Its lovely, nice, warm. Great staff and friendly receptionists at all hours. :)

Stayed for a single night, used their lowest priced room. Nothing remarkable, but for an older hotel it was very clean and well maintained. The few staff that we interacted with were professional and helpful.

Caveat Emptor. Booked what I thought was a good deal for a night away from the heat of the summer. Room air conditioner was not adjustable, at all. Even though we asked for a room away from noise, come 8 a. M. Construction crew was hammering and drilling in the VERY NEXT ROOM. Have stayed in all types of hotels/motels and for the first time in my nearly 40 years on this planet, housekeeping came by at 830 a. M. To try and service the room. When we asked the front desk about the situation, employee merely shrugged and barely apologized. Not the greatest experience.

Although the place needs a little updating, it was very clean. The gentleman in the front was nice. The room itself was very clean and everything that we needed was in there. There were 3 bars of soap and 2 packets of shampoo/conditioner, along with other simple necessities. Located close to many restaurants. Quite as well.

Do not stay here. First of all, I called ahead about a shuttle from the airport because my flight was to get in around 11pm and was told by the front desk to call once I had my bags and they would direct me to a shuttle. When my flight arrived and I called the front desk multiple times, no one answered the phone. Upon arrival, the front desk is surrounded by bullet proof glass, the employees do not speak English, the air conditioner was broken, and they do not provide you with any toiletries, not even shampoo! Also, if you need a taxi, they will not call you one. You are on your own. Never will I try to save a few dollars on a business trip again.

The original brewery in Wichita and maybe the best! Having sampled many local breweries I still like River City brews the best. Fun club upstairs often featuring excellent bands. I have co hosted several parties here with great success. Above average bar and comfort food downstairs. Try it out. Great for groups.

Night shift lady was not just unfriendly but aggressively mean. I asked her how she was doing tonight and she freaked out on me. The next night we had to leave at 4 am and we sat in front of the desk waiting for her for 20 minutes before leaving. Only reason this place gets 2 stars is because the rooms were slightly better than expected.

The front desk staff were very nice, giving us a ground-floor room for my friend who has trouble walking and a military discount with no fuss or bother. The room was nice, but the mattress had lots of springs I could feel. Still, a nice room for a reasonable price. I would stay there again! (Recommended to us by Ann St Clair at Needle Nook Fabrics)

The front desk lady is rude & just awful to deal with. So hateful with everything she does. I went to check out she snached the card out of my hand. Awful experience & I will never go back.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff were courteous and helpful, breakfast was good. It was close to the airport with free shuttle service and a computer was available to print our tickets. The driver to the airport was friendly and helpful.

Wow I would give this hotel zero stars but I can't, made a reservation but as soon as I walked in the lobby the receptionist was totally rude she pretty much screamed the whole time so I canceled the reservation, stayed at the next door hotel, might not be clean but hey you don't have rude people like Wanda I believe was the receptionist name… do yourself a favor and don't stay here. I really wouldn't take my time to write this if it wasn't true, just trying to save you guys from really bad service.

I had to travel here for business and decided to on to stay at this hotel based on the previous review. The rooms were bad but the receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude and short with my when I was just trying to ask some logistical questions about the area and then proceeded that she was to busy to talk with me on the phone and hung up. Very poor quality.

We came to wichita to celebrate our anniversary of 20 years. We had trouble finding a room for the night. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was very clean, great price and close to eating places. We will stay here again on our next trip.
