This is a good hotel and conference center. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are nice. The bathrooms are spacious, and they have nice showers. The conference center is also very large and held a few thousand kids in there when I was there for a competition. Overall it is a good place to get some rest, or have a meeting.

I attended an employee appreciation party there and it was nice, the staff were friendly. However the lunch the hotel provided (chicken parmesan, mashed potatoes and garlic bread) left a lot to be desired. The mashed potatoes had no taste (maybe cauliflower? ) And the sauce didn't stick to the watery noodles.

Clean Rooms, close to airport, pool, hot tub, fitness room were never crowded, great place for a banquet, close to shopping. More expensive than other places near airport but those hotels are about a mile away. This place is an easy walk or you may take the shuttle.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. They offered us a staging room during the time we were performing for a club event in the ballroom. They also provided us with water when needed. The ballroom was lovely, and the guests at the event seemed to enjoy themselves there and later atthe bar.

We stayed in an executive suite and ordered the celebration package from their website which included a bottle of sparkling wine, breakfast for 2, and free Wi-Fi (oh, joy! ). The reservation also showed a mini bar in the room. They asked when we would arrive, we told them 9pm. We arrived closer to 9:30. No one directed us to our room, not even after we past the front desk for the second time. We found our room and there was no wine waiting for us. I called the front desk and brought this and the fact there was no mini bar to the attention of the staff. They replied only with "only the executive suites have mini bars, you are in a junior suite. " No mention of the celebration package. So I asked specifically about this again. I waited on hold for about 5 minutes before hanging up. I tried to call the front desk back a few minutes later. I spoke with the same person who said they talked to the person working in the bar and they didn't even know what the celebration package was. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager gets in the phone and says "I heard you wanted a mini bar in your room. " I state no and try to tell my story while the manager tries to interrupt me several times to tell me that none of their rooms have mini bars. Finally he says he will send someone to the room with a bottle of wine. Not sure why that needed to be so difficult. Fast forward to the next day. We get on the road and my sister realized she left her phone.

We loved our visits twice to this motel. We had a three week trip through this area and stopped here going and coming home. The room was very crisp and clean and they allowed our pet, Sadie to stay with us. The pet walking area with doggy potty station was great. The food options were helpful to us as worry travelers, too. We will stay there again.

Checked in for a conference stating I was checking in for a handicap accessible room. They gave me a regular room. Went back to switch rooms, understanding it happens and asked multiple times to ensure it was roll in shower handicap accessible. Given wrong room again and was told I did not request any handicap access.

I stayed with a group attending a competition at a local high school, so my room wasn't paid for by myself. I feel I should disclose that, since it's not entirely fair otherwise. That said, the hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the staff was very pleasant and courteous. The room was sizable with every expected accommodation at no extra price and the bed was *very* comfortable, one of the best I think I've slept on. I'd certainly recommend it to anyone going through the area.

I absolutely love the restaurant at this hotel. I have been multiple times and have been unbelievably happy with the food and service I have received. I cannot recommend the restaurant enough. While I haven't stayed at the hotel, the food and drinks are absolutely amazing.

Was the first time being at Wichita Hotel. Very nice. Had very nice shuttle experience from airport. Love staying at Double Tree when I travel.

Great stay with clean rooms. For diamond members this place has the best complimentary breakfast I've stayed at to date. The food would make me stay again in the future.

A nice, clean hotel. They let me check-in before noon, which was very convenient given I was extremely tired when I arrived in Wichita. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff.

Great Restaurant. Excellent pkace near the airport. Rooms are clean place looks new. The restaurant has a great menu and the bar has a great selection of spirits, wines, micro beers and other libations. Most important though the burgers are fantastic as well as their over grilled home mafe fries. You'll love them.

I attended a breakfast and the staff was really nice and efficient. Building was clean and nice looking. It was an enjoyable experience over all. I always look forward to events at the DoubleTree.

We are attending a conference and we have a great suite with plenty of room. The staff was helpful in setting up and cleaning up or in room reception. We have been happy with our experience.

Called 30 minutes ahead to see check in time. They tell me they are available. Drive all theway there they said no rooms until 3pm… very rude they also couldn’t figure out who had been been telling people this all day. So it sea as if they weren’t trying to figure out who was telling paying customers this because it was happening all day. Then some lower manager got mad hid in the back like a coward. So big man comes out tell him what’s happening he’s just as bad… no help. Again asks me who I talked to, I tell them they said no one with that name. So I call the front desk immediately phone starts ringing to the guy who sounded about the age of the moron who told us we could check in whenever. (Apparently there were other phone numbers we could call). I made then look like fools! I was there for a wedding you’d think with a big group of people they would have their things together. WRONG! Only reason they get two starts is because the kitchen staff and the reception was incredible! But management sucks need a replacement ASAP!

Was here for a business meeting and had a wonderful stay. They are doing a little bit of remodeling but nothing that affected our stay. They moved the bar/restaurant from the last time I was there and made it a lot easier to access. Room was clean.

Awesome rooms, awesome hotel and awesome staff. Definitely a great place to stay at and worth the price.

Customer service can make or break any stay. This hotel has the worst I have ever experienced. They charged my personal card as well as my company's card for my room. Instead of fixing their mistake, or providing a receipt, they are incomparably rude and SNOTTY (a word I rarely use, but the maturity level exhibited by the condescending Deidre calls for it). I'd pay twice as much and be inconvenienced by being miles away from the airport in another hotel to avoid this sketchy place ever again.

Great location, easy to get to and very easy to get in and out of. The hotel is nice. The service is wonderful. Banquet food is good but not spectacular.

The most extensive food bar I have ever seen. We happened to arrive when they were from breakfast to lunch and the assortment of gourmet entrees, fresh vegetables, salads, crudités, desserts, etc… was mind-boggling. The seafood dishes were delicious! There were four vegetarians at our table and they were very happy with the selections.

Good location near the airport, but doesn't suffer from noise pollution. The beds are firmer than most hotel, which I like. Good access to the highway and downtown Wichita.

We dined at the restaurant downstairs, Legends. On Saturday's they have a seafood buffet. Best all you can eat hands down if you love seafood. All you can eat King Crab legs and they make them just right.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Warm cookie at check in was delicious. Conveniently located just across from the airport. From check out at hotel to at the gate for flight in less than 30 minutes including rental car return.

Me and my wife were attending a wedding reception in the I II and III ballrooms. Everything was setup nicely and staff were nice and helpful. The appetizer was a cheese and cracker tray along with a veggie tray both were laid out nice and food was fresh and tasted great. The main buffet served several different salads… salmon, beef, and chicken. I had two pieces of salmon the first tasted great but the second didn't taste cooked all the way so I didn't finish… But the salad and rolls were great. My wife had the chicken which she said tasted good… The only thing I would be concerned about is if you had an event with several hundred people because the only have one restroom at the end of hall which isn't that big and could get crowded easily.

Double Tree by Hilton is an excellent hotel with a fantastic kitchen. I attended a dinner as a part of Midwest Beerfest. The banquet halls are classy and comfortable. The staff is professional and courteous. One of the few things I don't like about the Double Tree is the location. Located next to the airport, the hotel feels isolated. Due to its location, I do not visit the hotel often.

This is the only hotel I will stay at when I go to Wichita. I really appreciate their consistency. I always know I'm going to get professional friendly service and a clean, comfortable, pleasantly decorated room. I brought a guest with me the last time I stayed and she was pleasantly surprised as well. Well worth the money!

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the airport. The food was great. The only gripe I had was that the lobby is located at one end of the hotel instead if being centrally located like most others.

Did not give us the right room for our venue. We were shown one room that was larger & what we planned for and then given a different smaller room when we arrived. If I had received a phone call that the room was changing due to our numbers, then I could have made the appropriate adjustsments prior insread of 2 hours before the event was to begin. Hotel gave us a tray of cookies (that the guests got at check in anyhow) and tried to pass that off as making up for not having enough room. Our servers and staff took care of us quite well as far as the food service, but did not check on water availabilty often enough and we frquently ran out. We will not be using this venue again unfortunately. We had used this venue in the past and are saddened by this expirience. Also, nearly every person attending that stayed overnight complained about the size of the beds.

Great Doubletree, or TreeTree as I like to call it, well made cookie (I'm a TreeTree cookie connoisseur) they gave me a voucher for a free drink when I checked in and it wasn't a a little solo cup, it was a full on beer, FILLED WITH BOULEVARD! It wasn't like" you can have bud or bud light" they gave me deal beer. Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Wichita Airport is definitely top 10, if not top 5 TreeTrees.

The customer service was amazing and the room was beautiful. Restaurant a little pricey during the weekend dinner buffet but worth it. Will stay again!

The front desk people were really friendly, except when some of the people in my group needed one of them to fix an issue our travel agency made with our reservations. She was very noticeably annoyed with having to fix our reservations. The rooms were very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The desk only had one outlet, though, which was very disappointing. The shower took a long time to become hot but the water pressure was nice. I forgot my swimsuit so I couldn't try out the pool but it looked very nice.

Very good breakfast, and SUPER comfortable beds. I stayed in the "executive" rooms, and they were well worth the price. Very good breakfast up there as well. And the cookie at the front desk is always appreciated!

My fraternity had our event at the DoubleTree and it was fantastic. It was great service and the food was excellent. I would highly recommend it.

Great place to stay. The aviator lounge for pilots on the second floor is an awesome feature. Very much appreciated.

I received absolutely fantastic service here and my room was amazing. Even without the room, I got my money's worth because the breakfast buffet was fantastic! I was waited on by the same server, Jatziry V. All three days I was there, and she was great too! 5 Stars for Excellent Service! I will definitely be coming back.

The best option for quality, value and convenience for staying near Wichita's airport, the DoubleTree has everything you need despite its 3 star status. It has very well done rooms, bathrooms that function without issue, a friendly staff, and lots of amenities. I only ate at the restaurant for breakfast, but it was solid, especially considering the dearth of options nearby. I will stay here again for future business trips to Wichita.

I stayed at this hotel March 2014. The décor and repair of the building was nice and modern. I stayed on the executive floor which was private and exceeded my expectation. However, with the weather being less than pleasant, I opted to ordered room service for dinner instead of dining out and I was less than pleased with the quality of my dinner for the price, and we had to call again for our dessert. The staff was more than friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable when giving directions. I certain will stay here again in the future but I will certainly dine out dinner from the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was included, and well worth the price however.

I STAYED AT THIS HOTEL FROM 10/20/2013 TO 10/24/2013. The restaraunt was tremendous. Great food and service. Great job with housekeeping and front desk. Also the belhop was very helpful and courteous. A very pleasant place to stay while away from home, either on business or other. Thank you.

My fiance and I were accommodated here for a night by United after a travel snafu. Despite ongoing construction, the service and hospitality exceeded our expectations. The complimentary shuttle made our stay, as we were able to travel away from the hotel for meals. Highly highly recommended.

I was here for 1 week. Since the Hotel is located directly at the airport was the way to landing not far away. Nevertheless, it is very quiet. You can hear hardly any noise from airplanes. Also nice is that here all the aircraft manufacturers. Cessna, Hawker, LearJet.! And, of course, also Flight Safety. The Hotel itself is beautiful and very clean, also 100% Smoke-free.
