Stay was quiet. Front desk was very polite and helpful. Will stay there again.

My family stayed here and it is by far one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. The owner is an a$$, made service is terrible and they have bed bugs, don't waste your time or money!

Everything was fine, best value. Tiny room didn't bother me, staff was very friendly and helpful. There was this smell of maybe chemicals or something that I kind of noticed in the hallway. I left and came back and the contrast was woah. Got a headache. My clothes kind of smell like it. I'm sorry.

The room was clean, it's convenient location was great! There was no trouble finding the place cause their big sign was easily seen, … that along with very affordable prices it's a great choice when money is tight and need a place to stay for a while.

Been coming here for awhile. Its a good place. Would recommend this to friends.

It was a non smoking room I went their to relax and unwind catch a little TV and shuteye. Staff was friendy and efficient and I have no complaints.

Cheap price. Non-intrusive staff. Quiet place.

Clean place. Staff was very helpful. Prices were great for the area you are in. A ways from downtown but still tons of shopping and food choices nearby. Would choose this place again when family comes to Wichita to visit.

The roaches wouldn't die even though the room was just sprayed. There was a lot of door slamming. It appeared that the police were doing some type of sting in the bdlg. One morning. The refridgerator kept everything freezing up solid. We paid for the month on the 1st of Nov. But they tried to kick us out a couple of days before the month was over (they are incompetant). It was humiliating having to borrow money to pay the last 2 days of the month before getting away. We considered staying 1 more month to avoid the extra move so soon but we got kicked out on the 1st even though we were good guests. Now we are happily at the Regency Inn across that highway with a bigger refridgerator, bigger room, no bugs, very kind staff, free breakfast, & better services with better prices.

When she reported this to the owner/manager she was told, "Oh, you don't have anything to worry about. It'll be okay. " The day she checked out, as her plane was lifting off the ground, her ID was being used to fuel up three cars, movies were being rented at Redbox and prisoners in the Sedgwick County jail were making calls and charging them to her. AVOID THESE CLOWNS AT ALL COSTS! STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! The desk clerk is a thief and the owners could not care less. There is only one scotsman inn in wichita, kansas. This is posted at the correct location. Nice try.

A little outdated for the price. Locked entry doors and clean rooms and hallways, plus pretty quiet for the most part. Just needs updated out of the 90's.

We have stayed at the Scotsman Inn West during the summer for about 10 years. We have always been very satisfied with the accommodations. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have microwaves and refrigerators. The location is ideal being close to the airport and away from the congestion downtown. The entire staff is welcoming and helpful. If you are looking for a good, moderately priced motel, we recommend it.

My room had bed bugs and many severe bumps to prove it … literally attacked every part of my body … they will not refund you your money … Go somewhere else! Never again will I stay there… giving it a star because I have to…

No local information about food deliveries except 3 inch phone book. Staff was polite and friendly. Room was clean.

You get what you pay for I guess. The hotel had a general mildewy odor, and rooms are very small. There are no extras and no frills with this hotel. Window ac works but makes a loud noise. Beds are fairly comfortable but very low to the ground which can make them uncomfortable to get in and out of if you have knee or back problems. Overall the hotel isn't bad but it's nothing to rave about. If you have the money to spare stay somewhere nicer.

Clean, decent (if dated) rooms, reasonably quick Wi-Fi. Mini fridge and microwave in the room. Reasonable rates.

I love how secure it is. Must have a key to enter the building where the rooms are. I felt so safe and secure.

I have never been treated so bad at a hotel in my life. I called the hotel at 11 o clock which was check out time and told them I planned to stay another night but I was at the store at the moment. I told her I would head back right after I was done at the store and she said that would be fine. I arrived back at the hotel at noon to pay for the second night and she told me I was not allowed to stay there ever again and that they needed the key back. This guy at the desk with her statred talking to me about how they had taken everything out of the room. I told him I had called them and talked to the lady about it. She shook her head no and lied and said I never called. They kicked me out and didn't even return all of my property. They called the cops on me and my boyfriend for being mad about it. Do not stay at scotsman inn!

Okay ladys and gentleman. This hotel. Hmm I will say rooms is nice but is the sleep. Hell no! it have outstanding bed bugs. Bed bugs everywhere in the bed, sheets and covers… I discovered these at 230am trying to get my money back and they wouldnt stayed up all night sleeping in a chair. I wasnt the only one to go to them about the bugs. I made a police report and I contact a lawyer. The way they handle this problem wasy unprofessional and uncalled for I didnt end up getting my money until noon. But I am still going taking it into further action. Dont not stay the say is unsafe!

They have bed bugs! And its been hell trying to get a refund. I'm still waiting on them to come "inspect" the room so I can get my money back. I checked in yesterday and informed them LAST NIGHT that we found bed bugs. They still gave not came a checked the room. Its 8am. They've known for over 7 hours. I'm very disappointed in the service here. I've been here before and never had these problems. I'm not sure if its new management or what. Not only do they have bed bugs, but they have them BAD! I'd give them 0 stars.

For the price paid the room was alright. I liked the fact that you had to have a key to get into the building.

Rooms are very small. I stayed in a non smoking room and it smells horribly like smoke. The halls smell like a combination of stale smoke and poo. Very noisy from highway traffic and air planes. When people close doors in other rooms it shakes the fixtures in mine. Outdated. The rooms are fairly cheap but im sure you can find alot better for the same price.

The highway and airport noise were both very noticeable. Rooms seemed like they need to be updated. Still not sure how or what makes this a 3-star hotel.

I found crack/meth and a pen made into a pipe that was in a cigarette pack wrapped up in one of the hand towels in the bathroom… I told the office and explained to them I wanted to check out for obvious reasons and they had the nerve to charge me for that day because it was 2pm and check out was at 11am. Floors were dirty. Good price… guess that's why even crack heads can afford it.
