Absolutely love this hotel. The rooms are great and the staff is top notch. Currently they are testing out an omelet/French toast bar in the mornings that's excellent. I hope they keep it. I will definitely be back.

Desk clerks were very nice. Room & motel were very clean. Only two bath towels are provided though so be prepared to ask for more. Do not drink the bottled water that is in the room unless you want to pay $3.50 a bottle! It looks like it's complimentary but small label hidden on there states your room will be charged if you drink it! Hot tub was a huge disappointment. Only one jet was working and, it's a giant step down to get into so not easy for just anyone to use. Internet access was good. Not crazy about the loser parents who hang out at the lobby bar while their kids run wild in the motel. This isn't the motels fault though. Motel is super close to airport, Walmart, and several good eating locations.

Very nice, gorgeous room. Wonderful breakfast selection. My only complaint is the bathroom door was a frosted glass sliding door that did not latch or lock. Not practical, and did not provide any sense of privacy.

Rooms are clean and fun. Not the best place for teams to stay. We had fun but breakfast area, is small, patio areas are small. Pool is super small and has drain issues so a lot of standing water.

This is my first time staying at this location, but the establishment is as nice as the other. Service was great and the room was clean and undamaged. The pool was cold, and the hot tub was barely big enough for about 2 people.

The free breakfast was okay, but it was disappointing that it was mostly the same every day and apparently waffles are only available on weekends. Beds were a little uncomfortable. Housekeeping was great about checking back after we took down the privacy sign.

A great place to stay the rooms are very nice. Extra fluffy pillows and towels. Beautiful bathrooms.

We blocked out rooms here for my wedding and they gave us excellent rates! Along with great rates, their rooms were top notch! When my mom unexpectedly passed away at the end of December, we had everyone book their room here again and we didn't hear one bad thing! Thank you guys for making things so easy!

Room was nice, service was good. Breakfast was small and not well maintained. Bread was hard. Needed more to choose from.

The location is very convenient for anyone who needs access to the airport and downtown Wichita. The rooms themselves are very nice. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast leaves something to be desired. The air in the hotel is very dry, though. I have never woken up with consistent cotton mouth like I have here.

The conference room was nice for the very few amenities and small space. Speaker had to bring her own sound system. It was very cold.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Springhill suites in wichita. Service was amazing throughout my stay. Location is very convenient to the airport with a 24 hour complimentary shuttle that made my stay very convenient.

Parking was not too convenient to the doors. Room worked great for my family of 3 adults with my son sleeping on the couch. The couch pull-out was too short so he slept on it without pulling it out. No new sheets were provided. Free breakfast but waffles on wkkds only. Eggs/sausage greasy. Good oatmeal with many toppings, many cereal choices. Muffins, bagels, etc.

Michael at the front desk was an absolute delight. He was polite and accommodating. The next morning the staff that did breakfast was polite and friendly and they kept everything well-stocked. Definitely will visit again.

Nice place. The suites are very comfortable, and the staff is really great. Four star rating is for a few minor things that, individually, wouldn't merit a four, but all together, pushed the rating down. First, there were a few blemishes. (i. G. A piece of tile missing from the baseboard in the bathroom. ) Second, the window curtain didn't reach the bottom of the window, so in my East-facing room, it was hard to sleep in. Third, there was no freezer in the room. An "extended stay" hotel should have a freezer. There is a freezer available for guests at the front desk, but they don't advertise that fact. Lastly, the parking situation isn't great. The area with the most parking was at the opposite end of the hotel from the elevator, and it's not a short building. All that said, I'd definitely stay there again. Their rates are on par with everyone else, and they're only a 3-4 minute drive from FlightSafety.

If you go for a walk in Wichita and Poensas to stay to rest or spend some days of visiting that place, the SpringHill Suites Hotel is an excellent choice of rest and tranquility. Plus your breakfast and your happy hour.

My first visit was great but this second trip has fallen short. My room was facing the express way which is very loud. The furnace fan also made a loud clicking noise. Breakfast was limited, the sausage had unedible chunks in it and the orange juice was off.

Hotel and staff are both fantastic. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the breakfast is on point. One thing to note, while to hotel bar closes at 10, last call is at 945 so make sure you get your beverage before hand!

New, clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. It's next to a major local highway so has some road noise. Otherwise a simple and basic place to rest your head for the night. You'll have to drive to get something decent to eat of you tire of the Texas Roadhouse next door.

This review is mostly for parents of littles. The room was nice, though it was a tight fit with the sofa bed out and a pack-n-play. Unfortunately, there are no low level lights in the room, so if you turn on a light, it lights up the whole room rather brightly. The bathroom door was hung barn-style, and wouldn't only stay closed if it was closed super gentle and held closed for a moment before letting go. Any even slightly energetic closing of the door resulted in it sliding back open on a bounce. The bathroom door had a large translucent panel in it, so the bathroom light would light up the whole room rather brightly. There was no way to provide just a little light when needing to get up with a little in the middle of the night or after other littles were in bed. In the shower, the drain cover wasn't bolted or screwed down. This might not be a big deal for most people, but the inquisitive 6 year old can't help but lift it and see what else he can do with a now open pipe in the floor of the shower. Seriously, you don't bother to bolt or screw down the drain cover? :::sigh::: Yes, it's a nice room. Just bring your own small light for after the kids are asleep, otherwise, you gotta crash when they do.

An extremely convenient location to the airport. The staff was fantastic and one of the quickest check-in processes I've had.

Madison greeted me right away — Her and the rest of the staff were all very nice and hospitable. The rooms were great — very well put together and clean. I look forward to staying there again.

Loved the place. Nice moder decor. Very clean. The room was very spacious. It had a sofa, a desk and a small place for the refrigerator, cups, paper towels… They had a nice breakfast with hot and cold options.

Very clean. Nice gym. Close to shopping and restaurants, but not close enough for walking (except for one steakhouse next door).

Great! Everything was so nice. The property was kept well and very spacious interior (rooms and common areas). No cleanliness or maintenance issues found during our stay. Very friendly and helpful staff (though we didn't need much and only spoke to a few people). Would definitely stay at this property again. Only minor complaints are: sliding bathroom door can't be locked and if someone is in there it's pretty bright through the glass for anyone trying to go to sleep in the beds right outside. Also pretty hard to keep my 18 month old from messing with the door constantly and getting into the batheoom… so that was a pain (NOT the hotel's fault… it's not like they got to decide this! And it wouldn't be a problem if you don't have an ornery little boy with you! ) And the indoor pool was super cold! I'm not sure if it's supposed to be heated and it wasn't working or something. Or if it's just not a heated pool. Even the kids had to take a while getting in. The hot tub was great though. We kept saying the pool would be perfect if it were outdoors and it was 100 degrees outside lol. Beautiful property inside and out though. Very clean and well-maintained outdoor spaces. Everything that the staff and management can actually control is top-notch.

Everything was pretty average. Nothing horrible but nothing to rave about. Staff was kind. Good for a quick pit stop while on the road.

The room was great. Nice and clean when I got there. Checking in was a breeze and the staff were very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was good. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable.

I was caught in that "great storm" while traveling through Wichita last night, so I figured I should just get a hotel room. I intentionally drove across town to stay at SpringHill Suites because my experience there a year ago was phenomenal. I figured such a great hotel would already be booked up for the night, but I at least had to check here first! Indeed all the rooms were booked. (I expected at least "sorry we're all booked up, good luck! ", or even maybe "try the _____ hotel". But this employee at the desk went above & beyond. She listened with empathy as I gave my cliff's notes version of the treacherous travel out there, and seemed genuinely interested in helping this out-of-town traveler get to safety for the night. She offered specific advice on which hotels to try next, and even printed out directions for me! It was like Kris Kringle working at Macy's in Miracle on 34th Street ("we don't have that item here at Macy's, but you should check and see if Gimbel's has it"). Next time we're in Wichita, this is certainly where we will try first!

Beautiful hotel, extremely friendly staff, great breakfast and clean indoor pool. We traveled with a newborn and they had a playpen all set up with linens and a little toy cow. It was a wonderful stay.

Even being by the airport, this hotel is quiet. It's modern, spacious, clean, and there are plenty f electrical outlets. The lighting options are great, the Internet is fast, and the closet walk-in. Very, VERY impressed.

Beautiful room however guest services needs improvement, very rude and inconsiderate, first night we got checked in at 1 am after driving all day, and the front desk manager walks in on us sleeping telling us we were not checked in… She started hollering about how we need to give them a credit card so they can run another deposit.

Extended stay here on business. New, modern hotel. Good breakfast, though HOT variety on eggs and side dish certainly need to be varied more. Otherwise, plenty of items to choose from. Small gym and pool kept up and nice. Rooms have nice sitting area. Bathrooms clean and fresh. Beds comfortable. No neighbor noise. Free shuttle service within 5 mile radius helps on extended stays… Friendly people, with exception of one. Overall, for business, would recommend.
