them. All of them. Fuc* you miss manager. This was an evicting for anything I know nothing about. Never give the "peace officers" your ssn btw. Here's a big middle finger to you motel 6, lying government agents, thieving maids, illegal immigrants from Mexico, and you you spic bit*h. I'm still rolling.

Room was very clean. I was in the back and it was very quiet. New floors, no carpet (big plus). The lady who checked me in was very pleasant. Great value. I love that Motel 6 is pet friendly. Fluffy the cat gives it 4 paws up, he liked the garden view from the window the best.

Great service, room was clean and neat. Had no problems. Had a Denny's next door. Would recommend this location to anyone.

I was traveling through Wichita and just needed a clean and simple room for the night. This room was perfect. Check in was quick and easy, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was hot.

My experience was horrible. I booked online and was told one rate, we arrive and they do not honor that rate. I specifically asked on the phone to not charge my card and I would pay cash, they insured me that it was no problem at all. The lady at the front proceeds to tell me it's already been charged. When I tried explaining to her what I was told she interrupted me numerous times and was incredibly rude. Once paying more then I was told and it being charged I get to my room and there were cigarette burns all over the bed spread, and there was not even a smoke detector in the room. I have booked online many times and I've never had an issue. I would never stay at this location again, nor would I ever recommend it someone ever.

Clean easy to get to. Great location in regards to airport and places to eat. Very reasonably priced.

My room was clean and the bed was perfectly comfortable. You can't ask for much more for the money you save staying here. People give bad reviews thinking they should be waited on hand and foot but that's not what Motel 6 is… Its the rest from the road kind of motel.

Very bad experience at your Motel 6! Bath towels were dirty n had long black hairs wrapped around them! Toilet paper hanging in bathroom had blue paint on it! Curtain looked like it had bodily fluid on it! Bedspread was thin n smelled! A minute after we got in room some weird guy knocked on our door n tried to get me to let him in. Several times during the night somebody was knocking on our window scaring my daughter n myself! Have stayed there before years ago n it was a lot nicer! Will never stay at Motel 6 again! I think our money should be refunded!

Stayed there last October. I found two bed bugs crawling on the floor of my room. Out door court yard areas had trash on the grass that wasn't picked up during the four days I was there and the side walks were dirty. I had stayed there about 10 times over the past several years. This motel has definitely gone down hill.

Bad area. Unprofessional staff. Terrible Parking. Creepy people every where. Just wanted to lock myself in the hotel and not leave until morning. Terrible and scary.

Rooms we clean, as always, and free cofee in the morning. This makes our third say at the motel but this time I noticed a stain on the bottom of my dads mattress. We are not forsure but it kind of looked like it could have been bood to us. It was a big enough spot that we could notice it it from our bed and the matress had been flipped so the spot was facing down. It kinda had us wondering. Other than that, everything was alright.

Bare bones amenities. Seriously, no microwave or mini fridge? Some rooms have flatscreens some have older tvs. Weird noises outside the door constantly from water in the oddly placed pipe system. Shower temperature fluctuations were nearly unbearable. One positive was no bedbugs.

According to the 'welcome folder' they have free Wi-Fi, tried to use it, needed a login & password. Not posted anwhere, couldn't get desk to answer phone. Room was infested with small flies. Bad experience all around!

Night Auditor very friendly, very helpful. Hot water, clean shower, soft bed. No bed bugs. Obviously not a luxury hotel, but if you're exhausted from traveling and just need a place to recharge your batteries the price is right. Found the night guys empathy to be exactly what I needed after a 24+ hour greyhound bus ride. The man even asked me if I'd like an upstairs room because it was quieter. The sheets were stained but smelled sterile. Would stay here again. The rest of my room was spotless. Thank you Jamie for personally saving my sanity and being a sympathetic ear.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Visited this place last week and had a horrible experience (credit card fraud). When checking in, I was told by the receptionist that they only have one room available that hasn’t been cleaned yet. I was hesitant about renting a room that hasn't cleaned after someone, but decided to take a look to see how bad it is. She kept my credit card as a collateral and gave me the keys for the room, which turned out to be a HUGE mistake. As I expected, the room was not in a condition to be rented out whatsoever. It is just unbelievable that they even thought about renting a room that was totally trashed. After looking at the condition of the room, I politely went up to the receptionist and told her that I have no interest in staying at this location. I returned the keys and got my credit card back and ended up staying at Scotsman Inn. Everything was fine until I checked my credit card history by my arrival. Apparently, this place charged me for the full price of the room when I didn’t even agree to stay. I called this location this afternoon regarding the false transaction that went through. All they said is, they are trying to figure it out and kept on putting off my refund. I honestly think I’m not getting my money back. So disappointed in their shitty service and the way they handle false transaction. Don’t ever go to this place.

Very basic hotel, but not terrible. The room seemed clean except for the floor, which was later mopped. The bed was good and had NO bed bugs. The pool was clean and sheltered from wind. The water takes a while to heat up, the Internet connection mostly did not work and the coffee was terrible. Breakfast would have been nice. However, it's a good price, comfortable with a fridge and microwave, and convenient location.

Always good rates and a clean room.

There was something. Splattered on the sheets, and the bathroom floor as well. Got a refund, and got the hell out of there.

If we hadn't been sooooo tired and were in our right minds we would never have stayed at this hotel. We walked in and the room was about 200 degrees and smelled like an old gym sock. The bathroom was a joke and the shower was more like a mist than an actual shower. Sitting on the edge of the bed a spider crawled up my leg, turns out it was a brown recluse! Our traveling companions in another room found over 2 dozen bugs under the comforter on both beds, and a swarm of baby spiders in the bathroom. To top it all off, someone stole all the gas from the uhaul we were driving because they would not let us park it up front. Mind you this was in the middle of the day. We only stayed to sleep from noon to 6 pm then left. It seemed more like people were living there rather than staying a night or two and the whole area was a bit on the ghetto side. It's also extremely close to the e-way and loud. Oh yeah, skip breakfast at the Denny's next door unless you have an hour or two to play with. Never seen an empty restaurant so slow in my life. So sad, because I have seen very nice motel 6's before. This is NOT one of them! Keep traveling or pick a different hotel.
